Abstract

Media sosial saat ini merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan dalam bermasyarakat modern. Penggunaan media sosial yang tidak bijaksana oleh peserta didik dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah, terutama dalam konteks Pendidikan. Kegiatan edukasi dan sosialisasi dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Tuppu Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang pada Hari Kamis, 22 Agustus 2024. Kegiatan ini meliputi 4 (empat) tahapan antara lain koordinasi, Persiapan Kegiatan, Edukasi dan sosialisasi, dan Post Test. Peserta pada kegiatan tersebut adalah guru dan siswa SMP Negeri 1 Tuppu serta mahasiswa KKN UMPAR khususnya Kelurahan Tadokkong Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang. Penyampaikan materi dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa KKN UMPAR bimbingan Usman khususnya Bagian IT Posko 6 Kelurahan Tadokkong yaitu Muhammad Al Qadri. Materi edukasi tentang efek negatif social media terhadap remaja meliputi depresi terkait penggunaan social media, ketergantungan terhadap social media, pengguna adiktif. Selain itu materi juga memuat tentang penyalahgunaan media social, dampak negative social media masa kini dan dampak negative jejaring social. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa edukasi dan sosialisasi dampak negatif penggunaan media sosial pada remaja sangat penting dilakukan  untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dan dapat menjadi solusi untuk mencegah terjadinya penyalahgunaan media sosial pada remaja khususnya siswa SMP Negeri 1 Tuppu.

Abstract

The aim of writing this article is to find out and explain the economic policy during the time of Caliph Umar bin Khattab which can be used as a reference for alternative solutions to economic problems in Indonesia. The method used is library research by collecting data regarding the economic policies of Caliph Umar bin Khattab through data searches from the internet and print, in the form of articles and books. The results of the research are; the increase and rapid development of the people's economy during the time of Caliph Umar bin Khattab as it was, 1. Military Service Organisation. This organisation is responsible for distributing relief funds to people involved in warfare. The amount of the grant is determined by the number of family dependents of each recipient. 2. Judiciary and Executive Department. This department is responsible for paying the salaries of judges and executive officials. The amount of this salary is determined by two things: the amount of salary received must be sufficient to meet the needs of the family so as to avoid the practice of bribery and the amount of salary given must be the same and even if there is a difference, it is still within reasonable limits. 3. Islamic Education and Development Institution. This institution distributes financial assistance for propagators and developers of Islamic teachings and their families, such as teachers and preachers. 4. Social Security Institution. The aim of this department was that no one in the country should be deprived of the necessities of life. All those who were sick, aged, disabled, orphaned, widowed or for any other reason unable to earn their own living were given financial assistance on an annual basis from the Bait al-Mal.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga melalui pemanfaatan belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi) sebagai bahan baku produk bernilai ekonomis. Kelompok sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah 20 ibu rumah tangga yang aktif dan kreatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah dan demonstrasi dalam proses pelatihan pembuatan manisan dan sirup dari belimbing wuluh. Kegiatan dimulai dengan pengenalan bahan baku serta manfaat kesehatan belimbing wuluh, diikuti dengan praktek pengolahan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Pelatihan ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang cara pengolahan belimbing wuluh, tetapi juga memberikan peluang bagi mereka untuk memulai usaha baru. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang potensi belimbing wuluh dan dapat mengolahnya menjadi produk unggulan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dan mengurangi paradigma negatif terhadap belimbing wuluh. Kata Kunci:   Pemberdayaan masyarakat, Belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi), Pengolahan produk

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on previous studies as the main formula for finding new variations/novelty in the research being conducted. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from 400 employees of Private Islamic Universities spread throughout Indonesia. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show concluded that the Employee Creativity variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values point positively and are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.007. This is because the more creative employees can make work easily completed, problems can be overcome easily, and company targets can be achieved to improve Employee Performance. In line with the results of the first hypothesis, in the next row as a result of the second hypothesis also shows that the Commitment variable can strengthen the influence of the Work Creativity variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000 more significant than direct testing of 0.007. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Keywords: Employee Creativity, Employee Performance , Commitment

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used in this article are primary data that researchers obtained from an online questionnaire of 350 Mitra Bangunan employees spread throughout Indonesia. The questionnaire consists of 10 statements related to Job Embeddedness, Employee Performance, and Resonant Leadership. The data obtained were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show convincingly that the Job Embeddedness variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.011.. In the next row, the second hypothesis can also be accepted and proven. This is due to the same reason, namely the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatasi masalah dalam strategi pemasaran di Ekspedisi Surya Express, terutama kurangnya data rinci mengenai strategi yang digunakan dan kesulitan menentukan strategi yang efektif, yang menghambat pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi sistem pemasaran yang ada, menganalisis permasalahan, dan menyusun laporan yang membantu perusahaan merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang lebih baik. Sebagai solusi, metode TOPSIS diterapkan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan strategi pemasaran yang optimal. TOPSIS dipilih karena kemampuannya mengurutkan dan mengevaluasi berbagai alternatif strategi berdasarkan kriteria yang ada, sehingga menghasilkan rekomendasi yang paling sesuai berdasarkan data kuantitatif. Fokus penelitian ini juga mencakup strategi pemasaran online yang semakin penting di era digital saat ini, dengan TOPSIS sebagai alat untuk menilai dan memilih alternatif pemasaran online yang paling efektif. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dikembangkan mempermudah perumusan strategi pemasaran yang relevan dan terukur di berbagai platform media sosial, serta membantu perusahaan meningkatkan penjualan melalui pemasaran online yang lebih efisien. Dengan demikian, metode TOPSIS menjadi solusi utama untuk mencapai strategi pemasaran yang optimal.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of business capital and land area on the income of sago farmers in the Meranti Islands from an Islamic economic perspective. The analysis in this research uses independent variables, namely Business Capital (X1) and Land Area (X2). Meanwhile, the dependent variable in this research is Sago Farmer Income (Y). The samples for this research were taken from sago farmers in the Sungai Tohor area, Tebing Tinggi Timur District, Meranti Islands Regency, located on the Tohor River using the Quantitative Correlational method. Data collection techniques were carried out using qualitative descriptive methods. The population of this study were sago farmers with 82 respondents in Sungai Tohor, Tebing Tinggi Timur District, Meranti Islands Regency who had a dry sago starch production capacity of 400 tons per month, involving 18 sago refinery IKMs. The result is that business capital and land area have a positive and significant influence on the income of sago farmers in the Tohor River area, Tebing Timur District, Meranti Islands Regency. This is proven by showing that the business capital variable has a significance value of 0.045, which is smaller than 0.050 (0.045 < 0.050), and is supported by the results of statistical calculations which show that t count > t table. And the land area results of the multiple linear test show that the land area variable has a significance value of 0.023. Business capital and land area have an influence on the income of sago farmers in the Sungai Tohor area, Tebing Timur District, Meranti Islands Regency. This is shown by the results of the F statistical test on all independent variables in the model which have an influence on the dependent variable simultaneously, supported by the results of statistical calculations which show that calculated f > f table f is obtained at 5.741 with a significance of 0.005, this shows that this regression model is feasible to use. Because the significance level is smaller than 0.050, it can be said that working capital and land area have a simultaneous and significant effect on the income of sago farmers. It can be concluded that business capital and land area play an important role in determining farmer income.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembangunan kompetensi kewarganegaraan (Civic competence) siswa berfokus pada pengembangan Civic disposition. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yakni membaca literatur dan sumber sumber tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembangunan kompetensi kewarganegaraan siswa meliputi pendidikan formal, lingkungan keluarga, dan pengalaman sosial. Pengembangan Karakter kewarganegaraan juga ditemukan sebagai faktor penting dalam membangun kompetensi kewarganegaraan siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya membangun kompetensi kewarganegaraan siswa melalui pendidikan formal dan non-formal, serta memperkuat peran keluarga dan masyarakat dalam membangun Civic disposition siswa.

Abstract

The availability of parking lots is a must for perkatoran, shopping centers (malls), universities and others.  Along with the ability of the public to have vehicles, both two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles, it makes parking spaces difficult and takes a long time to get a parking space, this is because there is no service regarding information on the availability of empty parking slots, so there is no marker to know whether the parking lot is fully filled or not.  It is necessary to design a parking monitoring system tool, which aims to provide information on the availability of parking slots. Using the application design method by utilizing several object detection sensors including the Infrared Proximity Sensor and using the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol which functions as a wireless communication protocol. The results of this study show that the system works as expected, that the sensor can detect parking objects that are filled or still empty and the system data communication also works well, namely the sensor sends data to wemos D1, then sent to the MQTT Broker (server) then resumes to wemos D1 and then the data is sent to the message viewer device, namely monitors and LEDs. The LED light as an indicator gives a message, if the LED lights up in green, it means that the parking lot is not filled and if the LED lights up red, it means that the parking slot is filled.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently entering the aging population phase, namely the proportion of the elderly population (lansi) is increasing. In Indonesia, around 12 percent of the population, or 29 million people, are classified as elderly. Mental health problems, especially depression, are a serious concern, with 70% of the elderly experiencing symptoms of depression. This study aims to determine the Effect of Elderly Gymnastics on Depression Levels in the Elderly in Nursing Homes. Elderly gymnastics is a light sport that is easy to do and not burdensome, which can be applied to the elderly which is useful for reducing and preventing depression in the elderly. The method used uses a systematic literature review approach by following the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines. By searching for literature in several databases, namely PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect, focusing on articles published between 2020 and 2025. The results of the study show that the Effect of Elderly Gymnastics on Depression Levels in the Elderly in Nursing Homes can improve the quality of life of the elderly, reduce depression levels, and encourage them to remain physically and socially active..
