Abstract

Management rights are control rights from the state, part of which is given to the right holder. Management rights on customary land can contribute to the state and customary law communities by paying attention to the customary rights of customary law communities recognised by the constitution. This research explores the legal basis for the recognition of customary rights, the concept of management rights over customary rights, and how the time limit for management rights cooperated with third parties can provide justice to Indigenous peoples. The method employed is the normative legal method, utilising both statutory and conceptual approaches. The research results highlight a legal vacuum regarding the time limit of management rights when engaging with third parties, where legal protection to the parties cannot be provided due to a legal vacuum. This gap in legal protection necessitates prompt regulation to set time limits that are equitable for Indigenous communities to ensure certainty, justice and legal protection for all parties involved. Abstrak Hak pengelolaan merupakan hak menguasai dari negara yang sebagian pelaksanaannya diberikan kepada pemegang haknya. Hak pengelolaan di atas tanah ulayat dapat memberikan konstribusi bagi negara dan masyarakat hukum adat dengan memerhatikan Hak ulayat masyarakat hukum adat yang di akui oleh konstitusi. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk menganalisis  pengakuan hak ulayat, kedua konsep hak pengelolaan diatas hak ulayat, ketiga dan batasan waktu hak pengelolaan yang dikerjasamakan kepada pihak ketiga dapat memberikan keadilan kepada masyarakat hukum adat. Metode yang digunakan adalah  metode penelitian hukum normatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kekosongan hukum mengenai batasan waktu hak pengelolaan yang akan dikerjasamakan kepada pihak lain/ketiga, yang dimana perlindungan hukum kepada para pihak tidak dapat diberikan karena adanya kekosongan hukum, sehingga demi menjamin kepastian, keadilan dan perlindungan hukum bagi pihak ketiga, terkhusus masyarakat hukum adat, maka perlunya segera diatur batasan waktu yang berkeadilan bagi masyarakat hukum adat.

Abstract

This study aims to process a Decision support system in selecting quality rice that fits the criteria and decision alternatives that apply the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and also builds a web-based system to process the data. The Logistics Affairs Agency (BULOG) is a state-owned company engaged in food logistics. These agencies include logistics/warehousing, surveys and eradication of pests, supply of plastic sacks, transportation business, trade in food commodities and retail industry. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which produces a hierarchical order or ranking of alternatives, this system is expected to assist in the selection of quality rice. The result of the research is to build a web-based system by implementing AHP in determining quality rice and based on accuracy testing, 100% results are obtained. Based on the functional testing of the system using a black box valid results were brought, then in logic testing using a white box found data that was free from errors.

Abstract

Learning media is a learning resource that can facilitate the learning process. The era of the 21st century as it is today increasingly developing, making the media increasingly innovate in accordance with what is currently industry 4.0. For this reason, the researchers assessed and evaluated the media that had been developed in the form of stop motion media based on an inquiry approach with Lee & Owens instructional materials on natural resources. The methodology used in this research is Research and Development research. This study involved 8 experts, 5 teachers and 3 lecturers, to validate the media using media validation instruments (media, language, and technology). Meanwhile, to assess the practicality of using media practicality instruments to see the effectiveness of the media by involving 30 students and 15 teachers in accordance with the scientific data were taken using the Google form and direct meetings with respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS descriptively to reproduce the results of the media assessment. The results of this study are for the validation instrument it is known that the results of technologist (3.59%), media (3.75%) and language (3.62%) while for practical instruments it is known that teachers (3.70%) and students (3 .73%) in this case the media used is valid and has effectiveness and efficiency in an effective teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengetahuan guru terhadap media berbasis TIK di SMP Negeri tiga Plakat Tinggi Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin dalam proses pembelajaran Kurikulum dua ribu tiga belas, Untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan media berbasis TIK di SMP Negeri Tiga Plakat Tinggi Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin dalam proses pembelajaran Kurikulum dua ribu tiga belas. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru di SMP Negeri tiga Plakat Tinggi terhadap media TIK dalam proses pembelajaran Kurikulum dua ribu tiga belas, sudah cukup sebesar tiga puluh persen dan baik sebesar tujuh puluh persen, dan Keterampilan guru di SMP Negeri tiga Plakat Tinggi dalam menggunakan media berbasis TIK menunjukkan bahwa guru sudah menguasai keterampilan komputer, khususnya pada program Microsoft Office sebesar Seratus Persen.

Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy is called "potential danger to mother and child" (potential harm to mother and child). According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2014 there are 52% of pregnant women experiencing anemia in developing countries, one of which is Indonesia. Prevention of anemia in pregnant women can be done in 2 ways, one of which is by pharmacological therapy by consuming Fe tablets and non-pharmacological therapy with red guava juice and the assistance of the application of pregnancy nutrition logbook. This study uses observational descriptive methods. This study aims to find out the effect of rising HB levels of pregnant women with severe anemia. This study was conducted for 4 months, based on research at each visit with the provision of guava juice and assistance in the application of pregnancy nutrition logbook average and an increase in Hb levels of 0.0925g% with an average increase in Hb levels per day of 0.03 gr%. The limitations of the authors in conducting this study are the cost and time of examination of Hb levels. This study can be beneficial for pregnant women who are severely anemic, students and educational institutions.

Abstract

Stunting being one _ focus problem crucial health in Indonesia. The prevalence of stunting is increasing from 35.6% in 2007 to 37.2 % in 2013 , and decreased to 27.7 % in 2019. Although occur decline , in Indonesia the disparity width in the province and decline the average still slow , while the target of decline to 14% in 2024. The stunting rate in Bengkulu Province is still enough high . Stunting has a huge impact for development quality source power human . Destination period long from study this for role as well as lower stunting through effort stunting prevention with Spider Risk. Stages study effectiveness spider risk method against effort Stunting Prevention begins of the bride and groom , ministry mother pregnant , sure labor facilitated service health , sure baby exclusive breastfeeding , monitoring _ fell continuous in 1000 HPK. Method research used _ is cross sectional with approach retrospective . Instruments used _ is google forms. Sample is 30 mothers who have child stunting risk in Bengkulu. Research results show that characteristics respondent majority have child manifold sex man male 63.3%, high school education 43%, working as mother house household 70%, income not enough from 1 million 40%, no risk of KEK 70%, age moment marry not enough from 20 years 46%, history of exclusive breastfeeding 66.7%, knowledge not enough about stunting there is 60%, distance pregnancy not enough from 2 years 30%, birth weight not enough from 2500 grams 20%, the risk of stunting is 36.7%. Based on analysis test results bivariate with using chi square is obtained results that that be factor risk or relate with stunting is _ variable whose P value is ≤ 0.05 , namely education mother , income family , KEK age marry not enough from 20 years , history of exclusive breastfeeding , knowledge mother and history heavy baby born not enough from 2500 grams.

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Pemberian ASI eksklusif merupakan salah satu angkah awal untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian pada bayi. Bayi yang mendapatkan ASI eksklusif lebih sehat dan tidak mudah mengalami penyakit seperti diare, infeksi, penumonia, gangguan sistem pencernaan, Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) dan obesitas. ASI eksklusif dapat meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan jutaan bayi dan anak-anak serta mencegah lebih dari 800.000 kematian balita pertahun didunia. Tujuan penelitian ini manganalisis pengaruh leaflet untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu menyusui dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pretest-post test with control group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 44 orang dengan sampel 22 responden setiap kelompok.Hasil : Hasil selisih skor pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi sebesar 1,91 dengan p=0,000.Simpulan:  Sehingga dapat disimpulkan, leaflet sebagai media edukasi tentang ASI eksklusif berpengaruh meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu menyusui.Kata Kunci : Leaflet, Pengetahuan, ASI Ekslusif ABSTRACTBackground:Exclusive breastfeeding is one of the first steps to reduce morbidity and mortality rates in babies. Babies who are exclusively breastfed are healthier and less susceptible to diseases such as diarrhea, infections, pneumonia, digestive system disorders, acute respiratory infections (ARI) and obesity. Exclusive breastfeeding can improve the quality of life of millions of babies and children and prevent more than 800,000 under-five deaths per year worldwide. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of leaflets on increasing breastfeeding mothers' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding. Methods:This research is a quasi-experimental research with a pretest-post test research design with control group design. The population in this study was 44 people with a sample of 22 respondents from each group. Results: The difference in knowledge scores before and after intervention was 1.91 with p=0.000. Conclusion: So it can be concluded that leaflets as an educational medium about exclusive breastfeeding have an influence on increasing the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers.Keywords: Leaflets, Knowledge, Exclusive Breastfeeding.

Abstract

Pesticides result from mixing organic chemicals that farmers use to protect their rice plants from disease. Farmers find it difficult to determine pesticide selection due to insufficient information.  So many pesticide products are available on the market, and their various advantages make it increasingly difficult for farmers to choose pesticides suitable for certain rice diseases. This research aims to provide farmers with recommendations on determining the best pesticide to eradicate rice diseases. The wrong choice of pesticide used can harm or reduce farmers' crop yields. This research used the Hybrid Filtering Technique combined with Content Based Filtering and Collaborative Filtering methods to search for weight values ​​and rating prediction values ​​using price criteria, pesticide ingredients, and form (liquid, solid, powder). The results of the calculation analysis of implementing the hybrid filtering technique method for each alternative criterion can simulate a ranking to recommend the best pesticide to eradicate the causes of rice disease. This research has concluded that the rating carried out by farmers who have used pesticides influences the determination of the rating value for each pesticide product. The system test results showed that the type of pesticide with the highest rating value was the enquity pesticide, with a value of 2,256.

Abstract

Indonesian language learning aims to improve students' communication skills in both spoken and written Indonesian, while also fostering an appreciation for Indonesian literature. Elementary school (SD) students need to develop oral and written communication skills, as well as an appreciation for literary works. However, observations at SD Negeri 5 Lubai revealed a lack of interest in learning among most students, with 10 out of 29 students scoring below 75, falling short of the minimum passing grade. This research focuses on addressing the problem of speaking ability in Grade V students by introducing the role-play method. Role-playing involves students portraying different characters to explore relationships, feelings, attitudes, values, and problem-solving strategies. By actively engaging in role-play, students can develop their imagination, appreciation, and communication skills. The research conducted two cycles of activities, with an average learning outcome completeness of 34.48% in cycle I. In cycle II, there was a significant improvement, with a completeness percentage of 86.21%. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the role-play method in enhancing student learning engagement and improving their proficiency in Indonesian language skills.

Abstract

Kucing merupakan hewan yang banyak dipelihara orang karena menggemaskan, cantik warna bulunya, memiliki tingkah laku yang lucu, dan bersahabat. Kucing juga dianggap bisa menghilangkan ataupun mengurangi stress setelah melakukan rutinitas pekerjaan di kantor. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada pemeliharaan kucing adalah proses pemberian makan minum, faktor inilah yang menjadi alasan penulis untuk membuat Kendali Cerdas sistem pemberian makan dan minum (Pakan) kucing dengan penerapan internet of Things. Tujuan pembuatan Kendali Cerdas ini adalah untuk menggantikan tugas pemilik kucing untuk memberikan pakan setiap harinya. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan NodeMcu ESP8266 sebagai modul pengendali,  Sensor Ultrasonic, Sensor LoadCell, dan aplikasi android sebagai media penerima informasi dan mengontrolan manual sistem. Sistem ini akan mengendalikan pemberian pakan kucing dengan mengontrol stok pakan pada dispenser dan jumlah pakan pada wadah. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan nilai akurasi Sensor Ultrasonic 99,8% dan akurasi sensor  LoadCell  95,2% dalam melakukan pemantauan pada dispenser dan wadah pakan kucing.
