Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah media pembelajaran yang disebut Trigonomatchtri, yaitu sebuah inovasi permainan kartu dengan muatan materi trigonometri. Media ini diharapkan valid dan praktis untuk digunakan sebagai sarana pembelajaran materi Trigonometri di SMA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluate). Subjek penelitian ini adalah 20 siswa kelas 11 SMA Dharma Wanita Surabaya. Uji validitas dilakukan oleh 3 validator dengan hasil validasi media sebesar 3,48 dengan kategori sangat valid. Uji kepraktisan dilakukan melalui observasi guru mata pelajaran matematika dan angket respon siswa. Diperoleh hasil skor kepraktisan sebesar 3,275 kategori sangat praktis. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil berdasarkan penelitian ini ialah media Trigonomatchtri yang dikembangkan masuk dalam kategori valid dan praktis sebagai media latihan siswa pada materi Trigonometri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang sengketa tanah wakaf sebagaimana putusan hakim Nomor.0115/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Prw, bahwa terjadi pembatalan wakaf yang sepihak dari nazir kepada muwaqif yayasan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penilitian pustaka (Library Research) penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, Adapun data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah Al-Qur’an, Hadis, Undang-Undang No.41 Tahun 2004 tentang wakaf. Menggunakan teori Maslahah Mursalah, analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik berfikir Induktif kemudian penulis membuat analisis data dengan analisa Kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, pertimbangan hakim dalam memutus Perkara Nomor.0115/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Prw. tentang sengketa wakaf bahwa tanah Menimbang, bahwa mengenai kriteria nazhir yang dapat menerima wakaf yang merupakan badan hukum telah diatur dalam Pasal 10 ayat (3), Pasal 14 besarta penjelasannya Undang-Undang Nomor 41 tahun 2004 tentang wakaf, Pasal 11 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 42 tahun 2006 yang telah diubah dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 25 tahun 2018 dan Pasal 219 ayat (2) Kompilasi Hukum Islam. Dan jika aturan-aturan tersebut dihubungkan dengan bukti P.1 sampai dengan P.11, maka Penggugat (Yayasan Majelis At-Turots Al- Islamy) memenuhi kriteria sebagai nazhir; Menimbang, bahwa oleh karena menurut Majelis Hakim kriteria wakif perseorangan harus pemilik sah harta benda wakaf dan harta benda wakaf harus merupakan harta benda yang dimiliki dan dikuasai oleh wakif secarah sah, tidak terpenuhi, maka gugatan Penggugat agar perbuatan hukum wakaf antara Penggugat dengan Tergugat I dinyatakan sebagai perbuatan hukum yang sah harus dinyatakan ditolak, dan oleh karenanya cukup alasan bagi Majelis Hakim untuk tidak mempertimbangkan gugatan Penggugat untuk selainnya; Putusan Nomor.0115/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Prw. tentang sengketa Pembatalan ikrar wakaf dalam kajian maslahah mursalah tersebut sudah sesuai dengan Maslahah mursalah, yaitiu termasuk dalam kategori maslahah yang daruriyyah baik bersifat pribadi maupun bersifat umum. Karena berkaitan maqashid syariah yaitu Menjaga agama (hifz din) karena wakaf merupakan suatu perbuatan yang dianjurkan oleh Rasulullah juga telah dijelaskan di dalam al-Qur’an maka, pentingnya perihal wakaf untuk diatur sedemikian rupa agar dalam penyelenggraan wakaf tersebut tidak menyimpang dari syari’at Islam. Dikatakan menjaga harta (hifz mal) karena pada hakikatnya harta yang menjadi objek wakaf haruslah benar-benar bermanfaat bagi kesejahteraan umum, sebagaimana tujuan wakaf. Jika tidak dilakukannya pembatalan tersebut maka tanah yang menjadi objek wakaf dari pihak Tergugat I tidak berjalan sesuai dengan keinginananya disebabkan pihak Penggugat tidak menjalankan amanah tersebut dengan baik.

Abstract

The aim of this development research is to develop “Kebun Pythagoras” media which can be used in learning to help student to prove the truth of the Pythagorean Theorem. The development model used is the Plomp development model (2010). The development of “Kebun Pythagoras” media goes through three steps: initial research, development step, and assessment step. The results of evaluation data are suggestuins and research trial subjects’ assessments used as an input for developing the media. The results of data analysis obtained an overall average value of criteria 3.6 of 4.0 scale included valid category. The practicality result of media utilization with an overall average value of criteria 3.5 of 4.0 scale included practical category.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop a valid, practical, and effective sticker book as learning media on proportion. The name of the learning media is SOP (Simulation of Proportion). This research used research and development approach and ADDIE model which consists of five steps (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Implement, (5) Evaluate. The subjects of validity test were an expert validator and a practitioner validator. The subjects of pilot study were five 7th grade students out of the subjects of field study. The subjects of field study are 30 students of VII A in SMPN 1 Blitar who have heterogeneous ability. The validation score of SOP attained 3.59, student worksheet attained 3.65, lesson planning attained 3.56, and evaluation test attained 3.61 which implies that they are valid. The score of pilot test attained 3.5 which implies SOP is practical and ready to be applied in the field study. The practical score attained 3.33 implies SOP is practical. Meanwhile, 90% of field study subjects passed the evaluation test with 80 as the criteria of minimum score which implies SOP is effective. Based on the result explained, it can be concluded that SOP (Simulation of Proportion) is valid, practical, and effective such that proper to be applied as learning media for students.

Abstract

The provision of problem-solving, analytical, systematic, critical, and creative skills is important to improve human resources that can be obtained from learning mathematics. Geometry is a field of mathematics that aims to develop logical thinking skills, develop spatial intuition, and interpret mathematical arguments. Several studies show that students' understanding of geometry material is still at a low level, so it is necessary to develop or improve the geometry learning process. The purpose of this study is to describe the increase in students' geometric thinking levels based on Van Hiele's theory with a constructivism approach. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data analysis techniques using the Miles & Huberman model in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that before the learning process using a constructivist approach, students' geometric thinking skills were at levels 1 to 3 or the analysis stage to a formal deduction with the average being at the informal deduction and pre-formal deduction stages. Meanwhile, after the learning process using a constructivist approach was carried out, geometric thinking skills increased at levels 2 to 4 or the informal deduction stage to the rigor with an average increase in the formal deduction stage.

Abstract

Based on the results of the preliminary study, most students were unable to infer formulas of the created patterns and to apply them to the problem's context. This inability refers to inductive thinking, specifically the formulation and generalization stages.The purpose of this study is to describe the profile of students' inductive reasoning in solving numeration problems in the material of number patterns. This study uses a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 12 Malang. The stages of students' inductive reasoning are understanding the problem, organizing the problem, looking for and guessing patterns, conjecturing formulas, validating conjectures, and generalizing. The subjects in this study were three students of class VIII C SMP Negeri 12 Malang. Data collection used questions in the form of numeracy questions on number pattern material and interview guidelines. Qualitative data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that students with high abilities can carry out all inductive reasoning activities, students with moderate abilities carry out inductive reasoning to activities for finding and guessing patterns, and students with low abilities do not carry out inductive reasoning.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran saat ini dapat memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dengan mengembangkan suatu media interaktif yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika. Materi yang di gunakan yaitu fokus pada keliling dan luas bangun. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan dan menganalisis media interaktif Math Room pada Elemen Geometri materi bangun datar Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar dengan memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode R&D. Desain model pengembangan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah model Lee & Owens. Lima tahapan pada model ini yaitu (1) Analisis, (2) perancangan, (3) pengembangan, (4) implementasi, dan (5) evaluasi. Tempat yang dibuat untuk penelitian yaitu SDN 1 Ngijo. Hasil yang diperoleh dari validasi dilakukan pada validasi terhadap produk dan validasi soal tes kognitif yang digunakan sebagai tes untuk mengetahui peningkatan dari hasil belajar. Validasi produk mendapatkan nilai persentase 100% dengan kriteria “Sangat Valid”, sedangkan validasi soal tes kognitif mendapatkan nilai persentase 100% dengan kriteria “Sangat Valid”. Hasil kepraktisan media ini memperoleh nilai rata – rata 97,41% dengan kriteria “Sangat Praktis”. Uji keefektifan ini memperoleh rata – rata skor pretest 66,90 dan rata – rata skor posttest 89,35 dari nilai maksimal 100. Perolehan hasil skor N-gain yaitu 0,68 termasuk dalam kategori “Sedang” tingkat keefektifannya. Media interaktif berbasis android masuk dalam kriteria “Efektif” untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika materi keliling dan luas bangun datar. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan maka Pengembangan Media Interaktif Math Room Pada Elemen Geometri Materi Bangun Datar Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar dikatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Web-based interactive learning media can help students in the learning process because of the easy access provided, one of which is by using Power Point and iSpring. The purpose of this research is to develop web-based interactive learning media containing quadratic equation material that is valid and practical so that it is useful for honing students' abilities in solving quadratic equation problems. The purpose of this research is to produce web-based interactive learning media that is suitable for the topic of quadratic equations, and uses a modified 4D development model consisting of three stages, namely determining objectives and strategies, designing products, and developing products. The data collected in this study were obtained through validation sheets and student questionnaires. After the validation process, peerteaching was carried out on several students. Based on the validity test results, the web-based interactive learning media on quadratic equation material has met the validity criteria. It is expected that this learning media can help students in learning quadratic equation material more interactively

Abstract

Learning math in junior high school often feels difficult or hard for students. One of the efforts that can be made to avoid difficulties experienced by students is to use appropriate and interesting learning media. This research aims to develop Block Quadrate manipulative learning media in mathematics subjects in junior high school / middle school, especially in the material of quadratic equations. This research was developed with the steps of the modified Borg & Gall model. Data collection techniques and data analysis are tested on a small / limited scale or large scale. The procedure in the research is to analyze the product being developed, product validation, and product trials. The test subjects in this study were 17 D2-Magister of Mathematics Education students on quadratic equation material. The results of the validity analysis showed that the media met the valid criteria with an average score of 3.46. The practicality analysis results show that the media is practical with an average score of 3.53. Based on the results of the analysis, the use of this learning media is highly recommended for quadratic equation material.
