Abstract

Keberadaan desa wisata tidak hanya berada didaerah pegunungan atau perbukitan saja tetapi desa wisata bisa berada dipegunungan, dataran dan pesisir (gudasir) idealnya desa wisata dikembangkan menuju katagori desa wisata mandiri menuju SDGs dan berkelanjutan melalui pelibatkan masyarakat setempat sebagai pemilik, dan pelaku, realitas di Kabupaten Lombok Utara baru ada satu desa yang berkatagori mandiri. Upaya membangun dan mengembangkan desa wisata pasca gempa bumi dan Covid 19 mengalami tantangan yang berat, sektor pariwisata termasuk desa wisata terpuruk karena adanya pembatasan orang berkunjung, sebagai alternative untuk berwisata desa wisata dianggap aman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis potensi desa wisata Gudasir menuju SDGs yang berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode campuran (Mix methods), penentuan basis potensi desa wisata; menggunakan analisis Locatioin Quotient (LQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Dua desa masing-masing desa di kecamatan Baya sebagai desa pegunungan dan desa di kecamatan Tanjung sebagai desa pesisir memiliki posisi kuat dalam pengembangan desa wisata gudasir berkelanjutan dengan skor LQ diatas 1 dan selebinya dibawab 1, potensi dari Sembilan desa wisata yang ada untuk berkembang  tujuh desa wisata rintisan  berpotensi menjadi desa berkembang berdasarkan kekuatan basis pegunungan, dataran dan pesisir  Satu desa berkembang bisa berpotensi mejadi maju dan satu desa maju sangat potensi menjadi desa mandiri yang tersebar di tiga zone pegunungan, dataran dan   di Kabupaten Lombok Utara

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan guru PAUD Kumara Asih Kota Mataram dalam mengolah limbah organik menjadi produk ramah lingkungan berupa Eco-Enzim. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang mencakup lima tahapan utama, yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan keberlanjutan program. Setiap tahapan dirancang untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesadaran guru terhadap pengelolaan limbah organik secara berkelanjutan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan peserta, dengan nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 40% meningkat menjadi 80% pada post-test. Selain menghasilkan produk Eco-Enzim yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pembersih alami dan pupuk cair, program ini juga berhasil mengurangi timbulan limbah organik di lingkungan sekolah sebesar 3–5 kg per hari. Lebih dari itu, kegiatan ini membuka peluang inovatif dalam pembelajaran berbasis proyek serta potensi ekonomi bagi lembaga PAUD. Program ini sejalan dengan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya tujuan ke-4 tentang pendidikan berkualitas dan tujuan ke-12 tentang konsumsi dan produksi yang bertanggung jawab, serta mendukung Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) perguruan tinggi. Dengan demikian, pemberdayaan guru PAUD melalui teknologi sederhana Eco-Enzim terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan dampak positif dan berkelanjutan bagi lingkungan dan masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether empowerment can mediate the effects of servant leadership and perceived organization on employee loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach that consists of two exogenous variables, such as servant leadership and perceived organization, one endogenous variable, namely employee loyalty, and one intervening variable, which is employee empowerment. The data used is primary data obtained directly from respondents, including as many as 143 members of the FPMPI Kopertais 4 association. The research instrument used a Likert scale of 1–5, while the data analysis used SEM diagram analysis, which was processed using Amos Structural Equation Modelling. The results of the study show that servant leadership, perceived organization, and empowerment have a significant effect on employee loyalty directly, while the indirect effect of servant leadership and perceived organization on employee loyalty through employee empowerment has a significant influence. These results indicate that empowerment is able to mediate exogenous and endogenous variables.

Abstract

Bencana Gempa dapat menyebabkan timbulnya krisis kepariwisataan. Dampaknya terjadi penurunan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara karena bencana gempa tersebut. Gempa Lombok berdampak besar pada aktifitas pariwisata. Pemerintah dan Pemerintah Daerah sebagai leader berperan penting dalam menangani bencana dan krisis kepariwisataan di Kabupaten Lomtara melalui kebijakan hukum pemulihan pariwisata agar pariwisata dapat berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini untuk merekonstruksi formulasi, implementasi, dan evaluasi kebijakan penanggulangan bencana (PB) sektor pariwisata pasca gempa di Kabupaten Lomtara. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, paradigma fenomenologis, metode studi kasus dengan fokus penelitian pada krisis kepariwisataan akibat gempa Lombok tahun 2018. Penelitian menggunakan konsep kebijakan pemulihan pariwisata, pasca gempa, formulasi, implementasi, dan evaluasi PB. Analisis terhadap fomulasi, implementasi dan evalusi PB menggunakan Theory of decision Making dan teori Manajemen Krisis Kepariwisataan (MKK) dengan Authority theory sebagai teori payung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisa data dengan deskriptif kualitatif model Creswell. Penyanjian hasil analisa data secara naratif, dikomparasi dengan teori untuk mengkaji lebih dalam terkait permasalahan dan temuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebijakan penanggulangan gempa formulasinya mengikuti hirarki regulasi, kebijakan hukum meso lebih dominan. Implementasi tahap pra-bencana tidak maksimal, karena keterpaduan dengan tanggap darurat dan pasca bencana tidak implementatif. Starting dan finising status bencana PB dan MKK ditentukan oleh pusat meskipun dinyatakan deklarasi non bencana nasional, sehingga ambiguitas bagi leader dan operator dalam pemulihan pariwisata. Evaluasi PB berjalan baik sedang MKK tidak diaplikasikan dalam program Pemda. Kebaruan penelitian, ditemukannya vacum of norm makro, meso dan mikro (3M) dengan penerapan kebijakan hukum (3M) melalui semangat filosofis Tioq, Tata, Tunaq. Temuan empirik, saat tanggap darurat spirit peasant community memperkuat kolaborasi stakeholder. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa, formulasi kebijakan PB pasca gempa di sektor pariwisata merupakan regulasi berlaku secara hirarki dan diikuti oleh Pemda. Implementasi penerapan formulasi regulasi secara efektif dan efisien. Evaluasi terhadap kebijakan pemulihan sektor pariwisata pasca gempa terhadap implementasi dari formulasi empat pilar kebijakan pembangunan pariwisata yaitu destinasi, pemasaran, industri dan kelembagaan pariwisata

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used in this study use primary data that researchers obtained from 500 MDP Store employees spread throughout Indonesia obtained by means of an online questionnaire and sent via the respondents' WhatsApp accounts. The questionnaire contains 5 statements, namely strongly agree statements, agree statements, normal/so-so statements, disagree statements, and strongly disagree statements on the 10 questionnaires submitted. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that each hypothesis used in this article can be accepted and proven, namely that the Job Saturation variable can affect Employee Performance and the Workload variable can strengthen the influence of the Job Satisfaction variable on Employee Performance. Based on the results of the third table of the Path Coefficient above, it shows that the Burn Out variable can have an influence on Employee Performance, but it is negative because the T-Statistic value is above 1,960 but negative, namely -6,782 and the P-Values are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.036. From these results, it can be concluded that the more bored employees are at work, the more employee performance will decrease or erode.. In addition, in the next row, the Workload variable can strengthen the influence of Job Saturation on Employee Performance in a negative direction because the T-Statistic value is above 1.960, which is -10.232 and the P-Values are below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000. This means that the more Employee Workload can make employees more bored in working so that Employee Performance can decrease. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Abstract

This study aimed to explore the key determinants shaping tourists' motivation to visit the Lembar Selatan Ecotourism site, with a particular focus on the role of informative content. Through a survey research design involving questionnaire distribution and documentation analysis, we sought to unravel whether informative content exerts a discernible influence on tourists' motivation to choose this ecotourism destination. Employing a simple linear regression analysis, we found that attitudinal factors, such as consumer perceptions and brand attitudes, played a more substantial role in shaping tourists' motivation compared to social predictors. Importantly, the results of our regression analysis demonstrated a significant relationship between informative content and the enhancement of tourists' motivation levels when visiting Ecotourism Lembar Selatan in West Lombok Regency. This underscores the pivotal role of marketing content in driving tourists' motivation

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of tourism facilities on visiting interest at Loang Baloq Beach, Mataram, Indonesia, with visitor satisfaction as a mediating variable and destination image as a moderating factor. Drawing on the Stimulus–Organism–Response and Theory of Planned Behavior frameworks, a quantitative explanatory design was employed using data collected from 175 visitors through structured questionnaires. The measurement and structural models were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results indicate that tourism facilities significantly and positively affect visitor satisfaction and visiting interest, while satisfaction also mediates the relationship between facilities and behavioral intention. Furthermore, destination image strengthens the relationship between facilities and satisfaction, demonstrating its moderating influence. These findings highlight that facility quality contributes not only to functional satisfaction but also to the emotional and perceptual dimensions of visitor experience. The study confirms that destination competitiveness is shaped by the interplay of physical infrastructure, visitor satisfaction, and image perception. For policymakers and tourism managers, the results emphasize the importance of integrating facility improvement with destination branding and service quality enhancement to sustain visitor loyalty. The study contributes theoretically by validating a moderated mediation framework that explains behavioral intention in urban coastal tourism settings.

Abstract

The rapid development of artificial intelligence has transformed the way organizations manage their workforce, particularly in the areas of recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee development. While many applications have focused on increasing operational efficiency, less attention has been given to how artificial intelligence can contribute to competence development and foster intrinsic motivation among employees. This article aims to provide a comprehensive review of the role of artificial intelligence in human resource management, with a specific focus on how it can be used to support personalized learning pathways and motivational strategies. The study applies a qualitative literature review method, synthesizing recent research and practical cases where artificial intelligence has been implemented in workforce management. Findings reveal that artificial intelligence is capable of creating adaptive learning environments, delivering real-time and personalized feedback, and aligning tasks with individual strengths and career aspirations. These functions not only improve the efficiency of employee training but also enhance engagement, satisfaction, and long-term growth. The conclusion highlights that artificial intelligence offers great potential to strengthen both competence development and intrinsic motivation when applied thoughtfully. However, successful implementation requires balancing technological innovation with human-centered approaches to ensure fairness, trust, and sustainable employee development.
