Abstract

Beleq Village is the oldest village in Sembalun Lawang, Sembalun District, the potential of beleq village has a tourist attraction in the form of a culture that is still maintained authenticity, nature and also the daily activities of rural communities in general. However, the current condition due to the 2018 earthquake, the buildings of traditional houses and other facilities have been destroyed and have not been managed properly. This research uses a qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive approach. The focus of this study is to examine stakeholders' perceptions of the development of tourism villages, Beleq Sembalun Lawang Village, Sembalun District, East Lombok Regency. using cooper's theory of tourism destination development consisting of Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, and Ancillary Service. Data collection using observation, interview, and questionnaire methods (Questionnaire). The results of the study based on questionnaires (Angket) and interviews showed stakeholders' perceptions of the development of tourism villages, Beleq Sembalun Lawang Village, Sembalun district, East Lombok regency. From the results of the questionnaire (Angket) after being calculated using the Interval scale which shows the average value is at a score of 3.43-4.23 that stakeholders are categorized as positive and very positive in the development of beleq village tourism village based on 4 aspects of tourism village development, namely acting as a tourist attraction actor, DTW manager, accessibility guard, lack of accessibility, as a manager and manager facilities such as lodging, general toilets. And the lack of an active role of society in managing additional services such as the occurrence of conflicts between groups. There are efforts that can be made to improve in the development of beleq village tourism villages, namely establishing good relations between stakeholders, improving the quality and quantity of tourist attractions.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology and business trends that are constantly changing, an entrepreneur must keep moving and be able to adapt quickly to remain competitive and survive in an increasingly competitive market. Creativity and innovation are important keys to making the most of information technology in business. Utilization of information technology and social media can help entrepreneurs improve business efficiency and effectiveness, expand market reach, increase consumer involvement, and speed up the transaction process. Therefore, entrepreneurs need to learn and understand how to use information technology and social media properly and effectively in their business. Community service activities that focus on product marketing training through social media are very important activities to help entrepreneurs increase sales of their products. In today's digital era, marketing through social media is becoming increasingly important because many consumers actively use social media as a means to find and buy products. Through this training activity, participants are expected to be able to understand the concept of entrepreneurship and digital marketing in depth, and be able to optimize the use of social media to increase sales of their products. Abstract

Desa Langko, Kecamatan Lingsar Kabupaten Lombok barat merupakan daerah penghasil air nira dan turunannya yang potensial dan prodak ini dapat menjadi penunjang ekonomi masyarakat kedepannya. Produk potensial perlu peningkatan kualitas varian produk air Nira, buah kolang-kaling, melalui manajemen pengolahan dan keterampilan mitra, pengelolaan keuangan, permodalan, pengemasan dan merek, teknik pemasaran serta kewirausahaan. Masalah mitra adalah tingginya bahan baku nira dan kolang kaling, animo konsumen terhadap tuak manis untuk menjadi oleh-oleh namun tidak tahan lama, sedang kemampuan masyarakat dalam produksi terbatas. Pemecahan masalah tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan metode pengawetan air Nira agar tidak mudah basi, sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang aneka pengolahan air Nira yang baik dan benar. Inovasi pengolahan air Nira dan buah Kolang-kaling tersebut menjadi aneka olahan makanan dan minuman, yang olahannya aman, nyaman, sehat bagi konsumen. Solusi yang dilakukan  adalah melakukan penumbuhan kelompok usaha baru dari hasil aneka olahan air Nira, dan buah kolang-kaling, melalui pelatihan, pengolahan produk, manajemen usaha, strategi pemasaran, pendampingan lanjutan. Kontribusi mendasar pada khalayak sasaran: meningkatnya nilai jual tinggi untuk produk yang dihasilkan masyarakat, dikelola oleh UMKM berbasis kelompok tani yang memiliki keterampilan produksi dan manajemen pemasaran usaha yang mumpuni. Luaran berupa jasa, sistem, produk/barang, paten, atau luaran lainnya: adalah berupa aneka olahan air nira dan buah kolang-kaling berkualitas. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam program ini meliputi: 1.Penyuluhan dan praktik pengawetan nira, aneka olahan air nira, dan aneka olahan buah kolang-kaling; 2. Penjualan serta Pemasaran; 3. pelatihan pengemasan; 4. penyuluhan dan praktik permodalan serta keuangan; 5. penyuluhan dan praktik pembentukan serta penguatan lembaga. Pada gilirannya nanti setelah pelatihan dilakukan seperti di atas, diharapkan akan muncul banyak wirausaha yang dapat menggerakkan potensi ekonomi lokal

Abstract

The marketing of cashew nuts in Medana village has not yet expanded, which is only marketed in North Lombok Regency and even then not entirely by using only word of mouth promotional media. This research was conducted to support tourism activities, especially the seventh Sapta Pesona, namely memories by making cashew nuts as souvenirs. This study aims to describe the steps for developing the marketing of processed cashew nuts using the 7p marketing mix. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, where researchers collect data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the research carried out, it was found that the steps for developing the marketing of cashew products as souvenirs for tourism were the development and improvement in terms of products, prices, places, promotions, people/HR, processes, and physical evidence in order to attract interest. local tourists and foreign tourists

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sokong, Kecamatan Tanjung, Kabupaten Lombok Utara yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi dan potensi pengembangan Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) sebagai penunjang pariwisata di Desa Sokong Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Untuk memperolah data dan informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini, sampel informan diantaranya kepala Desa Sokong, ketua pokdarwis Desa Sokong, dan tokoh masyarakat yang paling berpengaruh di Desa Sokong. Data dan informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Desa Sokong merupakan desa yang memiliki potensi sumber daya alam cukup melimpah. Untuk potensi sumber daya alam mendukung aktivitas masyarakat ataupun meningkatkan kehidupan masyarakat Desa Sokong yaitu terdapatnya penggunaan lahan berupa tanah sawah, perkebunan, dan fasilitas umum, serta kesuburan tanah untuk mendukung pertanian. Potensi yang menjanjikan karena merupakan kawasan perkebunan kelapa yang memiliki perkebunan kelapa produktif dengan luas 3.144 hektar. (Sumber: Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Dan Pertanian Kabupaten Lombok Utara 2017) sehingga sebagian masyarakatnya berusaha pada usaha tani, salah satu yang diusahakan yaitu komoditi kelapa. Adapun potensi pengembangan Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) sebagai penunjang pariwisata di desa Sokong Kabupaten Lombok Utara antara lain; (1) meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat terhadap potensi pengembangan Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) sebagai penunjang pariwisata, (2) mengembangkan Virgin Coconut Oil (Vco) Sebagai Penunjang Pariwisata, (3) konsep desain Yang menarik, (4) Karateristik model dan disain produk souvenir berbahan dasar kayu dan tempurung kelapa sebagai produk pariwisata

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze effect of tourism product and tourism promotion on interest in visiting tourist attractions. This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Population is tourists who are or have made tourist visits in Medan City. Sampling method used in this study is a sampling method based on convenience. Sample that will be required is 100 to answer the questionnaire so that the answers obtained are more representative. This study uses multiple linear regression model. The results show that tourism product has a positive and significant effect on interest in visiting tourist attractions. Tourism promotion has a positive and significant effect on interest in visiting tourist attractions.

Abstract

This study's goal is to investigate the effects of employee training and engagement on workers' performance, with organizational commitment acting as a bridging variable. Data for this study was gathered quantitatively from employees in one of supply chain company in Indonesia. Employing a probability sampling approach as a sample technique. Path analysis was employed as a data analysis approach in this study with the use of the analytic program SPSS. The study's findings include a significant positive relationship between employee engagement and organizational commitment, a significant positive relationship between employee engagement and training, a significant positive relationship between employee engagement and training, and a significant positive relationship between employee engagement and employee performance. Training has a very favorable impact on staff performance. Organizational commitment has an impact on employees' performance. Organizational commitment, training, and employee engagement all have an impact on employee performance. This study is anticipated to be utilized as a resource for thought, the sharing of concepts, and the introduction of alternative solutions to issues in businesses pertaining to employee engagement and training that are beneficial in enhancing It is anticipated that this will enhance worker performance and eventually aid in the accomplishment of corporate objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to establish the relationship between community involvement and the management of marine tourism at Tanjung Luar Beach in East Lombok District. Additionally, it seeks to quantify the extent of community participation in the management of marine tourism in this coastal area. The research design adopts a quantitative approach, with data collected through observation, surveys, and documentation from a sample of 90 respondents. The study reveals a statistically significant positive relationship between community involvement and the effective management of marine tourism at Tanjung Luar Beach, indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.431. This moderate coefficient, falling within the interval range of 0.40 to 0.431, highlights the pivotal role of community engagement in promoting the sustainable growth of marine tourism in this picturesque destination.

Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi menyebabkan persaingan yang ketat dalam perkembangan perusahaan atau organisasi. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif untuk dapat bersaing di era bisnis global. Penelitian ini kemudian bertujuan untuk melihat mengenai bagaimana implementasi kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang sifatnya efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi di era bisnis global. Penelitian ini kemudian akan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini berasal dari berbagai hasil penelitian dan studi terdahulu yang masih memiliki adanya keterkaitan dengan isi penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini kemudian menemukan bahwa dalam penerapannya, akan muncul berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, perbedaan budaya dan nilai, serta sulitnya fleksibiltas. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya beberapa solusi dalam menghadapi berbagai permasalahan ini, seperti penggunaan teknologi dan otomatisasi, peningkatan kesadaran terhadap nilai dan budaya, serta mengembangkan program keterlibatan karyawan.

Abstract

This study examines the human resource management (HR) strategy in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as they confront the global market via innovation and digital technology. The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing an in-depth interview approach and case studies on numerous MSMEs that integrate digital technology into their HR management and product marketing processes. The study results show that MSMEs implementing digital technology in HR management have experienced increased operational efficiency, especially in employee data management, attendance, and payroll. However, the main challenges faced are the low digital skills of most employees and the high cost of implementing technology. In addition, the role of technology-savvy leadership is crucial in the success of the transition to a digital system. Using digital technology in marketing and product innovation also enables MSMEs to expand their market reach, including the global market. The results of this study show that the use of digital technology in human resources management and marketing is the most important factor for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to improve their competitiveness and survive in the global market
