Abstract

Abstract PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in telecommunications services with the primary function and goal of increasing access to adequate communication for the community. This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style—communication and work discipline- on PT Telkom employees' performance. The sample used in this study was 42 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach method. This study's data used a Likert scale questionnaire using the multiple linear analysis methods with the help of SPSS software. The results show that leadership style, communication, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style partially has a significant effect on employee performance, communication partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Communication, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract Organizational loyalty is the subject of this study, which examines the management of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Its objective is to determine how organizational loyalty is affected by leadership style, communication, and management performance. The method of distributing questionnaires is used in this type of research, which is quantitative. The 68 respondents in this study were all administrators of BEM FEB 2021/2022, and the SPSS computer program was used to process the data. Validity and reliability requirements have been met by this study. The data in this study were analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination analysis. Organizational loyalty is the dependent variable in this study, while leadership style, communication, and management performance are the independent variables. Keywords: Organizational Loyalty, Leadership Style, Communication and Management Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the Transfer Of Training, Work Motivation, Servant Leadesrhip employee performance of the Kopistudio24 Sigura-gura Malang, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses explanative research types with quantitative approaches. The population in this study were employees who worked. Samples taken were 38 respondents. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis processed with spss 16.0 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results showed that Transfer of training, Work Motivation, Servant Leadership the effect was significant on employee performance. Transfer Of Training, has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, Servant Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract A school is an educational organization that aims to frame the school's mission, manage teaching and learning, and train teachers as well as students to achieve the same goals. Nowadays, many schools identify the problem of "Human" because it plays a significant role in the organization. With policies that focus on human resources, the executives who are responsible for certain jobs and the recruitment system for human resource development will be determined. The purpose of this research is to describe the Attitude, Work Culture and Motivation, to know and analyze the effects of Attitude, Work Culture and Motivation, to know and analyze the effects attitude on teacher competence, To know and analyze the effects of work culture on teacher competence, to know and analyze the effects of motivation on teacher competence. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of viral marketing, celebrity endorser and brand image on purchasing decisions on shopping applications at shopee. The population in this study are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2017 Islamic University of Malang who have made purchases in the shopping application at shopee. The method of data collection used in this study was a questionnaire which was distributed to 80 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. The independent variables consist of viral marketing, celebrity endorser and brand image while the dependent variable in this study is the purchase decision which is measured using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study simultaneously show that viral marketing, celebrity endorser and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, viral marketing and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while celebrity endorsers have no significant effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords : Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image, purchase decision.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at the Agency for Human Resource Development and Human Resource Development (BKPSDM) Malang City. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of supervision, work discipline and work placement on the performance of employees of the Malang Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM).The variables used are supervision, work discipline and work placement as independent variables, while the employee performance variable is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 44 employees, using quantitative methods. Data collection method by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, normality test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 26 software for Windows. The results showed that the variables of work environment, work discipline and supervision had a simultaneous or partial effect on employee performance. Keywords: supervision, work discipline and work placement

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and analyze the variables that affect employee work productivity, consisting of motivation, discipline, and morale during the Covid-19 pandemic at KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Utara. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were 144 employees of KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Utara. The sample in this study amounted to 59 employees who were taken by simple random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale and interviews with one of the employees. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis.From the research results it is explained that motivation, discipline, and morale have a simultaneous effect on work productivity with a smaller significance level. It can be seen that work productivity is significantly influenced jointly by discipline, motivation and morale. But partially, motivation has no effect on work productivity because motivation is also influenced by work environment factors and is not only influenced by yourself, this shows that the higher the level of employee motivation does not affect to increase employee work productivity while discipline and morale have an effect on productivity. work. Key words: Motivation, Discipline, Morale, and Work Productivity.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is conducted on Indonesia Stock Exchange which aims to determine the influence of dividend policy, book value per share (BVPS), leverage on stock price volatility. The research time used for 3 years is 2016-2018.Research populations on cigarette companies wich listing On Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2018. Samples taken using the purposive sampling method. The number of samples there are 3 companies and the data used is secondary data. The method used is double linear regression with a level of significant of 0.05.The results of this study: (1) Dividend policy affects positively and significantly against stock price volatility. It is present with T count value of – 1,505 And significance value of 0.035 (smaller than 0.05). (2) Book Value Per Share (BVPS) Insignificant effect on the stock price volatility. It is indicated by the calculated T value of-0.548 and the significance value of 0.147 (greater than 0.05). (3) Leverage has no significant effect on stock price volatility. It is indicated by the calculated T value of-0.935 And significance value of 0.188 (greater than 0.05). Test result F count has a value of 6.049 with a significance of 0.041 and an adjusted value of R-square of 0.654. It can be explained that the ability of independent variables in dependent variables is 65.4% of the remaining 34.6% described by other independent variables outside of this research model. Keywords: Dividend, Book Value Per Share (BVPS), Leverage, stock price volatility.

Abstract

Abstract The strategy for empowering the convection industry center in an effort to improve the welfare of the people in Tritunggal Village is as well as empowering the convection industry center to improve people's welfare, through human resources in the environment around Tritunggal Village. Tritunggal Village, Babat District, Lamongan Regency is one of the locations with quite a lot and adequate convection industrial centers. With a total of 154 convection industry businesses as of February 24 2022, as well as the production of children to adult clothing, uniforms, screen printing and embroidery that have been made or received to order. Focusing on the middle-class convection industry center named "Jaya Makmur" owned by "Ahmad Rosyidi" and the Home Industry-scale convection industry center named "WWC Collection" owned by "Wahyu Widodo". Therefore, with the existence of sufficient industrial centers, it is the main focus in research that aims to find out and describe the strategies, constraints, and benefits or role of empowering the convection industry center in an effort to improve people's welfare in Tritunggal Village, Tritunggal District, Lamongan Regency. . By using qualitative research methods through observation, interview and documentation techniques, with key informant participants, supporting informants and evaluator informants, as was done in Tritunggal Village with a predetermined period of time. So that the strategy applied to each convection has its own characteristics and characteristics, through the creativity and innovation of each owner to maintain and develop the convection industry center in its market segment, as the "Jaya Makmur" industrial center has a focus on Embroidery, while the convection industry center "WWC Collection" has a focus on screen printing to produce a product. Each industrial center also has constraints on its own scale or market segment, as the middle-class industrial center "Jaya Makmur" has constraints in technology, which is increasing year by year as the age of the technology used increases, so it requires maintenance and even changes in technology as needed. Meanwhile, the constraints faced by the convection industry center for the "WWC Collection" Home Industry class are one's interest in working in the realm of screen printing, price competition, and quality to maintain the industry in its market segment. Meanwhile, the benefits generated by each convection industry center have a positive impact, especially for the people of Tritunggal Village and its surroundings to support the economy and individual living standards, thereby increasing people's welfare. Keywords: Empowerment Strategy, Convection Industry Center, Community Welfare.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at Mustika Dampit Coffee Roasting. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Service Quality, Price, and Service Recovery on Customer Satisfaction. The independent variables used are Service Quality, Price, and Service Recovery, while the dependent variable is Customer Satisfaction. The sample used in this study were 74 respondents who used roasting services for Mustika Dampit coffee roasting. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, determination test with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that the Service Quality, Price and Service Recovery variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Service Recovery, Customer Satisfaction.
