Abstract

Abstract  There are various kinds of marketplace platforms in Indonesia, Tiktok is one of the platforms that have the most interest in buying by the people of Indonesia. Buying interest is the desire to buy and own an item after receiving a stimulus from the item seen. Some of the things that affect buying interest in the Tiktok shop are online0customer reviews, online0customer0ratings, price discounts, and e-service quality. This study used a non-experimental quantitative approach, sampling using non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of active Unisma students class of 2019 and having shopped more than twice on the Tiktok social media platform. The variables used in this study are0purchase0intention0(the dependent0variable), while the independent variables are online customer reviews, online0customer reviews, price discounts, and e-service0quality. The data0analysis used in this0study is multiple0regression analysis.0The results of this study conclude that online0customer reviews, online0customer reviews, price discounts, and e-service quality variables influence purchase intention simultaneously or partially. Keywords: Online Costumer Review, Online Costumer Rating, Price Discount And E-Service Quality

Abstract

Abstract This research is a qualitative research that aims to analyze digital content marketing strategies to maintain the company's existence in realizing competitive advantage at Elbond Education event organizer. This study took 5 informants consisting of 3 key informants and 2 supporting informants using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Methods of data collection in this study using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The analysis technique in this study uses data condensation analysis techniques to streamline data, increase effectiveness, and facilitate interpretation in processing data. The results of this study indicate that Elbond Education has successfully implemented digital content marketing as indicated by an increase in sales every month as well as an increase in followers, views, and interactions from social media users. In addition, consumer satisfaction with Elbond Education has also increased, as evidenced by the large number of consumers who are interested in various Elbond Education offers, which are then re-ordered by consumers. Digital content marketing also makes Elbond Education superior to other competing companies with indicators of the completeness of the platform on social media, the quality of the content published and the various offers provided. Keywords: Digital Content marketing, Company Existence, Competitive Advantage

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to ascertain how Wisata Sumber Gentong customers perceive the impact of pricing, location, and service quality. Quantitative research is the method employed. Purposive sampling was used to collect samples using the Maholtra method, which multiplies the number of indicators by 5 to create a total of 85 respondents. Multiple linear analysis is the method of choice for data analysis. using the t test for partial testing and the F test for simultaneous testing. The findings of this study show that Wisata Sumber Gentong customer satisfaction is simultaneously significantly impacted, according to the results. While only somewhat, Wisata Sumber Gentong customers are significantly impacted by Price, Location, and Quality of Service. Keywords: Price, Location and Service Quality

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to assess and analyze the impact of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATM services on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI KCP Tumpang. This is a quantitative study. Customers who utilize the Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATM facilities at Bank BRI KCP Tumpang comprise the study's population. In this investigation, a basic random sample procedure was applied. A questionnaire was used to collect data for this investigation. Data analysis approaches use quantitative methodologies, namely multiple linear regression analysis with a significance threshold of 0.05. The F test findings reveal that Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATMs all have a favorable and substantial influence on Customer Satisfaction at Bank BRI KCP Tumpang. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) test, the corrected R Square value is 0.635, indicating that Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATM can explain 63.5% of the Customer Satisfaction components. The remaining 36.5% is explained by factors not investigated in this study. Keywords: Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM Facilities And Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract Problems in customer finance arise when one of the factors is not met, such as the quality of service obtained is very bad, the price does not match the goods sold, and the poor quality of the products offered, and the most important factor itself in customer satisfaction is the quality of service to customer satisfaction. The second factor affecting customer satisfaction is product quality, and the third factor is price, price is determined by the balance between supply and demand for service quality to customer decisions. This study aims to prove whether there is influence of service quality, product quality and price on purchasing decisions at the bara-bara shoes store. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 85 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis which was processed using SPSS 23 software. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. The results showed (1) there was an effect of service quality, product quality and price on purchasing decisions, with a Fcount value of 6,905 > Ftable 2.71, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and R Square 0,874 (67.4%) (2) there was an effect of service quality on customer decisions, with a tcount value of 3,665 > ttable 1,989 and a significance value of t 0.000 <0.05 (3) there was an influence product quality on purchasing decisions, with a t-count of 2,111 > t-table of 1.989 and a significance value of 0.047 <0.05 (4) there is an effect of price on purchasing decisions, with a t-count of 7,059 > t-table of 1.989 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out and analyze the relationship between Price, Ease of Use and Promotion on Purchase Decisions in Choosing Grabfood. This research uses studies on students of the Faculty of Economics & Business, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2019. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to students of the Faculty of Economics & Business, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2019, who were selected by purposive sampling. Determining the number of samples using the slovin formula and the results obtained were 90 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS 16. The results of this study indicate that price, ease of use and promotion simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Partially Price has an effect on purchasing decisions, Ease of Use partially influences purchasing decisions, Promotions partially has no effect on Purchasing decisions. Keywords: Price, Ease of Use, Promotion, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract In the present research, Cafe Tumpang on JL. Western Hero No. 360, Kebonsari, Tumpang District, Malang Regency is used as a case study to look at how the environment, location, and service quality of cafes effect customer satisfaction. This study's quantitative methodology aims to explain the results of each variable and their correlations with one another. The primary data source was the Likert-scaled survey responses from Chill customers at Cafe Tumpang. The sample computation for this study made use of the slovin formula and a meaningful sample size. The samples included 90 respondents. The results of the study show that location, service level, and cafe environment are all elements that affect customers' pleasure. Part of a cafe environment. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the Influence of Lifestyle, Halal Labeling, and Prices on Purchase Decisions for MS GLOW Skincare Products in a case study of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2019. This study uses a quantitative approach which uses the Slovin formula because the population has it is known, seeing from the results of calculating the Slovin formula to get the results of a total sample of 90 respondents. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS in analyzing, normality test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression test and adjusted R² coefficient test. Abstract

Abstract The telecommunications and banking sector industries continue to compete by creating various electronic money products that prioritize speed, convenience and efficiency when making transactions. Competition in various kinds of digital wallets in Indonesia certainly results in various fintech brands continuing to carry out marketing strategies, including Go-Pay.This research is to find out and analyze the perceived usefulness, ease of use and cashback on interest in using Go-Pay. The population in this study were students of the 2019 Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria with 90 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the perceived usefulness (X1), Ease of use (X2) and cashback (X3) variables contribute to the variable  behavioral intention Go-Pay by 67.5% and the remaining 32.5% is explained by other independent variables that are not included in the study. And simultaneously and partially the perceived benefits, convenience and cashback have a significant effect on the intention to use Keywords: Perceived usefulness, Ease Of Use, Cashback, Behavioral intention.

Abstract

Abstract     This study aims to examine the effect of product variations, facilities, and service quality on repurchase intention among consumers of Gacoan noodles in Malang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The study uses primary data obtained by 90 respondents as a sample selected based on the purposive sampling method. The collected data were analyzed based on multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that product variations, facilities, and service quality have a significant effect simultaneously on repurchase intention. The product variety has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. Facilities and service quality have a positive and not significant effect on repurchase intention.     Keywords: Product Variation, Facilities, Service Quality, Repurchase Intention
