Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of attractiveness, expertise and trust of celebrities on consumer buying interest in Scarlett Whitening products. This study uses an explanatory research type using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique and the population used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. Sources of data used in this study is primary data. Respondents in this study were students of the Islamic University of Malang Management Study Program Class of 2018-2019. The number of respondents 86 people. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research analysis, the variables of attractiveness, expertise, and trust have a simultaneous effect on consumer buying interest. There is a partial influence of the attractiveness, expertise, and trust variables on buying interest. Keywords: Attractiveness, Expertise, Trust,Purchase intention

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the effect of Viral Marketing, Flash Sale 12.12, and the Free Shipping Tagline on purchasing decisions for goods on the Shopee marketplace. The method of this research is explanatory research with quantitative methods. The 2019 class of FEB Islamic University of Malang served as the study's population. This study used a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, collecting a sample of 80 respondents using a Google form following the formula used; the Malhotra formulated the purpose of this SPSS 25 data analysis is to examine the effect of viral marketing, flash sales 12.12, and the free shipping tagline on purchasing decisions. Viral marketing had a positive and partially significant influence on buying decisions in this study, flash sale 12.12 had a slightly optimistic and substantial impact on buying decisions, and the free delivery slogan had a positive and partially significant effect on buying decisions. The influence of viral marketing, flash sales 12.12, and the free shipping tagline on the decision to buy goods in the shopee marketplace, the case study of FEB students at the Islamic University of Malang was 61.5%. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of trust, security and service quality on purchasing decisions, the sample of this research is the Shoppe site consumers. Data collection using questionnaires, data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear analysis, F statistical tests and t statistical tests, testing the coefficient of determination on the IBM Social Sciences Statistical Package (SPSS) Version 16.0 From the calculation results with SPSS which is the variables of trust, security, service quality have a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence simultaneously or partially on Product Quality, Brand Trust, and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty of Honda Civic. This type of research is explanatory or explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is snowball sampling. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables Product Quality, Brand Trust and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Partially what can be seen from the results of the t test shows that the Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The Brand Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, while the Brand Image variable has a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty. Based on these calculations, it can be concluded that partially the Product Quality, Brand Trust, and Brand Image variables have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The results of statistical data analysis show that Product Quality, Brand Trust, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. This shows that good product quality will determine customer perceptions of product performance which will have an impact on loyalty and a strong brand image provides an advantage over other competitors so that customers will trust the brand. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Trust, Brand Image and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

ABTRACT                This research was conducted to find out how much influence the Career Development, Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture variables on Employee Performance. Study at The Bagong Adventure Museum Batu City Body. In this study 55 population of people using saturated sampling. The sample used was taken from The Bagong Adventure Museum Body employees. To find out the data that will be examined later, this study uses a way to distribute questionnaires to better know the opinions of employees by filling out the statements that have been attached to the questionnaire.               Also in this study using SPSS measuring tools to test data in the form of instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, testing classic assumptions, and testing hypotheses. From this study produced several conclusions that state that the variables of Career Development, Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture influence together so as to improve the Performance of The Bagong Adventure Museum Body Employees. While partial employee engagement does not affect employee performance, while career development and organizational culture have an influence on employee performance. Keyword: Career Development, Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The development of the music industry (Sound System) in the East Java area is currently progressing very busy, especially in the Pasuruan Regency area. The increasing number of events and celebrations in Pasuruan district has led to an increasing demand and interest in the sound system. This can lift the sound system rental business into a fairly large business opportunity and is popular with many people, both young and old. Based on several advantages of Facebook social media, many marketers are optimizing the role of Facebook to influence consumer behavior in intending to rent a sound system, because the operation is very easy and many use Facebook social media to upload news or get news regarding a celebration event or do sound checks with order model that is skyrocketing or much-loved at this time. In Si Doel's sound system, apart from doing direct marketing or putting up banners in front of his house, they also use Facebook social media to post some activities or create stories on Facebook, so that it becomes a place to market their sound system business. This research uses an explanatory type of research with a quantitative approach. The results of this study are that social media marketing facebook has a positive and significant effect on consumer rental interest, social media marketing facebook has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior on consumers, there is no influence of consumer behavior on consumer rental interest, there is a negative influence of social media marketing facebook on consumers. consumer rental interest through consumer behavior on the sound system consumer of Si Doel Pasuruan.Keywords : Sosial Media Marketing Facebook, Minat Sewa Konsumen, Consumer Behavior.

Abstract

Abstract The condition of the State of Indonesia is currently experiencing a crisis that is quite worrying. The emergence of COVID-19 which is busy in various parts of the world has had a negative impact on various sectors of the country. One of them is in the field of the country's economy. The use of cosmetics and other beauty care activities is also decreasing because people are more often at home. In addition to avoiding the transmission of the corona virus, various economic problems have also become a reason for people to temporarily leave the beauty treatment ritual that costs quite a lot. The skin is the outermost and widest defense organ of the human body so it is important to maintain its health. This is the reason people use beauty products more regularly in order to maintain the health of their skin. In addition, the increased use of skincare products can be seen based on the results of interviews with sellers of MS Glow products. Sales of MS beauty cosmetics are 50 percent compared to before the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine digital marketing and product quality simultaneously on interest in buying Ms Glow's products during the pandemic. The population in the study were active students of FEB 2018 Islamic University Malang and users of Ms Glow products. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 65 respondents. The results of the research show that partially digital marketing and product quality have a significant effect on buying interest. Meanwhile, simultaneously digital marketing and product quality have a significant effect on buying interest. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Product Quality and Buying Interest.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim. 1) To determine and analyze the impact of price on customer satisfaction. 2) To determine and analyze the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction. 3) To determine and analyze the impact of price and service quality on customer satisfaction. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The criteria that have been determined in this study are genuine Yamaha dealers in Lowokwaru, Malang city, lowokwaru sub-district people, aged 17 years and over, using and having bought a Yamaha motorcycle. Based on observations of these criteria, 55 respondents were obtained. Methods of data analysis using quantitative methods using test instruments testing, multiple linear analysis testing, classical assumption testing, f testing (simultaneous), t testing (partial testing), r square testing (coefficient of determination test), the results showed that all price variables negative impact on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive impact on customer satisfaction, therefore price and service quality have a positive impact together on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Price, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study includes 1) work motivation, work loyalty, work commitment, and an overview of employee performance, 2) work motivation, work loyalty, and the effect of work commitment on employee performance, 3). The aim is to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance. 4) The effect of work loyalty on employee performance. Employee performance, 5) Impact of work commitment on employee performance.This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis and inference. The number of samples used were 39 respondents from ULP Kangean Islands, Sumenep Regency. Sources of data used are primary and secondary sources. Using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement while the analysis used is an instrumental test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS 16.0 tools and data collection. The results of this survey show that 1) work motivation, work loyalty, and commitment affect employee performance simultaneously, 2) work motivation affects employee performance, and 3) work shows that loyalty affects employee performance, 4). Abstract

Abstract The internet is a big leap that has occurred in the industrial,technology, information and communication sectors that move dynamically which can be processed to provide faster and more useful information. The internet has been used in various fields, one of which is the world of work, the use of the internet whose initial function is to speed up and simplify an employee's performance also has a negative impact which gives free access to the world of social media. In the world of work, the phenomenon of internet use that has nothing to do with work becomes the focus of a problem called Cyberloafing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on the cyberloafing behavior of employees at the Surabaya Headquarters Infaq Management Institute.This research method uses a quantitative approach, namely the process of finding knowledge using numbers as a tool to analyze information about what you want to know, the results of this study are that the work stress variable does not have a significant influence on cyberloafing behavior with a significant value of 0.557 while the job satisfaction variable has a significant effect. significant to cyberloafing behavior with a significant value of 0.031. Keywords: Job stress, Job Satisfaction, Cyberloafing, Internet
