Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of Viral Marketing, Product Quality, and Price on Buying Interest in Erigo Products. Case Study of Management Students at the Islamic University of Malang Batch 2018. This research is a type of quantitative research using descriptive methods to describe existing phenomena. The population in this study is Management students of the Islamic University of Malang who purchase Erigo Products. From this population, samples will be determined using the formula from slovin so that a sample of 85 samples of data analysis in this study consists of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the t test there is a partial influence between the viral marketing variables, product quality, price on buying interest adjusted by R Square in this study of (83.8%), the dependent variable, namely buying interest, can be explained. a n by variables Viral Marketing (X1), Product Quality (X2) and Price (X3 While 16.2%. explained by other variables outside the research model Keywords : Buying Interest, Viral Marketing, Product Quality, Price

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Lazada e_commerce (Case Study of FEB Unisma Students Forces 2018). The variables used in this study are. Consumer satisfaction variable (dependent variable), while the independent variables are product quality, brand image, price and service quality.The results of this study partially concluded that the product quality variable, price had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, while brand image and service quality had no significant effect on consumer satisfaction and simultaneously concluded that there was an influence between product quality, brand image, price and service quality variables on satisfaction. consumer. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Price, Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of trust, ease of use and risk perception on consumer buying interest (Study on Sociolla E-Commerce Users in Malang City). The type of research used is explanatory research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents and data processing using SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, statistical test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The variables used in this study are the dependent variable buying interest, and the independent variables are trust, ease of use, and risk perception. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence. Partially, it is shown that the variables of Trust and Risk Perception have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Interest variable, then the positive Ease of Use variable has no significant effect on the Consumer Buying Interest of Sociolla e-commerce users in Malang City. Keywords : Trust, Ease of Use, Risk Perception, Purchase Interest

Abstract

AbstractDigital advertising is currently a trend in society, one of which is advertising through social media such as Instagram. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorsers and advertisements on buying interest in MS Glow treatment products in Malang City. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of Malang City residents who buy skin care products who are active followers of Ms Glow's Instagram account (Have interacted with Ms Glow's account such as; Like, Comment, Share, Save, and Repost) and purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The data were then analyzed by multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results showed that Celebrity Endorser partially had no significant effect on buying interest in MS Glow treatment products. While advertising partially has a significant effect on the product of interest in buying MS Glow treatment. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to discover and analyze the pricing, content marketing, and online consumer reviews that influence purchasing decisions for TikTok store users. The sample for this research was users of the 2019 batch of tiktok shop management students from the Faculty of Business and Economics, Islamic University of Malang, with 85 respondents. The independent variables consist of the variables of price, content marketing and online consumer reviews. Meanwhile, the dependent variable of this study is the purchase decision variable measured using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The result of the study is that there is a simultaneous influence of price, content marketing and customer reviews online consumers on purchasing decisions on tiktok shop users of students at the University of Malang Islam Faculty of Economics and Business. Meanwhile, the partial effect only occurs in the price variable on purchasing decisions, while the content marketing and online consumer reviews variables have no partial effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Online Store, Price, Content Marketing, Online Consumer Reviews, Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine how much influence the variable workload, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. Malang City Environmental Service Study. In this study the population numbered 68 people using random sampling. The method of taking samples is, employees who work at the Department of Environment of Malang City. To find out the data that will be examined later, this study uses a way to distribute questionnaires to better know the opinions of employees by filling out the statements that have been attached to the questionnaire.In addition, this study uses the SPSS measuring instrument to test data in the form of instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. This research resulted in several conclusions which stated that the variables of workload, work motivation, and work discipline were simultaneously influential so that they could improve the performance of the employees of the Malang City Environmental Service. While partially workload has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Effect of Workload, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Scarlett Whitening Price on purchasing decisions of Scarlett Whitening Brand products. The location of this research was carried out on teenagers in Sumenep City who became consumers of Scarlett Whitening products. This research is a quantitative research. This study used a case study method where data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to adolescents in Sumenep City who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Ferdinand formula and the results obtained were 80 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the F test indicate that Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Price have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Price partially have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett whitening. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Price

Abstract

AbstractThe shift in consumer behavior in Indonesia is the main influence of increasing consumer demand. Consumer behavior tends to be impulsive, and this is especially true for consumers at toko UD pokok berkah Malang. This study aims to examine the relationship between impulse buying, price discounts, bonus packs, and store atmosphere. The sample consists of 100 respondents where they are selected by purposive sampling. Characteristics of respondents, for example, they live in the city of Malang, they have shopped at toko UD pokok berkah, respondents aged 15-45 years. Analysis using analisis regresi linear berganda on SPSS20. It was found that the discount price, bonus pack, and store atmosphere had a simultaneous effect on impulse buying, while for a partial effect only bonus packs had no effect on impulse buying. Keyword: price discount, bomus pack, store atmosphere, impulse buying

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to examine the effect of halal label, brand image, product quality andservices endorsed on the purchasing decision of Sariayu cosmetics. The population in this study were women in Lesanpuro. The sample selection is mothers who have and are currently using Sariayu cosmetics. In this study using atechnique purposive side. The number of samples used as many as 120 mothers. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique with quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate that (1) halal labels, brand image,  product quality, andservices endorse simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (2) halal labels partially affect purchasing decisions (3) purchasing decisions. brand image partially has no effect onpurchasing decisions (4) product quality partially has no effect on purchasing decisions (5) services endorse partially affect purchasing decisions.  Keywords : Halal Label, Brand Image, Product Quality And Services Endorsed

Abstract

Abstract This purpose of study : (1) to determine the effect of work experience on employee performance at the Backpacker Hostel. (2) to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on the Performance of Backpacker Hostel Employees (3) to determine the effect of Work Motivation on the Backpacker Hostel's Employee Performance (4) to determine the simultaneous effect of work experience, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the Backpacker Hostel's Employee Performance. In this study the population amounted to 35 respondents. Collecting data through distributing questionnaires using google form. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 16. The technique of testing data with instrument testing uses a validity test, reliability test, and continued normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, and classical assumption test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, testing research hypotheses. The results of the analysis show that: (1) There is a positive effect of the work experience variable on the Employee Performance variable at the Backpacker Hostel. (2) There is no positive effect of the Organizational Culture variable on the Employees Performance variable at the Backpacker Hostel. (3) There is a positive effect of the work motivation variable on the employee performance variable at the Backpacker Hostel.
