Abstract

Fokus utama dari kegiatan ini ialah meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran para pelakuusaha mengenai pentingnya melakukan pencatatan keuangan usaha, khususnya pencatatankeuangan digital menggunakan Aplikasi Buku Warung. Melalui aplikasi tersebut,pengguna dapat mencatat persediaan, pengeluaran, riwayat transaksi, serta transaksi kasdengan lebih mudah dan teratur. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM dilakukan melalui tiga tahapanutama, yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap persiapan, dilakukanobservasi lapangan, penyusunan materi serta modul pelatihan, dan koordinasi dengan mitraUMKM serta narasumber. Tahap pelaksanaan meliputi pengisian kuesioner pre-test,penyampaian materi oleh narasumber, sesi diskusi interaktif, serta pelaksanaan post-testuntuk menilai tingkat pemahaman peserta. Selanjutnya, tahap evaluasi dilakukan melaluipengamatan langsung, pendokumentasian kegiatan, serta penilaian terhadap perubahansikap dan perilaku peserta dalam menerapkan pencatatan keuangan digital. Hasil kegiatanmenunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang cukup signifikan dalam pemahaman pesertamengenai pentingnya pencatatan keuangan digital menggunakan Aplikasi Buku Warung.Selain itu, peserta memperlihatkan antusiasme tinggi untuk mulai menerapkan sistempencatatan keuangan yang lebih tertata. Mereka juga semakin memahami pentingnyamemisahkan keuangan pribadi dengan keuangan usaha. Dampak positif lainnya adalahmunculnya semangat kebersamaan di antara pelaku UMKM untuk saling bertukarinformasi dan mendukung satu sama lain dalam penerapan pencatatan keuangan usaha.

Abstract

This study examines the ongoing challenges in improving teacher work performance at private vocational high schools through the strengthening of organizational culture, compensation, and work motivation. The aim of this research is to empirically test the causal relationships among these variables. The method used is a quantitative explanatory survey involving 128 teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire, with validity tested through the Pearson Product Moment and reliability through Cronbach’s Alpha. Data analysis included prerequisite tests (normality, homogeneity, linearity, and significance) and path analysis to identify direct and indirect effects. The results show that organizational culture, compensation, and work motivation each have a significant direct effect on teacher performance, with work motivation emerging as the most dominant factor. Additionally, organizational culture and compensation also exert indirect effects through work motivation. These findings emphasize the importance of integrated empowerment strategies to enhance teacher performance. The study concludes that strengthening organizational culture, ensuring fair compensation, and implementing continuous motivation programs are essential to optimizing teacher work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), hedonic shopping, and sales promotion on purchasing decisions for online retail insurance products, with impulse buying as a mediating variable. The method used is quantitative descriptive, which aims to describe phenomena objectively based on numerical data without testing hypotheses. The population of the study was customers of general insurance companies who purchased retail insurance products online, with an estimated population of around 500,000 people. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria, and 400 respondents were determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and distributing questionnaires as the main instrument to measure consumer perceptions of the variables studied. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical methods and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Lisrel 8.88 software. The results of the study showed that e-WOM, hedonic shopping, and sales promotion had a significant influence on impulse buying. Impulse buying was proven to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for online retail insurance products. Simultaneously, the four variables also had a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The impulse buying variable acts as a full mediator in the relationship between e-WOM and hedonic shopping on purchasing decisions, as well as a partial mediator between sales promotion and purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that an effective digital marketing strategy needs to consider the combination of credible e-WOM, a pleasant shopping experience, attractive sales promotions, and consumer impulsiveness as the key to driving online retail insurance product purchasing decisions in the digital era.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of product quality, social media marketing, and price perception on consumers' intention to purchase electric vehicles, with brand awareness serving as a mediating factor. Conducted in Bogor City, the study employed a quantitative method involving 385 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using SEM-LISREL 8.80. The findings reveal that product quality has a significant impact on both brand awareness (t = 3.48) and purchase intention (t = 3.61). Social media marketing also significantly influences brand awareness (t = 2.02) and purchase intention (t = 4.24), while price perception affects brand awareness (t = 2.36) and purchase intention (t = 3.44). Furthermore, brand awareness mediates the relationship between these variables and purchase intention (t = 4.20). The findings indicate that social media marketing is the most dominant factor affecting purchase intention, highlighting the importance of developing intensive and interactive digital marketing strategies. Practically, companies should focus on enhancing brand awareness and building positive consumer perceptions through social media, supported by high-quality products and competitive pricing, to accelerate electric vehicle adoption in Bogor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants  of consumption value and  their impact  on green purchase intention through green trust in  a case study on the purchase and use of Xiaomi electric scooter products in Jabodetabek. This study used quantitative accidental sampling method by conducting survey techniques using questionnaire instruments. The questionnaire was distributed to 150 respondents in the Jabodetabek area and the classification of respondents were those who had known, had used, and had bought electric scooter products. The analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study state that  consumption values  consisting of functional value, social value, and emotional value have a significant influence on green trust both individually  and  together, consumption values have a significant  influence on green purchase intention, green trust has a  significant influence on  Green Purchase Intention, as well as Consumption Values and  Green Trust together have a significant influence on Green Purchase Intention.
