Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the portrait of traders as a visitor attraction in the religious tourism area of Datu Kelampayan Astambul Sub-district, Banjar Regency. Qualitative research method was used in this study to describe the general description of the location and to describe the portrait of traders as a visitor attraction in the religious tourism area of Datu Kelampayan, Astambul Sub-district, Banjar Regency. The subjects in this research are the manager of the religious tourism area, tourists who come to visit the religious tourism area, and local people who carry out trading activities in the Datu Kalampayan religious tourism area. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction based on research objectives, data presentation based on description, and data withdrawal based on conclusion drawing. Test data validity with triangulation. The results showed an overview of the Datu Kalampayan religious tourism area, which has a well-organised area and has various adequate facilities for visitors to use. The portrait of traders as a visitor attraction in the Datu Kalampayan religious tourism area is carried out every day and is related to economic activities. Economic activities carried out by traders consist of production, distribution and consumption activities. The conclusion of this research is that the tourist area has various facilities that can be utilised by visitors, one of the facilities that visitors often visit is a trader's place. The existence of trading activities in the Datu Kalampayan religious tourism area is used to meet the needs of local people in their daily lives.

Abstract

Pembelajaran IPS bukan merupakan mata pelajaran yang hanya mengutamakan hafalan. Namun, Mata Pelajaran IPS bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang fakta serta materi yang harus diingat dan diimplementasikan untuk menumbuhkan rasa sadar akan tanggung jawab dalam bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara. Untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran IPS tersebut diperlukan seperangkat rencana yang dijadikan sebagai elemen penting pedoman pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, memperhatikan elemen kurikulum pada setiap pada pelajaran merupakan kewajiban para pelaksana pembelajaran di Sekolah. Penelitian melalui studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi elemen kurikulum mata pelajaran IPS di tingkat Sekolah dasar, dengan tujuan artikel ini dapat menjadi sumber referensi elemen pokok kurikulum Mata Pelajaran IPS untuk tingkatan Sekolah Dasar. Studi pustaka dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang sesuai, kemudian dilakukan diskusi secara naratif. Hasil diskusi memastikan bahwa kurikulum IPS di tingkat Sekolah Dasar mencakup empat komponen yaitu tujuan, materi, strategi pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPS di Sekolah Dasar harus memperhatikan berbagai komponen tersebut yang dijabarkan pada aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran IPS. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar pembelajaran IPS di tingkat Sekolah Dasar mampu menciptakan warga negara yang baik, mampu berfikir kritis dan memecahkan masalah

Abstract

Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi terhadap Kinerja Keuangan yang dimoderasi oleh Pengendalian Internal pada PT. Kalla Toyota Cabang Pinrang”. Skripsi Program Studi Akuntansi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare (UMPAR). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pengendalian internal dalam memoderasi hubungan sistem informasi akuntansi dengan kinerja keuangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Kalla Toyota Cabang Pinrang yang juga merupakan sampel penelitian sebanyak 31 sampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Analisis linear sederhana digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi dengan kinerja keuangan. Sedangkan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) digunakan untuk mengetahui kemampuan dari pengendalian internal dalam memoderasi sistem informasi akuntansi dengan kinerja keuangan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji T membuktikan bahwa variabel sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh positif signifikan dengan variabel kinerja keuangan begitupun dengan hasil penelitian regresi moderasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengendalian iinternal mampu untuk memoderasi sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Analisis cash flow (arus kas) terhadap perkembangan UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) adalah proses untuk memahami bagaimana aliran uang masuk dan keluar dapat memengaruhi pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan usaha. Cash flow yang sehat sangat penting bagi UMKM karena bisnis dalam kategori ini umumnya memiliki keterbatasan modal dan akses pembiayaan. Dengan demikian, manajemen arus kas yang baik menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan kendala cashflow terhadap perkembangan UMKM di Kota Parepare. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala atau staf dinas tenaga kerja Kota Parepare, serta pelaku UMKM di Kota Parepare. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, interpretasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran cashflow terhadap perkembangan UMKM di Kota Parepare adalah: 1. Mengatur dan memprediksi keuangan, 2. Menghemat biaya dan meningkatkan profit, 3. Meningkatkan keterampilan, 4. Meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan. Adapun kendala dalam pengimplementasian cashflow terhadap perkembangan UMKM di Kota Parepare adalah: 1. Ketidakmampuan dalam pengelolaan cashflow, 2. Kurangnya SDM yang Kompeten.

Abstract

Pendapatan Asli daerah Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan Dana Perimbangan terhadap Belanja Modal pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan dokumentasi yang diambil dari laporan keuangan daerah dan data terkait lainnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Berdasarkan uji F, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel PAD dan Dana Perimbangan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal di Pemerintah Kabupaten Barru. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan alokasi anggaran untuk belanja modal. Selanjutnya, hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel, yaitu PAD dan Dana Perimbangan, berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Belanja Modal. Dengan demikian, peningkatan PAD dan Dana Perimbangan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kapasitas pemerintah daerah dalam melakukan belanja modal yang pada akhirnya mendukung pembangunan infrastruktur dan fasilitas publik yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pemerintah daerah dalam merencanakan dan mengelola anggaran belanja modal yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

The container terminal is essential in marine logistics as the connection between sea and land. The acceleration of economic globalization and regional economic integration leads to a substantial rise in commerce. This study aims to determine the process and impact of the Makassar container terminal transformation and what obstacles hinder the smoothness of the transformation process in the Container of PT. Pelindo Regional IV Makassar Branch. This study used qualitative research through direct observation of the Object being investigated or directly witnessing the actual situation, as well as interviews with PT Pelindo IV Makassar Branch employees. The study results show that 1) Transformation in the Makassar container terminal is a strategic step to increase ports’ efficiency, capacity, and competitiveness in eastern Indonesia. With advanced technology, operational optimization, and government policy support, this terminal can improve loading and unloading performance, reduce logistics costs, and support regional economic growth. 2) Several major obstacles were still found in the transformation process faced by the Makassar container terminal, consisting of a) Resource aspects, namely the standard of understanding that is not yet qualified and the readiness of human resources is not 100% to support the transformation program; b) business processes, still need improvement in SOP, PNC, GATE, Yard, Berth, Customer Service and Safety; c) Equipment and Facilities, some equipment is damaged so that it cannot be used optimally; d) Wavy field conditions; e) Layout and markings on the field are absent and f) Information and Technology (IT) system used did not fully support operational activities. It can be concluded that the transformation process continues to improve services for shipping companies, which are its main customers. The implication of the study is that service standards in the container terminal area are the company’s main concern in providing optimal and efficient services.

Abstract

The Grand Forest Park (Tahura) is essentially built and developed as regional wealth. For the sake of economic development and conservation towards Law Number 22 of 1999 concerning regional government and Law number 41 of 99 concerning forestry, Tahura has an important role for local governments to develop the development of the Tahura area. Is expected to have an important role in the development of economic activities and regional conservation activities as tourism education research activities for community development around the area and biodiversity conservation. In the Tahura study, Sultan Adam was chosen as the object of research or object of study, considering that he is located in Mandiangin Village, Banjar Regency, under the auspices of the South Kalimantan Provincial Forestry Service. The purpose of this research was to see how the role of Tahura has on the economic development of the surrounding community. The research method used in this study is a survey method. The presence of visitors does not always have an impact on the sales results obtained by traders. Sometimes visitors have brought their own food. Visitors who come from certain communities and agencies who carry out activities at the Sultan Adam Tahura often bring their own food ordered from other places. This is because there is an assumption that the prices of goods at tourist sites are more expensive, so visitors choose to bring their own food from home.

Abstract

Professional in the field of education, it is important for teachers to have various skills, including the ability to write scientific papers. Writing scientific papers not only helps teachers achieve career advancement such as promotions and recognition, but also provides opportunities to gain awards and recognition for their work. However, it is unfortunate that many teachers do not have experience writing scientific articles that are published in journals or being speakers at national or regional seminars. To overcome this, the community service program implemented is training and mentoring for social studies teachers at MGMP Barito Kuala Regency. The steps in this activity include coordination, conveying information, mentoring and evaluation. The results of this program show that the majority of social studies teachers in Barito Regency still do not understand and master the techniques for writing scientific papers in accordance with applicable regulations. Apart from that, participants also stated that one of the main difficulties they faced in compiling articles was difficulty in starting research due to a lack of ideas, which in turn was caused by a lack of reading and writing culture.

Abstract

Local community involvement can also be an effective strategy in assisting students in junior high school. Involving community leaders, historians and local cultural figures can provide valuable perspectives and direct experience of local history to students. This service aims to determine efforts to assist students in increasing understanding of local history in the City of Banjarmasin. The method used is a mentoring activity involving Social Sciences Education students, FKIP, Lambung Mangkurat University and students at SMP Negeri 1 Tamban. The Wasaka Banjarmasin Museum also encourages students' curiosity and enthusiasm for learning. The interactive and fun learning experience at this museum motivates them to dig deeper into the local history of Banjarmasin and seek information from various sources. This will foster their love of science and encourage them to continue learning and developing. More than just an educational tourist spot, the Wasaka Banjarmasin Museum is a forum for building a sense of solidarity and unity among students.

Abstract

A developed country can be said to prioritize education, arguing that without education a nation will not have the ability to manage to meet the needs of life. The role of an educator has a very important task, role, and position in the world of education. That is why, an educator must always develop his abilities. The method used in writing this article is a descriptive analysis technique with literature study. Collect articles, e-books, journals and other scientific literature obtained from the Google Scholar platform or also called Google Scholar and online e-book books. The creativity of an educator in using learning methods to increase student motivation in junior high school social studies / MTS lessons always tries to increase creativity. In a transdisciplinary or crossdisciplinary view, education must involve the development of human potential and humanity of a student. A learner must develop his personal life which concerns various aspects of personality with regard to social life, culture, religion, art, economy, science and technology as a human being. Education must also develop the human potential of a student such as concern for the environment, society, nation, state, human beings who can make themselves as agents of change in the welfare of community life and use discipline and transdiscipline as tools for the welfare of human life. Teacher Creativity Development in creative learning based on a learning approach is to provide material that is in accordance with life events / experiences.
