Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kinerja keuangan PT. Mayora Indah Tbk menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan, dengan fokus pada rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan solvabilitas. Perusahaan tersebut dipilih karena peran strategisnya dalam industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Rasio keuangan, seperti current ratio, quick ratio, net profit margin, return on equity, return on assets, debt assets ratio, dan debt to equity ratio, digunakan untuk menilai kinerja perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba, mengelola utang, dan mengelola aset. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil analisis rasio keuangan ini memberikan gambaran yang nyata tentang kesehatan keuangan perusahaan serta kemampuannya dalam memenuhi kewajiban keuangan jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih baik tentang kondisi keuangan perusahaan dan memberikan masukan yang berharga bagi pengambilan keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Animal feed is food given to the pets. Animal feed is very important thing in aquaculture activities in the livestock sector. Rice straw is the main choice for livestock feed. The content of the nutrition in the rice straw are 4.60% crude protein and 28.86% crude fiber, thats not good for livestock growth and caused the farmers economic condition. Even though the rice field land in Nisam sub-dictrict is quite wide and there is a lot of rice waste during the harvest season, but the people still not optimized its utilization. Optimizing the utilization of damaged rice straw can support the need for high nutrition content in animal feed, so that the livestock can grow well. To improve the quality of rice straw, it is necessary to carry out the process in using the probiotics then it is easily digested by livestock. This condition will improve the welfare of the breeders. Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge to Elementary School 5’s teachers in Syamtalira Aron about how to create Canva-based learning presentation media. The method we apply is direct assistance to teachers in the process of creating Canva-based Learning Presentation Media. Our team will provide intensive guidance to assist teachers in mastering the use of Canva and designing effective presentation media. The expected outcome of this service activity is to offer substantial support to teachers, enabling them to independently create learning presentation media that suit their needs. By focusing on Canva as a creative tool, we want to ensure that teachers can optimize the use of presentation media in their learning process. Through this assistance, it is hoped that teachers will acquire not only new knowledge but also practical skills in creating engaging and effective learning materials. It is hoped that this assistance can offer sustainable solutions for teachers in addressing the challenges of modern learning. Keywords: Mentoring, Learning Presentation Media, Canva.

Abstract

Unemployed youth due to the Covid-19 pandemic continues to grow, this is a problem because youth are unemployed. This unemployment problem is very important to pay attention to because unemployment has the potential to cause various crimes (involved in narcotics) and social unrest, and poverty. Economic factors that are very worrying for unemployed youth are a problem in getting education and assistance as well as business capital in conducting superior free-range chicken farming. The method used in this service, the methods used in this counseling activity are: 1. Delivering the material that has been prepared with the question and answer method 2. After giving a motivational lecture to deepen the material that has been delivered, it is followed by a discussion on the care of superior free-range chickens 3. Giving business capital in the form of chicken seeds, feed vaccines and medicines for the treatment of superior native chickens, 4. provide training on how to ferment bran feed. The results obtained in this service are through mentoring, providing business capital and training for young people to have skills and knowledge about superior free-range chickens so that they can reduce the number of unemployed by starting a business of raising superior free-range chickens and creating jobs for themselves. Upgrade. The conclusion in this service is that the process of empowering unemployed youth through training assistance and business capital can improve their economic standard and quality of life by pioneering the business of raising superior free-range chickens and being able to assist other youths in raising superior free-range chickens.Keywords: Empowerment, Unemployed Youth, Superior Village Chicken

Abstract: This study aims to determine the role of the Empowerment Office Women and Child Protection of Makassar City in Realizing The fulfillment of children's rights is seen from the role as coordinator, facilitator, and Stimulator. This type of research is qualitative which is descriptive with Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that the role of the Empowerment Office Women and Child Protection Still Not Good. Especially on indicators from The role of the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office as The coordinator is strategic prevention and protection of the fulfillment of children's rights It hasn't completely gone well, that is, there are still some children who experiencing conflicts, not going to school or dropping out, not being recorded, and Untouched by the Government.Keywords: Makassar, Women, dan Children

Abstract

Ornamental plants are plants that are in great demand these days because of their beauty and attractiveness. Ornamental plants are an important aspect because they are able to maintain environmental health, the more ornamental plants the better it is also to beautify the environment. In this research, a determination process is carried out to determine the health of ornamental plants, one of which is Bougenville Flower or commonly referred to as paper flower, which is an ornamental plant whose existence is quite popular among the public and is widely spread in various regions in Indonesia. The method used in this research is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to rank alternatives. The criteria used are 3 namely air temperature, air humidity, and soil pH, while the alternatives used are 10 paper flower ornamental plants with the aim of ranking the best or healthy paper flower plants from the samples tested. Implementation with the SAW method produces recommendations for paper flower ornamental plants, namely A3 or paper flower 3 accompanied by the results of ranking values with a value of 0.992 which is the highest value compared to other alternatives. This research has also been calculated using Confusion Matrix with an accuracy test result of 60%.

The regulation of maintenance in Islamic family law plays a pivotal role in promoting family welfare by ensuring financial and emotional support for dependents. Rooted in Siyasah Syar'iyyah, this framework aligns with the principles of justice, compassion, and shared responsibility. Its implementation influences economic policies that safeguard the rights of vulnerable family members, particularly women and children, fostering societal stability. Furthermore, the integration of Islamic Banking and Sharia Compliance enhances the financial infrastructure to support maintenance obligations through ethical financing solutions. By adhering to Financial Ethics, this system provides equitable mechanisms to address disputes, ensuring fairness while upholding the moral tenets of Islamic law. Challenges, including modern economic pressures and cultural interpretations, highlight the need for adaptive reforms and broader public awareness. Strengthening these regulations within contemporary contexts can profoundly impact family welfare and overall social harmony.

Abstract

Data from the Indonesian Health Profile in 2022 shows that 41,081 cases of typhoid and paratyphoid fever sufferers were hospitalized in hospitals with a death rate of 279 cases (Ministry of Health, 2022). Several factors play a role in the incidence of typhoid fever, including: environmental factors, knowledge, attitudes and actions. According to the Ministry of Health in 2022, feces disposal, clean water facilities, food sanitation, personal hygiene, the habit of snacking or eating outside the home, as well as a history of typhoid fever in the family is a factor that is thought to be involved in the incidence of typhoid fever. The population in this study were all children aged 5 to 14 years who were diagnosed with typhoid fever and treated in the pediatric ward from January to June 2024, totaling 67 cases. A sample is a part of a population that has certain characteristics or conditions to be studied. The sampling technique used in this research was Total Sampling, namely the entire population was used as a sample, namely 67 cases. This research is analytical with a cross sectional design with data processing methods using Editing, Coding, Tabulating and Entry. The results of the chi-square statistical test between knowledge and the incidence of Typhoid Fever in children obtained a p value (0.002) < α (0.05), meaning that H0 was rejected, and Ha, accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of Typhoid Fever. at Dr. Hospital. Fauziah. It is hoped that Dr. Fauziah Bireuen Regency As a measure to prevent typhoid fever in children, Dr. Hospital. Fauziah Bireuen Regency was advised to improve health education programs for parents about the importance of sanitation, food hygiene and vaccination.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of intellectual capital, institutional ownership and leverage on financial performance in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Financial Performance of Banking Companies is measured using Return on Equity (ROE) as the main indicator. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the annual reports of banking companies listed on the IDX during the 2019-2022 period through the website www.idx.co.id. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study simultaneously show a significant, which means that intellectual capital, institutional ownership and leverage simultaneously affect the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of the study partially show a significant, which means that intellectual capital and institutional ownership have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of banking companies, while leverage has a negative and significant effect on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. It is expected that further research can use other independent variables, such as liquidity and company size with different observation periods.

Abstract

The role of organizational culture in improving student academic achievement in schools. The research method used involved an analysis of the literature and previous studies highlighting the relationship between organizational culture and academic achievement. The results of the analysis show that building and strengthening organizational culture, such as a clear vision and mission of the school, effective leadership, open communication, community participation, and reward and recognition systems, contribute significantly to improving students' academic achievement. The references used in this article support the importance of a healthy organizational culture in creating a high-achieving and enjoyable learning environment for every student. The implications of these findings emphasize the need for schools to prioritize building a strong organizational culture to improve overall student academic achievement.
