Abstract

This research aims to analyze the comparison of the income of rice farmers who use combine harvesters and farmers who do not use combine harvesters in Padang Village, Manggeng District, Southwest Aceh Regency. The methods used are observation data collection techniques, direct interviews using questionnaires while data analysis uses quantitative descriptive methods. 95% test (0.05) comparative testing of the income of rice farmers who do not use combine machines and the income of rice farmers who use combine machines, shows a significant difference between the test values, where the t test shows that tcount = 5.70. Meanwhile ttable is 1.666. Because tcount > ttable, namely 5.70 > 1.666, it means that Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted, so it can be concluded that farmers' income with the use of combine machines will cause an increase in income. Thus, the difference between the income of rice farmers who do not use combine machines and the income of rice farmers who use combine machines at the 0.05 level, namely 0.000 < 0.05, is significantly different and causes an increase in income in Padang village, Manggeng District, Aceh Barat Daya Regency.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of the Wonderland Dance performance as part of a community service program. The background of this activity is the urgency to preserve and introduce Indonesian culture in the midst of globalization, where traditional values often face challenges from modern culture. The objective was to promote Indonesian cultural identity while providing students with learning opportunities in leadership, teamwork, and cultural diplomacy. The method included several stages, namely choreography preparation, costume arrangement, coordination with local authorities in Kampung Tanjung Surat, Johor, Malaysia, and the final performance. Data were obtained through observation and informal interviews, then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the Wonderland Dance was enthusiastically welcomed by the local community, with active participation and appreciation. Students also gained valuable experience in cultural exchange and organizational skills. In conclusion, cultural performances such as the Wonderland Dance can serve as effective media for cultural introduction, strengthening social relations, and empowering communities. Furthermore, this activity illustrates how higher education institutions can contribute to cultural preservation through community engagement. It highlights the significance of student involvement in promoting local wisdom, ensuring that Indonesian traditions continue to be recognized and appreciated in a global context.

Abstract

The role of organizational culture in improving student academic achievement in schools. The research method used involved an analysis of the literature and previous studies highlighting the relationship between organizational culture and academic achievement. The results of the analysis show that building and strengthening organizational culture, such as a clear vision and mission of the school, effective leadership, open communication, community participation, and reward and recognition systems, contribute significantly to improving students' academic achievement. The references used in this article support the importance of a healthy organizational culture in creating a high-achieving and enjoyable learning environment for every student. The implications of these findings emphasize the need for schools to prioritize building a strong organizational culture to improve overall student academic achievement.

Abstract

This study discusses the effectiveness of learning to write poetry based on the acrostic model with word cards through Wordwall media. The acrostic model is used to help students compose poetry more systematically, while word cards function as a guide in selecting relevant vocabulary. The integration of Wordwall media aims to create more interactive and interesting learning. The method used in this study is a literature study that examines various sources related to learning to write poetry. The results of the study indicate that this approach is able to increase creativity, understanding of the concept of acrostic poetry, and students' motivation in writing. In addition, the use of Wordwall as an interactive learning medium allows students to more easily explore ideas and improve critical thinking skills in writing poetry. Therefore, this strategy is recommended as an innovative alternative in learning literature in schools.

Abstract

Ornamental plants are plants that are in great demand these days because of their beauty and attractiveness. Ornamental plants are an important aspect because they are able to maintain environmental health, the more ornamental plants the better it is also to beautify the environment. In this research, a determination process is carried out to determine the health of ornamental plants, one of which is Bougenville Flower or commonly referred to as paper flower, which is an ornamental plant whose existence is quite popular among the public and is widely spread in various regions in Indonesia. The method used in this research is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to rank alternatives. The criteria used are 3 namely air temperature, air humidity, and soil pH, while the alternatives used are 10 paper flower ornamental plants with the aim of ranking the best or healthy paper flower plants from the samples tested. Implementation with the SAW method produces recommendations for paper flower ornamental plants, namely A3 or paper flower 3 accompanied by the results of ranking values with a value of 0.992 which is the highest value compared to other alternatives. This research has also been calculated using Confusion Matrix with an accuracy test result of 60%.

Abstract

Sosialisasi peraturan daerah tentang pengelolaan sampah memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam praktik berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas upaya sosialisasi melalui diskusi interaktif dan kuis yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai peraturan pengelolaan sampah. Kuis yang terdiri dari soal pilihan ganda dan isian singkat digunakan untuk menilai retensi pengetahuan setelah kegiatan sosialisasi. Selain itu, diskusi interaktif memberikan platform bagi peserta untuk berbagi pengalaman dan wawasan terkait praktik pengelolaan sampah. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa metode ini secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman peserta tentang peraturan dan mengidentifikasi area yang perlu diperbaiki dalam inisiatif pendidikan di masa mendatang. Dengan mengidentifikasi kesenjangan pengetahuan, evaluasi ini berfungsi sebagai alat yang berharga untuk memperbaiki penyampaian pendidikan pengelolaan sampah, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada kepatuhan yang lebih baik terhadap peraturan daerah.

Abstract

Immunization is an important factor that is useful in increasing the immunity of children from the age of 0 months. However, immunization campaigns are often rejected by the public due to misinformation and misconceptions about immunization. Therefore, an effective communication strategy is an important factor in planning communication programs to succeed immunization achievements and encourage behavior change in the community. This study aims to analyze the health communication strategy conducted in Peunaga Baro Preparatory Village, West Aceh District. We used a qualitative method by collecting data through interviews with 8 parents who participated in the immunization program as well as health workers as the person in charge of the immunization program. The analysis was developed using the KAP - based communication planning model. The results found that there are still misperceptions of immunization in the community so that they do not allow their children to be immunized. By combining communication patterns, the communication patterns of health workers are linear-secondary communication patterns in the form of oral communication with direct counseling, linear-secondary communication patterns in the form of posters, circular-secondary communication patterns in the form of oral communication with direct counseling and the last is circular-secondary communication patterns in the form of WhatsApp Groups. The health communication strategy has not been implemented optimally, where health workers do not make structured message planning and do not consider the selection of media for delivering immunization messages.

Abstract

This research examines the contextualization of the concept of nusyūz in marriage law in Indonesia and the implications for its resolution regarding the act of beating through a discourse analysis approach. The main focus of the research is to analyze how the interpretation and application of the concept of nusyūz originating from Islamic law is adapted in the context of modern Indonesian marriage law, especially regarding the "beating" solution mentioned in classical texts. Using critical discourse analysis methods, this research explores how discourse about nusyūz is formed and interpreted in various legal texts, fiqh literature, and judicial practices in Indonesia. The research results show a shift in the interpretation of the nusyūz concept from a textual to a contextual understanding that is more in line with the principles of gender equality and human rights. Research finds that "beating" solutions need to be recontextualized with more constructive approaches such as mediation and marriage counseling. Abstract

Background : In the era of globalization and decentralization, hospitals must be ready to face challenges and changes. The number of nosocomial infections continues to increase, reaching around 9% (variation 3-21%) or >1.4 million inpatients in hospitals throughout the world. How to minimize the risk The occurrence of infections in hospitals and other health service facilities requires Infection Prevention and Control (PPI) to be implemented, namely activities that include planning, implementation, coaching, education and training, as well as monitoring and. CSSD management in hospitals which includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating CSSD management is really needed by a hospital because without management achieving its goals will be more difficult. The problems in the CSSD Unit are the lack of human resources and inadequate CSSD facilities. Methods : Research uses a qualitative descriptive type. Data collection uses interview techniques and observation. Where the subjects were taken as many as 3 people. Results : The results of the research show that the planning and organization of the CSSD has been well planned, the implementation of the CSSD has gone well and is in accordance with the CSSD guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, however there are still duplicate jobs. supervision has gone well, and evaluation has gone well in accordance with evaluation theory. Conclusion : the planning and organization of CSSD has been well planned in accordance with planning theory, and the organization refers to the organizational structure issued by the Ministry of Health. The implementation of CSSD has been going well and in accordance with the CSSD guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, however there is still work overlap. Supervision and evaluation have been running well according to the Formative and Summative evaluation types

Abstract

Hakikat ilmu pendidikan adalah upaya sadar untuk mengembangkan potensi yang dianugerahkan Tuhan kepada manusia dan diarahkan pada tujuan yang diharapkan agar memanusiakan manusia atau menjadikannya sebagai insan kamil, manusia utuh atau kaffah. Pendidikan menumbuhkan budi pekerti, kekuatan batin, karakter, pikiran dan tubuh peserta didik yang dilakukan secara integral tanpa dipisah-pisahkan. Gagasan dan pelaksanaan selalu dinamis sesuai dengan dinamika manusia dan masyarakatnya. Asas pendidikan adalah prinsip atau landasan dasar yang menjadi pedoman dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Asas ini mencakup nilai-nilai yang mendasari segala aktivitas pendidikan, seperti tujuan, metode, dan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam mendidik individu atau kelompok.
