Abstract

Political branding yang dibangun wanseptember situmorang merupakan strartegi yang digunakan untuk membentuk citra positif dalam benak masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Political branding Wanseptember Situmorang pada Pemilihan Legislative DPRD Dairi 2024. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif berdasarkan indicator Political branding yang diadopsi oleh Asmaul Husna.Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bagaimana Wanseptember Situmorang membangun Political brandingya ditengah-tengah masyarakat dengan mengunakan identifikasi diri yang menggambarkan karakteristik Wanseptember Situmorang, produk politik yang disampaikan Wanseptember Situmorang untuk menyakinkan masyarakat bahwa Wanseptember Situmorang layak dijadikan pemimpin, positioning dilakukan untuk menentukan strategi pendekatan berdasarkan karakteristik pemilih yang telah ditentukan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Strategi Marketing Communication Mix Cahaya Ricky Kota Tapaktuan Aceh Selatan Dalam Memasarkan Manisan Pala. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep marketing communicatio mix dan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuh orang informan kunci. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Periklanan yang digunakan Cahaya Ricky yaitu komunikasi secara tidak langsung, karena Manisan Pala Cahaya Ricky menawarkan produk menggunakan media perantara sebagai media komunikasi untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada audiens, promosi penjualan yang dilakukan oleh Cahaya Ricky menarik dimata pelanggan karena dalam bentuk parsel lebih banyak isinya, Cahaya Ricky belum pernah memberikan sponsor dalam program-program tertentu. Hal tersebut dikarenakan faktor biaya mahal, namun Cahaya Ricky pernah melakukan kerjasama dengan Dinas Pariwisata Aceh Selatan dan Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian Koperasi dan UKM Aceh Selatan.  mengenai hubungan masyarakat dan publisitas dengan adanya tayangan di stasiun televisi dapat meningkatkan pelanggan untuk Cahaya Ricky, Cahaya Ricky tidak menggunakan sistem pemasaran secara langsung dikareakan selain membutuhkan banyak waktu juga membuat pelanggan tidak nyaman. Pemasaran interaktif yang dilakukan Cahaya Ricky memenuhi keinginan pelanggan sesuai dengan apa yang diminta oleh pelanggannya, pemasaran dari mulut kemulut yang dilakukan oleh Cahaya Ricky membuat pelanggan tertarik terhadap produknya, bukan hanya tertarik pelanggan juga merasakan kepuasan setelah mencoba produk-produk dari Cahaya Ricky dan untuk Cahaya Ricky tidak menggunakan sistem pemasaran penjualan personal. Hal tersebut dikarenakan dalam penerapan penjualan personal Cahaya Ricky tidak mempunyai tenaga kerja yang cukup. peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa Strategi Marketing Communication Mix Cahaya Ricky Kota Tapaktuan Aceh Selatan Dalam Memasarkan Manisan Pala belum sepenuhnya berjalan secara maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital di MTs Muhammadiyah 15 Medan Deli, serta dampaknya terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pelatihan penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis digital dapat mengatasi rendahnya kompetensi guru, keterbatasan akses pelatihan, dan tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen hasil pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi Quizizz berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengimplementasikan media digital, yang berdampak pada peningkatan interaktivitas dan efektivitas evaluasi pembelajaran. Namun, beberapa kendala juga ditemukan, seperti kurangnya infrastruktur yang memadai dan waktu yang terbatas untuk pelatihan. Meskipun demikian, kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat kompetensi guru untuk memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di MTs Muhammadiyah 15 Medan Deli.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial management strategies of the Al-Markaz Al-Ma'arif Mosque in Bone Regency in enhancing donor trust. With the significant growth of mosques and the Muslim community in Indonesia, financial management of mosques has become crucial to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the use of funds. This study employs a qualitative method with a field approach, involving interviews and observations of mosque administrators and donors. The findings indicate that the financial management of the mosque is carried out through several funding sources, including donation boxes, voluntary contributions (infak), and productive businesses managed by the mosque administrators. The strategies implemented include managing finances based on the principles of trust, transparency in financial reporting, accountability in fund usage, efficiency and effectiveness, fairness, and compliance with Sharia law. This research finds that donor trust can be enhanced through good management and effective communication between administrators and donors. Additionally, challenges faced in financial management, such as a lack of understanding of accounting among administrators, were also identified. Therefore, this study recommends strategic steps to improve the financial management of the mosque to better empower the community and increase donor trust.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a model of teaching speaking skill, know the validity of a model of teaching, and measure the effectiveness of a model of teaching speaking skill based on hypnoteaching. This research is a type of research and development (R&D) that took six steps of product development, adopted from the book Borg and Gall. The researcher uses various data collection methods, including observation, interview, questionnaire, and test. The researcher analyzes the qualitative data on the interactive model by Miles and Huberman and the quantitative data on the percentile and the mean formulation. The results of the research are: First, the developed teaching model is distinguished by hypnoteaching specifications, which include the following five contents: preliminary, integration of the concept of speaking skill and hypnoteaching, characteristics of teaching model implementation, components of teaching model activities, and types of teaching model speaking skill based on hypnoteaching. Second, the developed teaching model is valid to be applied. It emerged from the results of the questionnaire for the contents of the teaching model. It shows 94.5% and 97.7%, indicating that the education model's assessment of speaking skill is "very good" on average. Third, the developed teaching model appears to be effective in improving students' speaking skills, as evidenced by the average results of samples in the pre-test, which begin at 47,6 and progress to 83,6. Then, according to the last measurement questionnaire of its effectiveness, the result is "very good."

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the mathematical concept comprehension abilities of eighth-grade junior high school students on the topic of the Pythagorean Theorem, as well as to foster a sense of nationalism among students towards the Malay cultural heritage of the Riau Archipelago. The method applied in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study are 30 eighth-grade students from SMP Negeri 3 Batam in the 2024/2025 academic year. The test instrument used in this research consists of 3 essay questions on the Pythagorean Theorem material specific to the Malay cultural customs of the Riau Archipelago. The keywords in this article are "mathematical concept understanding ability and the Pythagorean theorem." The research results show that the mathematical concept comprehension ability of eighth-grade students at SMP N 3 Batam regarding the Pythagorean Theorem material, specifically within the context of the Malay culture of the Riau Archipelago, is still categorized as low with a percentage of 39, 45%. The results of this research are expected to assist other researchers and educators in providing everyday problem examples related to the Pythagorean Theorem material.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and integrate the concept of scaffolding within the framework of Islamic education by examining the thoughts of Ibn Khaldun and the constructivist theory of Lev Vygotsky. Amidst global educational challenges and the growing need for adaptive and contextual learning approaches, scaffolding emerges as an effective pedagogical strategy to support students' optimal cognitive development. Vygotsky, through his concept of the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD), underscores the importance of external assistance from teachers or more knowledgeable others in the learning process. Meanwhile, Ibn Khaldun, in his seminal work Muqaddimah, emphasizes the necessity of gradual instruction (tadarruj), repetition, and the psychological readiness of learners in acquiring knowledge. This study employs a qualitative-descriptive approach with a library research design. Data were analyzed through content analysis of both primary and secondary sources relevant to the topic. The findings reveal a conceptual convergence between Vygotsky's scaffolding and Ibn Khaldun's educational philosophy, particularly in the teacher's role as a facilitator and the importance of tailored learning support based on students’ capabilities. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative effort to construct a conceptual bridge between classical Islamic thought and modern educational theory. Furthermore, it offers practical contributions as a foundation for developing Islamic learning models grounded in values and contextual relevance. This study is expected to serve as a reference for progressive and localized pedagogical renewal in Islamic education.

Abstract

Student startups have significant potential to grow if supported by effective innovation management. However, many startups at Universitas Islam Kebangsaan Indonesia (UNIKI) still face challenges in managing ideas, prototype development, and business strategies. This community service program aims to implement innovation management through training, mentoring, and evaluation of student startups at UNIKI. The method includes a needs survey, training on innovation management, prototyping workshops, and intensive mentoring for two months. The results indicate an improvement in students' understanding of innovation management, with 60% of startups experiencing an increase in customer acquisition. The program is recommended to continue with strengthening business networks and access to funding.

Abstract

Children at MIS Muhammadiyah Bontolangkasa are in an important stage of development and therefore need stimulation for creativity and independence. Conventional learning methods that emphasize memorization are considered less effective in developing their potential. This PKM program aims to enhance creativity, independence, and fine motor skills through learning by playing, especially with a bracelet-making workshop. Activities include introducing basic tajwid, waqaf practice, educational games, and bracelet making as a learning medium. Methods used include colored verse cards, board games, animated videos, pocket books, and evaluation through observation and direct practice. The results show increased active participation, creativity, independence, and students’ understanding of tajwid. Teachers and parents gave positive feedback, considering this method effective in fostering enthusiasm for learning and building children’s character. The bracelet workshop also trains fine motor skills, self-confidence, problem solving, and teamwork.

Abstract

This paper is a study that aims to investigate, identify, map, and analyze the thoughts of Agustianto and Muhammad related to hybrid contracts in Islamic banking and their relevance to the growth and development of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The research methodology used is a review of Agustianto's and Muhammad's thoughts in their books, articles, and videos, as well as verbal communication interviews with these figures. In addition, comparisons are also made to previous studies both on a local Indonesian scale and on an international scale. From this investigation, the results were found: first, the social, cultural, and educational backgrounds so clearly color the thinking patterns of Agustianto and Muhammad. Second, Agustianto and Muhammad are concerned with the development of sharia financing products, especially hybrid contracts. They both believe that hybrid contracts in the present and future are a necessity. Even Agustianto is currently successful in making his own manhaj regarding hybrid contracts, where he divides hybrid contracts into six types. Third, Agustianto consistently criticizes the lack of quality human resources in Islamic banking which can hinder the emergence of innovative financing products in Islamic banking. Meanwhile Muhammad criticized the implementation of many contracts in Islamic banking financing, it was clear that he was trying to put the contract in a fair implementation, for the bank as well as for the customer.
