Abstract

This study aimed to provide diabetes mellitus family nursing care with an inability to controll blood sugar levels. The design used in this research was a case study. The study used 2 families. then diagnosed nursing intervention, implementation and evaluation. Data collection methods by interview, observation, and documentation using the family nursing care format. The results of the assessment of the two families showed the same results, namely were not knowing and were being unable to controlling blood sugar levels. After conducting three interventions which included counseling and assistance in is controlling blood sugar levels, which was carried out three times, the results were that the family understood and were able to controlling blood sugar levels of diabetes mellitus patients. Controlling blood sugar levels of diabetes mellitus patients at home is largely determined by the role of the family.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the connection between e-wallet adoption in Indonesia and digital financial literacy, facilitation conditions, social influence, performance expectations, behavioral intentions, and user behavior. In the development of computerized monetary innovation, a decent comprehension of the variables that impact conduct e-wallet clients are significant. This study employs a survey method that is sent to people who use e-wallets in different parts of Indonesia. The consequences of relapse strategy and way investigation show that computerized monetary proficiency impacts the conduct aims of e-wallet clients. Likewise, assistance conditions and social impact were additionally demonstrated to contribute essentially to conduct aims. E-wallet execution assumptions likewise assume a significant part in forming client goals. E-wallet users' actual actions are further predicted by strong behavioral intentions. These discoveries give significant bits of knowledge to legislatures, monetary foundations, and e-wallet specialist organizations to foster more powerful showcasing and schooling procedures. Abstract

This research is motivated by the failure of formal education systems to integrate traditional ecological knowledge into the curriculum, thereby creating a gap between indigenous wisdom values and practices in climate change education. This research aimed to develop an integrated learning model based on the Dukuh indigenous community's ecological wisdom for environmental education in the climate crisis era. A participatory ethnographic approach was employed, involving 38 participants comprising teachers, students, indigenous leaders, and community members. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, photovoice documentation, and participant observation conducted between March and August 2025 in Kampung Adat Dukuh, West Java, Indonesia. Thematic analysis revealed a sophisticated five-function land management system (tutupan, garapan, larangan, titipan, cadangan) and a pamali governance mechanism with compliance rates ranging from 71% to 92%. A significant implementation gap was identified, where 83% of teachers understood local wisdom values. Yet only 17% systematically integrated them into formal curricula due to structural barriers, including limited ethnopedagogical training (88%), curriculum inflexibility (82%), and pressures from an academic achievement orientation (76%). Based on these findings, the EcoPedagogy Culture model is developed, comprising four interconnected pillars: experiential learning, storytelling, ritual-based learning, and apprenticeship. Student preferences strongly favor experiential approaches (94% positive response) and practical demonstrations (88% engagement), compared to traditional lectures (31% engagement). The model demonstrates that students participating in experiential learning sessions achieve 67% higher retention of ecological concepts compared to classroom-only instruction. This research provides an empirically grounded framework for bridging Traditional Ecological Knowledge and formal education systems, offering pathways for climate change adaptation through revitalization of indigenous ecological wisdom in educational contexts.

Abstract

Kegiatan pembuatan penulisan di media sosial digital sangat penting bagi siswa sekolah menengah atas dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan mereka. Dalam kegiatan pelatihan membuat penulisan di kalangan para siswa SMA Negeri Jatibarang di Indramayu, para siswa menampilkan program program sekolah dan mempublikasikan program tersebut. Walaupun masih sekolah menengah atas, kemampuan untuk berelasi dengan publik atau khalayak sangat diperlukan. Para siswa dilatih untuk membuat produk pembuatan produk digital dalam wujud penulisan website di media sosial sekolah. Ini merupakan kegiatan kehumasan yang sangat perlu dikenali oleh siswa sejak usia remaja. Kehumasan merupakan pihak yang sangat berperan dalam menjembatani relasi antara organisasi dan publik biasanya dilakukan oleh para bagian hubungan masyarakat atau yang sering disebut dengan nama Humas. Dengan menampilkan program tersebut melalui publikasi digital akan membuat para siswa SMA tersebut akan lebih memberikan dukungan pada masyarakat luas. Tantangan bagi para siswa tersebut mereka akan belajar untuk dapat bekerjasama dengan khalayaknya yang beragam. Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung di SMA Negeri 1 Jatibarang Indramayu. Para siswa dilatih untuk menulis berbagai berita yang dapat memberikan citra positif sekolah. Pelatihan meliputi teknik penulisan, membuat produk desain digital dan etiket dalam penulisan. Tantangan dalam penulisan di media sosial khususnya website adalah kreativitas para siswa dalam menyampaikan hasil liputan mereka. Ternyata para siswa sangat kreatif dalam menulis dan mendesain tulisan mereka di website. AbstractWriting activities in digital and social media platforms are increasingly important for high school students in developing their skills and creativity. This study highlights a training program conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Jatibarang, Indramayu, which aimed to enhance students’ writing abilities through the publication of school programs on digital platforms. The initiative emphasized the importance of public communication skills, even at the high school level, as students were encouraged to create digital content in the form of website articles for the school’s social media. The training introduced students to the fundamentals of public relations, which plays a strategic role in bridging communication between organizations and the public. By engaging in digital publication, students not only showcased their school’s activities but also contributed to building a positive institutional image and fostering stronger ties with the wider community. The program covered key aspects such as news writing techniques, digital design production, and proper writing etiquette, all of which are crucial for effective communication in the digital age. One of the main challenges identified in this activity was encouraging students to express creativity in reporting and presenting their work. Nevertheless, the results demonstrated that students were highly capable of producing innovative and engaging digital content. Their ability to write, design, and publish school-related news indicates that such training can significantly support skill development and prepare students for broader communication roles in the future.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan staf keperawatan merupakan komponen penting dalam peningkatan mutu layanan rumah sakit, namun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti lemahnya infrastruktur organisasi, kurangnya dukungan institusi, dan rendahnya keterlibatan perawat dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada motivasi, kinerja, serta keselamatan pasien, sehingga kajian ilmiah mengenai efektivitas pemberdayaan menjadi semakin mendesak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara sistematis pengaruh pemberdayaan struktural dan psikologis terhadap kinerja pelayanan keperawatan, serta mengidentifikasi dimensi pemberdayaan dan intervensi yang terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis pedoman PRISMA 2020 dengan menelaah 30 artikel terbitan 2021–2025 terkait pemberdayaan struktural, pemberdayaan psikologis, dan kinerja keperawatan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan struktural berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja (p=0,000) dan kinerja perawat (p=0,016), sementara pemberdayaan psikologis meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja dengan koefisien 0,487 (p<0,05). Employee Empowerment dan Knowledge Management menjelaskan 41,9% variasi kinerja pegawai. Intervensi coaching meningkatkan skor kinerja dari 1,68 menjadi 2,94 (p=0,005) dan pelatihan Patient Centered Care meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat hingga 95,7%. Secara keseluruhan, temuan menegaskan bahwa pemberdayaan struktural dan psikologis berperan penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan kinerja keperawatan, dengan pelatihan terstruktur sebagai strategi pendukung yang efektif.   Nurse empowerment is a critical component in improving hospital service quality; however, it continues to face challenges such as weak organizational infrastructure, limited institutional support, and low nurse involvement in decision-making. These conditions affect motivation, performance, and patient safety, making research on effective empowerment strategies increasingly urgent. This study aims to systematically analyze the influence of structural and psychological empowerment on nursing service performance and to identify empowerment dimensions and interventions proven effective in enhancing service quality. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by PRISMA 2020 was conducted by reviewing 30 articles published between 2021 and 2025 addressing structural empowerment, psychological empowerment, and nursing performance. Findings indicate that structural empowerment significantly improves work motivation (p=0.000) and nurse performance (p=0.016), while psychological empowerment enhances work engagement with a coefficient of 0.487 (p<0.05). Employee Empowerment and Knowledge Management explain 41.9% of performance variation. Coaching interventions increased performance scores from 1.68 to 2.94 (p=0.005), and Patient-Centered Care training improved nurses’ knowledge by 95.7%. Overall, the review confirms that structural and psychological empowerment substantially improve motivation, engagement, and nursing performance, with structured training serving as an effective supporting strategy.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the 2013 curriculum aiming to actualize science learning not only as a conceptual understanding but also as a process to train students' skills, in this case, science process skills. This research was a classroom action research conducted in September 2019 with 31 students of grade VII.1 SMP Negeri in Teluk Kuantan. The instruments were the observation sheet and the student response questionnaire to the inquiry learning model. The results showed that the students’ science process skills in cycle I were 64.69 with sufficient criteria, and in cycle II it was 71.22 with good criteria. Students’ responses to the learning were positive, in which students strongly agreed with learning because it improved students' science process skills. The conclusion based on the results of the research was that the guided inquiry learning model improved students' science process skills and elicited a positive response from grade VII.1 students at SMP Negeri 1 Teluk Kuantan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak iklan, influencer, dan ulasan pelanggan terhadap keputusan pembelian di platform e-commerce. Melalui survei terhadap pengguna e-commerce, data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang disebut sebagai teknik NonProbability Sampling. Teknik tersebut tidak memberikan kesempatan yang sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi untuk dipilih sebagai sampel. Lebih lanjut, metode pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Accidental Sampling, data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner 201 responden. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna e-commerce. Olah data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, iklan, influencer, dan ulasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun secara parsial, hanya iklan yang berpengaruh secara signifikan. Implikasi temuan ini memberikan wawasan strategis bagi pemasaran e-commerce, menyoroti peran sentral iklan dalam mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dan menunjukkan bahwa penekanan lebih lanjut pada pemanfaatan iklan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kampanye pemasaran.

Abstract

This study explored the influence of influencer marketing on online impulse buying intentions, focusing on the role of perceived authenticity as a mediating factor. With the rapid growth of social media and influencer marketing, the study aimed to understand how the congruence between consumers, influencers, and products can influence impulsive purchasing behaviors. Data were collected from 257 active Instagram users in the Jabodetabek region, using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for data analysis. The findings showed that consumer-product congruence positively influenced online impulse buying intentions, with perceived authenticity significantly mediating this relationship. However, the congruence between consumers and influencers did not show a significant impact on impulse buying intentions. The study suggests that perceived authenticity is a key factor for companies to consider when choosing influencers, as it enhances consumer trust and impulsive purchasing behavior. Limitations of the study include the limited geographic focus on Jabodetabek and the single social media platform, Instagram. Future research should expand to other social media platforms and broader cultural contexts to further explore the role of authenticity in influencer marketing and its effects on impulsive buying. Abstract

Kreatifitas guru untuk menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan dalam proses belajar mengajar berperan penting dalam mengembangkan potensi peserta didik. Salah satunya dapat diwujudkan dengan mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang valid dan efkektif. Namun, tidak semua guru mampu mengembangkan media pembelajaran seperti halnya di MIN 4 Jember. MIN 4 Jember masih minim dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran, akibatnya hasil belajar siswa kurang maksimal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pop-up book yang valid dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Tema Peristiwa Alam siswa kelas I MIN 4 Jember. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development) dengan memodifikasi model pengembangan Brog and Gall. Model tersebut terdiri dari tujuh tahap yaitu: (1) mencari masalah; (2) mengumpulkan data; (3) pengembangan desain/produk; (4) validasi desain/produk; (5) revisi desain; (6) uji coba produk; (7) revisi produk. Produk akhir dari penelitian ini berupa media pop-up book yang dikembangkan dari dua aspek, aspek materi dan aspek media. Hasil uji coba validitas yang diperoleh dari ahli materi sebesar 88% dan ahli media sebesar 82% dengan kualifikasi valid. Hasil uji t-related juga menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang cukup signifikan antara perolehan hasil belajar siswa kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen yakni sebesar 25%. Dengan demikian media pop-up book ini layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Tema Peristiwa Alam siswa kelas I MIN 4 Jember.
