Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Heritage terhadap Brand Trust dan Brand Loyalty serta dampaknya terhadap Purchase Intension pada Bisnis Coffee Shop di Jakarta. Teknik   pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sampel. Untuk metode pengambilan sampel yang dipakai untuk penenlitian ini yaitu non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling SPSS versi 25. Sebelumnya instrumen telah diuji dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas yang dimana seluruh item pernyataan valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Heritage berpengaruh positif terhadap Purchase Intension,Brand Heritage berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Trust, Brand Heritage berpengaruh positf terhadap Brand Loyalty,  Brand Trust berpengaruh Negatif terhadap Purchase Intension, Brand Loyalty berpengaruh positif terhadap Purchase Intension. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian, Pemilik Bisnis kopi harus menyediakan informasi yang jelas, tidak mengecewakan calon pelanggan ataupun pelanggan tetap, menyediakan tempat yang nyaman agar pelanggan rela berlama lama di kedai kopi, membuat pelanggan tidak beralih ke Brand kopi lain dengan terus berinovasi dengan menu yang pemilik kedai kopi miliki.Untuk Penelitian ini telah menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengambilan data, yang di berikan secara online kepada 130 responden. Kemudian analisis data dilakukan dibantu alat olah data dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS dan software AMOS 20.

Abstract

This research was motivated by wanting to know the extent to which factors influence employee performance at PT Fuji Technica Indonesia. One of the variables that researchers use to examine the influence of employee performance is company culture. The purpose of this research is to explain or explain the influence of company culture variables on employee performance. This research was carried out at PT Fuji Technica Indonesia from June to September 2023. The research method used was quantitative with associative techniques. The population at PT Fuji Technica Indonesia was 400 people. The samples taken were 80 people using the Slovin sampling technique. Based on the calculation results shown in table 4.5, a correlation coefficient of r = 0.767 and a determination coefficient of R = r2 = 0.588 were obtained. Testing the significance of the correlation obtained tcount (10.551 > t table (2.000) at  = 0.05, indicating that the correlation coefficient is significant. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between Corporate Culture and Employee Performance can be accepted. This means that the better the Corporate Culture will be followed by high Employee Performance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination of 0.588 shows that 58.8% of the variation in Employee Performance can be explained by variations in Corporate Culture, the remaining 41.2% is determined by other factors outside Corporate Culture. Based on the results of calculations to develop an equation model In the regression between Company Culture (X) and Employee Performance (Y), the constant α = 3.041 and the regression coefficient β = 1.132 were obtained. Thus, the influence between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y can be expressed in a simple linear regression equation model as follows: Ý = 3.041 + 1.132 This shows that the regression equation model is significant. The linearity test results obtained Fcount (1.25) < Ftable (1.90) at  = 0.05. These results indicate that the regression equation is linear. Based on the test results above, the regression equation Ý = 3.041+ 1.132X can be used to explain the form of a linear relationship between Company Culture and Employee Performance. This relationship shows that there is a direction of change in the trend of respondent employee performance due to company culture.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to analyze firm value from non financial, financial and economic macro perspective which proxied by corporate social responsibility, profitability, and systematic risk. The research data came from the final sample of 10 Indonesia companies, 7 Malaysian companies and 11 Singapore companies listed in Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) database and stock exchange in each country during 2015-2017. Results of this study indicate that only profitability shows the positive impact on firm value, while corporate social responsibility and systematic risk have no effect. In addition, the Kruskal – Wallis test results show that there are no significant differences in corporate social responsibility, profitability and systematic risk in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

Abstract

The paradigm developed at the State University of Jakarta (UNJ) in recent years has focused on competence to achieve workability. This paradigm shift requires a more flexible and active teaching-learning context. This paper presents empirical research into the application of a case-based project-based learning model (Case-Project Based Learning, CPjBL) in the learning of Evaluation, Process, and Learning Outcomes courses at the History Education Postgraduate Program of UNJ. Considering the important role of motivation and performance, we pursue three main goals. First, this study aims to analyze students' perceptions of the effectiveness of the CPjBL learning model to improve key competencies for employability. Second, we explored whether the perceived benefits of these competencies changed after the PBL trial. Finally, we aim to explore students' opinions about the usefulness, advantages, and disadvantages of this model. Our findings support the perceived effectiveness of PBL for improving teamwork, communication, creativity, organization, and information management competencies.

Abstract

Perpustakaan SMP Negeri 2 Luragung, yang berlokasi di Desa Wilanagara, Kecamatan Luragung, Kabupaten Kuningan, Jawa Barat, saat ini menggunakan sistem pelayanan terbuka (open access). Namun, proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku masih dilakukan secara manual, yang menyebabkan kesulitan bagi siswa dalam mencari buku dan mengecek ketersediaan stok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web dan mobile dengan menerapkan konsep Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM). Penerapan E-CRM mencakup fitur pencarian dan pemesanan buku, notifikasi batas waktu peminjaman, serta pemberian reward bagi peminjam. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall yang meliputi tahap Requirement Analysis, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, serta Operation and Maintenance. Hasil pengujian dengan metode White Box dan Black Box Testing menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan memudahkan anggota perpustakaan dalam mencari dan memesan buku. Sistem ini juga membantu petugas perpustakaan dalam mengelola data stok buku, data anggota, pemesanan, transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian, pembayaran denda, serta data kunjungan.

Success in treating diabetes mellitus patients requires a family role. One of the family roles of diabetes mellitus patients is controlling blood sugar levels of diabetes mellitus patients. This study aimed to provide diabetes mellitus family nursing care with an inability to controll blood sugar levels. The design used in this research was a case study. The study used 2 families. then diagnosed nursing intervention, implementation and evaluation. Data collection methods by interview, observation, and documentation using the family nursing care format. The results of the assessment of the two families showed the same results, namely were not knowing and were being unable to controlling blood sugar levels. After conducting three interventions which included counseling and assistance in is controlling blood sugar levels, which was carried out three times, the results were that the family understood and were able to controlling blood sugar levels of diabetes mellitus patients. Controlling blood sugar levels of diabetes mellitus patients at home is largely determined by the role of the family.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the connection between e-wallet adoption in Indonesia and digital financial literacy, facilitation conditions, social influence, performance expectations, behavioral intentions, and user behavior. In the development of computerized monetary innovation, a decent comprehension of the variables that impact conduct e-wallet clients are significant. This study employs a survey method that is sent to people who use e-wallets in different parts of Indonesia. The consequences of relapse strategy and way investigation show that computerized monetary proficiency impacts the conduct aims of e-wallet clients. Likewise, assistance conditions and social impact were additionally demonstrated to contribute essentially to conduct aims. E-wallet execution assumptions likewise assume a significant part in forming client goals. E-wallet users' actual actions are further predicted by strong behavioral intentions. These discoveries give significant bits of knowledge to legislatures, monetary foundations, and e-wallet specialist organizations to foster more powerful showcasing and schooling procedures. Expanding advanced monetary proficiency through instructive missions, further developing access offices, and reinforcing social impact can be vital stages to increment e-wallet reception in Indonesia. Abstract

This research is motivated by the failure of formal education systems to integrate traditional ecological knowledge into the curriculum, thereby creating a gap between indigenous wisdom values and practices in climate change education. This research aimed to develop an integrated learning model based on the Dukuh indigenous community's ecological wisdom for environmental education in the climate crisis era. A participatory ethnographic approach was employed, involving 38 participants comprising teachers, students, indigenous leaders, and community members. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, photovoice documentation, and participant observation conducted between March and August 2025 in Kampung Adat Dukuh, West Java, Indonesia. Thematic analysis revealed a sophisticated five-function land management system (tutupan, garapan, larangan, titipan, cadangan) and a pamali governance mechanism with compliance rates ranging from 71% to 92%. A significant implementation gap was identified where 83% of teachers understood local wisdom values, yet only 17% systematically integrated them into formal curricula due to structural barriers including limited ethnopedagogical training (88%), curriculum inflexibility (82%), and academic achievement orientation pressures (76%). Based on these findings, the EcoPedagogy Culture model is developed, comprising four interconnected pillars: experiential learning, storytelling, ritual-based learning, and apprenticeship. Student preferences strongly favor experiential approaches (94% positive response) and practical demonstrations (88% engagement), compared to traditional lectures (31% engagement). The model demonstrates that students participating in experiential learning sessions achieve 67% higher retention of ecological concepts compared to classroom-only instruction. This research provides an empirically grounded framework for bridging Traditional Ecological Knowledge and formal education systems, offering pathways for climate change adaptation through revitalization of indigenous ecological wisdom in educational contexts.

Abstract

Kegiatan pembuatan penulisan di media sosial digital sangat penting bagi siswa sekolah menengah atas dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan mereka. Dalam kegiatan pelatihan membuat penulisan di kalangan para siswa SMA Negeri Jatibarang di Indramayu, para siswa menampilkan program program sekolah dan mempublikasikan program tersebut. Walaupun masih sekolah menengah atas, kemampuan untuk berelasi dengan publik atau khalayak sangat diperlukan. Para siswa dilatih untuk membuat produk pembuatan produk digital dalam wujud penulisan website di media sosial sekolah. Ini merupakan kegiatan kehumasan yang sangat perlu dikenali oleh siswa sejak usia remaja. Kehumasan merupakan pihak yang sangat berperan dalam menjembatani relasi antara organisasi dan publik biasanya dilakukan oleh para bagian hubungan masyarakat atau yang sering disebut dengan nama Humas. Dengan menampilkan program tersebut melalui publikasi digital akan membuat para siswa SMA tersebut akan lebih memberikan dukungan pada masyarakat luas. Tantangan bagi para siswa tersebut mereka akan belajar untuk dapat bekerjasama dengan khalayaknya yang beragam. Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung di SMA Negeri 1 Jatibarang Indramayu. Para siswa dilatih untuk menulis berbagai berita yang dapat memberikan citra positif sekolah. Pelatihan meliputi teknik penulisan, membuat produk desain digital dan etiket dalam penulisan. Tantangan dalam penulisan di media sosial khususnya website adalah kreativitas para siswa dalam menyampaikan hasil liputan mereka. Ternyata para siswa sangat kreatif dalam menulis dan mendesain tulisan mereka di website. AbstractWriting activities in digital and social media platforms are increasingly important for high school students in developing their skills and creativity. This study highlights a training program conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Jatibarang, Indramayu, which aimed to enhance students’ writing abilities through the publication of school programs on digital platforms. The initiative emphasized the importance of public communication skills, even at the high school level, as students were encouraged to create digital content in the form of website articles for the school’s social media. The training introduced students to the fundamentals of public relations, which plays a strategic role in bridging communication between organizations and the public. By engaging in digital publication, students not only showcased their school’s activities but also contributed to building a positive institutional image and fostering stronger ties with the wider community. The program covered key aspects such as news writing techniques, digital design production, and proper writing etiquette, all of which are crucial for effective communication in the digital age. One of the main challenges identified in this activity was encouraging students to express creativity in reporting and presenting their work. Nevertheless, the results demonstrated that students were highly capable of producing innovative and engaging digital content. Their ability to write, design, and publish school-related news indicates that such training can significantly support skill development and prepare students for broader communication roles in the future.
