Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is an impact between brand relationship quality on brand love, brand relationship quality with consumer engagement, consumer community identification with brand love, consumer community identification on consumer engagement, consumer engagement with brand love, brand love with positive word of mouth and brand love with negative word of mouth. The sample obtained amounted to 224 through an online google form, the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, focused on individuals who have purchased sneakers online on social media with a purchase limit of two times in the past year. In this study using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the Amos22 program. The results of this study found that all hypotheses have a positive impact between variables.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Brand Experience on the Brand Equity of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Against the backdrop of the importance of social protection in Indonesia's economic development, this study highlights how the application of AI, particularly through chatbots, can enhance service efficiency and user experience. The research method employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze data from 319 respondents. The results indicate that AI has a significant positive impact on Self Congruity and Consumer Empowerment, which ultimately enhance Brand Experience. Additionally, Brand Experience is proven to increase Brand Equity. These findings provide insights for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in designing more effective and relevant service strategies in the digital age.

Abstract

This study examines the role of digital marketing and promotion in the business performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in developing countries, particularly Indonesia. In the face of intense competition, SMEs are required to leverage digital media to sustain and grow their businesses. The objective of this study is to comprehensively investigate how digital marketing capabilities and their adoption through promotions can enhance SME productivity. Additionally, this research analyzes the impact of customer relationship orientation and technology orientation on SME business performance in developing country markets. The research method uses cross-sectional data obtained through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms on social media to SME owners in Indonesia who have started their businesses within the past year. The findings reveal that competition intensity has a significant influence on promotion. Furthermore, customer relation orientation and technology orientation have a significant influence on digital marketing capability. Additionally, digital marketing capability and promotion have a significant influence on business performance.

Abstract

Perisai Diri silat championships require athletes to demonstrate comprehensive readiness encompassing physical, mental, and strategic dimensions, positioning coaches as key actors in systematically directing the athlete development process. However, limited access to capacity-building programs grounded in scientific approaches remains a challenge for many coaches, particularly in managing psychological aspects, injury prevention, and the application of effective and safe training methods. This community engagement activity aims to enhance the capacity of Perisai Diri coaches in preparing athletes for competition by strengthening their understanding of psychological training, mastery of structured training methods, and the application of health and nutrition principles for athletes. The activity was implemented through integrated stages, including training sessions, mentoring, and evaluation. The results indicate a noticeable improvement in coaches’ understanding and readiness to design adaptive training programs that balance physical and mental training while giving due attention to recovery and nutritional aspects. Strengthening coaches’ capacity contributes to meeting athletes’ needs and supports sustainable improvements in performance and competitive achievement in Perisai Diri silat.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Snowball Throwing (X1) and Problem Based Learning (X2) models on the students’ social science learning motivation at grade IV elementary schools. The results showed that the snowball throwing model increased the students’ learning motivation based on the value of Sig. (2-tailed) showing that 0.000 <0.05 or t-count 10.660> t-table 1.69236. moreover, problem based learning model also increased the students’ learning motivation based on the value of Sig. (2-tailed) showing that 0.000 <0.05 or t-count 9.603> t-table 1.68957. The results demonstrated that there were differences in the effect of Snowball Throwing model and Problem Based Learning model on students’ social science learning motivation at grade IV in the public elementary schools. This was supported by the mean score of the posttest in experiment 1 which was 74.93 and the mean score of the posttest in experiment 2 which was 71.94.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of zakat distribution by BAZNAS Denpasar City in alleviating poverty. The background shows that although the Productive Zakat program has been implemented, its effectiveness remains limited due to funding constraints linked to the minority Muslim population and minimal government support. This quantitative research uses an ex post facto design and involves 71 mustahik receiving productive zakat, with data collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) in SPSS 26 to assess validity, reliability, and factors influencing effectiveness. The findings reveal that zakat distribution is carried out through collection, planning, selection, distribution, mentoring, and evaluation stages. The dominant effectiveness factors are target accuracy at 23.457%, program socialization at 17.777%, and goal achievement at 9.356%. Major challenges include limited funding, weak cross-sector collaboration, and restricted information access. Overall, productive zakat is considered fairly effective in improving mustahik independence and contributing to poverty reduction in Denpasar.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman sejarah dan budaya pada generasi muda, seperti yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat Kolaboratif Internasional Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan. Topik utama dalam pengabdian ini adalah “Migrasi Austronesia dan hubungannya dengan Taiwan dan Indonesia”. Pemilihan topik ini didasarkan alasan bahwa nenek moyang bangsa Indonesia diketahui adalah suku Austronesia, yang berasal dari wilayah Taiwan. Adapun tahapan metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari: pra pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pelaksanaan. Adapun hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman, pengetahuan, dan wawasan pada mahasiswa National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan dan mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta tentang hubungan sejarah antara Indonesia dan Taiwan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pedoman dan rujukan untuk memperkenalkan sejarah dan budaya Indonesia dan Taiwan.

Abstract

This study is to examine the influence of the blue economy on service quality, perceived quality, brand satisfaction, brand image, and WOM expressed through brand loyalty. This survey was carried out by filling out an online questionnaire. The result show that service quality, perceived quality, brand satisfaction, brand image, WOM have a positive impact on brand loyalty. Regarding suggestions for business management to further improve the blue economy in the business sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana Social Media Marketing dan Brand Experience mempengaruhi niat beli produk fesyen, dengan mempertimbangkan peran Brand Equity sebagai variabel moderasi. Social Media Marketing diidentifikasi sebagai strategi krusial bagi perusahaan fesyen dalam era digital untuk berinteraksi dan membangun hubungan dengan konsumen. Penelitian ini melibatkan 238 pengguna aktif media sosial yang tertarik pada produk fesyen, dengan data dianalisis menggunakan model persamaan struktural (SEM) AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Social Media Marketing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Equity. Dan Brand Experience berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Equity, pada gilirannya, berpengaruh positif terhadap niat beli. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi Brand Experience dan Brand Equity dalam strategi Social Media Marketing untuk meningkatkan niat beli. Kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dari penelitian ini merekomendasikan perusahaan fesyen untuk mengembangkan strategi Social Media Marketing yang lebih personal dan interaktif guna memperkuat hubungan dan keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Fear of missing out atau FoMO adalah kondisi pikiran individu pada saat ia melakukan pembelian secara impulsif. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mempelajari bagaimana FoMO dapat terbentuk oleh social media usage beserta faktor-faktor psikologis seperti hedonistic attitude, self-esteem, dan self-regulation yang mengikutinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dalam menganalisis data dari 203 responden untuk menilai hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa social media usage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hedonistic attitude (β=0,796, P-value=0,000), dan selanjutnya hedonistic attitude berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap FoMO (β=1,292, P-value = 0,000). Melalui temuan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa pemasaran melalui media sosial seperti menggunakan influencer adalah strategi yang efektif dalam mendorong respon konsumen, namun pelaku bisnis diharapkan menyadari dampaknya terhadap kondisi mental individu. Selain itu, konsumen diharapkan lebih sadar secara emosional ketika berinteraksi di media sosial serta dalam mengambil keputusan belanja.
