Organization based self-esteem (OBSE) adalah kepercayaan bahwa individu memiliki kemampuan dan keyakinan dalam berpartisipasi dan melakukan pekerjaan di dalam organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan organization based self esteem. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang yang memiliki kriteria sebagai generasi Y yang aktif bekerja di kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pengambilan sampling menggunakan accidental teknik sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi dukungan sosial maka semakin tinggi pula organization based self esteem yang dimiliki. Dinamika terbentuknya organization based self esteem pada responden yang variatif dan karakteristik responden yang lebih bervariasi dapat menjadi pertimbangan untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA dengan pendekatan culturally responsive teaching (CRT). Penelitian ini dirancang dan dilaksanakan dengan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII.C SMP Negeri 1 Malili kabupaten Luwu Timur tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 sebanyak 25 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran angket secara langsung dan dokumentasi berupa video selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik di enam domain di setiap siklusnya. Pada pra-siklus, rerata presentase enam domain motivasi belajar peserta didik sebesar 58% pada kategori “cukup”. Kemudian pada siklus 1 rerata presentasi enam domain motivasi belajar peserta didik meningkat menjadi 68% dan berada pada kategori “baik”. Di akhir siklus 2, rerata presentasi enam domain motivasi belajar peserta didik meningkat menjadi 77% pada berada dalam kategori “baik”.

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) focusing on the development of the Wet Laboratory of FPIK UNKHAIR as an eduminawisata demonstrates the integration of academic resources with coastal-based tourism potential. This facility functions not only as a research and learning center but also as an interactive educational tourism site that combines marine literacy, aquaculture practices, and coastal conservation. Activities implemented include mangrove seedling cultivation using polybags and bamboo methods, aquaculture of milkfish, tilapia, shrimp, and mud crab, as well as the utilization of aquaponic–biofloc systems and water quality monitoring tools. The presence of mangrove species such as Sonneratia alba and Nypa fruticans further enhances ecological education and conservation values. Community involvement in training and creative economic initiatives strengthens local capacity while creating sustainable benefits. Student participation through academic recognition also supports the Merdeka Belajar–Kampus Merdeka framework. Overall, this program successfully integrates education, research, community service, and empowerment, positioning the Wet Laboratory as an innovative model of coastal eduminawisata that contributes to marine-based sustainable development.

This study aims to find out and analyze the financial performance of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk as seen from the financial ratio in the form of profitability ratio. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk for the period 2016 to 2019. The data analysis showed an average four-year operating profit margin ratio of 3.48%. Analysis of the ratio of gross profit margin for four years of 13.57%. The four-year ROE analysis averaged 2.75%. Analysis of the average basic earning ratio produced is 2.17% . The resulting average ROA analysis is 1.60% . And for the analysis of the ratio of employee ability to average profit generated by 193.95%. It can be concluded that the financial performance of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk is in a bad condition, this is due to a decrease in profitability ratio.

The World Health Organization (WHO) states that Indonesia is in 3rd place after China and India as the country with the largest number of smokers in the world. This research aims to look at the factors related to smoking behavior in the work environment among male employees at the Bengkulu Regional Police's Bidokkes. This research used a cross-sectional design, a total sampling technique, namely all permanent employees and male honorary employees of the Bengkulu Police Department, both smokers and non-smokers, totaling 50 people. The results of the univariate research showed that there were 25 people (50.0%) with good knowledge, there were 23 people (46.0%) with poor psychology, 29 people (58.0%) who had an unsupportive attitude, there were 34 people (68, 0%) who smoke. Bivariate analysis results show a relationship between knowledge with a value of p = 0.001, psychology with a value of p = 0.003 and attitude with a value of p = 0.001 with smoking behavior in the work environment among male employees at the Bengkulu Regional Police Bidokkes with a medium relationship category. It is recommended that Bidokkes provide a smoking-free area and create clear standard operating procedures regarding employees who smoke, so that no employees smoke in the Bengkulu Biddokes environment.

The tight competition for human resources (HR), especially nurses, is felt by hospitals. Every job requires human resources (HR) to improve the quality of their work. The importance of work productivity for nurses is an evaluation material to make continuous improvements for all components of the hospital, improving the quality of work results by the hospital. This type of research uses an Analytical Survey approach with a Cross Sectional design. The sample in this study were all inpatient nurses at the Kepahiang Regency Hospital. Data collection in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires. Technical data analysis was carried out by Chi Square test analysis through the SPSS program. To determine the closeness of the relationship using the Contigency Coefficient (C) statistical test. The results showed that out of 76 respondents there were 32 (42.1%) respondents with poor work motivation, there were 46 (60.5%) respondents with abnormal nutritional status, there were 32 (42.1%) respondents whose work productivity was not good at the Kepahiang Regency Hospital. There is a significant relationship between work motivation and work productivity of nurses in inpatient wards during the covid-19 pandemic at the Kepahiang Regency Hospital with a p value (0.009); C: 0.286. The results of this study are expected to be a reference in improving the work productivity of nurses in inpatient wards during the covid-19 pandemic at the Kepahiang Regency Hospital by conducting internal training, brainstorming activities, holding outstanding nurses, making and filling out nursing activity report forms.

Pusintek's Service Desk, as a single point of contact, has quite high work demands with many tasks and requests handled. In order to improve the performance of Service Desk agents, the organization can give awards to the best Service Desk agents. However, there are obstacles in selecting the best Service Desk agent because there is still a subjective element in the assessment of Service Desk agents. So that a decision support system is needed that is in accordance with the weight of the organization's assessment criteria. This research proposes an approach in selecting the best Service Desk agent using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) in processing and ranking agent value data. This research focuses on assessing agents based on key parameters, namely ticket processing time (service response time), agent attendance data, assignment weight and assessment from other coworkers. The number of agents assessed was seventeen. The results of this study obtained the highest value using the SAW method of 2.22 for A1, while the calculation using the TOPSIS method, the highest value on A1 is 0.74 and the accuracy rate using the SAW method is 82.35% while the TOPSIS accuracy is 41.18%..

Kompetensi pengembangan kurikulum menjadi faktor penting bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) pada anak tuna rungu. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana kompetensi pengembangan kurikulum anak berkebutuhan khusus berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) pada anak tuna rungu, dan apa saja faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dari kompetensi pengembangan kurikulum anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) pada anak tuna rungu. Penelitian ini mengguanakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 satu orang kepala sekolah, 1 orang wakil kepala bagian kurikulum dan 1 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data menggunakan metode reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pengembangan kurikulum anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) pada anak tuna rungu sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik, akan tetapi tedapat beberapa hambatan yang terjadi. Hal ini merupakan salah satu faktor penghambatnya, diantara faktor prnghambatnya adalah; kompetensi guru yang beragam, kondisi siswa yang beragam, pihak orang tua yang tidak dapat diajak kerjasama dengan pihak sekolah untuk ikut serta dalam pemantauan perkembangan anaknya. Typhoid fever is an infectious disease that causes death in Indonesia. This endemic disease has a high incidence rate and is a health problem related to the environment and sanitation. Problems due to limited time to consult directly with specialist doctors, it is not easy to consult with doctors at any time, and limited medical knowledge and experience, so it is difficult for the community to know and make an early diagnosis of the disease with symptoms of typhoid fever. This study created an Android-based application using a fuzzy logic algorithm for diagnosing typhoid fever. The application was built by adopting expert knowledge related to general and clinical symptoms that are often experienced by patients with typhoid fever, and data on the level of typhoid disease. Data collection was carried out through direct observation at the hospital and direct interviews with doctors. The data was processed to produce output in the form of diagnostic results and solution data recommended by the system. The application consists of 3 user levels, namely Admin who can process user data, Users who can diagnose their disease by inputting answers to questions in the application, and Experts who can process symptom data, disease level, and solution data. The research results are in the form of an application that can be used anytime as an alternative consultant that helps the community in diagnosing typhoid fever with output in the form of diagnostic results (negative typhoid, positive typhoid, or strong positive typhoid).

Background: The high average prevalence of malnutrition and infectious diseases is exacerbated by issues related to inequality and the low quality of public health services. Many people may feel afraid to have their teeth checked during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research Title: Relationship between Perception of Risk of Infecting with Covid and Motivation for Dental Treatment in the New Normal Era at Tangse Health Center. The purpose of the study: is to find out whether there is a relationship between the perceived risk of contracting Covid-19 with the motivation to seek dental treatment in the new normal era at the Tangse Health Center. Research method: The research method used is chie square. Research sample: The dental clinic visitors from January to July 2022 were 98 people. Research results: Based on the results of the Chi-Square test using the SPSS program, it was obtained that P-value = 0.001, (<0.05) Smaller than a = 0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between the perception of contracting COVID with the motivation to seek dentistry in Indonesia. the new normal era at Tangse Health Center. Conclusion: There are 63 people (64.3%) who have a low-risk perception of covid-19 and 68 people (69.4%) have low motivation to go to a dental clinic and based on the chie square test there is a significant relationship between the perception of the risk of contracting covid with the motivation for dental treatment, it means that students who are afraid of contracting COVID-19 have low motivation to seek dental treatment.
