Abstract

Sumber data yang didapat dari Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana, dampak bencana gempa bumi 30 september 2009 di Sumatera Barat terdapat kerusakan fisik terparah akibat gempa pada tanggal tersebut, yaitu kerusakan bangunan terutama Bangunan Konstruksi Gedung. Amir Partowiyatmo & Tri Harso Karyono (2008), dalam tema “Pesan Hari Standar Dunia Ke-39 : Intelligent dan Sustainnable Buildings”, mengatakan bangunan yang rusak akibat bencana alam seperti gempa diantaranya disebabkan karena bangunan-bangunan tersebut belum menerapkan standar secara baik dan benar. Fakta dampakgempa besar di Kota Padang menunjukkan tidak semua bangunan konstruksi gedung yang runtuh, dampak gempa pada bangunan konstruksi sangat tergantung dengan kualitas konstruksi. Menurut James Lewis (2001), mengatakan ketahanan struktur pada bangunan yang dirancang, untuk gempa bumi tergantung pada nilai-nilai yang telah ditentukan.Menurut Drajat Hoedayanto (2009), mengatakan salah satu kerusakan dan keruntuhan bangunan sipil akibat gempa adalah karena kesadaran kebijakan yang ada karena kurangnya kesadaran dari pejabat terkait, Industri konstruksi, praktisi konstruksi dan ahli konstruksi.Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi masukan untuk mengambil kebijakan-kebijakan konstruksi yang berpengaruh terhadap resiko dan menjadi masukan untuk membangun kamampuan kontraktor dalam berkonstribusi positif terhadap upaya-upaya dalam pengurangan resiko kegagalan bangunan. Penelitian ini menganalisis kontribusi kontraktor diteliti berdasarkan kategori pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi yaitu Sumber Daya Manusia, Metoda, Peralatan dan Material. Dimana ke empat katagori yang dimaksud yaitu sumber daya manusia dinilai berkontribusi (71,9%), Metoda (79,84%), Peralatan (70%), Material (93,33 %), secara umum kontraktor telah berkontribusi terhadap pengurangan resiko kegagalan bangunan. Hasil uji statistik dipeoleh p – Value = 0,000 pada masingmasing katogori dengan nilai OR sebesar sumber daya manusia ( OR = 1,923 ), metoda ( OR = 7,259 ), Peralatan (1,709 ), dan material (5,127). Abstract

Polres Arosuka bertempat di kabupaten solok pada tanggal 04 desember 2017 mengalami peristiwa longsor yang menyebabkan bangunan dan jalan mengalami kerusakan parah disebabkan curah hujan yang tinggi. Curah hujan yang tinggi mempengaruhi kestabilan tanah dikarenakan air hujan meresap masuk melalui pori – pori maupun rekahan tanah sehingga menambah kadar air dalam tanah. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan tinjauan kestabilan lereng yang teliti dengan mempertimbangkan aspek rekayasa geoteknik. Perhitungan kestabilan lereng dilakukan dengan metoda irisan (Slice) dan program plaxis. Nilai dari kestabilan lereng (SF) dengan menggunakan metoda irisan dari iterasi pertama sebesar 1.28, iterasi kedua sebesar 1.20 dan iterasi ketiga sebesar 1.23 dan pehitungan stabilitas menggunakan program plaxis didapatkan nilai SF sebesar 1.22. Dari hasil perhitungan nilai SF lebih kecil dari syarat keamanan lereng dengan nilai SF sebesar 1.25 sehingga diperlukan penstabilan lereng menggunakan perkerasan. Penstabilan lereng menggunakan Sheet pile didapatkan nilai total displacement sebesar 0,231 m dan nilai keamanan sebesar 1,35 < 1,50 dari nilai batas keamanan sehingga Sheet pile perlu ditambahkan jangkar (angkur) dalam penanggulanan keamanan lereng sehingga didapatkan nilai nilai total displacement sebesar 0,166 m dan nilai keamanan lereng menjadi 1,70 > 1,50 dari nilai batas keamanan lereng menggunakan perkerasan.

Abstract

The Sumatra 30 September 2009 earthquake has damaged hundred thousand buildings in West Sumatra Province. The earthquake is located in 100 km offshore of Padang City, the Capital City of the province. Survey has been conducted to assess the damage of the building in few days after the earthquake. In this survey, the damage of buildings are categorised into 3 level that are heavily, moderate and slightly damages. This paper explores the level damage of building and then the intensity of the shaking in the affected area. Then based on the coordinate of every building location, the buildings are scattered in a map together with the intensity level. The relationship between the damage level and intensity for West Sumatra then is developed. This special damage-intensity relation is very important to be used for predicting the damage level due to a specified earthquake. The damage level is needed by The Government to develop an emergency and reconstruction budget plan for earthquake disaster in future.

Abstract

Analisis untuk mengetahui potensi likuifaksi pada suatu deposit tanah dapat dilakukan melalui parameter tanah seperti ukuran butiran dan tekanan air pori. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku tanah pasir seragam terhadap kenaikan tekanan air pori akibat beban siklik serta potensinya terhadap likuifaksi akibat dari perubahan tekanan air pori tersebut. Sample yang diujikan adalah pasir seragam yang tertahan pada saringan #20, #40, #60, #100 dan #200 yang diambil dari uji ayakan, kemudian masing-masing sampel yang dalam kondisi jenuh dimasukkan dalam alat pengujian. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan pada pasir seragam dengan beberapa variasi ukuran butiran tanah diketahui bahwa saat beban siklik diberikan kenaikan tekanan air pori berbeda pada masing-masing ukuran butiran tanah. Perubahan tekanan air pori terbesar terjadi pada sampel pasir seragam berbutir halus yaitu tertahan pada saringan #100 dan #200 dengan perubahan sebesar 0,28 kg/cm2 dan 0,27 kg/cm2. Meningkatnya tekanan air pori tentu disertai dengan penurunan tegangan efektif tanah. Maka dapat diketahui bahwa sampel pasir seragam berbutir halus lebih berpotensi terjadinya likuifaksi yaitu sampel yang tertahan pada saringan #100 dengan pengurangan tegangan efektif 91,19% dan #200 dengan pengurangan tegangan efektif 89,66%. Sampel pasir seragam yang tertahan pada saringan #60 memiliki potensi likuifaksi yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan sampel yang berukuran lebih halus karena mengalami pengurangan tegangan efektif 58,47%, namun memiliki kecenderungan perubahan tekanan air pori yang cukup besar. Sampel pasir seragam yang tertahan pada saringan #20 dan #40, tidak memiliki potensi terhadap likuifaksi selama pengujian dilakukan. Tegangan efektif pada sampel ini berkurang sebesar 18,46% dan 32,31%.

Abstract

Bandung basin is surrounded by active volcanoes at the center of Western Java region. Soil type of this area consists mostly of volcanic alluvial, formed by the past volcanic activities. At this location, we performed passive seismic surveys to reveal the sedimentary characteristics using a triaxial seismometer, to study the properties which have potential implications on environmental aspects, such as natural disaster mitigation and the city planning. In this work we reported the analysis of three component vibration signals by means of the Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) calculation to identify the sediment thickness through the dominant frequency of the earth vibration. The method signal processing successfully revealed the amplification factor of the area, which is very important to determine the potential ground motion induced disasters. The data was collected using a laboratory developed seismic logging device with sensitivity of 0.28 ± 5% V⋅s/cm. The signal preconditioning was carried out to shape the acquired signals with high noise level, prior to the HVSR calculation. From the measurements and computation, we obtained the thickness variation at the chosen survey area of around 32 to 64 meters, corresponding to the measured dominant frequency of around 2.5 to 5.0 Hz. The results agree very well with the reference sediment thickness measured by the microtremor surveys. The vibration frequencies are also consistent with the range suggested by the literature

Abstract

Sawah Lunto – Talawi road segment (STA 139 + 700 m) in Sawah Lunto city, West Sumatera province has sustained major damages and been the scene of several accidents since the past few years. The degression of soft clay subgrade, which has a limited bearing capacity and makes it structurally impractical to sustain road construction, was discovered to be the source of these damages. As a recent option for enhancing soil qualities, soil stabilization by employing a variety of pozzolanic and industrial materials has gained popularity. The objective of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of Portland cement type 1 as stabilizing material in improving the soil properties and carrying capacity requirements for soft clay soil used as subgrade in road construction. To accomplish the objectives of this study, a laboratory testing procedure was implemented. Unconfined Compressive Strength (USC) values on natural soil and treated soil with Portland cement type 1 admixture were measured and compared during laboratory experiments. Soft clay soils were stabilized with varying percentages of Portland cement type 1 with the proportions of approximately 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, and 10% by dry weight of soil during a 7-days curing period. Laboratory testing were performed in compliance with Indonesian National Standard (SNI): SNI 3420-2008 for testing Unconfined Compressive Strength. According to the results of laboratory testing, the UCS values increased roughly from 0.634 kg/cm2 (undisturbed natural soil) to 2.832 kg/cm2 (treated soil) by adding 3% of Portland cement type 1, and up to 8,024 kg/cm2 (treated soil) by adding 10% of Portland cement type 1. Based on the findings, it can be demonstrated that Portland cement type 1 can enhance clay soil's properties used as a subgrade for road construction, can create more stable road conditions, and can ultimately meet the technical feasibility requirements for the subgrade carrying capacity, particularly at the Sawah Lunto - Talawi road segment (STA 139 + 700 m).

Abstract

The confluence of the three largest plates in the world between the Indo-Australian, Eurasian, and Pacific plates makes Indonesia a potential area for landslides. A landslide is the movement of a mass of soil or geology through a sliding plane down a slope. Bengkulu Tengah Regency, which is in Bengkulu Province, is an area prone to landslides, this can be seen based on previous events, which have caused people to experience loss of property and loss of life. Distribution Analysis of landslides is a method used to identify areas with potential levels of landslides starting from low to very high, which allows people to be more vigilant. The purpose of this study is to determine the distribution of landslide susceptibility and dominant factors that influence the level of landslide potential. The research method was carried out by giving weights and scoring with reference to Puslittanak. The making of landslide map was obtained from the results of overlaying secondary data such as DEM, distribution of land cover, distribution of rainfall, geological distribution, and distribution of soil types using the ArcGIS 10.7 application. The results showed that the level of landslides distribution in Bengkulu Tengah Regency was dominated by the distribution level of moderate landslides covering an area of ​​73455 Ha with a percentage of 60%. Areas that have a very high distribution of landslides are in four sub-districts consisting of Taba Penanjung, Meringgi Kelindang, Meringgi Sakti, and Pematang Tiga sub-districts with an area of ​​8948 Ha with a percentage of 7%. The rainfall map distribution had the highest value, which the most dominant factor in the process of landslide occurrence.

Abstract

The emerging football dualism inevitably triggered divisions in football in Indonesia. The consistency and loyalty of Indonesian fans, began to be divided with the emergence of two clubs with the same name but were in different competitions over this issue due to the Responsibility of the Foundation Management for the Transfer of Shares Based on Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Arema Limited Liability Companies (PT) to the Public. The research method used is a normative research method with a statutory approach (Statute Aprouch) as a result of research, The conflict between the dualism of the Arema football club can be resolved by bringing together the two management of the Arema FC club which is in Liga 1 and Arema Indonesia which is in League 3 with the Arema Foundation as the owner of all Arema club assets. Abstract

Pada masa pandemic, pembelajaran cerita bergambar berbasis dilema moral dilaksanakan pada pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari penerapan cerita bergambar berbasis dilema moral pada pembelajaran jarak jauh dan tatap muka dalam mengembangkan pertimbangan moral siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan partisipan sebanyak 60 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes DIT dan teknis analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistic uji Kruskal wallis serta N-gain dari rata-rata skor pre dan posttest. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data statistic Kruskal wallis diperoleh hasil Asymp. Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sesuai dengan dasar pengambilan keputusan dapat disimpulkan bahwa “H0 ditolak” dan “H1 diterima” dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar tatap muka dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Persentase keefektifan kelas tatap muka sebesar 82% kategori efektif dan kelas jarak jauh sebesar 22.92% kategori tidak efektif. Hal lain yang mempengaruhi kematangan pertimbangan siswa adalah metode pembelajaran yang digunakan, kepiawaian guru, support orang tua, kematangan kognisi siswa, kematangan usia, dan pengalaman siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan pembelajaran kognitif moral menggunakan cerita dilema moral berbentuk animasi. Untuk memperoleh informasi penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kepada 25 siswa di SDN 4 Kenangan Kabupaten Cirebon. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat peningkatan pertimbangan moral dari tahap conventional level 2 menuju tahap konvensional tahap 1 dan 2. Penggunaan cerita animasi mampu memberikan daya tarik bagi siswa, siswa lebih fokus dan memahami konteks cerita dilema yang disajikan. Dengan landasan psikologis siswa yang sesuai dengan generasi saat ini yaitu generasi alpa, pembelajaran sangat cocok diterapkan sehingga menjadi harapan baru dalam upaya memperbaiki kualitas moral dan karakter bangsa Indonesia. Meskipun demikian, penerapan model kognitif moral ini perlu diimplementasikan sejak dini mungkin dan secara kontinyu. Peran guru dalam merancang pembelajaran kognitif moral yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa generasi alpa akan sangat ditunggu dan dinantikan oleh para siswa. Dengan demikian pembelajaran kognitif moral yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini memberikan solusi praktis bagi pendidikan moral dan karakter yang mengacu pada model pembelajaran abad-21 yang mengedepankan teknologi sebagai alatnya
