Abstract

The workshop is one of the programs that is part of the government's efforts to improve the competence of teachers. Since September 2023, the 1st workshop and 2nd workshop have been held. Then the 3rd workshop will be held in November 2023. The 3rd workshop provides student-friendly learning materials. Therefore, this research was carried out to measure the perceptions of participants who took part in workshop activities. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire created using an evaluation model Four-Level Kirkpatrik as a research instrument. The collected data was then processed using descriptive statistical techniques using SPSS. The research results showed that the majority of participants gave positive perceptions of reactions. However, some participants with a percentage of 12.6% were less suited to the application of learning models, learning methods and learning media. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a microlearning-based motion graphic animation through the TikTok application on globalization material that is suitable for use and can improve the cognitive learning outcomes of grade VI students at SDN 1 Babadan. This development uses the Sadiman model which consists of 9 stages, namely needs analysis, formulation of learning objectives, formulation of materials, formulation of success measurement tools, writing media scripts, media production, validation, revision, ready-to-use media. The development results received a positive response from the validity test by material experts of 95.2%, while by media experts it was 89.6%. Then a field trial was conducted on grade VI students of SDN 1 Babadan with a result of 91% and a learning outcome test was carried out, namely a g value of 0.54 was obtained. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of microlearning-based motion graphic animation through the TikTok application on the Globalization material for grade VI is proven to be valid or suitable for use in learning, and can improve the learning outcomes of grade VI students on the Globalization material. Abstract

Based on the results of observations of teacher-centered learning activities, during teaching and learning activities in class students are not actively involved and the interaction between teachers and students in the learning process is still not implemented well. Therefore, a solution is needed to overcome this problem, namely finding an effective way to improve student learning outcomes in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to find out what the learning model is Flipped Classroom and learning styles influence student learning outcomes. This research presents the results of data obtained by students of SMP Plus Al-Kautsar Malang City in 2024 in the science learning process. This research also presents data in the form of learning outcomes for class VII students in the learning process using the learning model Flipped Classroom and Learning Style (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic). Abstract

Learning outcomes in the procedural field of study are very much needed in learning because students are often confused in digesting the procedures explained, especially in complex science material. The aim of this research is to determine whether or not there is an influence of the guided inquiry learning model on the procedural learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 32 Surabaya. The material used by researchers in this research is the human circulatory system. This research is classified as quasi-experimental research using quantitative methods with a posttest control group design research design. The number of students in this study was 60 students who were divided into 2 groups. The average score for the experimental class was 84.70 and the control class was 76.77. Based on these results, after carrying out the Independent Sample t Test, it can be concluded that the results of this research indicate that there is an influence of the guided inquiry model on the procedural learning outcomes
