Abstract

Pesantren sudah ada sejak zaman Hindu-Buddha.Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pesantren memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia. Metode kepemimpinan kyai yang sentralistik dalam manajemen dan pengasuh pesantren. Kepemimpinan individual kyai, otoriter-paternalistik, dan feudal karismatik, yang menerapkan manajemen alami yang serba "tidak formal", diidentifikasi sebagai kekuatan yang sangat kuat dan menentukan ini. Fokus penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan kiai, peran dan fungsi kiai, dan dampak kepemimpinan ini terhadap pertumbuhan Pondok Pesantren. Pola kepemimpinan kiai dalam membangun lembaga pendidikan saat ini sering menjadi perhatian. Jika diperhatikan, banyak kiai bergantung pada charisma daripada praktik kepemimpinan demokratis dan seringkali otoriter. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1. Menentukan fungsi-fungsi kepemimpinan kiai dalam pengembangan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Kunir; 2. Menentukan peran-peran kepemimpinan kiai dalam pengembangan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Kunir; dan 3. Menganalisis bagaimana fungsi dan peran kepemimpinan kiai berhubungan satu sama lain. 1. Memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas tentang peran dan fungsi kepemimpinan kyai dalam pengembangan pondok pesantren Darussalam Kunir. 2. Membantu kyai dalam meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinannya. 3. Membantu pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam mendukung pengembangan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Kunir. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan induktif yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan fenomenologi sosial. Data berasal dari sumber non-manusia dan manusia; keduanya dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kiai, dalam hal sarana dan prasarana, manajemen, sumber daya manusia, kurikulum, dan pengabdian terhadap masyarakat, memainkan peran dan fungsi penting dalam perkembangan pondok pesantren Darussalam Kunir.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengulas tantangan pendidikan modern yang tidak hanya memfokuskan pada penguasaan pengetahuan akademis, tetapi juga pembentukan karakter siswa melalui interaksi sosial. Permainan tradisional Tapa Gala diidentifikasi sebagai potensi solusi yang menghibur dan mendukung perkembangan karakter. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membentuk karakter antara lain adalah jujur, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, komunikatif, tanggung jawab dan lain sebagainya melalui model pembelajaran interaksi sosial dengan permainan tradisional tapa gala. Pada penelitian kali ini metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran penting interaksi sosial dan guru dalam membentuk nilai-nilai moral. Strategi pembelajaran yang menggabungkan interaksi sosial dengan permainan Tapa Gala terbukti efektif, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan merangsang perkembangan karakter. Karakter yang terbentuk antara lain adalah jujur, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, komunikatif, tanggung jawab dan lain sebagainya. Artikel ini menyajikan panduan praktis dan konseptual untuk pengembangan pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Kesimpulannya, integrasi model pembelajaran ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pendidikan karakter siswa, menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan pendidikan karakter inovatif dan berkelanjutan di sekolah

Abstract

Most students today are more familiar with Adam Smith and other economic figures from the West, but we don't necessarily know that Islam also had early (classical) economic figures, such as al-Ghazali, Abu Ubaid and others. Therefore, it is interesting to discuss a brilliant Islamic economic figure of his time, namely Abu Yusuf. This research aims to reflect Abu Yusuf's thoughts. The method in this research uses the Research Library. The results of this research are the contribution of Abû Yûsuf's thoughts related to market mechanisms regarding demand and supply prices. Regarding taxation, Abu Yusuf advocates a tax system that is proportional, balanced and based on the principles of justice. In agricultural matters, to obtain greater production results by providing facilities for expanding agricultural land, and the costs are borne by the state.

Abstract

The study of political communication in the context of Islamic history, especially during the time of the Prophet and the classical era of Islam, is interesting to listen to because it provides insight into the foundations of Islamic politics and its impact on current political views. This research aims to explore the communication strategies used by the Prophet and early Islamic leaders, as well as interpreting their relevance in the contemporary social and political context of Muslims. Through this research, it is hoped that we can understand the ethical values contained in classical Islamic political communication (650-1258 AD), which can guide today's political leaders and activists. The method used is an analysis of the concepts of the Prophet's thought, the views of leading researchers, and case studies such as the Hudaibiyah Agreement. The results show that the Prophet used various strategies, such as amanah, siddiq, fathanah, and tabliq. The implications of this research are important in facing the current political, social and economic challenges of Muslims, and can make a significant contribution in understanding and applying Islamic political values in building a harmonious and prosperous society.

Abstract

Although Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) play an important role as drivers of the local economy, the regulations governing their legal status remain unclear, as shown in Government Regulation No. 43/2014 and Ministry of Village Regulation No. 4 of 2015. This uncertainty has led to public doubts about the legitimacy and accountability of BUMDes, thereby reducing public trust. This research focuses on the ambiguity of the legal status of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Batetangnga Village and its impact on management transparency and accountability. A qualitative research approach is used to explore the views and perceptions of the Batetangnga Village community and BUMDes managers regarding the legal status and management of BUMDes. Data were collected through interviews and participatory observation, then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results indicate that weaknesses in the legal status of BUMDes lead to ambiguity in the roles and responsibilities of managers and hinder transparency, especially in financial aspects of Batetangnga BUMDes. This aligns with Institutional Theory, which states that legal uncertainty reduces incentives for agents (managers) to report activities transparently to the owners (village community). Furthermore, this research finds that weaknesses in legal status hinder BUMDes's ability to establish partnerships with external parties and limit flexibility in managing village assets, impacting Village Original Revenue (PADesa). This study recommends strengthening the legal status of BUMDes to enhance transparency, accountability, and public trust. Thus, BUMDes can optimally fulfill its role as an economic driver that contributes to the welfare of village communities.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that occurs when the pancreas cannot produce enough insulin or the body cannot use the insulin produced effectively. Insulin is a hormone that regulates blood sugar. Purpose of service: To provide health education about diabetes mellitus for the community. Method: This service activity is carried out through direct observation of the community and dor to dor education. Results show that counseling can increase the knowledge of each Pretest by 48% and Posttest by 78%. Conclusion: Their knowledge is also increased by providing health education to the public. This community service activity can have an impact on improving the degree of public health.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at STAI Darussalam Kunir and its impact on learning quality. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study involved in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation collection from students and lecturers. The results show that the implementation of TQM has succeeded in creating a better learning environment, increasing student involvement in decision-making, and strengthening the relationship between higher education and the professional world. The implementation of TQM at STAI Darussalam Kunir focuses on meeting the needs of students and the world of work, with relevant curriculum adjustments and supporting programs such as Community Service (KKN) and Student Activity Units (UKM). Through this approach, educational institutions not only improve academic quality, but also equip students with practical skills needed in the labor market. The findings of this study confirm that TQM is an effective strategy to improve the quality of education at STAI Darussalam Kunir. By involving all elements of the organization in the management process, TQM helps create a culture of continuous evaluation that supports the development of educational quality. Therefore, the institution can be more competitive and responsive to global challenges in biology.

Abstract

The legal provisions that regulate the management of Civil Servants through the merit system need to be considered for their role in human resource management within the bureaucracy. Therefore, it is important to understand the role of human resource development for civil servants as a driving force in the machinery of government bureaucracy. This research employs a qualitative research method with a desk research approach, utilizing secondary data sources. The findings of the study indicate that through meritocracy, Civil Servants have the opportunity to develop themselves, protect their careers from political influence, and enhance motivation through fair recognition. Additionally, the merit system provides a clear career path, facilitates professional recruitment, and ensures efficient filling of positions. In conclusion, this will contribute to improving the quality of life for the community and creating a government that is more effective, efficient, and free from practices of corruption, collusion, and nepotism.

Abstract

This study focuses on marriage guidance to reduce stunting. One of the biggest nutrition problems in the world is stunting, and Indonesia still faces this problem today. Stunting is when babies do not grow properly due to infections and nutritional deficiencies during their first thousand days of life. The purpose of marriage guidance is to reduce the prevalence of stunting, increase the education needed to prepare for family life, and improve how to care for children. Primary and secondary data were used as sources in a qualitative research method. The findings of this study are that marriage guidance to Muslim brides and grooms can help them adopt a healthy lifestyle and improve their nutrition. Thus, this study has the potential to reduce the prevalence of stunted generations. Marriage guidance aims to let the bride-to-be know whether she will have healthy offspring after her marriage, as stunting can occur as a result of an unhealthy couple. Thus, marriage in Islam aims to build a family that is peaceful, peaceful.

Abstract

This comparative study aimed to assess the utility of jugular venous pressure (JVP) measurements in evaluating changes in central venous pressure (CVP) among critically ill patients in resource-limited border area hospitals. The study included 100 patients admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) with a central venous catheter inserted in the chest. JVP and CVP measurements were performed, and the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The results revealed significant differences between direct CVP and JVP measurements. However, when the measurements were categorized into low, normal, and high ranges, a 98% concordance was observed between CVP and JVP values, with no significant differences noted. The findings suggest that JVP measurement is a reliable non-invasive method for assessing right atrial pressure and fluid volume status in ICU patients, particularly in resource-limited settings. Nurses working in border area hospitals with limited resources can benefit from categorizing JVP measurements as low, normal, or high to monitor patients' hemodynamic status effectively. The study highlights the importance of JVP measurement as a valuable tool for nurses in ICUs, general wards, and emergency departments to detect changes in CVP and monitor fluid volume status in critically ill patients.
