Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at the Wisma Gading Permai Apartement Management Agency in North Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling and the sample in this study was 90 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is that work discipline has a significant negative effect on employee performance. Hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttable. Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant negative effect of work discipline on employee performance. The physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Hypothesis test obtained tarithmetic > ttable. Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of the physical work environment on employee performance. Work discipline and physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 24,897 + -0.138X1 + 0.495X2. The value of the coefficient of determination is 52.9% while the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis test obtained value of farithmetic > ftable or (48,810 > 2,710). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence of work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

Kedatuan Sriwijaya merupakan kerajaan maritim terbesar di Asia Tenggara pada abad ke-7 hingga ke-13 Masehi. Sungai Musi menjadi jalur vital dalam menopang kejayaannya, baik sebagai sarana transportasi maupun pusat perdagangan internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis peninggalan arkeologis di Sungai Musi, menjelaskan makna historisnya, serta menelaah nilai pentingnya bagi generasi modern. Hasil kajian menunjukkan ditemukannya artefak berupa keramik, manik-manik, koin, hingga cermin perunggu yang menegaskan peran Sriwijaya sebagai pusat perdagangan, kebudayaan, agama Buddha, dan diplomasi internasional. Temuan tersebut memperlihatkan pentingnya pelestarian warisan budaya demi memperkuat identitas kebangsaan dan menumbuhkan kesadaran sejarah di era modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko kebangkrutan perusahaan dengan menggunakan model Altman Z-Score serta mengembangkan pendekatan scenario-based forecasting sebagai alat pendukung keputusan bagi investor. Berbeda dengan sebagian besar penelitian sebelumnya yang menerapkan Altman Z-Score secara statis berdasarkan data historis, penelitian ini menempatkan Z-Score sebagai indikator risiko yang sensitif terhadap perubahan kondisi ekonomi. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan dan data pasar saham perusahaan publik di Indonesia selama periode 20212024. Risiko kebangkrutan dianalisis melalui perhitungan Altman Z-Score dan diklasifikasikan ke dalam zona aman, abu-abu, dan distress. Selanjutnya, pendekatan scenario-based forecasting diterapkan dengan mensimulasikan kondisi ekonomi optimistis, baseline, dan pesimistis untuk mengevaluasi perubahan risiko kebangkrutan di masa depan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sebagian besar perusahaan berada pada zona aman secara historis, tingkat sensitivitas risiko kebangkrutan berbeda antar perusahaan ketika dihadapkan pada skenario pesimistis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Altman Z-Score dengan scenario-based forecasting mampu memberikan informasi risiko yang lebih relevan dan antisipatif bagi investor dibandingkan pendekatan prediksi kebangkrutan yang bersifat statis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of human resource management (HRM) practices in improving employee satisfaction by identifying the role of competency-based recruitment, continuous training, objective performance management, fair compensation, and a supportive work environment. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining 20 journals indexed by Sinta, DOAJ, Google Scholar, and Scopus published in the period 2015–2025. Articles were selected based on topic suitability, methodological quality, and the availability of complete data. The results of the study indicate that effective HRM practices consistently have a positive effect on employee satisfaction, motivation, and performance. Structured training, transformational leadership, and a competitive compensation system have been proven to be dominant factors in increasing job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction acts as a strong mediating variable in the relationship between HRM practices and organizational performance. These findings confirm that holistic and sustainable HRM management is key to creating a productive, loyal, and high-performing workforce.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The focus of the research is directed at understanding how values, norms, and collective work practices in organizations can shape employees' emotional responses to their work. The SLR method was carried out by selecting 100 articles from various scientific databases, then filtered into 20 journals based on relevance, methodological quality, and suitability of research variables. The results of the synthesis showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in most studies. A strong and adaptive culture has been proven to be able to increase employee comfort, loyalty, and motivation so as to create a conducive work climate (Ali & Agustian, 2018). The research findings of Sasuwe et al. (2018) also corroborate that a good organizational culture can increase productivity and job satisfaction. In addition, research by Tumbelaka et al. (2016) confirms that organizational culture not only affects employee satisfaction, but also long-term commitment. Overall, the results show that organizational culture is a key factor that determines the level of job satisfaction and is an important foundation in sustainable human resource development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan gaji karyawan Medical Representative, bagaimana turnover intention karyawan Medical Representative dan bagaimana pengaruhnya kepuasan gaji terhadap turnover intention Medical Representative. Penelitian in dilakukan pada PT. BAHAGIA BERSAMA PRATAMA. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Kuesioner diberikan kepada karyawan PT. BAHAGIA BERSAMA PRATAMA. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasilnya menayatakan bahwa kepuasan gaji memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan Medical Representative PT. BAHAGIA BERSAMA PRATAMA. Hal ini menunjukkan semakin tinggi kepuasan gaji di dalam organisasi maka semakin rendah turnover intention karyawan pada organisasi tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Giant CBD Bintaro dan Point Square Lebak Bulus dengan jumlah sampel yang sama. berjumlah 100 orang. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. secara parsial lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which Motivation and Workload affect employee performance at PT Sinergi Integra Services (Tower Batavia Area, Central Jakarta) both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative descriptive which aims to describe the situation objectively by using numerical data collected through questionnaires. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique involving all 55 employees. Data analysis was carried out using the hypothesis testing method with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The results of the study indicate that Motivation and Workload have a significant influence on employee performance, both when tested partially and simultaneously. Based on the partial statistical test or t-test, it is known that Motivation significantly affects employee performance, while Workload is also proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. When tested simultaneously, the results show that Motivation and Workload together have a significant effect on employee performance. This indicates that the influence of Motivation and Workload on employee performance is 82.7%, while the rest, which is 17.3%, is influenced by other factors not included in the variables of this study.

Abstract

Pengelolaan risiko keuangan menjadi keterampilan penting bagi generasi muda, terutamasiswa SMK Darussalam Ciputat, untuk menghadapi tantangan finansial di masa depan. Kegiatanpengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan siswa melaluipenyuluhan tentang pengelolaan risiko keuangan. Analisis situasi menunjukkan bahwa banyaksiswa memiliki pemahaman yang minim mengenai risiko keuangan, yang dapat mengakibatkankeputusan finansial yang tidak bijaksana. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada identifikasi faktor penyebabrendahnya pemahaman siswa, metode efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan, sertamanfaat dari pengelolaan risiko yang baik. Tujuan utama adalah memberikan pemahaman dasartentang pengelolaan risiko keuangan dan keterampilan praktis dalam mengelola keuanganpribadi. Abstract

Large-scale construction projects often face challenges in cost control without compromising the function and quality of the work. One approach to address this issue is Value Engineering (VE), a systematic method aimed at identifying and eliminating unnecessary costs. This study applies the Value Engineering Job Plan method based on the theory of A.J. Dell’Isola (1997), which consists of five phases: information, function analysis, creative, evaluation, and recommendation. The research was conducted on the Tanjung Kramat Sangkulirang Port Road project, focusing on subgrade work, which accounts for a significant portion of the project cost. Based on the analysis, two design alternatives were developed: (1) Preloading + 100 kN Geotextile without PVD, and (2) Embankment reinforced with Geotextile and Geocell. The first alternative achieved a cost saving of IDR 9,166,666,667 or 1.07%, while the second alternative provided a greater saving of IDR 19,404,156,166 or approximately 1.16%. The results indicate that the second alternative is the most economical option for implementation in this project. The application of VE proved effective in achieving cost efficiency without reducing the project's function and quality, making it a strategic approach in construction cost management.
