Cloud Computing secara luas telah dipercaya sebagai sebuah revolusi dalam dunia komputer yang akan menjadi sebuah standar industri. Teknologi ini merupakan tujuan utama di dalam dunia ilmu komputer. Penelitian yang telah dilakukan bertahun-tahun telah mendapatkan berbagai penghargaan dalam virtualisasi, distributed computing, utility computing dan networking. Oleh karena itu, beberapa pertanyaan muncul terkait dengan performa dari sistem ini. Pembelajaran ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisasi biaya perawatan dari sistem tradisional yang biasa dipakai. Untuk itu, kita memerlukan sebuah hardware pengganti pc yang dapat mendukung teknologi ini. Hardware ini dinamakan thin client/mini pc station.Sebuah thin client adalah sebuah komputer atau program komputer yang bergantung pada komputer lain (server) untuk memenuhi peran komputasinya. Peran tepatnya dapat bermacam-macam, tergantung dari kinerja server dalam pengolahan data menjadi informasi yang aktual yang diberikan pada klien. Thin client bertindak sebagai komponen dari infrastruktur komputer, di mana banyak klien berbagi proses komputasi dengan server yang sama. Karena itu, infrastruktur thin client dapat dilihat sebagai pembakuan dari beberapa servis komputer dari berbagai interface pengguna. Hal ini sangat dinginkan walau dalam konteksnya, di mana individual fat client mempunyai lebih banyak fungsi atau tenaga dari pada kebutuhan infrastruktur atau penggunaanya. Hal ini dapat dibandingkan, sebagai contoh dengan gridcomputing. Thin client computing juga merupakan sebuah jalan untuk mempermudah perawatan suatu komputer dan mengurangi total biaya yang perlu dikeluarkan. Thin client modern yang paling banyak digunakan sekarang ini adalah sebuah terminal komputer low-end yang memfokuskan hanya pada penggunaan/pemberian sebuah graphical user interface kepada end-user. Fungsi selebihnya, dalam sistem operasi, diambil dari server.Kata kunci: Cloud Computing, Thin Client, Mengurangi total biaya

The development of information technology is increasingly rapidly and constantly changing year after year requires us to constantly innovate and make a creative work, as well as Higher Education Prog desperately need information systems that are relevant, accurate, fast, and efficient to support the sustainability of academic activity future. The author conducted research on SIS Information Systems in college Prog. The research method used was observation, library research and documentation. Development method used is the waterfall method. Based on the analysis conducted by the author and the problems encountered in the use of the SIS is still menggukan sweep sweep card card if the card is damaged / lost then the student can not use the SIS, the SIS is still accessing performed locally where the student must come in person to the SIS Box to take care of matters related to the students academic activity and as one of the alternative solutions, then be made to the proposed development of the SIS system itself. SIS+ software is a web-based information systems and made by Yii Framework using the PHP programming language. Database management system (DBMS) used in this software is MySQL. This information system will display the data that include academic values list data, student biographical data form and the form needed by the students, in addition, an information system is also expected to boost the quality and service to students.

Learning in Higher Education System is identical to a conventional manner. This is evident from the way the students in final report. In the process of guidance, the students are still accustomed to the draft report in the form of a printout of the Lecturer. Lecturer then perform correction on the draft report printed sheet, so if there are errors in the writing of the report, the student is required to revise and reprint subsequently submitted to the Lecturer for further corrected. This is very inefficient in the guidance process, due to the use of paper that is not a little, due to the printout draft report before and after the revision. Final report guidance process is the same as running in Raharja University. Then to support that learning systems can make it easier for students and the Lecturer is to utilize RinfoDocs as a medium to support the process guidance Final report. RinfoDocs is one feature in RinfoDrive provided by Rinfo. While Rinfo is a platform using Google’s Gmail service provided exclusively by the Pribadi Raharja (Civitas Academic). Because using the Google email platform. With the RinfoDocs learning process can be done online because it can be done anywhere and anytime. Through the use of RinfoDocs expected to facilitate the process of drafting the final report guidance on the college.

Purpose of implementation ofweb-based information systems that allow user stoaccess information anywhere and anytime. Especiallyin making letters out stillusea wet signature. So that has not been able to provide information quickly and accurately. Identified there are7 (seven) point concerns the handling and processing of the paperstoday. However, the problem can besolved by building a Digital Signature Designand is online, so it can reduce the error rate and the information obtainedis really precise, accurate and in accordance with the needs. Obviously with the directional flow methodology description, ranging from th eillustration Figure Digital Signature, Flow distribution sub part Digital Signature, Digital Signature Flowchart, cycle and Digital Signature Digital Signature Use Case. From the Literature Review,has been much research on the Digital Signature Algorithm and Digital Signature Scheme. In the implementation phaseof the prototype described in detail the design of Digital Signature, the program listings are shown to display a letter that has been approved and has been signed. It can be also generatedauthentication system called digital signature is a waytoen sure the authenticity of an electronic document and keep documents in a time sender can not deny that she has sent the document.

One of the problems faced by universities noday is still a lack of learning systems that can support good teaching and learning quality and efficient. Currently, there are still learning methods which are conventional in which learning is still running in one direction, where the student fixated on material submitted by the lecturer in front and make the student tend to feel tired and passive. As an alternative to solving the problem is to provide the latest teaching innovations iLearning System (Integrated Learning), or in Indonesian called integrated learning system that is applied is one form to improve the quality to a modern and quality education. The reason the application of this method of learning iLearning we hope to provide a learning system that is more active and has a strong reciprocity between faculty and students, because the learning process of innovative and efficient will certainly add to the fun and spirit of the student so that the student was will not feel bored and passive. Using iLearning student can learn more optimally, they can see and read materials provided by lecturers in their respective iPad. Not only that students can easily do exercises / quiz, browsing, sending tasks, discussed and recorded with iPad without having to spend a stationery. Given these practical learning may help in improving the quality of learning activities based iLearning on Higher Education, and eventually gained a graduate or Human Resources (HR) that are reliable and able to compete in an era of globalization characterized by high competition.

SQL Server Reporting Services is a way to analyze data, create reports using the indicators and gauges. Indicators are minimal gauges that convey the state of a single data value at a glance, and most are used to represent the state of Key Performance Indicators. Manage and harmonize the performance of an institution's educational institutions, especially universities with the performance of individuals or resources, no doubt is one of the essential elements for the success of an entity of the institution. Integrate the performance of an educational institution with individual performance is not an easy process, and therefore required a systematic approach to manage it. Implementation of a strategic management system based Balanced Scorecard can be used as a performance measurement system that will continuously monitor the successful implementation of the strategy of any public educational institution and measure the performance of its resources in a comprehensive and balanced, not the quantity but the emphasis is more concerned with the quality, so the performance of educational institutions at any time can be known clearly. Contribution of Key Performance Indicators to manage and harmonize the performance of any public institution is a solution in providing information to realize the extent of work that has set targets, identify and monitor measures of success, of course, with performance indicators show a clear, specific and measurable.

Sistem informasi pada organisasi sebagian besar digunakan untuk membantu pelaksanaan business process enterprise. Sistem tersebut pada umumnya belum dapat menyediakan informasi strategis dan membantu manajemen dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja enterprise. Hal ini terjadi karena sistem informasi sebagian besar dibangun menggunakan konsep database OLTP (online transaction processing) dan bersifat ad hoc. Permasalahan ini terjadi pula pada sistem informasi di sebagian besar Perguruan Tinggi di Kota Tangerang sebagai sampel penelitian. Alternatif pemecahan masalah tersebut adalah membangun sistem informasi yang menerapkan konsep dan cara kerja data warehouse dan data mining yang dapat dijasikan sebagai tools pengukur kinerja enterprise. Metodologi pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan metode system developmnet life cycle (SDLC). Metode SDLC terdiri dari tahapan: system study, analysis design, system development, dan implementation. Melalui pendekatan ini diciptakan sebuah sistem informasi dengan konsep data warehouse dan data mining yang dapat menghasilkan informasi yang bersifat strategis, sesuai kebutuhan, dan sebagai tools melaksanakan pengukuran kinerja enterprise. Hasil akhir penelitian adalah sebuah sistem data warehouse dan data mining sebagai tools pengukur kinerja enterprise pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja sebagai prototipe penerapannya.

Activities attendance of participants in a learning institution is generally done every meeting in order to determine whether students are sick , license , negligent , or late for any class. Then, the data will be entered into the data absentee participant, the participant data include NIP, Name, Class.. Attendance data on the participants learning institution can be used as an assessment to the level of discipline on each participant. It also serves to obtain attendance data summary for each participant at the end of the meeting. Attendance data of pre-existing participants can not meet the needs of the user at the time of charging participants for attendance officers are still using manual attendance register. Attendance manually participants will encounter some problems such as easily wear away, difficulty in data retrieval and slow time in the data processing is considered a need for change in a computerized system so that the information obtained are more accurate. It is because the system uses a database, where the data is stored in an integrated way. Construction of the system by using web yii framework has advantages which are small data size, the Security Concern framework to anticipate and put up a shield against the various security issues that may arise.

Kalender akademik merupakan rencana induk penyelenggaraan kegiatan akademik dalam kurun waktu satu tahun. Dengan kalender akademik setiap kegiatan yang diselenggarakan agar selalu 3T yaitu Terencana, Terukur dan Terealisasi dengan baik. Namun kondisi yang ada bahwa penjadwalan banyak yang bersifat adhoc, belum ada cara yang efektif menyuguhkan penjadwalan dan informasi yang disajikan dalam kalender akademik kepada seluruh unsur civitas akademik hingga pada akhirnya akan mempengaruhi kualitas penyelenggaraan kegiatan dan penyebaran informasi pada perguruan tinggi. Penerapan Artificial Informatics pada Sistem Informasi Kalender Akademik (SISKA) merupakan bentuk reminder setiap kegiatan yang telah dijadwalkan secara komputerisasi kepada seluruh unsur civitas akademik perguruan tinggi. Dengan memanfaatkan infrastruktur jaringan komputer dan fasilitas email yang sudah ada, diharapkan setiap kegiatan yang sudah dijadwalkan akan terkirim secara otomatis kepada setiap milis atau daftar email di perguruan tinggi melalui konsep Auto Electronic Mailing System (AEMS). Artificial Informatics memiliki ciri khas yaitu virtual staff yang memiliki job description layaknya staf perguruan tinggi, sehingga tanpa lelah dan lupa bekerja untuk selalu memperhatikan tugasnya. Secara sederhana, definisi Artificial Informatics adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang memiliki karakter dan kapabilitas seperti manusia dengan menggunakan PC dalam membantu menyelesaikan tugas sehari-hari. Dengan penerapan Artificial Informatics pada sistem informasi kalender akademik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas dalam penyebaran informasi dan penyelenggaraan kegiatan pada perguruan tinggi.

DSS (Decision Support Systems) has the notion that a computer-based system that presents and process information that allows decisions to be more productive, dynamic and innovative [1]. In this study, a concept with the name DHM (Database Health Monitoring). DHM concept is a form of development of the DSS is a concept of how to analyze the health of a database in which the level of health in the database is measured by the number of empty fields. To calculate the number of empty fields required sql queries which query results are then processed into a protocol JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) is a concise format computer data exchange [6]. In JSON protocol is what ultimately made a dashboard. The results are displayed in the form of dashboards to facilitate leadership read the information received. In addition, the leadership does not need direct access to the database to get information.
