Abstract

This study aims to find out the process of selecting the Al-Qur'an Achievement Scholarship Program at SMAIT Buahati, how is the management of the Al-Qur'an Achievement Scholarship Program at SMAIT Buahati, how is the supervision of the Al-Qur'an Achievement Scholarship Program at SMAIT Bauahati. This research method is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews. This research is located at SMAIT Buahati. Source of data comes from primary data and secondary data. The results of this study are that the Al-Qur'an achievement scholarship program at SMAIT Buahati has fully had a major influence on student achievement. The obstacles faced by schools are controlling student memorization every month or every semester reaching 5 juz.

Abstract

This study explores innovative operational strategies for Community Learning Centers (CLCs) in Indonesia's post-pandemic educational landscape. Using a systematic literature review method, the study analyzed 35 relevant academic and policy sources to investigate how CLCs adapt their organizational frameworks to meet emerging challenges while enhancing operational effectiveness. The findings identify three critical optimization domains: (1) resource mobilization and allocation innovations that combine traditional funding with digital-enabled financial diversification; (2) hybrid service delivery models that strategically integrate physical and virtual learning environments; and (3) adaptive governance structures that enhance organizational resilience. The study emphasizes the importance of context-specific optimization approaches, with urban and rural CLCs facing distinct operational challenges that require tailored strategies. These findings contribute to understanding educational organization management in transitional contexts and provide practical insights for CLC practitioners and policymakers to improve operational sustainability, enhance service accessibility, and ensure long-term institutional adaptability in the evolving educational ecosystem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengeksplorasi model kemitraan pesantren dengan alumni pesantren dalam upaya peningkatan kapabilitas pesantren dengan menggunakan 3 aspek dari teori D.J, Teece yaitu Sensing Capabilities, Seizing Capabilities dan Transforming/Reconfiguration Capabilities. Pendekatan penelitian yang di gunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pendekatan kualitatif memungkinkan peneliti mengeksplorasi dan memahami makna dari permasalahan sosial melalui pengumpulan data yang kaya dalam setting alamiah. Hasil Penelitian kemitraan pesantren Al-Ma'arif dengan alumni menunjukkan hubungan strategis kompleks melalui lima komponen: keselarasan visi-misi, sasaran bersama, trust historis-emosional, asas timbal balik, dan optimalisasi wakaf lewat "Waqf Land Synergy Partnership". Alumni efektif berperan sebagai sensor eksternal mendeteksi peluang dan tren pendidikan, serta sukses memobilisasi beragam sumber daya untuk program-program inovatif. Namun meski unggul dalam sensing dan seizing, terdapat gap signifikan pada kemampuan transforming dimana kerjasama untuk perubahan organisasi dan transfer teknologi masih terhambat resistensi internal dan kompleksitas identitas ganda pesantren sebagai institusi akademik-spiritual. Adapun keterbaruan dalam penelitian ini Adalah konteks kapabilitas dinamis yang biasanya sering di gunakan atau di sandingkan dengan Perusahaan namun pada penelitian ini mencoba untuk melihat dari dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of Classroom Action Research (CAR) as a professional development strategy for teachers across various areas of educational services at SMP Negeri 21 Kota Bekasi. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, the research involved teachers as the primary subjects, with school principals and students as supporting data sources. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles & Huberman model. The findings indicate that CAR enhances teachers' pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies. Furthermore, it strengthens educational services such as academic instruction, counseling, and classroom management. The study also reveals several structural and cultural challenges, which can be addressed through school management support and a collaborative culture. CAR is proven to be an effective reflective strategy for improving the quality of learning while empowering teachers as facilitators of change in the classroom.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum offers opportunities for educational institutions to develop curricula that align with the unique characteristics and needs of their students. SMP IT Shidqia Islamic School, as an integrated Islamic educational institution, has several flagship programs that emphasize Islamic values and character building. This study aims to explore strategies for integrating the school’s flagship programs with the Merdeka Curriculum within the framework of curriculum management. A descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach was used. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the integration is carried out by aligning the school’s vision with the learning objectives of the Merdeka Curriculum, strengthening the role of teachers as facilitators, and implementing flexible lesson module development that includes local content and Islamic values. This integrative strategy is considered effective in enhancing curriculum relevance and reinforcing the school’s identity as a value-based educational institution. The study recommends ongoing professional development for teachers and strengthened collaboration among school stakeholders to optimize contextual and sustainable curriculum management.

Abstract

This study aims to explore students' perceptions of Bahasa Indonesia as a national identity in the era of globalization and their potential role in promoting the language internationally. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, this study involved 20 junior high school students in East Jakarta who were selected purposively. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and limited observations, then analyzed using open, axial, and selective coding techniques. The results showed that students viewed Bahasa Indonesia as a symbol of national unity, felt proud of the international recognition of the language, and acknowledged the ease of the structure of Bahasa Indonesia compared to foreign languages. In addition, students were aware of their strategic role in promoting the language through social media and digital content, and saw the potential of Bahasa Indonesia as an international language that could strengthen the nation's competitiveness and cultural identity. These findings indicate the importance of updating the Bahasa Indonesia curriculum that does not only focus on technical aspects, but also builds national and global awareness.
