Abstract

The lack of use of learning media in the learning process causes students to find it difficult to understand the material. This study aims to produce learning media that can increase students' motivation and activeness in the learning process. Media development in this study is guided by the ADDIE model procedure which consists of several stages, namely analysis (analyze), design (design), development (development), implementation, and evaluation (evaluate). The subject in this development research is the mission book game media to increase the learning motivation of fifth-grade students while the object in this research is the validity and effectiveness of the mission book game media developed. This development research method is a qualitative and quantitative analysis method. The data collection used is a questionnaire method with data collection instruments in the form of a rating scale by giving an assessment instrument to 4 experts, namely, 2 material experts, 2 media experts, 2 practitioner responses, and 12 students. The data were analyzed by testing the validity and reliability test of the mission book game media based on data from experts, practitioners, and students' responses. The data obtained is calculated using the mean formula to determine the average validity of the media. The average validity score of the mission book media game in terms of material experts is 4.8 with very valid criteria, in terms of media experts it is 4.4 with very valid criteria, in terms of practitioner responses it is 4.7 with very valid criteria and in terms of student response of 4.9 with very valid criteria. The motivational data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative statistical data analysis techniques in the form of prerequisite tests and t-tests. The results of the hypothesis test showed a significance value of 0.033 which means 0.033 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of the.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Learner Autonomy and Agile Learner on the independence and literacy of elementary school students. The type of research used is a quantitative approach with the Ex-Post Facto method. The population was 159 students, using the non-probability sampling technique so that the research sample amounted to 51 students. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. The data collection instrument is in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is the quantitative analysis and inferential statistics. The results of data analysis, namely the results of the t-test, are obtained in the coefficients table, which is 3.366, so learner autonomy directly affects student independence. The results of the t-test, obtained in the coefficients table, are 30.446 so that Agile Learner does not directly affect students' metacognition awareness. The coefficients table shows 30.446 showings 0.313, so Learner Autonomy does not directly affect literacy. The coefficients table shows 0.613. So Agile Learner does not directly affect students' literacy. The coefficients table shows 1.68, so independence directly affects students' literacy. Abstract

There are still many students who face difficulty in expressing ideas for writing poetry, and not a few students are less motivated in writing literary works in the kind of poetry. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of learning with a rural nature-inspired contextual approach on the ability to write poetry and creative thinking skills of elementary school students. Quasi-experimental study is used in this study with a non-equivalent pre-test post-test control group design. The research population was all fifth-grade students, totaling 231 students. The sample was taken by random sampling technique, totaling 44 students. Data were collected using a test technique. The test instruments were in the form of a description test and a five-scale non-test instrument. Both instruments have been analyzed for their feasibility quality by testing their validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used MANOVA with the help of SPSS. The results showed that the significance value of the MANOVA test results was 0.000 (<0.0). It means that there is a difference in both partial and simultaneous studies in writing poetry and students’ creative thinking skills who learn by applying a contextual approach inspired by rural nature. So, there is a positive effect of learning with a rural nature-inspired contextual approach on the ability to write poetry and creative thinking skills.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of curriculum policies on teacher performance in the context of early childhood education. The research method used in this study is policy analysis. Data was collected through literature study, interviews with education stakeholders, and direct observation of teacher performance. The collected data was then analyzed qualitatively to identify the impact of curriculum policies on teacher performance. The research results show that curriculum policies have a significant influence on the performance of early childhood education teachers. Implementing a clear and comprehensive curriculum helps teachers develop learning plans that suit children's needs. Apart from that, a curriculum that is closely linked to teacher competency standards also encourages improvements in teachers' skills and knowledge in teaching. However, this research also identified several challenges faced by teachers in dealing with curriculum policies. This research concludes that curriculum policy plays an important role in improving the performance of early childhood education teachers. To maximize the positive impact, greater efforts need to be made to increase the support and resources available to teachers, as well as improve their training and understanding regarding the implementation of the new curriculum. Thus, it can be hoped that the quality of early childhood education will continue to improve.

Abstract

Teacher professionalism can be seen from its role in carrying out tasks, namely developing the potential of students with heterogeneous backgrounds, both basic abilities, social, economic and cultural. Today's teacher professionalism is still included in the "semi" or "quasi" professional category because their work, such as teaching, is not fully given autonomy rights in practice. Professionalism in relation to the right to autonomy for a teacher in carrying out his main duties as an educator and teacher includes the ability to plan, implement and evaluate learning. Meanwhile, without mastering various basic knowledge about science, about students, about the society and culture in which the school operates, learning theory, various learning models, and various evaluation models, it is difficult for teachers to easily adapt to the new demands of implementing national education keep changing. As for achieving the real category of teacher professionalism, teacher positions must require further education and special training, namely at least having a Bachelor's degree and continuing with specialized education in their field which currently can be pursued in teacher professional education (PPG).

Abstract

Learning loss or loss of knowledge is a condition where children lose achievements and skills in academic development due to the cessation of learning in education. Currently, learning loss often occurs in early childhood. This research is analytical with data collection methods through interviews, observation, and documentation. This research method is descriptive and qualitative, using primary data from sources. Data analysis techniques in this research using data collection analysis, data reduction, data presentation, and verification show that several factors cause students to experience learning loss. The research results found that the teacher's role divides the learning process into two major stages, namely apperception and the strategy or method used. It states that the perception carried out by the teacher before learning has a significant influence on overall learning. Next to stage two, namely the method used. Children or early childhood students experience learning loss in the early or odd semesters due to the change in learning activities from online to offline, often called blended learning. The difficulties experienced by teachers when facing learning loss are the need for more learning media for children, and to cover this shortage, teachers exchange media and get closer to children whose development needs to catch up. This article aims to examine the project evaluation design for strengthening the profile of Pancasila students with the Countenance Stake model. This evaluation design includes 3 aspects, namely the antecedent, transaction and outcome. The method used in this study is a literature study that uses the Stake countenance evaluation model as a reference in the evaluation design of the Pancasila profile student strengthening project. Data collection is carried out by searching literature sourced from journals, both national journals and international journals, as well as other relevant sources. The results of this study indicate that the Countenance Stake Model can be used as a design in evaluating projects to strengthen the Pancasila student profile which includes planning (antecedents), implementation (transactions) and results (outcomes).
