Abstract

The transformation of education in the 21st century requires a curriculum that moves beyond content delivery and focuses on developing core competencies such as critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and communication (4C). This study investigates strategies for integrating 4C skills into curriculum development using a library research approach. The data were obtained from peer-reviewed scientific articles published between 2021 and 2025 and analyzed thematically. The results show that critical thinking can be fostered through blended learning, inquiry-based learning, critical reflection, academic debate, and clinical simulation. Collaboration develops through interprofessional education, interdisciplinary projects, community partnerships, and the use of digital technology. Creativity is supported by STEAM approaches, project-based learning, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and maker education. Communication is enhanced through simulation training, narrative-based learning, mentoring, and digital media. These findings emphasize the need for systemic and flexible curriculum reform, supported by educator training and technological integration. A future-ready curriculum must act as a transformative space that prepares learners to think critically, act creatively, collaborate effectively, and communicate meaningfully in a complex and interconnected global environment.

Abstract

Increased awareness of the importance of mental well-being as a crucial factor in students' academic and personal development demonstrates the need to integrate psychology education into the school curriculum. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the educational psychology curriculum designed to improve students' mental well-being. Using a systematic review approach using the PRISMA method, this study synthesizes the existing literature on the impact of psychology education in schools. The findings of the study show that the integration of mental health literacy, stress management techniques, and social-emotional learning (SEL) in the school curriculum significantly improves students' emotional resilience, reduces academic stress, and builds positive interpersonal relationships. The curriculum also plays an important role in the early identification of mental health problems and offers effective preventive measures. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive approach, which includes trauma-based treatment, mindfulness techniques, and a collaborative model involving teachers, mental health professionals, and families. This research emphasizes the importance of ongoing professional training for educators as well as interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure the effective implementation of mental health support in educational settings. The study advocates the integration of these practices into the standard curriculum to support students' mental well-being and academic success in the long term.

Abstract

In order to encourage ASN performance improvement, the Regional Government of Bali Province has made various efforts, including conducting ASN performance assessments which have implications for performance allowances, so a breakthrough was designed in the Competency Improvement System (Si-TanTe) with an action plan to form a Coaching Clinic. The data analysis used in this study is qualitative data analysis in the form of coaching clinic activities. The results of this study are the benefits of a competency improvement system (SI TANTE BERAKSI) with a clinical coaching program, which is to help identify the potential of each member, improve work performance, reduce work conflict and improve intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. Intrapersonal ability is the transformation of oneself individually to a better direction. Thus, 'SI TANTE IN ACTION with clinical coaching' becomes very important to improve organizational performance based on improving individual performance. This increase in performance can occur if everyone realizes every potential they have and at the same time knows the deficiencies that still need to be fixed.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of curriculum policies on teacher performance in the context of early childhood education. The research method used in this study is policy analysis. Data was collected through literature study, interviews with education stakeholders, and direct observation of teacher performance. The collected data was then analyzed qualitatively to identify the impact of curriculum policies on teacher performance. The research results show that curriculum policies have a significant influence on the performance of early childhood education teachers. Implementing a clear and comprehensive curriculum helps teachers develop learning plans that suit children's needs. Apart from that, a curriculum that is closely linked to teacher competency standards also encourages improvements in teachers' skills and knowledge in teaching. However, this research also identified several challenges faced by teachers in dealing with curriculum policies. This research concludes that curriculum policy plays an important role in improving the performance of early childhood education teachers. To maximize the positive impact, greater efforts need to be made to increase the support and resources available to teachers, as well as improve their training and understanding regarding the implementation of the new curriculum. Thus, it can be hoped that the quality of early childhood education will continue to improve.

Abstract

Anti-corruption education is a learning process and behavioral formation aimed at preventing corruption by developing anti-corruption behavior. The purpose of this study is to evaluate anti-corruption education integrated into the higher education curriculum at the Bali Institute of Technology and Health (ITEKES) through the CIPP approach and SWOT analysis. This research is a qualitative descriptive evaluative study that focuses on the policy analysis of the anti-corruption education program at the Bali Institute of Technology and Health. The research subjects included lecturers and students who had taken the anti-corruption education course. Data were collected through interviews and curriculum documentation studies.Furthermore, the data were evaluated using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model and analyzed strategically using the SWOT method to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to the implementation of the policy. The CIPP approach analysis found that anti-corruption education was in accordance with Permenristekdikti No. 33 of 2019, with the support of expertise and facilities. Its implementation was through classroom learning processes and external activities, supported by socialization and leadership policies. There was an increase in anti-corruption knowledge, attitudes, and skills of the academic community. The SWOT analysis identified strengths such as the legal basis and leadership support, weaknesses in consistency and monitoring, opportunities from certified human resources and external networks, and threats from high levels of corruption and bureaucratic resistance, emphasizing the importance of commitment and consistency for the program's success. Anti-corruption education has been implemented in accordance with regulations, utilizing existing resources and infrastructure to improve anti-corruption knowledge, attitudes, and skills among the academic community through academic and non-academic activities. However, the program's success depends heavily on consistency, monitoring, and commitment from all parties, particularly in addressing corruption and internal resistance.

Abstract

Critical Thinking and Science Learning Interest among third-grade elementary students are still low due to conventional learning methods that lack active engagement. This research aims to develop and test the feasibility of the Picture Story Book Media with a STEAM approach to enhance both of these dependent variables, focusing on the topic of Unique Relationships in Living Things (Symbiosis). Using the ADDIE Research and Development (R&D) model, the product was tested and achieved Very Valid and Very Practical criteria, confirming its implementation feasibility. The effectiveness results were significant. The increase in Learning Interest was categorized as Very High, particularly in the Active Involvement indicator (Slameto), as the narrative successfully triggered enjoyable hands-on action. Critical Thinking improvement was also categorized as High, specifically in the Interpretation and Analysis dimensions (Facione). This was driven by the Engineering challenge to design symbiosis models, which compelled students to use critical logic. This media successfully integrates Story and Art with Hands-On Activities to transform abstract Symbiosis concepts into solution-based investigations. This product effectively strengthens both students' Critical Thinking and Learning Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the teaching method of physical education, sports, and health (PJOK) based on the traditional game of enjang-enjang. The background of this study departs from the need for a contextual, fun, and local wisdom-based learning approach in accordance with the demands of the Independent Curriculum. Traditional games are seen as having educational and character values that can enrich students' learning experiences. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and documentation. The results showed that the enjang-enjang-based teaching method was able to increase learning motivation, active involvement, and the formation of student character such as sportsmanship, responsibility, and cooperation. Teachers designed and implemented learning systematically by integrating local cultural values into the lesson plan (RPP). Supporting factors for the success of this method included school support, student enthusiasm, and teacher readiness. Meanwhile, obstacles faced included limited learning time, unpredictable weather, and students' unfamiliarity with the game rules. However, teachers were able to overcome these obstacles through adaptive strategies. These findings indicate that the integration of traditional games into physical education (PJOK) learning is not only curricularly relevant but also effective in shaping students' character, contextualization, and appreciation for local culture

Abstract

The e-LPKD PjBL model with Tri Hita Karana (THK) insertion has not been developed, and student learning outcomes and learning activities are deficient. The purpose is: produce e-LKPD, determine the validity and practicality of the media, and explain the effectiveness of E-LKPD PjBL with THK NInsertion in Improving the Activeness and Learning Outcomes of Science Students. The data collection method is in the form of questionnaires and tests.  The type of development research is with the ADDIE model. The study focuses on E-LKPD, with 20 students from grade III A, 22 from grade III B, and four teachers. The data analysis technique uses percentages, prerequisite analysis tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study are as follows: (1) E-LKPD is accessed in the form of a link, (2) the results of media validity are 94.38%, material validity is 93.84%, very valid, (3) the results of the practicality percentage are 89.99%, very practical. (4) The results of the effectiveness test obtained Pillai's Trace, Wilks'Lambda, Hotelling's Trace, and Roy's Largest Root values each have a statistical value of F = 83.776 and a significant figure of 0.001, this value is smaller than the significance level of 0.05 (p < 0.05). So, it can be concluded that there is an influence of learning activity and learning outcomes together between students who study with E-LKPD PjBL with THK insertion and without using e-LKPD. The implication for basic education is that it can implement THK with the Pjbl model.
