Abstract

The author conducted this socialization in several villages, namely Manusak Village, East Kupang, Rahong Village, Cianjur, West Java, and Bakalan Village, Bululawang for twenty-five days. The author conducted this socialization because of the author's anxiety because the integrated digital service system had not been implemented in Indonesia. The conclusion in this aticle that the village must have these three objects to implement a digital-based integrated public service system in the village. Young human resources are needed because the adaptation of the mini site is not short and must be applied for a long time, the website is needed because it is a symbol of the first stage of digital service reporting and the easiest to have before the village has an application. Another thing that is no less important is support from the village government to apply this system. Increasing the digital-based integrated public service system is one of the implementations of good governance in the village.

Abstract

This quantitative study uses an explanatory approach emphasizing basic research to compile arguments systematically and according to applicable scientific rules. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from tourists to Java S Beach, Beaches in Bali, and Beaches in Lampung, totaling two hundred and eighty-five foreign and local tourists. The data obtained by researchers were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article shows that all hypotheses in this study can be accepted and proven. In the first hypothesis, the Serviceescape variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Travel/Visit Decisions at a tourist attraction because the P-values are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.013. This indicates that better Serviceescape implementation at a tourist attraction can make tourists more comfortable and interested, and help them decide to visit. In the following hypothesis, the Customer Satisfaction variable can strengthen the influence of the Serviceescape variable on Visit Decisions. The P-values are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that this article's first and second hypotheses are acceptable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in customer retention. This research approach collects data through a literature study, which involves reading literature from various sources including books, reports, articles, and journals through qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings of this study are that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is an important strategy in increasing customer retention. By utilizing precise segmentation, personalized service, consistent multi-channel interactions, and real-time satisfaction monitoring, CRM helps companies build stronger and more sustainable relationships with customers. Systematic CRM implementation has been proven to increase loyalty, satisfaction, and operational efficiency, as well as reduce marketing costs. Case studies of global companies such as Amazon and Starbucks demonstrate the success of this strategy in encouraging repeat purchases and strengthening emotional bonds with customers. However, CRM implementation also faces challenges such as lack of system integration, poor data quality, internal resistance, limited technical human resource capabilities, and high implementation costs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation of strategic agility that contributes to Sustainable Competitive Advantage at the radio of Suara Surabaya (SS). The phenomenon of SS's competitive advantage is manifested as a leading radio media in Surabaya and far beyond East Java. SS radio's reliability has been lasting for more than 42 years of broadcasting until now. The study discovered a uniqueness of applying strategic agility by the SS radio in responding and acting quickly to anticipate business obstacles faced. A qualitative descriptive analysis approach is used to obtain an overview of the implementation of strategic agility at SS Radio. The implementation carried out by the management results in business innovation and differentiation as a strategic model used in maintaining its competitiveness. This study collects the data by employing interviews, observations and documentation of three sampling subjects namely Human Resource managers, senior broadcasters and radio audiences. Source triangulation and technique triangulation were applied to ensure the validity of the data. The study found that SS radio demonstrates strategic agility through innovations focused on upgrading technological devices on broadcasting so that the radio is capable of synergizing on and off air platforms such as facebook, twitter, website, instagram and radio streaming. The radio also increases audience involvement in supporting broadcast programs, through the so-called citizen journalism model. As a result, SS Radio has been admittedly able to overcome business obstacles with agility in its business strategies. The radio has proved to have a wide market share reaching 25.000 dial callers per month and 21.000 internet audiences in 25 countries. It shows that the SS radio will always sustain this competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of product innovation, market diversification, and branding strategies on global competitiveness through the mediating role of unique value in Indonesian palm oil exports. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 respondents representing exporters, producers, government officials, and industry associations. A structured questionnaire employing a Likert scale (1–5) was used, and the data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results demonstrate that product innovation, market diversification, and branding strategies all have significant positive effects on unique value and global competitiveness. Furthermore, unique value is shown to play a partial mediating role, indicating that differentiation through sustainability, traceability, and product quality strengthens the effectiveness of these strategies. The findings highlight the necessity of shifting from a quantity-based to a value-based model of palm oil exports to secure Indonesia’s position in the global market. This study contributes both theoretically by extending competitiveness frameworks with unique value mediation and practically by offering strategic insights for policymakers and industry stakeholders.

Abstract

Purpose – This research investigates the extent to which situational factors drive organisational deviance and explores the mediating influence of organisational culture among employees in the public sector. Aim(s) – The objective was to identify key predictors of deviant workplace behaviour within public service organisations and to examine how organisational culture moderates the impact of these predictors. Design/methodology/approach – Adopting a quantitative research strategy, the study applied a cross-sectional survey design with 250 respondents. Data analysis utilized regression techniques alongside structural equation modeling to test the mediating role of organizational culture. Findings – Results from the structural equation modeling demonstrate that perceived injustice, heightened stress, and inadequate support contribute significantly to workplace deviance. Specifically, organizational injustice and work-related stress emerged as strong predictors of deviant behavior, while organizational culture mediated the effects of these variables. Limitations of the study – The findings may be affected by sampling error and potential response bias due to reliance on self-reported data. Furthermore, the exclusive focus on public service limits the generalizability of the conclusions to other sectors. Practical implications and Originality/value – The study enhances existing scholarship on the mediating function of organizational culture in deviant workplace behavior. It further illustrates how fostering a strong organizational culture can serve as a mechanism to mitigate or prevent workplace deviance among employees tasked with implementing organizational policies
