Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan efektivitas implementasi metode pembelajaran deep learning dalam menanamkan karakter disiplin dan bertanggung jawab pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah 16 Surakarta serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasinya. Pendekatan penelitian yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif  kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru dan siswa. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengintegrasian pembelajaran deep learning dapat meningkatkan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab siswa dalam proses pembelajaran melalui pemahaman mendalam, refleksi kritis, penugasan individu dan kelompok, serta pemantauan berkelanjutan. Faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan metode ini mencakup dukungan sekolah dalam penyediaan infrastruktur digital, kolaborasi antarguru dan siswa, serta partisipasi orangtua dalam evaluasi pembelajaran. Meskipun demikian, terdapat faktor penghambat seperti motivasi rendah pada sebagian siswa, keterbatasan kesiapan teknologi, adaptasi guru terhadap inovasi pedagogis, dan dinamika kelas yang berubah-ubah. Kajian ini merekomendasikan perlunya sinergi antara inovasi pedagogi dengan teknologi, serta penguatan peran guru dan sekolah untuk keberlanjutan pendidikan kerakter berbasis deep learning di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to know the relationship between the intensity of playing the online game Free Fire with the social intelligence and emotional intelligence of elementary school students. The method used is a quantitative approach with a correlational design (ex post facto). The study population included all students in grades III to VI at SD Negeri 1 and SD Negeri 3 Bangkleyan, with a sample size of 200 students determined through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a closed-ended Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, the Kolmogorov–Smirnov normality test, and the Spearman Rho correlation test using SPSS. The results of the normality test showed that the data were not normally distributed. The correlation analysis showed a positive and significant relationship between the intensity of playing Free Fire with social intelligence (r = 0.707; p < 0.05) and emotional intelligence (r = 0.657; p < 0.05) with a strong relationship level. These findings emphasize the importance of the role of parents and teachers in supervising gaming activities to have a positive impact on children's development.

Abstract

Optimal nutritional fulfillment is a crucial factor in supporting the development of elementary school students, both in terms of health and learning readiness. One national policy designed to address this issue is the Free Nutritional Meal Program (MBG). This study aims to analyze the role of the Free Nutritional Meal Program (MBG) in supporting the development of elementary school students and identify key findings and implementation challenges based on a literature review. This study used a qualitative approach with a literature review method on 20 relevant scientific articles published in the last five years and obtained through the Google Scholar, Garuda, and SINTA databases. The study results indicate that the MBG Program contributes positively to fulfilling students' nutritional needs, improving concentration and learning readiness, cognitive development, learning motivation, and character building and healthy lifestyle habits. However, the implementation of the MBG Program still faces various challenges, particularly related to the readiness of facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and program sustainability. Therefore, strengthening cross-sectoral coordination and a continuous monitoring system is needed so that the benefits of the MBG Program can be optimized in supporting the quality of basic education.

Abstract

Perkembangan era digital membawa perubahan signifikan terhadap perilaku sosial peserta didik, terutama dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi dan media sosial. Kemudahan akses informasi memberikan peluang besar bagi pengembangan pembelajaran, namun sekaligus menghadirkan berbagai tantangan seperti degradasi moral, penyebaran hoaks, cyberbullying, serta rendahnya etika digital. Kondisi tersebut menuntut adanya penguatan karakter melalui pembiasaan nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai landasan moral dan etika dalam berinteraksi di ruang digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pembiasaan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam memperkuat karakter peserta didik sebagai filter etika di era digital. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik studi literatur terhadap berbagai jurnal nasional yang membahas pendidikan karakter dan implementasi nilai Pancasila di sekolah dasar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembiasaan nilai Pancasila yang dilakukan melalui budaya sekolah, keteladanan guru, integrasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn), serta aktivitas digital berbasis karakter mampu menumbuhkan sikap religius, tanggung jawab, toleransi, kemampuan literasi digital, serta etika bermedia sosial pada peserta didik. Internalisasi nilai Pancasila secara berkelanjutan terbukti menjadi benteng moral dalam menghadapi disrupsi teknologi dan arus informasi global. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa nilai Pancasila tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai identitas bangsa, tetapi juga sebagai sistem etika digital bagi generasi muda. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sinergi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat dalam menguatkan pendidikan karakter berbasis Pancasila secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Cases of sexual abuse involving primary school children demonstrate the importance of teaching children to protect themselves from an early age using learning methods that are appropriate for their stage of development. Children's lack of understanding of personal boundaries and how to protect themselves makes them vulnerable to becoming victims. Education on self-protection needs to be delivered through approaches that are appropriate for children's characteristics, one of which is through interactive digital media. Interactive digital media is an engaging, communicative and easy-to-understand learning tool. Research shows that the use of interactive digital media can help children understand, recognise, and respond to ways of preventing sexual abuse. Children learn to recognise their own body parts, know the limits of interaction, and know what to do when they are in risky situations. In this study, digital interactive media can be used as an alternative to thematic learning in primary schools, especially in teaching self-protection values and character education in a fun and efficient way.

Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka menempatkan penguatan karakter sebagai salah satu tujuan utama pendidikan, termasuk pengembangan karakter mandiri melalui Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Namun, berbagai tuntutan administratif yang menyertai implementasi kurikulum berpotensi memengaruhi efektivitas proses pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam mengintegrasikan karakter mandiri di tengah beban administrasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di SD Muhammadiyah 2. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru mengalami ketegangan antara pelaksanaan tugas administratif dan kebutuhan pendampingan karakter siswa. Tingginya intensitas pelaporan digital dan penyusunan dokumen pembelajaran berkontribusi terhadap berkurangnya waktu interaksi pedagogis yang bermakna. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi melahirkan fenomena paper-based character, yaitu penilaian karakter yang lebih berorientasi pada kelengkapan dokumen daripada perubahan perilaku peserta didik. Meskipun demikian, kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah yang suportif, penguatan komunitas belajar, dan penyederhanaan sistem administrasi terbukti mampu mengurangi tekanan administratif sehingga guru dapat lebih fokus pada pembinaan karakter mandiri siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya keseimbangan antara akuntabilitas administrasi dan esensi pendidikan karakter dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka

Abstract

Scientific literacy serves as a critical foundation for cultivating critical thinking from an early age; however, instructional approaches that contextually accommodate diverse student characteristics remain limited, particularly at the elementary level. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the urgency of an innovative instructional model that strengthens science literacy among elementary school students. Employing a Design-Based Research (DBR) approach, this study is limited to the initial phase of problem identification and analysis. The research subjects comprised 16 elementary school teachers and 111 students across five districts in Surakarta, Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and an extensive literature review. The data analysis process involved data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Source and methodological triangulation were applied to ensure data validity. The findings indicate that the integration of ethnoscience into science learning through a differentiation approach to significantly improve science literacy among elementary school students is needed.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the school culture in an effort to strengthen the caracter of discipline of students at elementary school aspen 03 Mojolaban. The sampel in this study was 19 grade III students. This study is qualitative descriptive study using a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using non-test techniques, namely observation and interviews. The research data were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis, namely by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research that has been carried out through interview, teacher “understand” the stratefy for strengthening character education of discipline to students, as well as the results of student observation, it can be concluded that students have a “good” impact by achieving the goal of implementing character education of discipline in supporting self-quality service to carry out positive activities in implementation in the school environment and society. Keyword: Character; Dicsipline; School culture Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan budaya sekolah dalam upaya penguatan karakter disiplin peserta didik di SD Negeri Sapen 03 Mojolaban. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III yang berjumlah 19 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan study kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik non-tes yakni observasi dan wawancara. Data hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan melalui wawancara bahwa guru “memahami” terkait strategi penguatan pendidikan karakter disiplin pada peserta didik dalam pelaksanaan budaya sekolah di kelas III. Hasil dari guru dalam implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter disiplin kepada peserta didik, serta hasil dari observasi peserta didik dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta didik memiliki dampak baik dengan tercapainya tujuan mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter disiplin dalam mendukung layanan kualitas diri untuk melaksanakan kegiatan positif pada penerepan di lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat  Kata Kunci: Karakter; Disiplin; Budaya Sekolah

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the character development of elementary school students in the digital era through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The review was conducted following PRISMA guidelines on articles published between 2022 and 2026, sourced from Scopus, ERIC, ScienceDirect, DOAJ, and Google Scholar. A total of 34 articles met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed comprehensively. The findings indicate that the digital era offers significant opportunities for character development, particularly in responsibility, independence, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. The use of digital technology, social media, learning platforms, and artificial intelligence can effectively support character internalization when implemented appropriately. However, the digital era also presents challenges, including exposure to negative content, reduced face-to-face social interaction, increasing individualism, and the risk of moral degradation. Teachers, parents, and schools play essential roles in optimizing character education within digital environments. Strong collaboration among families, schools, and adaptive technology utilization is necessary to foster a generation that is morally grounded, digitally literate, and well-prepared to face the challenges of the twenty-first century wisely, responsibly, and ethically.

Abstract

This study synthesizes empirical evidence on the development of discipline and responsibility character among elementary school students using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA 2020 framework. The review analyzed 15 articles selected from 120 records retrieved from Google Scholar (2021–2026). Data were examined through thematic coding and narrative synthesis. The findings indicate that discipline and responsibility character are shaped by multiple interrelated factors, including the role of teachers, active learning strategies such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Numbered Heads Together (NHT), habituation through school rules, school environment, parenting, extracurricular activities, and character assessment practices. The results also show that character development occurs gradually through continuous and collaborative efforts among teachers, parents, and schools. These findings highlight that character formation in elementary education is a complex and multi-factor process with important implications for educational practice and future research.
