Abstract

Infrastructure companies need very serious attention to company assets that will be related to decision making. The decision-making in question is a funding decision. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure, profitability, leverage, and financial leverage on capital structure of infrastructure companies. This study uses the Panel Data analysis method. The panel data regression consists of observations in the same cross section or individual and for several time periods (time series). The results of data analysis carried out using Spss 20 get the results of the t-test that the asset structure, profitability, leverage and financial have a significant effect on the capital structure of infrastructure companies. The contribution given by the independent variable to the dependent is 14,6%.

Abstract

Corona virus disease-19 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh SARS-CoV-2 yang muncul awal Desember tahun 2019 di Wuhan, China. Sifat virus corona tersebut mudah menginfeksi manusia dan sudah menyebar hampir keseluruh penjuru dunia. Salah satu reseptor yang memiliki peran penting untuk mereplikasi virus adalah reseptor non struktural. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas dari senyawa bahan alam berdasarkan farmakofor remdesivir terhadap inhibitor SARS-CoV-2 sebagai obat SARS-CoV-2. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pemodelan farmakofor, skrining virtual dan penambatan molekuler data base senyawa bahan alam. Senyawa bahan alam diperoleh dari data base coconut nature produk dan menggunakan reseptor 7qg7. Hasil pemodelan menghasilkan 1 fitur hidrofobik, 2 fitur H bond akseptor, dan 1 fitur H bond donor dengan nilai Area Under Curve rentang 0,50-1,0. Skrining terhadap database Coconut Natural Product menghasilkan sebanyak 97,214 senyawa hit yang kemudian akan dilakukan penambatan molekul untuk mengetahui energi ikatan dan interaksi terhadap reseptor SARS-CoV-2. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan pada validasi model farmakofor dilihat dengan menggunakan parameter AUC100% di dapatkan hasil 0,53. Sedangkan untuk parameter validasi penambatan molekul dilihat berdasarkan nilai RMSD, nilai RMSD yang diperoleh antara reseptor yaitu 1,48Å. Hasil analisis penambatan molekuler menunjukkan bahwah Senyawa CNP0015469 nilai (ΔG) = -8.27 kkal/mol dan konstanta inhibisi (KI) = 866.80nM memiliki nilai afinitas lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan ligan alami (U08). Pada interaksi asam amino ditunjukkan bahwa senyawa CNP0015469 memiliki 24 ikatan asam amino.

Abstract

Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) adalah penyakit saluran pernapasan atas atau bawah mulai dari hidung (saluran atas) hingga alveoli (saluran bawah) yang dapat menular, disebabkan oleh infeksi virus dan bakteri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien ISPA di Puskemas Tanjung Harapan berdasarkan metode gyssens periode Januari- Juni 2022.  Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan secara retrospektif yaitu mengumpulkan data sekunder berupa rekam medik pasien ISPA, dengan total sampel 80 yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi, kemudian data dibandingkan menggunakan literatur Pharmaceutical Care dan Basic pharmacology dan Drug Note tahun 2023 dan dikategorikan dalam metode gyssens. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis univariat dengan mengetahui karakteristik pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan evaluasi penggunaan antibiotik menggunakan metode gyssens diperoleh beberapa kategori pada ketegori IVa, kategori V, kategori VI didapatkan 0%, Pada kategori Illb diperoleh 89,7% atau sebanyak 44 penggunaan, pada kategori Ila diperoleh 6,3% atau sebanyak 5 penggunaan antibiotik. Dari hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa evaluasi penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien ISPA dipuskesmas tanjung harapan sudah menunjukkan ketepatan berdasarkan kategori tepat indikasi, tepat pasien, tepat obat tetapi belum menunjukkan ketepatan tepat dosis dan lama pemerian.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers in women around the world after breast cancer. Persistent Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infections, especially types 16 and 18, are known to be the main cause of cervical cancer. Currently, preventive programs such as papsmear reviews are prioritized to reduce the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer. This community service activity aims to screen cervical cancer in sexually active women and increase public awareness about the importance of papsmear screening. This activity was located at Gandus Hospital, South Sumatra, involving as many as 31 participants, with the results of the examination obtained normal in 10 respondents (32.2%), atrophic smear in 2 respondents (6.4%), chronic cervicitis in 18 respondents (58.1%) and LGSIL in 1 respondent (3.2%). The characteristics of the respondents in this activity include, women under 40 years old with a general educational background of college or equivalent. The age of marriage or the age of the respondent's first sexual activity and the age of giving birth to the first child at the age of 16-25 years. The number of the most respondent children was less than or equal to 2 children. The use of contraceptives used by the most respondents was spiral contraception. The results of the screening examination found 1 respondent with LGSIL, so proper medical treatment was needed and the precancerous lesion did not continue to become cervical cancer.

Abstract

Endometrial carcinoma is a malignant proliferation of the endometrium cells. This particular type of carcinoma is a world problem since it was ranked the second most common gynecology malignancy, and is the most common malignancy found in the uterus. This research is conducted to identify the sociodemographic and clinicopathologic characteristics of endometrial carcinoma patients at RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. This is an observational study with a cross-sectional design. Of all 37 samples collected, the majority are women of ages 20-50 (81,1%), married (83,8%), housewives (40,5%), and live within the city of Palembang (73%). Histopathologically, the most common subtypes found are endometrioid adenocarcinoma (62,2%), and of grade G3. The majority of the samples are within stage 1 cancer (27%), and with no metastases (83,8%). It can be concluded that, socio-demographically, the majority of endometrial carcinoma patients are aged 20-59 years, are married, work as housewives, and live in the city of Palembang, while the histopathological characteristics that are commonly found are the endometrioid adenocarcinoma subtype, grade G3 carcinoma, stage 1 carcinoma, and carcinoma without metastases.

Abstract

Banana (Musa paradiasiaca var. sapientum) is the world's most popular fruit-bearing crop, with rising consumption and waste. This study aimed to measure the metabolite compound and evaluate the gastroprotective properties of a banana peel-purified methanol extract. Animals test used in this study were divided into six groups: Group One received NaCMC 0.5%, Group Two received sucralfate, Group Three received aspirin 1000 mg/kg body weight, and groups four, five, and six received PBP at doses of 200 mg/kg body weight, 400 mg/kg body weight, and 600 mg/kg body weight, respectively, for seven days. Except for group 1, all groups were induced with aspirin at 1000 mg/kg body weight on the eighth day. The result of this study exhibited banana peel containing total phenolic, flavonoid, and tannin compounds with concentrations of 33.45 mg GAE/g, 19.92 mg QE/g, and 0.16 %, respectively. The results showed that pure extract of Musa paradiasiaca var. sapientum fruit peel can reduce the incidence of gastric ulcers by decreasing the ulcer index (p<0.05).. The results suggested that Musa paradisiaca var. sapientum peel has a gastroprotective effect against aspirin-induced gastric ulceration.

Abstract

One of the post-pandemic impacts has been the near cessation of many businesses, including printing MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). The rapid advancement of the digital era also requires business actors, particularly MSMEs, to engage in public marketing to broaden their reach and make it easier for consumers to locate their business premises. Observations in the field reveal that some MSMEs are still unprepared for the changes brought about by digital marketing and promotion due to limited knowledge among their human resources. This community service activity aims to transfer technology and knowledge to printing MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City through training on using Canva and Google Maps software applications to support their business publicity. The method employed involved delivering materials and practical sessions, with pretests and posttests conducted to assess the participants' skills. Following the training, participants could design using Canva, and the locations of the printing MSMEs were successfully uploaded online. The training results showed a 34% increase in participants' understanding of the material presented.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of a psychological approach in divorce mediation in religious courts in Indonesia, with a focus on how this approach can overcome the factors that cause mediation failure. Through qualitative methods, data was collected from in-depth interviews with mediators who have extensive experience in divorce mediation and have undergone psychology training. The research results show that mediators with psychological training are more effective in managing the emotional dynamics of mediation, reducing resistance, and facilitating constructive communication between the parties involved. This research also highlights the importance of integrating psychological skills in mediator training to increase mediation success. Recommendations are aimed at developing mediator training curricula and policy adjustments that support more empathetic and effective mediation practices in religious courts.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) 2 Payakumbuh is one of the vocational high schools that offers various areas of expertise, one of which is Electrical Power Installation. This program aims to produce graduates who are ready to work and competent in the field of electrical power installation. SMKN 2 Payakumbuh is committed to conducting quality and optimal learning processes to achieve its goal of producing graduates who are well-prepared and skilled in their fields. However, there are some challenges in the learning process within the Electrical Power Installation expertise, particularly in the subject of Motor Installation. According to the latest curriculum, new material has been added to the motor installation subject, specifically motor control using a speed drive device. However, the school lacks sufficient laboratory equipment to support this practical material. Additionally, the teachers' competence in motor control using Variable Speed Drive (VSD) devices is still limited, which hinders the learning process from being fully effective. Several actions were taken to address this issue, including creating a motor control trainer based on VSD and conducting training to enhance teachers' competencies in motor control using VSD. This initiative was carried out in four stages: (1) Planning; (2) Preparation; (3) Implementation; and (4) Evaluation and reporting. As a result of these efforts, the teachers' competence in motor control using VSD has improved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of learning physical education sports and health class iv at SDN 38 Bengkulu city. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with interview and documentation methods consisting of research informants from the principal, PJOK teacher, other subject teachers and students. The results showed that the implementation of class IV learning at SDN 38 Bengkulu City was good as evidenced by the preparation that had been prepared from home such as items that were needed but at school did not exist, and at one time the corner teacher also utilised existing items at school such as drinking bottles used as cardboard kun as kun and student jumping equipment. In the implementation stage the corner teacher can control the students and after finishing the corner teacher leads the cooling down and evaluates what to do and the improvement of the movements that must be done and gives assignments and returns the tools used to their place again. In other words, the class IV corner teacher at SDN 38 Bengkulu City has carried out learning activities well where the teachers have conditioned the interaction between students and their environment so that there is a change in behaviour towards the better.
