Abstract

Perawat sering kali berada di garis depan dalam situasi bencana, membuat mereka rentan terhadap Sindrom Stres Pascatrauma (PTSD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi model keperawatan bencana yang dapat membantu mengurangi prevalensi PTSD pada perawat melalui pendekatan tinjauan pustaka. Kajian ini menganalisis literatur terkini dari lima tahun terakhir yang diperoleh melalui berbagai database, seperti Google Scholar dan ResearchGate. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa model keperawatan yang efektif melibatkan pelatihan kesiapan mental, dukungan psikososial, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Kombinasi elemen ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan ketahanan mental dan kesiapan fisik perawat dalam menghadapi tantangan bencana. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan yang holistik dan berbasis bukti, seperti pelatihan berkelanjutan dan dukungan berbasis teknologi, dapat membantu perawat mengelola stres dan meningkatkan kesiapan mereka menghadapi bencana. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan kebijakan dan program pelatihan keperawatan bencana yang lebih terstruktur.

Abstract

The increasing need for electrical energy and its central role requires electrical energy suppliers to find new plants in order to meet consumer needs and avoid an electrical energy crisis. Utilization of solar energy through solar panels is an alternative to meet these needs. However, in the process of converting solar energy into electrical energy, the temperature of solar panels increases, causing the performance and efficiency of solar panels to decrease. Solar panels can produce the best power at temperatures of 25oC-35oC. When there is an increase in temperature by 1 ° C, the power generated decreases by 0.4%. An automatic cooling system is a solution that can be used to prevent the solar panel temperature from exceeding its optimal temperature limit. The solar panel cooling system made works on 10Wp solar panels with control from Arduino Uno, with inputs in the form of ACS712 sensors, DC voltage sensors, DHT11 sensors and RTC DS3231. The outputs are relays, LCD and micro-SD module. The methodology used in the research involves the design, implementation, and testing stages of the system prototype. After testing the prototype in the form of a comparison between solar panels with a cooling system and without a cooling system. It was found that when using a cooler, the average power generated was 9.1W. While solar panels without cooling can only produce an average power of 2.5W. This proves that the cooling system made can increase the output power.

Abstract

Excellent service in schools is becoming increasingly important in creating an effective and enjoyable learning environment. In the context of education, excellent service refers to the high-quality service provided to students, parents, and the entire school community. Proper management of excellent service is necessary to ensure satisfaction among the targeted recipients, namely students and their parents. If a school successfully implements excellent service management through proper attention and care, parents will feel more confident and fully support the programs designed for their children. Parental satisfaction is directly proportional to their level of involvement in school activities. Additionally, this can create a positive and conducive learning environment for students. A friendly, supportive, and positive atmosphere among teachers and school staff can enhance students’ learning experience, making them feel valued, heard, and cared for by the school. Furthermore, positive and non-toxic teachers and staff can more effectively motivate students in their learning process while also safeguarding their mental health.

Abstract

The challenge of waste management, especially organic waste, is still an urgent problem in rural areas. Lombuea Village, located in North Moramo District, is experiencing similar difficulties that impact the quality of the environment and public health. To address this problem, a training program was conducted to produce organic compost using the Takakura basket method. This approach was chosen because of its simplicity, environmental friendliness, and efficiency in converting household organic waste into high-quality fertilizer. The training involved local community members to increase their understanding of sustainable waste management while introducing practical composting techniques. The program includes several stages, such as the introduction of the concept, hands-on practice in making Takakura baskets, and monitoring of the composting results. The results of the training show that this method is effective in minimizing organic waste, producing high-quality organic fertilizer, and raising public awareness of environmental conservation. Given its success, it is hoped that this training can serve as a model that can be applied in other areas. Support from the village government and relevant stakeholders is needed to ensure the sustainability of the program through ongoing assistance and the provision of necessary facilities. This initiative offers a practical and long-term solution for organic waste management while encouraging greater community involvement in environmental protection.ABSTRAKTantangan pengelolaan sampah, terutama sampah organik, masih menjadi masalah yang mendesak di daerah pedesaan. Desa Lombuea, yang terletak di Kecamatan Moramo Utara, mengalami kesulitan serupa yang berdampak pada kualitas lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, sebuah program pelatihan dilakukan untuk memproduksi kompos organik dengan menggunakan metode keranjang Takakura. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena kesederhanaannya, ramah lingkungan, dan efisiensi dalam mengubah sampah organik rumah tangga menjadi pupuk berkualitas tinggi. Pelatihan ini melibatkan anggota masyarakat setempat untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan sambil memperkenalkan teknik pengomposan praktis. Program ini mencakup beberapa tahap, seperti pengenalan konsep, praktik langsung dalam membuat keranjang Takakura, dan pemantauan hasil pengomposan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa metode ini efektif dalam meminimalisir sampah organik, menghasilkan pupuk organik berkualitas tinggi, dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pelestarian lingkungan. Melihat keberhasilannya, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model yang dapat diterapkan di daerah lain. Dukungan dari pemerintah desa dan pemangku kepentingan terkait sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program melalui pendampingan yang berkelanjutan dan penyediaan fasilitas yang diperlukan. Inisiatif ini menawarkan solusi praktis dan jangka panjang untuk pengelolaan sampah organik sekaligus mendorong keterlibatan masyarakat yang lebih besar dalam perlindungan lingkungan.

Abstract

Lack of facilities and infrastructure for physical education causes students to have difficulty exercising. Attention to physical education facilities and infrastructure have not been maximally achieved. Most schools do not consider planning, providing or procuring, using, and maintaining physical education facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the management of physical education facilities and infrastructure. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Qualitative research aims to understand social phenomena from the participant's perspective. These participants are interviewed, observed, asked to provide data, opinions, thoughts, and perceptions. The research strategy is flexible, using various combinations of techniques to obtain valid data through surveys. Based on the study results, it was found that interviews showed that: first, the planning of physical education learning facilities was carried out based on needs analysis and determining the priority scale of activities to be carried out, according to availability: funds and their importance. Second, the provision of learning facilities is carried out by prioritizing function (utility), which refers to the facility's usefulness—related to the real needs of the school. Third, the use of physical education learning facilities and academic activities in teaching and learning in the classroom is also used to support the implementation of various school activities. Fourth, the storage of learning facilities is coordinated by designated personnel—appointment of personnel on agreed terms.

Abstract

BackgroundAngiogenesis is the process of new blood vessel growth that has an important role in tumor development. Microvessel density (MVD) assessment is one of the methods to assess angiogenesis. A high MVD is associated with a poor prognosis in various types of cancer including Hodgkin lymphoma (HL). Although, HL incidence is lower in developing countries, the death rate is higher in these regions. Moreover, this type of lymphoma is higher among young and reproductive people. The aim of this study was to determine the association between microvessel density and HL clinicopathological characteristics.MethodsThis was an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional method, conducted at the Anatomical Pathology Department/Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. The samples were paraffin blocks diagnosed as HL for period 2016-2021 and had complete clinicopathological data according to the criteria of this study. The slides were immunostained with antibody anti-CD34. One microvessel was determined by observing the endothelial morphology and CD34 expression in endothelial cytoplasm and/or cell membrane, then was evaluated and calculated by Image J. Data was statistically analyzed by STATA version 15.ResultsMajority HLs in this study were discovered in the age group of <45 years (71.00%), male (61.30%), nodal location (80.60%) and lymphocyte rich classical HL (LRCHL) subtype (51.60%). Although there was no significant association between MVD and the clinicopathological characteristics of HL, high MVD tend to occur in the age <45 years, male, nodal location, and LRCHL subtype.ConclusionThere was no significant association between microvessel density and HL clinicopathological characteristics.

Abstract

Tujuan yang akan dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melatih peserta agar mampu memahami teori dasar pengukuran batas bidang tanah menggunakan RTK-NTRIP, melatih peserta untuk mengenal dan mengoperasikan alat survey GNSS metode RTK-NTIP, serta melatih peserta agar mempu melakukan pengukuran batas bidang tanah menggunakan GNSS metode RTK-NTRIP. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa: 1). Penyampaian materi melalui ceramah dikelas tentang teori dasar pengukuran batas bidang tanah menggunakan alat GNSS metode RTK-NTRIP. 2). Praktik pengenalan dan mengoperasikan peralatan GNSS, yang dilakukan di lapangan dengan memberi kesempatan setiap siswa mengoperasikan peralatan tersebut. 3). Pelatihan langsung di lapangan untuk pengukuran batas bidang tanah. Pengukuran bidang tanah ini di bagi beberapa kelompok, setiap kelompok mengukur batas bidang tanah yang telah ditentukan. 4) Melakukan evaluasi terhadap keberhasilan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terkait peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dengan memberikan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan keterampilan peserta sebesar 44,92% terkait penggunaan alat GNSS untuk pemetaan batas bidang tanah dengan metode RTK-NTRIP setelah dilakukan pelatihan. Peningkatan ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pre-test dan post-test masing-masing sebesar 48,63% dan 93,55%. Kegiatan pelatihan berjalan efektif dilihat dari nilai N-Gain sebesar 0.87. Selama pelatihan para peserta sangat serius, tekun, aktif, dan responsif, serta aktif melakukan diskusi. Kegiatan juga menghasilkan peta sampel batas bidang bidang tanah hasil pengukuran saat latihan praktik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes and implement the learning that results in active students in the Basic Electricity Engineering subject of SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh students through the application of Problem-Solving. This research uses research genes in the form of Pre-Experimental Design with One Group Prestest-Posttest. This study uses research instruments pretest and posttest questions in the objective form to see the learning outcomes of students and tested using a validity test, reliability test, differentiation test, and question difficulty index to determine the feasibility of the instruments used. The results showed an increase in student understanding by using the Problem-Solving learning model compared to conventional learning. Student learning outcomes after applying the Problem-Solving model are improved, so the Problem-Solving model has a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes. However, it should be noted that this study has some limitations, such as limited coverage to one school and one subject. Further studies involving more schools and subjects can provide greater insight into the application of this Problem-Solving learning model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of leadership management in improving the quality of educational services in higher education through a qualitative approach using literature study analysis. The research focuses on exploring transformational, situational, and participative leadership theories as the foundation for designing effective managerial strategies. The findings reveal that the implementation of adaptive and innovative leadership models not only enhances institutional internal performance but also strengthens academic service capacity through collaboration, human resource empowerment, and responsiveness to the dynamic needs of stakeholders. Further analysis demonstrates that integrating participative and transformational leadership principles fosters an inclusive educational environment oriented toward continuous improvement. These findings affirm the critical synergy between flexible leadership styles and structured management policies in driving the transformation of higher education services. The study provides practical recommendations for policymakers and higher education stakeholders to adopt holistic leadership approaches aligned with contemporary challenges, while opening avenues for further research on managerial innovations in the education sector.

Abstract

Ranau Lake is one of Indonesia's 30 national priority lakes facing pressures from climate change and human activities, negatively impacting its water quality and ecosystem. This study aims to analyze land cover changes in the catchment area, measure the changes in the lake's surface area, and examine the relationship between land cover changes and Ranau Lake's surface area from 2016–2022. The data includes Sentinel-1A IW GRDH imagery, ESRI land cover maps, and Google Earth images. The analysis employed Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification, spatial analysis, and linear regression. The results reveal that water bodies, vegetation, and built-up land categories experienced an increase of 36.78 hectares, 33.96 hectares, and 9.1 hectares, respectively, while bare land decreased by 80.03 hectares. Ranau Lake's surface area increased by 28.3 hectares, showing a significant relationship between land cover changes in water bodies (R² = 99.88%), bare land (R² = 94.92%), vegetation (R² = 66.06%), and built-up land (R² = 56.85%) and the lake's surface area. These findings highlight the critical role of land cover changes in influencing the dynamics of lake surface area, an essential indicator of ecosystem health. This study emphasizes the importance of sustainable land cover management in supporting Ranau Lake's conservation. Continuous use of SAR-based remote sensing technology is recommended for land cover monitoring, enabling data-driven decision-making in water resource management.
