Background of this research is motivated by the success of a gold thread embroidery program in PKBM Ar-Raudah Naras 1 Kota Pariaman. This was evidenced by the increasing number of learning citizens from year to year, the high enthusiasm of the learning community and the high enthusiasm of the residents to learn to embroider gold thread training activities. This research is a descriptive study, with a population of learning population totaling 32 people, the sample was taken 72% of the population, namely 22 people with a sampling technique that is simple random sampling. Techniques using questionnaires, and data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that the implementation of the practice method in the initial activity was very good category, the application of the practice method in the core activities was very good category, and the application of the practice method in the category evaluation activity was very good. It is suggested to Instructors to improve the application of practice methods on initial activities, core activities and evaluation activities, and for other researchers to be able to examine other factors that have not been examined in this study relating to the application of practice methods.Keywords: Practice Method, Embroider Training

This research is based on the high interest and participation of the participants of make up training because the tutor applies the principles of andragogik on Wardah Cosmetic training process in Padang City. So this study aims to illustrate the application of principles andragogik by Tutor seen from the performance, environmental management of learning environment, and implementation of learning evaluation. Type This research is a quantitative descriptive with the population is the trainer participants to be sampled by use cluster random sampling technique. Data collection tool used is a questionnaire with data analysis of percentage calculations. The result of the research shows that in general the Application of Andragogic Principle by tutor in Wardah Cosmetic make up training in Padang City has been running well, viewed from the performance of tutor, the management of learning environment atmosphere, the implementation of learning evaluation.

This research is motivated by the use of gadgets by children of SMP Angkasa Lanud Padang City is classified as not good, it is suspected that this is due to low parental supervision in the use of gadgets by children. This study aims to describe parental supervision, describe the use of children's gadgets, and see the relationship between parental supervision and the use of gadgets by children at SMP Angkasa Lanud Padang City.This type of research is quantitative while the approach used is correlational. The population in this study were all students using gadgets who attended SMP Angkasa Lanud Padang City totaling 144 people. While the sampling technique used the Simple Random Sampling technique, as many as 25% of the 144 students, namely 36 students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed to junior high school students, while the data analysis technique uses the Percentage and Product Moment formulas. The results of this study indicate that parental supervision is classified as low, the use of gadgets is classified as lacking, and there is a significant relationship between parental supervision and the use of gadgets by junior high school students. Suggestions, parents should supervise junior high school children who are carried out at night by controlling, educating, maintaining, guiding and evaluating.Keywords: Parental supervision, use of gadgets

This research was motivated by the success of the Baiturrahmah Studio in carrying out training activities. This can be seen from the activeness of the training participants in participating in training activities and the large number of participants invited to major events. This is because the media used in the training activities use direct music accompaniment that is played by the musician. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the musical accompaniment learning media and the learning outcomes of the training participants at the Baiturrahmah Studio, Padang City. This type of research is a quantitative study that deals with a population of 40 people. The sampling technique used a random sample per cluster which was taken as much as 75% of the population. The number of samples in this study were 30 people. The data collection technique used was the data collection technique used by the researcher in this study, namely a questionnaire, while the data collection tool used by the researcher was a list of statements. Data analysis techniques used percentages and product moments. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The learning media of musical accompaniment in the implementation of traditional dance training are in accordance with the objectives to be achieved, (2) The learning outcomes of participants in traditional dance training are high, (3) There is a significant relationship between the use of media. learning with the results of learning the skills of traditional dance training participants. The hope of this research is to keep using and increasing the use of music accompaniment learning media in the implementation of traditional dance training. This research was motivated by the high level of activity of the training participants in participating in the 3 in 1 Junior Operator Custome Made Women's training at the Padang Industrial Training Center, presumably because the instructor used the demonstration method in learning well. This research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population in this study were all participants of the 3 in 1 Junior Operator Custome Made Women's Training at BDI Padang, totaling 45 people. While the sample was taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique, as many as 88% (40 people) because 12% of the population was used as a test instrument. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed via the google form link https://bit.ly/AngketPenelitianArindhaSukma. The data analysis technique used is the percentage formula and the product moment formula. The results of this study indicate that the training participants already have good learning activities, and there is a significant relationship between the demonstration method and the training participants' learning activities.

This research is motivated by the speed with which residents learn in sewing bed cover skills at PKBM Tenggang Raso Padang City, this is presumably due to the use of appropriate methods by tutors. This study aims to: determine the use of the drill method in the process of sewing bed cover skills, knowing the speed of learning citizens in the sewing skills process of bed cover, knowing the relationship between the drill method and the speed at which residents learn in sewing bed cover skills. The population in this study were residents learning the skills to sew bed covers at PKBM Tenggang Raso. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling which was taken half of the population. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, while the data collection tool used a questionnaire sheet in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses the Percentage formula and the Spearman Rho formula. The results of this study indicate that: the use of the drill method in PKBM Tenggang Raso Padang City is able to accelerate the speed of learning residents in sewing bed covers, the speed of learning residents in sewing bed cover sewing skills is categorized as fast, and there is a significant relationship between the drill method and the speed at which residents learn to sew. bed cover at PKBM Tenggang Raso Padang City.Keywords: The Drill Method, The Speed of the Learning Community, Sewing the Bed Cover

The study is set against the background of the success of teenage dropouts in trepreneurial activities that are thought to be the result of excellent training. The study is aimed at knowing the training, entrepreneurial activities and revealing the training relationship to the out and go activities of young dropouts. The observation of the writer takes place in aisle 4 tourist attraction. The study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The population in this study is all in trainees in November 2020. This research sample was taken using a random sampling cluster. Data collection techniques using angkets and data analysis techniques using percentage formulas and spreman rho formulas. The result showed that the training performance was categorized as good, that entrepreneurial activities were categorized as good and there was a significant relationship between training and entrepreneurial activities by dropout teenagers. The suggestion from this reseach is that it is hoped that school dropouts will learn more about entrepreneurial activities to dedvelop their entrepreneurship and create new things about entrepreneurship. This research is motivated by the success of Learning Activity Studio (SKB) in carrying out activities, this is seen from the application of instruction by instructors at SKB Lima Puluh Kota. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of adult learning by instructor in terms of views, learning experiences, selfconcept, and readiness to learn. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study is residents learn training. Sampling technique in this research is simple random sampling from entire population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the questionnaire data collection tool. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage. From the results of the study showed that: instructorapply learning experiencesin the learning process, instructorapply self-concept in the learning process, instructor apply readiness to study in the learning process.

This research is motivated by the success of the training participants in achieving the goal of doing an apprenticeship in Japan. The existence of this job training institution is very helpful in realizing the desire of the training participants to achieve the implementation of programs provided by the institution. The use of learning media in learning greatly influences the learning process. Mastery of language is very important for the training participants. The research approach is qualitative, with the type of research is a case study. Sources of data in this study consisted of training participants as subjects, and instructors and managers as informants. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique used source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the use of learning media in the training participants' speaking mastery is good, it can be concluded that; a) mastery of vocabulary owned by the trainees through the modules they use for learning and by adding memorization of vocabulary at each meeting. b) the speaking skills acquired by the trainees in a good way through listening and practicing. c) for the introduction of the media itself before learning is delivered the instructor introduces what media will be used first. d) suitability of the use of the media, not in accordance with the material to be conveyed. e) attracting participants' interest can be done frequently by doing conversation exercises and with learning methods assisted by picture cards matching the pictures with Japanese vocabulary.Keywords: Mastery of Language, Speaking, Learning Media

This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between promotion and decision making learners in following the tutoring in BBC Limbanang Kecamatan Suliki Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study is the citizens learn BBC learning guidance. Sampling technique in this research is stratified random sampling from entire population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the data collection tool questionnaire. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage and product moment. From the results of the study showed that: promotion done by the guidance of learning in BBC less good so that decision to follow guidance study in BBC considered less good also by learners.
