Abstract

Abstract: Various learning models in the era of society 5.0 must be supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. School facilities and infrastructure are used to facilitate students' understanding of the material presented, by using appropriate educational facilities and infrastructure in teaching and learning activities to make them more effective and efficient. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was chosen by the authors in this study, so that study materials related to the implementation of supervision of school facilities and infrastructure are in the form of books, articles and other sources that can be collected and conclusions drawn. . . This study resulted in the conclusion that, one aspect that is the main concern of educational supervision is related to educational facilities and infrastructure in schools. This research was conducted on the basis of the author's awareness of the importance of supervising school facilities and infrastructure in Era Society 5.0 in supporting learning activities so that they can run effectively and efficiently.Abstrak: Berbagai model pembelajaran di era society 5.0 harus ditunjang dengan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Sarana dan prasarana sekolah digunakan untuk mempermudah pemahaman siswa tentang materi yang disampaikan, dengan menggunakan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang tepat dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dipilih oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini, sehingga bahan-bahan kajian yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan pengawasan sarana dan prasarana sekolah berupa buku, artikel dan sumber lainnya yang dapat terkumpul dan ditarik kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah simpulan bahwa, salah satu aspek yang menarik perhatian utama dari pengawasan pendidikan adalah terkait sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang ada di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar, penulis menyadari tingkat urgensitas pengawasan sarana dan prasarana sekolah di Era Society 5.0 dalam menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran agar dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between democracy education management in schools or universities and student political participation in demonstrations. Focusing on five major demonstrations in Indonesia over the past decade, it explores how democracy education shapes students' political awareness and involvement in social actions, while also contributing to the development of Pancasila Student profiles. The research uses a literature review method to delve into issues surrounding democracy education and the Pancasila Student profile. Empirical data was gathered from media reports, particularly Kompas daily, which has extensively documented student demonstrations in Indonesia. The findings suggest that democracy education management in educational institutions significantly influences student political participation in national and societal life, as envisioned in the Pancasila Student profile.

Abstract

Global development from the 4.0 era to Society 5.0 requires an increase in the competence of human resources in using technology. The researcher intends to be able to trace the leadership role that the principal has in preparing the competencies of School Administration Staff according to the times to be able to improve their performance. This study uses qualitative research on literature studies whose data sources are in the form of articles, books, and relevant documents and then records and reviews the results of the data collection. The results of the study state that the leadership role of the principal has a function that is not only limited to the leader but also the manager. In implementing change, the principal must be visionary to bring organizational success by formulating the right strategy to improve School Administration Staff performance by taking advantage of opportunities arising from global changes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the leadership strategy steps of A-accredited elementary school principals in improving the quality of education; 2) the leadership competencies of A-accredited elementary school principals in enhancing the quality of education; and 3) the indicators of quality improvement through the leadership strategies of A-accredited elementary school principals. This research employs a qualitative approach with a multi-site method located at SDN 1 Balong and SDN 3 Bangunsari Ponorogo. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results show that: 1) the leadership strategy steps of A-accredited elementary school principals in quality improvement include: formulating a clear vision, improving Education Report Card scores, maintaining the quality of learning, building good coordination with school stakeholders, and maintaining the school's image; 2) the leadership competencies encompass personality, managerial, entrepreneurial, supervisory, and social competencies; and 3) the indicators of quality improvement through the leadership strategies of A-accredited elementary school principals are fulfilled by meeting the eight of National Education Standards. Abstract: The implementation for academic development and the quality of Kindergarten (TK) institutions in Indonesia are very diverse. This study aims to determine the academic development strategy and the quality of the Muslimat NU 43 Kindergarten (TK) in Malang City. The approach method used in this study is a qualitative case study type. The data collection technique uses interviews and observation. Research results related to academic development strategies and institutional quality of Muslimat NU 43 Kindergarten (TK) Malang City. TK Muslimat NU 43 Malang City has carried out several strategies for academic development and improving the quality of academic services. Some of the strategies undertaken include: Improving the quality of teachers; Improvement of facilities and infrastructure; Better curriculum development. In improving the quality of academic services, TK Muslimat NU 43 has also carried out several strategies such as providing tutoring services for students; Improving communication with parents of students; Improving school administration services.Abstrak: Implementasi pengembangan akademik dan kualitas lembaga Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) di Indonesia sangat beraneka ragam. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui implementasi pengembangan akademik dan kualitas terhadap mutu lembaga Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) Muslimat NU 43 Kota Malang. Implementasi yang berupa (1) mengadakan ekstrakurikuler, dimaksudkan untuk menambah dan mengembangkan potensi peserta didik; (2) ekstrakurikuler bahasa Inggris dan Jawa; (3) drum band; dan lainnya, yang dapat meningkatkan mutu TK Muslimat NU 43 Kota Malang. Metode  pendekatan  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi  kasus. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian terkait implementasi pengembangan akademik dan kualitas lembaga Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) Muslimat NU 43 Kota Malang. TK Muslimat NU 43 Kota Malang telah melakukan beberapa implementasi pengembangan akademik dan peningkatan kualitas layanan akademik. Beberapa implementasi yang dilakukan antara lain: peningkatan kualitas guru; peningkatan fasilitas dan sarana prasarana; pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih baik. Dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan akademik, TK Muslimat NU 43 juga telah melakukan beberapa strategi seperti menyediakan layanan bimbingan belajar bagi siswa; meningkatkan komunikasi dengan orang tua siswa; meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi sekolah.

Abstract

The effectiveness of school administrative staff has a very important role in supporting the smooth running of educational operations. However, in fact, there are still many shortcomings in terms of motivation and productivity of TAS (School Administration Staff) employees which cause their performance in the field to not be optimal due to the lack of professional scale training and career path mapping before they are officially assigned. Based on this, the aim of writing this article is to analyze how to increase the effectiveness of school administration staff through technology-based training programs and career path mapping. Then, this article uses an interpretive qualitative approach and literature to streamline mechanisms and speed up the discovery of new steps according to developments in the current era. Data was collected by reading various library sources and qualitative analysis sourced from various types of literature according to the object of study in the form of collecting and analyzing data through bibliographic annotation techniques accompanied by carrying out neat and structured reviews. The results of this research have shown that technology-based training can significantly improve the technical skills of administrative staff, especially in data management and use of administrative software. Apart from that, career path mapping has also been proven to be able to increase job satisfaction and their motivation to develop more professionally in the future. In the end, the combination of accurate training and clarity in career mapping will result in increased productivity and work efficiency of TAS employees. Therefore, the author recommends that all schools continue and consistently develop technology-based training programs accompanied by systematic career path mapping in order to increase the effectiveness of all school administration staff in this country.

The purpose of this research is to describe in detail the management of extracurricular special services in improving students’ soft skills at SMA Negeri 2 Malang and SMK Negeri 1 Purwosari, starting from the management process, strategy, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors and their solutions. This research uses a qualitative approach with a multiple case studies design to obtain more in-depth and varied data. The results of this study explain about improving students’ soft skills through extracurricular management processes, extracurricular strategies, extracurricular supporting factors, and extracurricular inhibiting factors and their solutions at SMA Negeri 2 Malang and SMK Negeri 1 Purwosari. Abstract

The study aimed to examine the transformation of academic supervision conducted by principals through coaching methods to improve teacher performance at SMP Negeri 10 Probolinggo. Academic supervision is crucial in ensuring the quality of teaching, and coaching, as a collaborative and reflective approach, offers an alternative to the more evaluative traditional supervision methods. With the implementation of coaching, principals can create a more supportive environment for teachers, to encourage professional development and reflection on teaching practices. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis to explore how coaching is integrated in the academic supervision process and its impact on teacher performance. The findings show that coaching significantly increases teacher engagement, promotes reflective teaching practices and improves teacher performance in the classroom. The study also highlights the role of principals as facilitators in teachers' professional growth, suggesting that coaching- based supervision can be an important strategy in improving education quality.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how public relations strategies through social media can build a positive image of the era society 5.0 at State University of Malang Laboratory Middle School. The approach in this research is through a qualitative approach. The type of research used is a case study. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are (1) the school's perspective on the positive image of schools in the era of society 5.0 through social media at the UM Laboratory Middle School in Malang City, namely (a) following developments, (b) innovation and technology programs, (c) use of social media to build a positive image; (2) a description of the image in the era of society 5.0 at the UM Laboratory Middle School in Malang City through social media, namely the school's social media depicts a situation that is actually true; (3) evaluating the results of the community relations strategy at the first Malang City UM Laboratory Middle School in the short term, the school can see the number of community interactions with the educational content created by the school; (4) the advantages and disadvantages of the social media strategy at UM Laboratory Middle School, Malang City, namely the first advantage of the strategy is that it provides direct , economical information, more reach broad, and innovative educational content. There are 2 shortcomings of the strategy, namely internal and external, from internal is the lack of human resources and time, people's understanding of mistakes that are quickly seen, from external, namely differences in terms and rules that apply to every social media platform the school uses; (5) efforts to support and solution social media strategies at the UM Laboratory Middle School in Malang City. The first is an effort to support the advantages, namely that the school strives for things related to image with sincere and sincere work. Meanwhile, the solution to overcome obstacles is that public relations become a liaison between the school and the community through social media. Abstract

Abstract : Student participation will have an impact on the sustainability of the MBKM program in the long term. However, it cannot be denied that the level of student participation is influenced by several factors including external and internal factors. One of the external factors that can affect the level of student participation is organizational culture and knowledge sharing. While the internal factor is motivation that comes from within students. This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture, motivation, knowledge sharing on student participation in the MBKM program. The research population was taken from 2019 batch students of the Faculty of Education, State University of Malang. The sample used was 40 students by utilizing random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by utilizing a questionnaire and disseminated using WhatsApp. While the data analysis used is the T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that there was a relationship between organizational culture, motivation and knowledge sharing on student participation in the implementation of the MBKM program at State UniversitiesAbstrak : Partisipasi mahasiswa akan berdampak pada keberlangsungan program MBKM dalam jangka panjang. Namun tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya faktor eksternal dan internal. Salah satu faktor eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa adalah budaya organisasi dan berbagi pengetahuan. Sedangkan faktor internal adalah motivasi yang berasal dari dalam diri siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan budaya organisasi, motivasi, berbagi pengetahuan terhadap partisipasi mahasiswa pada program MBKM. Populasi penelitian diambil dari mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Malang angkatan 2019. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 siswa dengan memanfaatkan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan kuesioner dan disebarluaskan melalui WhatsApp. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji T, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara budaya organisasi, motivasi dan berbagi pengetahuan terhadap partisipasi mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan program MBKM di Perguruan Tinggi Negeri.
