Abstract

Research on the development of a paddy field classification model based on Landsat remote sensing images aims to obtain a rapid classification of paddy field models. This study uses input multitemporal Landsat images (path/row 122/064) in 2017. The research was conducted in Subang regency, which is one of the center of West Java rice production. The method used in this study is the threshold method for the multi-temporal Landsat image index. As a reference, detailed scale spatial information on paddy fields base is used which is supplemented with data from field surveys using drones. First, an atmospheric correction of Landsat images was carried out using DOS (Dark Object Subtraction) Method, then transformation image to several indices: Enhance vegetation Index (EVI), Normal Difference Water Index (NDWI), and Normal Difference bare Index (NDBI) was carried out. For cloudy images, the index is filled with interpolation techniques from the index value before and after. The next step is smoothing index and statistical analysis to obtain minimum, maximum, mean, median, range (maximum - minimum), EVI_planting, EVI_harvesting, mean_planting-harvesting, mean_vegetative, mean_generative, NDWI_planting, NDWI_harvesting, NDBI_planting, and NDBI_harvesting. Classification accuracy is calculated by using the confusion matrix technique using detailed scale spatial information references. Based on the analysis and test of accuracy that has been done on several models, the highest accuracy is generated by the 1.5 stdev threshold model four index parameters (EVI_min, EVI_Max, EVI_range, and EVI_mean) with an accuracy of 86.56% and a kappa value of 0.716.

Abstract

Higher education is one of the levels of study expected to produce graduates competent in the field of knowledge taken. The large number of graduates from tertiary institutions with many job opportunities causes many graduates to work in ways that do not match their majors, so there is a need to evaluate the level of success of graduates learning achievements in tertiary institutions. This research aims to analyze data on the relevance of the work of undergraduate graduates in Informatics Engineering to what they have learned by the learning outcomes in the Informatics Engineering study program at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang using K-Means clustering. Using data from questionnaires measuring graduate learning outcomes and measuring job suitability for 137 respondents who had been tested for validity, reliability, and multicollinearity, the results of this research showed that the data was formed into three clusters with the analysis that 29.92% of UMM Informatics Engineering graduates were able to meet graduate learning outcomes and obtain jobs that are relevant to what they studied, 49.63% of other graduates also got jobs that were relevant to their major even though they lacked mastery of specific skills as measured by graduate learning outcomes, and 20.45% of other graduates got jobs that were less relevant to the field of Informatics engineering.

Abstract

Non-linear SVM functions to modify the kernel in the SVM. Each kernel function in linear and non-linear SVMs has several parameters that are used in the classification process. SVM is a method that has advantages in classification, but there are still obstacles in selecting optimal parameters. This research investigates the effect of parameter variations on SVM classification performance on the COVID-19 dataset, using linear, RBF, Sigmoid and polynomial kernels. The analysis shows that the polynomial kernel is superior with the highest performance compared to other kernels. The highest accuracy of 77.57% was achieved with a combination of C values ??of 0.75 and Gamma of 0.75, and an F1-Score value of 76.67% indicating an optimal balance between precision and recall. The performance stability produced by the polynomial kernel provides advantages in classifying the COVID-19 dataset, with more controlled fluctuations compared to other kernels. The interaction between the C and Gamma parameters shows that a Gamma value of 0.75 consistently provides good results, while adjusting the C parameter shows more controlled performance variations. This confirms that appropriate Gamma parameter settings are key in improving the accuracy and consistency of SVM model predictions in this case.

Abstract

Background: The effectiveness of mentoring programs for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) needs to be evaluated in order to develop effective mentoring programs. Each MSME requires a different mentoring program, so it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the existing mentoring program in order to design the next mentoring program. Purpose: This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the community empowerment program through mentoring MSMEs in improving the welfare of meatball traders in Jakarta implemented by Dompet Dhuafa. Design/methodology/approach: Data collection Analysis includes secondary data, field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Analysis was carried out using triangulation techniques which included data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Findings/Result: The research findings can be stated as follows: 1) Collective Mentoring Program: The research results show that programs that focus on mentoring groups have a significant positive impact on cohesiveness and unity in the meatball trader community. This collaborative support plays an important role in advancing the development of micro and small businesses. Apart from that, the mentoring program is also effective in increasing traders' motivation and knowledge in entrepreneurship. 2) Financial Assistance Programs: This study underscores the importance of financial assistance programs in providing the necessary capital for microenterprises. However, this suggests that this form of aid is more suited to meeting short-term financial needs than as a long-term solution. Conclusion: There are three types of mentoring programs carried out, namely Group Mentoring, Increasing Partner Capacity Through Training, and Financial Assistance. Of the three types of mentoring programs, mentoring groups, especially in forming cohesive and family groups (recruitment results), are considered the most effective in helping meatball traders survive during the pandemic. Especially in forming groups or communities that regularly hold meetings and collectively help solve problems, maintain the cleanliness of sales equipment (carts, plates, spoons, etc.), and try to develop or find out how to make the taste of these meatballs more popular. with customers. But what they appreciated most was a community meeting that had never been held before.Originality/value (State of the art): There has been no evaluation of this program so it is very important to evaluate the implementation and impact of the mentoring program on business continuity, in order to improve the mentoring program in the future. Keywords: MSMEs, mentoring program, evaluation, effectiveness, meatball traders

Abstract

Turnover Intention is a problem that can be experienced by companies. High turnover intention can cause companies to experience Labor Turnover (LTO) problems, namely the rate of employee turnover. A high LTO level can disrupt company activities because the company requires more time and costs to find replacements for employees who leave, select prospective employees, and provide orientation to new employees. The aim of this research is to find out the direct influence of job stress, job insecurity and burnout on turnover intention and the indirect influence of job stress and job insecurity on turnover intention through burnout as an intervening variable. This research used a saturated sample method, namely 66 respondents who were employees of Medical Equipment Companies. Data processing uses path analysis with SPSS V 25. Based on path analysis, job stress, job insecurity, and burnout have a direct effect on turnover intention and then job stress has no effect on turnover intention through burnout and job insecurity has an indirect effect on turnover intention through burnout
