Abstract

A notarial deed is a legal document that has strong evidentiary power in court and in various legal transactions. Based on Law No. 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law No. 30 of 2004 on Notary Position (Notary Law), this law regulates the duties, responsibilities, and authority of notaries, including provisions on the archiving and security of documents handled by notaries. Therefore, it is important for notary institutions, lawyers, and various related parties to manage these notarial deeds carefully and effectively, one of which is by paying attention to the archiving of notarial deeds. The archiving of notarial deeds is an important practice in the legal world involving the storage, maintenance, and recording of notarial deed documents that govern legal agreements, property transactions, and other legal actions. By designing a web-based archiving application system, the goal of addressing the risk of damage or loss of physical documents is effectively achieved. The implementation of digital storage methods reduces the likelihood of physical documents being damaged or lost. Document accessibility is also enhanced by the presence of search and digital storage features. Application design steps, such as needs analysis, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and interface design, provide a comprehensive overview of the desired features and system workflow. This design ensures that user needs are met and the application is easy to use.

Abstract

Ontogeny is the process of individual development from embryo to adult, while phylogeny is the analysis of evolutionary relationships between species. Ontogeny and phylogeny form the basis for understanding the development of organisms and the history of evolution, as well as for further studies in biology. This research aims to analyze the urgency of studying ontogeny and phylogeny in high school biology learning. The research was conducted using a literature study method on articles and references relevant to the topic. The analysis of the literature indicates an urgency to study ontogeny and phylogeny in high school biology learning. Supported by appropriate learning approaches and models, knowledge related to ontogeny and phylogeny needs to be taught to high school students to enhance their understanding of more complex biological concepts.

Abstract

This research aims to determine students' interest in learning in Geography lessons in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Rasau Jaya. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this research were the Geography teacher and 5 students in class XI IPS I SMA Negeri 1 Rasau Jaya. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentary studies, while data collection tools use observation sheets, teacher and student interview guides, and documentation. In the Geography learning process, there are factors that influence students' interest in learning. Interest is an interest in something so that we are moved to do that thing. Apart from that, interest is a psychological aspect that helps and encourages someone to fulfill their needs. There are two factors that influence students' interest in learning, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors include curiosity, motivation and physical factors. Meanwhile, external factors include family, school and community environment.

Abstract

The duckweed plant group belongs to the botanical family Araceae and has the potential as a food source. It is difficult to classify and the plants were originally grouped as the Lemnaceae family. However, current molecular taxonomy studies revealed the integration of Lemnaceae into the Araceae family, thus becoming the Lemnoideae subfamily. It is necessary to strengthen the position of Lemnoideae in Araceae using molecular marker psbA from chloroplast DNA This study aimed to determine the role of the psbA chloroplast DNA marker in regulating the position of Lemnoideae. A total of 41 sequences of the psbA gene taken from the species from seven subfamilies in Araceae and one outgroup were collected from the NCBI GenBank and then arranged in FASTA format. Sequence data was then aligned by ClustalX, and phylogenetic trees were reconstructed using PAUP and MEGA. From the resulting phylogenetic trees, it can be conferred that the Lemnoideae subfamily does not form a monophyletic group. Thereby, this in silico study using psbA markers concludes the position ofthe Lemnoideae subfamily in the family Araceae and we recommend not separating the plant group from the family Araceae.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengobatan herbal telah banyak dikembangkan contohnya adalah pengembangan obat tradisional pada penyakit Lupus. Diketahui bahwa Jamur Tremetes versicolor adalah jamur yang memiliki sifat immunodulator yang berfungsi untuk mengobati penyakit autoimun yaitu Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) yang memiliki senyawa protein unik Polysaccharide Peptide Krestin (PSK). Tetapi jamur Trametes tidak banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui jamur yang berkerabat dekat dengan Trametes versicolor yang dapat juga dijadikan sebagai terapi pada penyakit autoimun dan dapat dikonsumsi di Indonesia. Studi yang digunakan adalah studi filogenetik secara in-silico dengan jamur yang berkerabat dengan jamur Trametes versicolor dengan penanda gen 18s rRNA yang diperoleh dari genbank NCBI. Data molekuler sekuen menunjukkan bahwa jamur yang berkerabat dekat dengan jamur Trametes versicolor adalah Ganoderma lucidum, Lenzites betulinus, Agaricus bisporus, Agaricus subrufescens, Auricularia polytrica, dan Auricularia auricula-judae berdasarkan penanda gen 18s rRNA. Jamur ini dapat dijadikan sebagai obat alternatif untuk terapi penyakit autoimun dan mendapatkan senyawa yang terkandung dalam jamur tersebut dengan studi in-vitro lebih lanjut. Kata Kunci: In-Silico, Trametes, Ganoderma, Lenzites, Auricularia, Agaricus, Autoimun ABSTRACT Development of herbal treatment have been done quite frequently, for example the development of traditional medicines for Lupus. It is known that Tremetes versicolor mushroom is a fungus that has immunodulatory properties which functions to treat autoimmune disease namely Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) which has a unique protein compound Polysaccharide Peptide Krestine (PSK). However, Trametes are not widely consumed by Indonesian people. The purpose of this study was to find out which fungi are closely related to Trametes versicolor which can also be used as a therapy for autoimmune diseases and can be available for consupmtion in Indonesia. This study used an in-sillico phylogenetic with fungi that are related to Trametes versicolor mushroom with the 18s rRNA gene marker obtained from the NCBI genbank. Sequential molecular data shows that fungi closely related to Trametes versicolor mushrooms are Ganoderma lucidum, Lenzites betulinus, Agaricus bisporus, Agaricus subrufescens, Auricularia polytrica, and Auricularia auricula-judae based on the 18s rRNA gene marker. This fungi can be used as an alternative medicine for autoimmune diseases treatment by obtaining compounds contained in these fungi with further in-vitro studies. Abstract

Pada awalnya perawatan pabrik kimia dan industri dilakukan dengan cara melakukan perawatan terhadap mesin yang digunakan, Secara umum, mesin dan peralatan yang rusak harus segera diperbaiki. Ide mendasar di balik pemeliharaan adalah merawat mesin atau fasilitas agar dapat diperbaiki dan dikembalikan ke kondisi kerja secepat dan semurah mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan mengapa kesepakatan anggaran pemeliharaan yang dihasilkan oleh korporasi melebihi anggaran pertahanan yang ditetapkan. Dalam penelitian di PT Asia Chemical Industri menggunakan Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi lapangan (observasi) atau praktek langsung di lapangan, dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi selama proses produksi. Metode penelitian ini untuk memperkuat dan memperdalam penelitian tentang topik penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis uji deskriptif yang merumuskan, menginterpretasikan, mengumpulkan, menyusun dan menganalisis data untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang kegiatan pemeliharaan yang dilakukan oleh personil pemeliharaan. Studi ini dilakukan untuk menentukan dan menjelaskan ciri-ciri variabel yang diperiksa dalam kondisi tertentu. Pengumpulan data, pemilihan data, analisis data, dan kemudian simulasi pengolahan untuk membentuk temuan dilakukan secara berurutan. Temuan yang diperoleh menjelaskan bahwa penurunan produksi disebabkan oleh banyaknya mesin yang rusak sehingga meningkatkan biaya perawatan di luar total anggaran perawatan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahan. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini bahwa hal yang paling penting didalam perawatan adalah kolaborasi antara engineer dan operator produksi untuk mencegah kegagalan dan mencapai produktivitas, kinerja, dan hasil yang optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to describe a disaster mitigation lecture strategy based on the Citizen Science Project (CSP) through a combination of indoor and outdoor learning methods. The study employs an action research approach by implementing a lecture strategy consisting of four phases: BuPAcE (Building Community, Project Expedition, Action, and Evaluate). This study involved 22 fifth-semester students from the Science Education Study Program in the 2023-2024 academic year. The Building Community, Action, and Evaluate phases are conducted using indoor learning methods, while the Project Expedition phase is carried out using outdoor methods. The implementation of the BuPAcE strategy is evaluated using observation sheets. The results indicate that the implementation percentage of the disaster mitigation lecture strategy based on CSP is 80% for the Building Community phase, 70% for the Project Expedition phase, 80% for the Action phase, and 75% for the Evaluate phase. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the disaster mitigation lecture strategy using a combination of indoor and outdoor methods is effective for use in lectures.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to provide information about several ways students communicate to build knowledge in citizen science projects (CSP). As the term “citizen science” applies to science that involves people who are not professional scientist  to attract wider public participation in scientific research, leading to the overall advancement of scientific knowledge. Quantitative descriptive research was conducted by implementing as well as observing CSP activities in class and completing surveys to 36 students who had participated in CSP. The findings of this research show that most students (83%) received passing grades above 70 score, the minimum passing criteria. The percentage of completion of learning outcomes falls into the very effective category (n>80%). This means that CSP learning is able to build knowledge through the communication activities trained in it. On average, students responded strongly agree-agree (87.3%) that the communication carried out in CSP builds their knowledge. There are five CSP activities that involve communication between students, schools’ community, teacher and expert scientist. The five main activities of CSP, namely (1) focus group discussion (FGD) with scientists, (2) conducting projects, (3) presenting project results to scientists, (4) reporting project results, (5) and finally publishing project results project. Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 are being widely implemented in various countries. Combining these two things is expected to create an inclusive society where everyone can enjoy the benefits of technological developments. To keep up with developments in the world of education and increase the appeal and effectiveness of learning, Augmented Reality (AR) technology needs to be utilized. Likewise, Google Search technology can facilitate the collection of information. The existence of Artificial Intelligence, such as ChatGPT, is no less useful as a complement to the learning process that can expand and facilitate literature searches. This study compares the increase in concept mastery using AR with Google Search and AR with ChatGPT. The focus of this study is not on the comparison of AR use because AR is combined with the use of Google Search or ChatGPT. The research method uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design. The research instrument used was a multiple-choice test to measure students' concept mastery of the human excretory system material. The study results showed an increase in concept mastery in each group. However, there was no significant difference between the two groups.

Abstract

Metacognition and the self-system are critical components influencing an individual's learning success. The ability to reflect on and regulate one’s learning processes must be accurately identified and assessed to support instructional planning that enhances these skills. This descriptive study aims to examine the metacognitive abilities and self-system of fifth-semester students enrolled in the Biology Education Study Program at the Islamic University of Riau. Utilizing a survey method, data were collected from a sample of 30 students, consisting of 6 males and 24 females. The instrument, a questionnaire based on Marzano’s Taxonomy and comprising three indicators per variable, was validated through expert review. Data were analyzed using percentage-based categorization and further examined through a Pearson product-moment correlation test via SPSS 22. Results indicated that all metacognitive indicators fell into the high category, with clarity monitoring achieving the highest score (80.27%) and process monitoring the lowest (77.87%). For the self-system, examining importance and emotional response were categorized as high, while efficacy was rated moderate. A significant positive correlation was found between metacognition and the self-system (r = 0.536), with the regression equation Y = 36.662 + 0.478X. These findings suggest that students exhibit high levels of both metacognitive and self-system abilities, which are significantly interrelated.Keywords: biology education, metacognitive, self-system, undergraduate
