Abstract

Era revolusi industri 4.0 berdampak dalam transformasi proses bisnis yang mendorong inovasi dan efisiensi. Pertumbuhan pengguna internet yang signifikan dalam pasar digital di berbagai bidang khususnya dalam bidang perdagangan, telah memudahkan konsumen untuk melakukan kegiatan jual beli tanpa harus keluar rumah cukup hanya melalui e-commerce. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan e-commerce yang pesat berbanding lurus dengan munculnya problematika dalam aspek perlindungan data pribadi warga negara. Kasus kebocoran data Tokopedia yang terjadi pada tahun 2020 adalah salah satunya. Permasalahan yang dibahas yaitu mengenai ketentuan mengenai perlindungan data pribadi di Indonesia, perlindungan hukum atas kebocoran data pribadi konsumen pada Tokopedia, dan pertanggungjawaban Tokopedia terhadap kebocoran data pribadi konsumen pada perdagangan elektronik. Metode penelitian tesis ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum yuridis normatif yaitu mengacu pada norma-norma hukum. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitis, yang mengungkapkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan teori-teori hukum yang menjadi objek penelitian. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan studi dokumen (document study) atau studi kepustakaan (library research), yaitu dengan mempelajari peraturan perundang - undangan, buku, situs internet, media massa, dan kamus yang berhubungan dengan judul tesis ini. Serta menggunakan studi lapangan (field research), yaitu dengan bertanya kepada narasumber yang berhubungan dengan judul tesis ini.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan mengenai data pribadi di Indonesia belum mampu mengakomodasi dengan baik karena masih bersifat parsial dan sektoral. Perlindungan hukum yang Tokopedia lakukan terhadap kebocoran data pribadi konsumen sudah baik melalui pemberitahuan lewat email tiap konsumen bahwa terjadi kebocoran data pada database Tokopedia dan Pihak Tokopedia mewajibkan kepada pengguna untuk mengganti password secara berkala. Pertanggungjawaban Tokopedia terhadap kebocoran data pribadi konsumen dapat terlihat dari siap dan patuhnya Tokopedia dalam menghadapi gugatan dengan nomor 235/Pdt.G/2020/PN Jkt.Pst. yang diajukan oleh Komunitas Konsumen Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of biodiversity learning at SMAN 3 Bandung. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological design. Data sources come from interviews, observation sheets, and direct observation. This school not only utilizes laboratory and library facilities to provide theoretical knowledge but also maximizes the use of the school garden as a learning space outside the classroom. With this learning, students can observe, document, and appreciate biodiversity directly. Implementation of the Independent Curriculum and the Adiwiyata School concept/green school provides a solid foundation for a sustainable and inclusive learning approach. The research results show that this learning creates students who not only have deep conceptual understanding but also have practical skills and high environmental awareness. SMAN 3 Bandung has succeeded in integrating learning inside and outside the classroom, creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment for students to understand, appreciate and participate in biodiversity conservation. In order to maximize the learning process, it is necessary to assess students' skills and attitudes.

Abstract

The understanding of taxonomy is the knowledge surrounding the scope of taxonomy. Taxonomy is a discipline that studies the level of a living being. The understanding of taxonomy that originally existed in the 2013 curriculum is not listed in the Merdeka curriculum. This study aims to review how important understanding of taxonomy is in biological learning. The study used literature study methods based on relevant journals and books. An understanding of taxonomy supports knowledge in advanced Biology materials. Taking into account the prerequisite knowledge of biology in some advanced biology material understanding of this taxonomy is something important. Therefore, having an understanding of taxonomy is important in learning biology. This study underscores the urgency of understanding taxonomy in biological learning. Abstract

SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) welding has wide applications in the industrial world. To master welding technology, it is necessary to carry out further research on the effect of gaps on the microstructure after experiencing welding. Welding is a process of joining metalsby heating process, because of that, the process can change the basic properties of the base material. In this study, the material used was ASTM A36 carbon steel. That material was weldedby many variables that have been determined and the limitations of the problem during the study. The required specimen welding results are 6 pieces. There are three kindsof variables in this research; theywere independent variables, namely the Rootgap distance and polarity on the electrodes of the SMAW welding machine, using two types of polarity, namely (DCEN) and (DCEP). The dependent variables in this study were defects in the translucency of SMAW welding results obtained bySolvent Penetrant Testing method. The control variables in this study were welding current 90A, Voltage 21V, Electrode AWS A5.1 E6013 with SMAW welding process and Butt-joint welding type. The welding joint was a V-groovewith 30º of bevel angle and 2mm of root face. The study results showed that the welding translucency is affected by polarity and rootgap distance, where the DCEN polarity showed better translucent welding results than welding with DCEP polarity, even though it was still not in accordance with the standard.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to provide information about several ways students communicate to build knowledge in citizen science projects (CSP). As the term “citizen science” applies to science that involves people who are not professional scientist  to attract wider public participation in scientific research, leading to the overall advancement of scientific knowledge. Quantitative descriptive research was conducted by implementing as well as observing CSP activities in class and completing surveys to 36 students who had participated in CSP. The findings of this research show that most students (83%) received passing grades above 70 score, the minimum passing criteria. The percentage of completion of learning outcomes falls into the very effective category (n>80%). This means that CSP learning is able to build knowledge through the communication activities trained in it. On average, students responded strongly agree-agree (87.3%) that the communication carried out in CSP builds their knowledge. There are five CSP activities that involve communication between students, schools’ community, teacher and expert scientist. The five main activities of CSP, namely (1) focus group discussion (FGD) with scientists, (2) conducting projects, (3) presenting project results to scientists, (4) reporting project results, (5) and finally publishing project results project. Abstract

Pengembangan profesi berkelanjutan (PKB) merupakan upaya guru untuk terus meningkatkan profesionalitas sebagai pendidik. Salah bentuk PKB yang dianjurkan adalah pengembangan pembelajaran yang inovatif seperti melalui implementasi pembelajaran berbasis Citizen Science (CS). Tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan gagasan CS dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya pada pembelajaran biologi di MGMP Biologi Kabupaten Majalengka. Metode pelaksanaan PKM ini berupa pelatihan teoritis dan praktik mengenai implementasi program Citizen Science dalam pembelajaran biologi. Peserta yang terlibat dalam PKM ini sebanyak 27 guru di MGMP Biologi Kabupaten Majalengka. PKM ini melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu pra-pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pasca pelaksanaan. Hasil PKM menunjukkan guru di MGMP Biologi Kabupaten Majalengka memperoleh pengetahuan baru terkait pembelajaran inovatif berbasis CS dalam bentuk teoritis dan praktis untuk dapat diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran biologi yang relevan. Online Citizen Science (OCS) melalui media sosial dan web seperti iNaturalist dapat dimanfaatkan guru dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran biologi secara online yang dapat terhubung dengan para Citizen Scientist di seluruh dunia. Respon peserta kegiatan sangat positif terhadap kegiatan PKM ini karena telah memberikan perspektif baru terkait pembelajaran biologi yang melibatkan komunitas belajar melalui keterlibatan dalam program CS.

Abstract

Kategori burung pemangsa atau raptors dibagi ke dalam 3 ordo utama, yaitu Accipitriformes, Falconiformes, dan Strigiformes. Klasifikasi antara ordo Accipitriformes dan Falconiformes sering menjadi perdebatan karena spesies-spesiesnya memiliki kesamaan morfologi, namun berbeda saat memakan mangsa. Klasifikasi burung pemangsa yang telah ada memisahkan kedua ordo tersebut berdasarkan perilakunya saat menyergap dan membunuh mangsa. Maka, tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membuktikan pemisahan kedua ordo dengan pendekatan molekuler berupa data DNA. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder sekuens penanda genetik DNA parsial cytochrome oxidase subunit 1 (COI) dari 15 spesies masing-masing ordo dan 1 spesies Strigiformes sebagai outgroup. Data diolah dengan menggunakan software Clustal-X dan PAUP. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa semua spesies memiliki tingkat homologi yang tinggi berdasarkan sekuens DNA-nya. Rekonstruksi pohon filogenetik mengklasifikasi kedua ordo ke dalam kelompok monofiletik yang membentuk dua cluster berbeda. Penelitian ini telah membuktikan bahwa Accipitriformes dan Falconiformes tidak hanya berbeda berdasarkan perilaku makann saja, melainkan namun juga berdasarkan genetik dari kedua ordo. Meskipun begitu, studi lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan reliabilitas hubungan filogenetik kedua ordo dengan menambahkan jumlah sampel sekunder, jenis penanda genetik, dan data primer.

Abstract

The duckweed plant group belongs to the botanical family Araceae and has the potential as a food source. It is difficult to classify and the plants were originally grouped as the Lemnaceae family. However, current molecular taxonomy studies revealed the integration of Lemnaceae into the Araceae family, thus becoming the Lemnoideae subfamily. It is necessary to strengthen the position of Lemnoideae in Araceae using molecular marker psbA from chloroplast DNA This study aimed to determine the role of the psbA chloroplast DNA marker in regulating the position of Lemnoideae. A total of 41 sequences of the psbA gene taken from the species from seven subfamilies in Araceae and one outgroup were collected from the NCBI GenBank and then arranged in FASTA format. Sequence data was then aligned by ClustalX, and phylogenetic trees were reconstructed using PAUP and MEGA. From the resulting phylogenetic trees, it can be conferred that the Lemnoideae subfamily does not form a monophyletic group. Thereby, this in silico study using psbA markers concludes the position ofthe Lemnoideae subfamily in the family Araceae and we recommend not separating the plant group from the family Araceae.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the mastery of concepts and misconceptions of students in the Biology Education Study Program wich is in Pekanbaru. This type of research is survey research with a porpusive sampling type. The population of the study was all students who had taken biotechnology courses, while the research sample was 6th semester students who had just completed biotechnology courses in the previous semester. The total research sample was 32 students. The instrument used to measure mastery of concepts and misconceptions is a diagnostic test with 20 multiple choice questions accompanied by reasons and level of belief. The questions are given using a Google form and students work on the questions during class and are given 90 minutes.The research data were analyzed descriptively. Based on the results showed that for indicator 1 30.01% of students understood the basic concepts of biotechnology well and 55.63 had misconceptions. In indicator 2, only 5% of students understood the concept of biotechnology process while 64.38% had misconceptions and 29.38 did not understand the concept. Indicator 3, as many as 10.63% of students understand the concept of conventional and modern biotechnology characteristics and 59.38% of students have misconceptions and 25.63% do not understand the concept while indicator 4 as many as 30.63% of students understand the examples of biotechnology products while still 43.13% have misconceptions and 22.50% still do not understand the concept. Students' mastery of concepts in biotechnology courses is in a very low category and while more than half of the students still experience misconceptions and do not understand the concepts.

Abstract

Identification skills are essential for students to increase awareness of will importance of diversity and active protection. Grouping species based on information genome is well considered in effort conservation. Research objectives to describe courses diversity and classification vertebrates (KKV) in identifying fish morphology, genome, and perception student about identification diversity through genome data in one LPTK in Bogor. This research uses qualitative with 27 students in The Biology Education Study Program in one LPTK in Bogor in the odd semester 2022/2023. Data collection about results interviews, documentation, and responses implementation of the pre-college program. Analysis of research data done qualitatively. Research results describe that ongoing study. This does not yet give optimal knowledge in fish diversity in a manner morphology until genome. Findings this give description will need students to identify species in a manner morphology until genome and needed databases that can identify diversity in detail and available essential internal identification feature application.
