Abstract

The development of digital technology and the wave of global disruption require Islamic educational institutions to adapt dynamically without losing their spiritual essence and Islamic values. This study aims to explain the concept of Islamic education in the era of disruption, identify the challenges faced by Islamic educational institutions, and analyse relevant change management models in the transformation process. This study uses the library research method with a critical analysis approach to various literature discussing change theory, education management, and Islamic values. The study focuses on the interpretation and relevance of change theories such as the Lewin, Kotter, and ADKAR models in the context of Islamic education, particularly how these theories can be integrated with the religious principles that form the basis of Islamic education. The results of the study indicate that the success of digital transformation in Islamic educational institutions requires visionary, adaptive leadership rooted in spirituality. The integration of modern change management principles and Islamic values, such as amanah (responsibility), musyawarah (collaboration), and ihsan (professionalism with worship value), forms the foundation for sustainable, meaningful change oriented towards the formation of Islamic character.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept and paradigm of education quality at the primary, secondary, and tertiary levels. The approach used is library research with systematic searches through various databases such as Google Scholar, ERIC, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, DOAJ, and the Garuda national repository. The literature analysed includes scientific books, reputable national and international journals, proceedings, and policy documents published between 2000 and 2025. The selection process was carried out by considering the relevance to the theme of quality and educational paradigms, as well as the availability of full texts in Indonesian or English. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively using content analysis techniques. The results of the study show that a culture of quality is a foundation of values that creates an environment conducive to continuous quality improvement, especially in the context of Islamic education based on Islamic values. In addition, the competitiveness of higher education institutions is determined by their ability to maintain excellence through quality improvement, innovation, and services that meet the needs of the world of work. This competitiveness is strengthened by the quality of human resources, educational programmes, technology, governance, and a culture of quality that is consistently developed. Thus, strengthening quality, establishing a culture of quality, and increasing competitiveness are strategic elements in ensuring the sustainability of educational institutions amid global dynamics and the ever-evolving needs of society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze various aspects related to work/tasks in Islamic education. The study uses a literature study (library research) approach. The data sources in this study consist of Primary Sources such as the Qur’an and hadith, and Secondary Sources such as books, journal articles, research reports, proceedings, dissertations/theses, as well as relevant academic digital sources. The selection of literature is carried out through a systematic search process in scientific databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Garuda. The analysis technique used is content analysis. The analysis results indicate that job analysis is very important and urgently needed to be implemented in schools. Identifying job specifications is crucial for teachers and all staff. The techniques or methods used to conduct a job analysis do not have to be the same in every company or school. It all depends on the organization's own needs. However, what is very important is that the results of the job analysis must be accurate and neatly recorded to serve as a reference in the subsequent human resource management process. The connection between job analysis and the human resource management process or functions is very close. Job analysis is conducted in the human resource management planning process. Then the results can be used in decision-making throughout the entire human resource management process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze a quality assurance system based on recognition within educational institutions. This research uses a literature study (library research) approach as a basis for analyzing the concept of a recognition-based quality assurance system. Literature sources were collected through national and international journal databases, such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, and other academic portals, with relevant publication ranges. The analysis was conducted using content analysis methods by examining the main ideas, reasoning flow, approaches, and findings from various literature sources. The analysis results indicate that the educational quality assurance system includes time management as a strategic aspect to ensure that the stages of planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation are carried out on time for the sustainability of education quality. A structured Internal Quality Assurance System allows for consistent and gradual quality improvement. The main challenges in quality assurance regulations include policy and implementation gaps, a weak quality culture, limited resources, and a lack of regulatory synchronization. Solutions to these issues include developing contextual operational guidelines, enhancing the capacity of the academic community, strengthening monitoring and evaluation, harmonizing regulations, and providing adequate resources to support the effective implementation of quality assurance.
