Abstract

Discussions about halal and haram bank and the interest has been there since the founders of schools so far as there is no break, because each one has a good reason and the arguments are the arguments aqli naqli. The core of the discussion of the issue rests on whether interest was considered usury or not. Included in this issue practices equated with such banks, KSP, KUD, KSU and practices of individuals who do not have a business license. In this regard, institutions similar to banks and the investors who practice in the field, people often refer to it as bannk tongol. This study shows that the money lending transaction between the merchant and Bank tongol consists of four models, namely first, the pattern of transactions directly on the merchant proactive stance. Second, the pattern directly on a proactive transaction tongol Bank. Third, the pattern of direct transactions that are interactive and fourth, the pattern of transactions indirectly through third party services as a justification of the transaction between the merchant and the bank both actual tongol proactive. Bank tongol for communities containing terms mudlarat and benefits, Bank Tongol mudloratnya is often raises issues that become a burden to the customer. The problems referred to as injustice in essence the transaction, financial necessity, cause economic breakdown, the cause is not growing trading business and the creation of indebtedness that never ended. While the benefits are earned by good fortune some traders such additional capital, even others make major capital will become economic resources for them. Therefore, the Bank can not be absolute tongol categorized as usury because it contains social values.

Abstract

Humans can survive on the results of utilizing the naturalresources around him. Animals, plants, air, water, minerals,everything in the universe is taken advantage to meet the needsof human life. Disaster after the cause of global warming. Nitrousoxide is produced by vehicle and industrial emissions, whilemethane emissions are caused by industrial and agriculturalactivities. The environmental damage caused by humanintervention in order to take advantage of nature to make endsmeet. But in exploiting the human nature often do not payattention to the balance of natural ecosystems so that the originalharmony be shaken. It is characterized by the loss of one or moreconsumers in certain trophic levels resulting population of certainspecies becomes abundant and others missing. Besides theenvironmental damage in this case the forest is potentiallycreating global warming caused by greenhouse gases in the formof carbon dioxide gas (CO2) resulting from the burning of fossilfuels and the use of CFCs. It is necessary for adaptation to thenew environment in order to survive. So maybe somedayhumans and other organisms evolve to adapt or adjust to a newenvironment where he lives. To prevent damage to the earthnecessary preventive measures friendly to the environment.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are first to explain the readiness of villages in managing the village fund. Second, to generate a mapping of priorities for the use of village fund. Third, to analyze the implementations of financial management of the village fund. This research uses a case study. The main data sources of this research are the village chiefs, village secretaries, village treasurers, and society in Central Java. The results show the villages are ready to manage the village fund originating from the national budget. The village fund is used to finance physical and non-physical development and empower the society. The implementation of the use of the village fund have been by certain procedures and can be justified so that transparency and accountability can be realized well. The business activities of Village-Owned Enterprises originating from the village fund have proven to be able to move the economy of the village community forward

Abstract

Minat menjadi guru akuntansi merupakan perasaan suka, tertarik atau perhatian seseorang terhadap profesi guru akuntansi. Minat dapat dipengaruhi beberapa faktor baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh self efficacy, prestise profesi guru dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat menjadi guru akuntansi pada mahasiswa program studi pendidikan akuntansi angkatan 2011 FE UNNES baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi (akuntansi) angkatan 2011 FE UNNES sebanyak 178 mahasiswa. Penetuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan didapat 123 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil perhitungan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh self efficacy, prestise profesi guru dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat menjadi guru akuntansi sebesar 49,9%, sedangkan sisanya 50,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diungkap dalam penelitian ini. Secara parsial besarnya pengaruh pengaruh self efficacy terhadap minat mahasiswa menjadi guru akuntansi sebesar 43,29%, pengaruh prestise profesi terhadap minat menjadi guru akuntansi sebesar 9,42%, dan pengaruh status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat mahasiswa menjadi guru akuntansi 5,90%. Interest to become a accounting teachers is feeling like, interested or someone's attention to the accounting teacher profession. Interests can be influenced by several factors, both intrinsic and extrinsic. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence between self-efficacy, students perceptions about the prestige of the teaching profession and socio-economic status of parents to interest become accounting teacher in accounting education students of class of 2011 Economic Faculty of Semarang State University either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were students of economics education (accounting) class of 2011 Economic Faculty of Semarang State University as many as 178 students. Determination of the number of sampels obtained using the formula Slovin and get 123 students. Sampling technique using proportional random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Simultaneous calculation results show that the influence of self-efficacy, students perceptions about the prestige of the teaching profession and socio-economic status of parents of interest become teachers accounting for 49.9%, while the remaining 50.1% is influenced by other factors that are not revealed in this study. Partially, the influence of self efficacy influence on the interests of students become teachers accounting for 43.29%, influence students' perceptions about the prestige of the profession to interest to become a teacher of accounting for 9.42%, and the influence of socio-economic status of parents to interests of students into the accounting teacher 5,90%.

Abstract

Tujuan utama SMK adalah menyiapkan siswa untuk memasuki lapangan kerja dan mengembangkan sikap profesional. Tercapainya tujuan ini dapat dilihat dari keterserapan lulusan di lapangan kerja. Keterserapan lulusan di lapangan kerja ditentukan oleh kesesuaian kompetensi yang dimiliki lulusan dengan yang dibutuhkan dunia usaha/industri. Hasil observasi awal pada SMK Negeri di Kecamatan Wonosobo, program keahlian akuntansi, diperoleh data bahwa tahun 2014 persentase lulusan yang bekerja hanya sebesar 37,3% dan yang menganggur 19%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan tujuan SMK Negeri di Kecamatan Wonosobo belum sepenuhnya terwujud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat perbedaan antara persepsi siswa kelas XII program keahlian akuntansi dengan persepsi dunia usaha/industri  dan antara siswa kelas X dengan siswa kelas X program keahlian akuntansi tentang profil kompetensi lulusan program keahlian akuntansi. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan desain kausal komparatif. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik Proportionate Random Sampling dan Purpposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dengan pengujian validitas menggunakan Pearson Correlation Product Moment dan pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Independent Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara persepsi siswa kelas XII program keahlian akuntansi dengan persepsi dunia usaha industri dan antara persepsi siswa kelas XII dengan siswa kelas X program keahlian akuntansi tentang profil kompetensi lulusan program keahlian akuntansi.  Perbedaan ini disebabkan karena perbedaan lingkungan.The aim of SMK is to prepare its graduates become labor in accordance with the needs of the business / industry on the field, and to be entrepreneurs. SMK purpose can be realized if its graduates are competent in accordance with what is required by the business / industry. Based on preliminary observations on the SMK Negeri in the District of Wonosobo, shows that percentage of graduates who work at 37.3%. This means that the aim in particular vocational program accounting expertise is still not fully realized.The aim research to analyze whether there is a difference between the perception of class XII students and the business industry, then to analyze whether there is a difference between the perception of class XII students and class X students. This research method is a quantitative with causal comparatives desain. The sampling technique used is Proportionate Random Sampling and Purposive Sampling. Testing the validity of the instrument using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation and reliability testing instrument using Cronbach's Alpha. The Analyze technique used is Independent Sample t-Test. The results show that there is a difference between the perception of students of class XII program accounting expertise to the perception of the business / industry and there is also a difference between the perception of class X to XII grade students of SMK program accounting.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi dewasa ini pendidikan menjadi sangatpenting. Bekal pendidikan yang dimiliki suatu masyarakat akan berkembang secara baik, dan tidak dapat dipungkiri masyarakat tersebut semakin berkualitas sertamampu bersaing secara kompetitif di era persaingan yang  semakin ketat. Dalam suasana kompetitif semacam ini diperlukan sumber daya yang berkualitas. Untuk menciptakan sumber daya berkualitas diperlukan pendidik yang profesional. Keprofesionalan seorang pendidik dapat dilihat melalui kinerjanya yang baik. Kondisi di lapangan, kinerja guru di Kota Magelang masih belum optimal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran Ekonomi/Akuntasi SMA/MA Negeri di Kota Magelang yang berjumlah 30 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data variabel dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman kurikulum, supervisi akademik, dan fasilitas kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 82,8%. Pengaruh secara parsial juga didapatkan pada variable independen terhadap variabel dependen. Pemahaman kurikulum berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi SMA/MA Negeri sebesar 24,70%. Supervisi akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi SMA/MA Negeri sebesar 19,54%, serta fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 23,42%. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah para guru hendaknya lebih meningkatkan pemahaman kurikulum supaya kinerjanya semakin baik. Bagi kepala sekolah hendaknya lebih memperhatikan lagi guru-guru dengan kegiatan supervisi akademik, dengan merasa diperhatikan, mendapat dorongan dan bantuan dari kepala sekolah guru akan lebih berusaha meningkatkan kinerjanya menjadi semakin baik. Sekolah hendaknya menyediakan fasilitas kerja yang lebih baik lagi, nyaman dan lengkap supaya guru merasa puas dan kinerjanya akan semakin baik.In the era of globalization education becomes very important. The provision of education held a community will grow as well, and there is no doubt that society more qualified and able to compete competitively in an era of increasingly fierce competition. In such a competitive atmosphere necessary quality resources. To create the resources necessary qualified professional educators. The professionality of an educator can be seen by their good performance. Field conditions, the performance of teachers in Magelang still not optimal yet. The study population was subject Economics / Accounting teachers State Senior High Schools in Magelang has numbered by 30 peoples. Methods of data collection was used the questionnaire. Variable data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results show that curriculum comprehension, academic supervision, and influential work facilities simultaneously on teacher performance amounted to 82.8%. Partial effect was also found in the independent variable on the dependent variable. Comprehension of the curriculum have positive and significant impact on the performance of State Senior  High School economics teacher amounted to 24.70%. Academic supervision had  positive and significant effect on the performance of economic teachers State Senior High School amounted to 19.54%, as well as work facilities had positive and significant impact on teacher performance of 23.42%. Advice can be given is the teachers should further enhance the curriculum comprehension so that better performance can be reached. For the school principals should be give more concern to the teachers with academic supervision activities, by felt cared for, receive encouragement and support from the school pricipal,the  teachers will be trying to improve their performance to be better. Schools should provide better work facilities again, comfortable and complete so that the teacher is satisfied and the performance will be better..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung antara intensitas penggunaan smartphone dan pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri di Pemalang Kota. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi berjumlah 440 siswa dengan sampel 210 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan hasil pengaruh intensitas penggunaan smartphone terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 3,3%. Pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 26,1%. Motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 19,1%. Intensitas penggunaan smartphone terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 4,4%. Pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 13,2%. Intensitas penggunaan smartphone terhadap pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar sebesar 17,2%. Intensitas penggunaan smartphone, pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh secara positif terhadap hasil belajar baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. The purpose of this research is to determine directly or indirectly whether or not the effect of the frequency of smartphone use and the use of internet as learning source on the students of XI IPS classes of state high schools in Pemalang’ motivation and achievements on economics subject. This research is quantitative design, which consists of 440 students as the population and 210 students as the sample. The research instruments used in collecting data were documentation and questionaire. Meanwhile, the methods used in analyzing the data collected was descriptive analysis technique and path analysis technique. At last, the whole process of data analysis showed the following results; the effect of the frequency of smartphone use with the student’s test results on economics subject was counted 3,3%, the effect of internet use as learning source with the student’s test results on economics subject was counted 26,1%, the effect of the student’s motivation with the student’s test results on economics subject was counted 19,1%, the effect of the frequency of smartphone use on the student’s motivation was counted 4,4%, the effect of internet use as learning source with the student’s motivation was counted 13,2%, the effect of the student’s motivation with the student’s test results on economics subject was counted 19,1%, the effect of the frequency of smartphone use on the internet use as the learning source was counted 17,2%. The frequency of smartphone use, the use of internet as learning source and student’s motivation a positive effect on student’s achievement either directly or indirectly.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah perbedaan prestasi belajar dan motivasi belajar yang disebabkan perbedaan gaya belajar dan pola asuh orang tua siswa serta adakah pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi kelas XI IPS di SMA se-Kecamatan Purbalingga.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA se-Kecamatan Purbalingga berjumlah 456 siswa dengan jumlah sampel 213 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perbedaan gaya belajar tidak berdampak pada prestasi belajar, (2) perbedaan pola asuh orang tua berdampak pada prestasi belajar, (3) perbedaan gaya belajar juga diketahui tidak berdampak pada motivasi belajar, (4) perbedaan pola asuh orang tua berdampak pada tingkat motivasi belajar, dan (5) motivasi belajar berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel gaya belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa, sedangkan pola asuh orang tua berpengaruh. Motivasi belajar juga secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar.Saran yang berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian ini yaitu orang tua lebih baik mengarahkan pola asuhnya ke pola asuh demokrasidan dengan dukungan guru dan orang tua, siswa diharapkan mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajarnya. Serta pengukuran pretasi belajar bisa diperdalam dengan menggunakan nilai UAS (Ujian Akhir Semester), nilai rapor, ataupun dengan menggunakan suatu tes yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti. The purpose of this research is to know there are any differences in learning achievement and motivation that due to differences in learning styles and parenting styles also there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation ongrade students’ economic achievement in Purbalingga Subdistrict year 2015/2016. The study population was all students of grade high school in Purbalingga Subdistrict amounted to 456 students, 213 students used as sample. Methods of data collection used questionnaires and documentation.The data analysis methods were descriptive analysis and path analysis. Results of this research show that (1) The differences in learning styles do not affect on student achievement, (2) The differences in parenting styles have an impact on learning achievement, (3) The differences in learning styles have no impact on learning motivation, (4) The differences in parenting styles have an impact on the level of learning motivation, and (5) Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement. According to the research above, it can be concluded that learning styles have no impact on learning motivation and achievement, while parenting styles have impact on learning motivation and achievement. Learning motivation also has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement. Suggestions relating to the results of this research are better parents have to authoritative for parenting style and the support of teachers, students are expected to increase learning motivation. Furthermore, the measurement of learning achievement can be deepened by using the value of UAS (Final Exam), grades, or by using a test that is compiled by researchers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examinate the effect of hedonist conformity and economic literacy on consumtive behavior through consumtive lifestyle. This research is a quantitative research. The research population is bidikmisi student force 2014 at Universitas Negeri Semarang. Sample of this research are 297 students and determined using proportional random sampling. Methods of data collection is using questionnaires, analyzed by descriptive analysis and path analysis. Based on descriptive analysis consumtive behavior, hedonist conformity, economic literacy, and consumtive lifestyle respectively are in the low, low, high, and moderate category. The results showed that (1) hedonist conformity had an effect on consumtive behavior; (2) economic literacy affects consumtive behavior; (3) consumtive lifestyle affects consumtive behavior; (4) hedonist conformity affects consumtive lifesyle; (5) economic literacy has no effect on consumtive lifestyle; (6) consumtive lifestyle mediate hedonist conformity to consumtive behavior; (7) consumtive lifestyle do not mediate economic literacy on consumtive behavior. The conclusion of this research is a role of consumtive lifestyle in mediating hedonist conformity, and has no role in mediating economic literacy on consumtive behavior. The suggestions from this research is that bidikmisi students is not easily affected by their environment.
