Abstract

Perkembangan dinamis pada sektor retail menuntut pelaku usaha untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang berorientasi pada nilai guna memenangkan persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh product quality, service quality, dan harga terhadap customer satisfaction pada bisnis retail baby shop. Lokasi penelitian bertempat pada salah satu retail perlengkapan bayi di Rimuku, Sulawesi Barat, dengan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 150 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur berskala Likert 5 poin. Metode analisis data yang diterapkan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t secara parsial dan uji F secara simultan. Hasil uji instrumen menunjukkan bahwa seluruh butir pernyataan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Secara parsial, variabel product quality (t-hitung = 2,904; p = 0,001), service quality (t-hitung = 1,868; p = 0,009), dan harga (t-hitung = 2,173; p = 0,000) berpengaruh positif an signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Pengujian secara simultan mengonfirmasi bahwa ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (F-hitung = 18,633 F-tabel = 5,73; p = 0,000). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi variabel independen dalam menjelaskan kepuasan konsumen sebesar 81,2%, sementara nilai Adjusted R-Square mencapai 88,8%. Variabel harga terbukti menjadi faktor yang paling dominan dalam memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan pada ekosistem retail ini. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penetapan harga kompetitif serta penyediaan produk berkualitas tinggi demi menjamin keamanan anak dan efisiensi anggaran belanja orang tua.

Abstract

This study analyzes the concept of political elite lifestyles from the perspective of the Qur’an through a comparative interpretative approach toward Tafsir Ibn Kathir, Tafsir Al-Azhar by Hamka, and Tafsir Al-Misbah by M. Quraish Shihab. The research employs a qualitative method based on library research by examining QS. Al-A’raf [7]: 31, QS. Al-Isra’ [17]: 26–29, QS. Al-Furqan [25]: 67, and QS. Luqman [31]: 18–19. The findings reveal that the three exegetes equally reject israf (excessiveness), tabdzir (wastefulness), and takabbur (arrogance) as deviations from leadership ethics, although they differ in their interpretative approaches. Ibn Kathir emphasizes a normative-textual approach, Hamka highlights social criticism toward consumerism and social inequality, while Quraish Shihab develops the dimensions of public ethics and responsibility in the exercise of power. The novelty of this study lies in its effort to connect Qur’anic interpretation with the phenomenon of modern political elite lifestyles through the perspective of Islamic political ethics. This study affirms that the values of moderation, social justice, and humility remain relevant as moral foundations of leadership in contemporary political contexts.

Abstract

Prospective teachers should participate in pedagogical competency programs and engage in teaching practice to become professional teachers. The urgency of this study lies in examining the factors that influence career choices and assessing the quality of future professional teachers. This study investigates the effects of career self-efficacy (SE) and career interest (CI) on career choice (CC), with career exploration (CE) as a mediator, during the teaching internship. The population was 675 accounting education students who participated in the teaching internship program. The study used a simple random sampling method, yielding 251 respondents. The questionnaire included the career decision-making career self-efficacy scale-short form (CDMSE-SF), career exploration survey (CES), and career choice. A quantitative approach using structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed in WarpPLS 5.0. The study results show a direct relationship between career self-efficacy, career interest, and career exploration on career choice. Career exploration at the teaching internship also mediates the relationship between career self-efficacy and career interest in teaching career choice. It indicates that teaching internship programs increase students' confidence, thereby strengthening their resolve to pursue a career as an accounting teacher. Future studies may also explore other variables such as outcome expectations and personal background factors.

Abstract

The creation of young entrepreneur in Indonesia has been developed by the government as part of the increase and improvement of the national economy. Pesantren (Islamic boarding school) is an educational institution that potentially produces young entrepreneurs. This research aims to determine the factors that influence santri’s (Pesantren’s students) entrepreneurial motivation, such as family environment, Pesantren environment, peer environment, self-efficacy and entrepreneurial knowledge. This research is a quantitative research which applies questionnaire techniques to collect data taken from 52 santri who are active in Pesantren Fadhlul Fadhlan business unit. The results of this research show that the family environment and Pesantren environment have a positive and significant effect on santri’s entrepreneurial motivation. The peer environment has no effect on santri’s entrepreneurial motivation. Entrepreneurial knowledge moderates the influence of the peer environment on santri’s entrepreneurial motivation. Meanwhile, self-efficacy does not moderate the influence of the family environment, Pesantren environment, and peer environment on santri’s entrepreneurial motivation.

Abstract

The high unemployment rate of vocational high school graduates in Semarang City proves that students' entrepreneurial intentions have not developed optimally, so it is necessary to understand the factors that influence it, especially self-efficacy, teacher support, and Industrial Internship experience. This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and teacher support on vocational high school students' entrepreneurial intentions, with Industrial Internship as a mediating variable. This study aims to analyze the impact of self-confidence (self-efficacy) and teacher support on vocational high school students' entrepreneurial interests, by placing Industrial Internship (Prakerin) experience as a mediating variable. The method used is a non-experimental quantitative approach, where data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 216 respondents from grade XII students at SMKN Semarang City. Statistical analysis was carried out using path analysis techniques, supported by t-tests, coefficients of determination, and Sobel tests using SPSS software. The research findings reveal that both self-efficacy and teacher support have a positive and significant influence in shaping entrepreneurial intentions, both directly and indirectly. Furthermore, Industrial Internships were shown to function as a mediator, strengthening the relationship between the two independent variables and entrepreneurial intentions. The implications of this study emphasize the need to improve students' personal competencies, optimize the role of educators, and provide quality industrial internship experiences to foster an entrepreneurial spirit among SMKN students in Semarang City, particularly in the areas of Online Business and Marketing.

Abstract

Sahâbah are narrators who occupy a prime position among other narrators of hadith chain network. In the absence of a companion is not possible news about the directions of the Prophet can come up to the next generation of Muslims. Fair (It is of râwî) nature narrator of hadith is a necessary condition that must be owned by a person who wants to tell you all about the prophet Muhammad and convey what he said. Conditions to be met, such as the hadith placed as a second source of Islam after the Koran. Unlike the case with the general history of transmitters qualifying was not so contentious. This is because the presentations of the history of society tend to be aimed at mere knowledge, is the news of the prophet in connection with religion. The emergence of groups often caused by differing views. No exception to the emergence of the Sunnî and Shî‘ah, who to this day are still debating the truth claims. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transparency and accountability of Village Fund (Dana Desa) management in Kenteng Village, Bandungan District, Semarang Regency. The research focuses on the stages of planning, implementation, administration, as well as financial reporting and accountability. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with village officials, field observations, and a review of official documents such as the Village Budget (APBDes) and budget realization reports. The findings indicate that the management of Village Funds in Kenteng Village has been carried out in a participatory manner through hamlet-level and village-level deliberations, involving the Village Consultative Body (BPD), community leaders, youth representatives, and women’s groups. Program implementation refers to formal documents such as the RKPDes, APBDes, DPA, and DPPA, and is conducted transparently through the installation of information boards at project locations. Financial administration utilizes the Siskeudes application, ensuring orderly, accurate, and accountable recording. Financial reporting is conducted semi-annually in accordance with regulations, although occasional delays occur due to technical constraints and incomplete documentation from activity implementers. Overall, Village Fund management in Kenteng demonstrates strong elements of transparency and accountability, yet still requires improvements in human resource capacity and optimization of information technology. This study provides empirical insight into village financial governance and is expected to serve as input for village governments and stakeholders in strengthening effective, efficient, and participatory Village Fund management

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat menuntut guru SMK terutama guru kejuruan bisnis digital agar terus beradaptasi, sementara tingginya beban kerja serta tekanan professional terus berpotensi menurunkan resiliensi. Kondisi ini menunjukkan faktor literasi digital, dukungan komunitas serta Self-efficacy merupakan faktor penting untuk menjaga resiliensi professional guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital dan dukungan komunitas terhadap resiliensi profesional guru kejuruan bisnis digital melalui Self-efficacy di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 50 guru yang tergabung dalam komunitas yaitu MGMP Pemasaran dengan teknik sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda serta analisis jalur dengan bantuan SPSS 25 dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh terhadap resiliensi professional dan Self-efficacy. Dukungan komunitas tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap resiliensi professional, namun berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Self-efficacy. Self-efficacy terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap resiliensi professional serta berperan sebagai mediator parsial pada pengaruh literasi digital dan mediator penuh pada pengaruh dukungan komunitas terhadap resiliensi professional. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa resiliensi professional tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi teknis, namun juga melalui keyakinan diri sebagai faktor psikologi utama. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa perlunya penguatan literasi digital dan Self-efficacy menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan resiliensi professional sekaligus peran dukungan komunitas menjadi wadah kolaborasi dan refleksi dalam menghadapi dinamika Pendidikan berbais teknologi. Kata Kunci: dukungan komunitas; literasi digital; resiliensi profesional; self-efficacy. ABSTRACT The rapid development of digital technology requires vocational high school teachers, especially digital business vocational teachers, to continuously adapt, while the high workload and professional pressure continue to have the potential to reduce resilience. This condition indicates that digital literacy, community support, and Self-efficacy are important faktors in maintaining teacher professional resilience. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy and community support on the professional resilience of digital business vocational teachers through Self-efficacy in Semarang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 50 teachers who are members of the community, namely MGMP Pemasaran, using census techniques. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed by multiple linear regression and path analysis with the help of SPSS 25 and the Sobel test. The results show that digital literacy influences professional resilience and Self-efficacy. Community support does not directly influence professional resilience, but has a significant effect on Self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is proven to have a significant effect on professional resilience and acts as a partial mediator of the influence of digital literacy and a full mediator of the influence of community support on professional resilience. This confirms that professional resilience is influenced not only by technical competence but also by self-confidence, a key psychological faktor. This research emphasizes the need to strengthen digital literacy and Self-efficacy as crucial strategies for enhancing professional resilience, as well as the role of community support as a platform for collaboration and reflection in navigating the dynamics of technology-based education.
