Abstract

This research aims to analyses the influence of Team Member Exchange (TMX) and Competency on the Work Productivity of PT Techmicron Batam City with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. Data was collected from 100 employees of PT Techmicron Batam City using a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The research results show that Team Member Exchange (TMX) has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Work Productivity, Team Member Exchange (TMX) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Competency has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Productivity, Competency has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Work Productivity of PT Techmicron Batam City Employees. The implications of this research are the importance of compensation in building job satisfaction so that it can increase employee work productivity, as well as the importance of building Team Member Exchange (TMX) relationships in increasing employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Discipline and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the Performance of Indonesian Air Force Soldiers at Roesmin Nurjadin Pekanbaru Air Base with Work Motivation as an intervening variable. Data was collected from 108 Indonesian Air Force soldiers at Roesmin Nurjadin Air Base using a questionnaire, Likert scale 5. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-AMOS). The results of the research show that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Soldier Performance, Work Discipline has a negative and significant effect on Work Motivation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on Soldier Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on Motivation Soldier Work, Work Motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on the Performance of Indonesian Air Force Soldiers at Roesmin Nurjadin Base Pekanbaru. Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the synergy between MSMEs and the blue economy in supporting sustainable development in the coastal areas of East Kalimantan. The research was conducted in several regencies in East Kalimantan, namely Balikpapan, Paser, Bontang, Kutai Kartanegara, and Kutai Timur. These regions were selected due to their significant maritime-based economic activities. Data collection was carried out for two months. This research employs a qualitative approach to explore the perceptions, experiences, and views of MSMEs related to the blue economy. The research results indicate that the synergy between MSMEs and the blue economy concept not only has a positive impact on improving the welfare of coastal communities but also serves as a strategic step in preserving marine ecosystems. Through strengthened collaboration among stakeholders, MSMEs can become the driving force behind an inclusive and sustainable blue economy.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan aset yang dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan perusahaan untuk menjadi lebih baik dan lebih maju. SDM merupakan aspek terpenting dalam perusahaan di antara sumber daya lainnya. Organisasi yang efektif harus mampu untuk menemukan, mendayagunakan, mempertahankan, dan mengembangkan manusia untuk mencapai hasil yang dicita-citakan.Konstanta sebesar 5,5918 berarti apabila variabel independen dalam hal ini adalah pelatihan kerja, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja sama dengan nol, maka harga saham adalah sebesar 5,5918. Koefisien regresi pelatihan nilainya sebesar 0,472, artinya jika variabel independen lainnya tetap dan pelatihan kerja naik sebesar satu satuan maka harga saham akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,472. Koefisien regresi kompensasi nilainya sebesar -0,209, artinya jika variabel independen lainnya tetap dan kompensasi naik sebesar satu satuan maka harga saham akan mengalami penurunan sebesar -0,209. Koefisien regresi disiplin kerja nilainya sebesar 0,916, artinya jika variabel independen lainnya tetap dan disiplin naik sebesar satu satuan maka harga saham akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,916. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai, serta tidak terdapat pengaruh antara variabel kompensasi terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is an influence between digital capability, communication and employee engagement on employee performance at the Surabaya City Environmental PT, Gas Alam Sentosa. The type of research conducted in this study uses quantitative research. In this study, 50 respondents were used in the Office (Human Resources Development, Marketing, Finance, Tax and Accounting) section of the Surabaya PT Gas Alam Sentosa. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. By using the method of multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS 25.0 application Based on the results of this study, it shows that digital capability, communication and employee engagement simultaneously or partially have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Office (Human Resources Development, Marketing, Finance, Tax and Accounting) section PT Gas Alam Sentosa of the City of Surabaya. The results of the Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), show that the digital capability variable (X1), communication (X2) and employee engagement (X3) are simultaneously able to explain the Performance variable (Y) 68.5% while 31.5% is explained by other variables that do not. found in this study Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Digital Capability, Komunikasi dan Employee Engagement terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Gas Alam Sentosa Surabaya baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 50 responden pada bagian Kantor (HRD, Marketing, Finance, Tax dan Accouting) PT Gas Alam Sentosa Surabaya. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Digital Capability, Komunikasi dan Employee Engagement secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan bagian Kantor (HRD, Marketing, Finance, Tax dan Accouting) PT Gas Alam Sentosa Surabaya. Hasil Uji Koefesien Determinasi (R2), menunjukan bahwa variabel Digital Capability (X1), Komunikasi (X2) dan Employee Engagement (X3) secara simultan mampu menjelaskan variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 68,5% Sedangkan 31,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak terdapat pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Sidoarjo is one of the manufacturing industry centers in East Java which covers various sectors, such as shoes, food and beverages, plastics and packaging, as well as textiles and garments. Its strategic location near Surabaya and Tanjung Perak Harbor makes it an ideal location for production and distribution. This Study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Job adaptability, digital capabilities and resilience on the performance of millennial employees. The type of research used is quantitative and this research uses 100 Millennial Employees from several manufacturing companies in Sidoarjo. The data collection method used is a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests consisting of multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and determination (R) tests. The hypothesis tests used are partial tests (t) and simultaneous tests (f). The research results show that partially the Job Adaptability and Resilience variables have a significant positive influence on employee performance. while the digital capability variable has no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously these three variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It is hoped that this research can be a consideration for developing human resources in companies in managing employees. Sidoarjo merupakan salah satu pusat industri manufaktur di Jawa Timur yang mencakup berbagai sektor, seperti Sepatu, makanan, minuman, plastik kemasan, serta tekstil dan garmen. Letaknya yang strategis dekat Surabaya dan Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak menjadikannya lokasi ideal untuk produksi dan distribusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kemampuan Adaptasi Kerja, Kemampuan Digital, dan Ketahanan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Milenial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan penelitian ini menggunakan 100 Karyawan Milenial dari beberapa perusahaan manufaktur di Sidoarjo. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan instrumen kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedestisitas, dan uji normalitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi dan determinasi (R). Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji parsial (t) dan uji simultan (f). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Kemampuan Adaptasi Kerja dan Ketahanan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. sedangkan variabel Kemampuann Digital berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan dalam mengelola karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Digital Capability, Burnout, and Resilience on Employee Performance at Bank Mandiri KCP Lamongan. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of a survey through a questionnaire to 50 employees as a research sample. The independent variables in this study include digital capability, burnout, and resilience, while employee performance is the dependent variable. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between these variables. The results showed that Digital Capability had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a T value of 2.154 and a significant coefficient value of 0.036. Burnout had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a T value of 2.117 and a significant coefficient value of 0.040. And Resilience is also known to have a significant positive effect on employee performance with a T value of 2.963 and a significant coefficient value of 0.005. Simultaneously, digital capability, burnout, and resilience have a significant effect on employee performance with an F value of 20.361 and a significant coefficient value of 0.001. These findings provide important implications for the management of Bank Mandiri KCP Lamongan to improve employee performance by strengthening digital capabilities, managing burnout, and developing employee resilience. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Digital Capability, Burnout, dan Resilience terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Bank Mandiri KCP Lamongan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa survei melalui kuesioner kepada 50 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini meliputi digital capability, burnout, dan resilience, sedangkan kinerja karyawan merupakan variabel terikat. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Digital Capability berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai T sebesar 2,154 dan nilai koefisien signifikan sebesar 0,036. Burnout berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai T sebesar 2,117 dan nilai koefisien signifikan sebesar 0,040. Dan Resilience diketahui pula berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai T sebesar 2,963 dan nilai koefisien signifikan sebesar 0,005. Secara simultan kapabilitas digital, burnout, dan resiliensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai F sebesar 20,361 dan nilai koefisien signifikansi sebesar 0,001. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen Bank Mandiri KCP Lamongan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui penguatan kapabilitas digital, pengelolaan burnout, dan pengembangan resiliensi pegawai.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to analyze and prove whether there is an influence and measure how strong the relationship of work-life balance, self efficacy, and job insecurity on the performance at PR. Alfi Putra Trenggalek. The type of research is explanatory research based on quantitative methodology. Explanatory research requires clarification of the relationship between research variables and the hypothesis testing process. Quantitative methodology is implemented in the analysis methodology. Production employees at PR Alfi Putra are the population in this study with a sample of 80 people. The main source of initial data comes from primary data, namely questionnaires. The methodology used to analyze the data includes: validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation tests (R), coefficient of determination tests (R2), t and F hypothesis tests. The findings partially prove that the work-life balance and self efficacy variables have a positive and significant influence on the employees performance of PR Alfi Putra Trenggalek, whereas job insecurity has a significant negative effect on the employees performance of PR Alfi Putra Trenggalek. Meanwhile simultaneous testing, work-life balance, self-efficacy, and job insecurity proves to have a significant effect on the employees performance of PR. Alfi Putra Trenggalek. Based on these results, it is important for companies to reduce job insecurity through clear work contracts and open communication. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan apakah terdapat adanya pengaruh serta mengukur seberapa kuat hubungan dari work-life balance, self efficacy, dan job insecurity terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PR. Alfi Putra Trenggalek. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian eksplanatori berbasis metodologi kuantitatif. Penelitian eksplanatori memerlukan klarifikasi hubungan antara variabel penelitian dan proses pengujian hipotesis. Metodologi kuantitatif diimplementasikan dalam metodologi analisis. Karyawan produksi di PR Alfi Putra merupakan populasi dalam penelitian ini dengan sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Sumber utama data awal adalah bersumber dari data primer yaitu kuesioner. Metodologi untuk mnganalisis data yang digunakan meliputi: pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, pengujian normalitas, pengujian multikolinieritas dan heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi (R), koefisien determinasi (R2), pengujian hipotesis t dan F. Hasil temuan membuktikan pengujian parsial variabel work-life balance dan self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan juga signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PR Alfi Putra Trenggalek, sedangkan job insecurity bepengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PR. Alfi Putra Trenggalek. Sementara itu pengujian simultan work-life balance, self efficacy, dan job insecurity membuktikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PR. Alfi Putra Trenggalek. Atas hasil tersebut, penting bagi perusahaan untuk mengurangi job insecurity melalui kontrak kerja yang jelas serta komunikasi yang terbuka.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Toxic Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support and Work Pressure on Employee Kineja of PT Titipan Ilahi Trans in Surabaya. This study uses primary and secondary data where the collection method uses questionnaires. This study uses a type of quantitative method, the population in this study is all employees of PT Titipan Ilahi Trans totaling 60 employees. This research will describe the causal relationship, so this method uses samples and hypotheses. The technical analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (r2) and hypothesis test using the t test, and the F test. The results of this study obtained from the multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 2.034 + 0.217X1 + 0.241X2 + 0.229X3 + e. The t-test showed a significance probability of < 0.05 which showed that the variables Toxic Leadership (X1), Perceived Organizational Support (X2) and Work Pressure (X3) had a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Meanwhile, the F test has a significance probability value of 0.000 < 0.05, where the variables Toxic Leadership (X1), Perceived Organizational Support (X2) and Work Pressure (X3) together have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The conclusion in this study is that the independent variables of Toxic Leadership (X1), Perceived Organizational Support (X2) and Work Pressure (X3) have a significant effect on the bound variables of Employee Performance (Y). So that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Toxic Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support dan Tekanan Kerja Terhadap Kineja Karyawan PT Titipan Ilahi Trans di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dimana metode pengumpulannya menggunakan kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Titipan Ilahi Trans yang berjumlah 60 karyawan. Penelitian ini akan menggambarkan tentang hubungan sebab akibat, sehingga metode ini menggunakan sampel dan hipotesis. Teknis analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (r2) serta uji hipotesisnya menggunakan uji t, dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini di peroleh dari analisis regresi linier berganda adalah Y = 2,034 + 0,217X1 + 0,241X2 + 0,229X3 + e. Uji t menunjukkan probabilitas signifikansi < 0,05 yang menunjukkan variabel Toxic Leadership (X1), Perceived Organizational Support (X2) dan Tekanan Kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Sedangkan untuk uji F memiliki nilai probabilitas signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, dimana variabel Toxic Leadership (X1), Perceived Organizational Support (X2) dan Tekanan Kerja (X3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Simpulan dalam penelitin ini adalah variabel bebas Toic Leadership (X1), Perceived Organizational Support (X2) dan Tekanan Kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat Kinerja Karyawan(Y). Sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of resilience, responsibility and job insecurity simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Deposited by Divine Trans in Surabaya. This research uses primary data, namely data that is directly collected or obtained by researchers from the research object, where this research uses questionnaire data collection techniques. This research uses a quantitative method with a population of all PT employees. As many as 60 people entrusted to Divine Trans. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (r2) and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results of this research are that the Resiliency variable (X1) has a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) with a tcount of 2.139 which is greater than ttable 2.000. The Responsibility variable (X2) has a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) with tcount of 4.891 which is greater than ttable 2.000. Then the Job Insecurity variable (X3) has a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) with a tcount of 4.201 which is greater than ttable 2.000. The conclusion from the results of this research is that the variables of resilience, responsibility and job insecurity have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT Titipan Divine Trans. This means that the higher the resilience, responsibility and job insecurity, the greater the employee performance. Keywords: resilience, responsibility, job insecurity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh resilienci, tanggung jawab dan job insecurity secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Titipan Ilahi Trans di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yakni data yang langsung dikumpulkan atau didpatkan oleh peneliti dari objek penelitian, dimana pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh karyawan PT. Titipan Ilahi Trans yang sebanyak 60 orang. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (r2) serta uji hipotesisnya menggunakan uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu variabel Resiliency (X1) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan pada Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan thitung yakni 2,139 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,000. Variabel Tanggung Jawab (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan pada Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan thitung yakni 4,891 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,000. Kemudian pada variabel Job Insecurity (X3) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan pada Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan thitung akni 4,201lebih besar dari ttabel 2,000. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini yakni variabel resilienci, tanggung jawab dan job insecurity berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Titipan Ilahi Trans. Dimana hal ini artinya menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi resilienci, tanggung jawab dan job insecurity maka bisa memberikan peningkatan pada kinerja karyawan..
