Abstract

The study is focused on exploring the engagement of Islamic Religious Education teachers of primary schools in Semarang in instilling religious moderation.  It specifically examines aspects such as the teachers’ comprehension of religious moderation, their commitment, their effort and their obstacles in instilling religious moderation. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method, gathering data through interview, questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The findings revealed that while most of the Islamic Religious Education teachers of primary schools in Semarang participating in this study had a good understanding of religious moderation, some teachers still did not understand the concept of religious moderation comprehensively.  Although most teachers had a serious commitment and had begun the process of introducing religious moderation to students, a small number of others admitted that they were just about to do so.  The teachers made efforts differently in instilling religious moderation to the students, including among others, inserting messages of religious moderation and encouraging student to practice the values of religious moderation both in learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom.  Most teachers encountered obstacles in their struggles to instill religious moderation in students, both internal and external. Internally, the children were noisy and did not focus on listening to the teacher’s explanation. Externally, the time provided by the school is very limited.  Based on the findings, this study suggests the need for a serious training to strengthen competency in religious moderation and its implementation for Islamic religious education teachers in elementary schools.

Abstract

Capture fisheries in Kebumen Regency has a large potential of fish resources. The status of capture fisheries in Kebumen Regency includes the development of the number of fishermen/RTPs, fishing vessels, fishing gear, fishing production volume, fishery production value, types and catches of fish. The results showed that Kebumen fishermen are included in the category of small fishermen based on the use of boat types less than 5 GT and outboard motorboats. The number of growth of fishermen and the number of fishing boats in Kebumen Regency increased throughout 2016-2020. Types of fishing gear used by fishermen in Kebumen district include fixed gill nets, drift gill nets, trammel nets, fishing rods and hooks. The production volume and production value of the Kebumen capture fishery decreased in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Potential species caught by Kebumen fishermen were demersal fish with high economic value such as white pomfret (Pampus argenteus), lobster (Panulirus homarus), jerebung shrimp (Penaeus merguiensis) and red snapper (Lutjanus campechanus).

Abstract

Hotate scallop are cold water species that can only be cultivated in cold waters. Consumption of Patinopecten yessoensis, Jay 1857 from Japan and other countries shows greater demand, so research related to hotate scallop is important to manage hotate culture and its broodstock to maintain continous supply of this marine product. The purpose of this study is to determine the similarities and dissimilarities morphological characters of hotate scallop in Funka Bay Japan based on landmark characteristics. Data collection technique used was purposive sampling. Morphological measurements was conducted using Image-J software, principle component analysis using PAST software. The results indicate that the level of similarity of hotate scallop in cluster I is 70% and in cluster II is 85%. The principal components of hotate scallop morphometric landmarks is growth line number A20, A21, A22, A23, A25 from total 35 landmarks.

Abstract

Osteochilus hasseltii belongs to the Cyprinidae family and is a native species in the Banjaran River. Populations of O. hasseltii that are continuously exploited can cause the population to decrease and cause an imbalance between males and females. This study aims to determine differences in morphology and sex of O. hasseltii. The research method uses a survey method and purposive random sampling at two stations, namely Kober Village and Kedung Wuluh Village. A total of 16 individuals of O. hasseltii (8 males and 8 females) were caught using fishing rods. About 24 morphometric truss distances were measured using Image-J software. Normality and homogeneity tests need to be done before conducting the t-test. Data analysis used the t-test with the help of Minitab software. The morphological characters of O. hasseltii seen from the dendogram can be seen that each truss distance measured on male O. hasseltii has a similarity of above 90% so that the morphological differences and the similarities are small. Whereas in female O.hasseltii, the similarity exceeds 75% at each truss distance so that the distinguishing character of female O.hasseltii can be seen from the truss distance which has a small similarity, namely Anal-fin base length (Q) of 76.14% and Upper-jaw length (D) of 86.3%. The results of the t-test showed 8 morphometric truss distances that could be used as a distinguishing feature of male and female O. hasseltii is Snout-supraoccipital distance, Snout length, Snout-pectoral distance, Snout-gill distance, Postorbital head length, Gill-pelvic distance, Dorsal-pelvic distance, and Dorsal fin base length. Therefore, the morphometric truss can be used to differentiate the sex of O. hasseltii.

Abstract

Barbonymus balleroides merupakan ikan yang banyak ditemukan di Sungai Banjaran sebagai ikan konsumsi bagi masyarakat sekitar. Bentuk morfologi ikan secara terus menerus dapat mengalami adaptasi morfologi sejak ikan itu lahir hingga dewasa, oleh karena itu dapat dideteksi menggunakan beberapa alat. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui karakter morfologi ikan adalah morfometrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakter morfometrik B. Balleroides dan mengetahui jarak truss pembeda B. Balleroides jantan dan betina. Hasil yang didapat dari pengukuran 22 karakter morfometrik menunjukkan bahwa morfologi B. Balleroides kurang bervariasi. Klaster yang terbentuk baik jantan maupun betina memiliki kemiripan di atas 90%. Sedangkan jarak truss yang menjadi pembeda B. Balleroides jantan dan betina terdapat dua karakter morfometrik yaitu jarak awal sirip dorsal-pangkal sirip perut (K) dan jarak awal sirip dorsal-pangkal sirip anal (Q) dimana betina lebih panjang dibanding jantan, tetapi hasil tersebut tidak berbeda nyata secara statistik. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, B. Balleroides jantan dan betina tidak bisa dibedakan menggunakan metode morfometrik berbasis 22 landmark.

Abstract

The rapid The main problem in the misuse of data used in crime is the result of a lack of file security. This study proposes a data security method to protect document files using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm combined with the Vigenere Cipher. This research carried out 2 processes, namely the encryption process and the decryption process. The encryption process will be carried out by the AES algorithm and then encrypted again with the Vigenere Cipher algorithm. The experiments show that the proposed method can encrypt files properly, where there are changes in the value of the document file and the encrypted file cannot be opened and the description results do not cause changes to the original file. The results of this study are that the system is able to work properly so as to produce file encryption and decryption using the AES method combined with the Vigenere Cipher. In document files, the largest difference in encryption and decryption time is 8 seconds, while in image files the difference in encryption and decryption time is 17 seconds. This longest time difference is generated by large files.

Abstract

The management of the Qur'an memorization program at Rumah Tahfizh Al-Furqon, Mugomulyo, Sungai Batang Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau, plays a crucial role in enhancing the competitive advantage of its students. This study aims to analyze the management strategies implemented and their impact on the quality of memorization and character development of the students. Using field research with a phenomenological approach, this study involved Qur'an memorization teachers and students as respondents. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that the program not only improves the students' memorization skills but also plays a key role in fostering discipline, responsibility, and leadership among them. Rumah Tahfizh Al-Furqon significantly contributes to shaping a generation that is both competitive and of high moral character within society, while also strengthening the institution's role in Islamic education. This research can serve as a reference for other Qur'an memorization institutions in developing similar programs.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of compensation and organizational commitment on performance through work discipline directly and indirectly. The approach used in this research is a causal approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Razza Prima Transformer Medan. The sample in this study using the Slovin formula consisted of 60 employees. Data collection techniques in this research used documentation, observation and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this research uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using Outer Model Analysis, Inner Model Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this research uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this research show that directly the influence of compensation, organizational commitment and work discipline has a significant effect on performance, compensation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on work discipline, and indirectly compensation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on performance through work discipline at PT. Abstract

Pengetahuan akan perekonomian yang berbasis pada prinsip Syariah sudah cukup lama diterapkan di Indonesia, termasuk pada prinsip syariah yang dilaksanakan pada sektor pertanian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem kerjasama pertanian yang digunakan oleh Yayasan Pesantren Indonesia (YPI) dengan P3KPI (Perkumpulan Petani Penyangga Ketahanan Pangan Indonesia). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research atau penelitian kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui obsevasi yaitu mengadakan peninjauan langsung di lapangan untuk mendapatkan gambaran nyata tentang kegiatan yang di teliti dan wawancara petani P3KPI, kemudian data tersbut  dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sistem kerjasama yang digunakan Yayasan Pesantren Indonesia dengan P3KPI adalah menggunakan sistem muzara’ah. Pihak YPI menyiapkan lahan pertanian, bibit dan permodalan yang dihajatkan dalam produksi pertanian, sedangkan petani menyiapkan tenaga dan keahlian untuk mengolah lahan. Hasil panen dibagi dua setelah dikurangi modal yang dikeluarkan. Modal berupa bibit, biaya pengolahan lahan, biaya tanam, biaya perawatan dan biaya panen. Pembagian seperti ini disepakati dalam akad perjanjian sebelum dimulai penggarapan.

Abstract

Kasus prita mulyasari melawan omni internasional dkk adalah sebuah perkara hukum yang menarik perhatian publik dalam kurun waktu beberapa Tahun terakhir. Ada beberapa permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengenai bagaimana tinjauan yuridis tentang perbuatan melawan hukum dalam perspektif hukum perdata terhadap kasus Prita Mulyasari dan bagaimana dasar putusan hakim Pengadilan Negeri Tangerang No. 300/Pdt/2010/PN.TGR ditinjau dari hukum perdata. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif empiris, data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dari penelitian ini dilapangan  yang ada hubungannya dengan masalah yang diteliti. Data skunder diperoleh dari penelitian kepustakaan yang meliputi buku-buku litelatur, peraturan perundag- undagan, dokumen- dokumen resmi dan lain-lain, kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisa secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan penyusun terhadap perkara Tinjauan Yuridis Tentang Perbuatan Melawan Hukum Dalam Perspektif Hukum Perdata Terhadap Kasus Prita Mulyasari terkait dengan  Putusan Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Tangerang No.300/Pdt.G/2010/PN TGR yang memutus tidak adanya perbuatan melawan hukum yang dilakukan oleh Prita Mulyasari sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang diatur alam KUHPerdata dan Yurisprudensi. Dari hasil putusan putusan Mahkamah Agung No. 300 K/Pdt/2010 ini, 2010 kepada teman-temannya tersebut berkaitan dengan masalah pelayanan medis yang diberikan oleh para termohon kasasi : oleh karena dalam putusan terdakwa prita mulyasari dinyatakan bebas, maka putusan pengadilan tinggal dalam perkara ini yang telah menguatkan putusan pengadilan negri adalah salah satu dalam menilai dan mempertimbangkan fakta hukum serta salah dalam  menilai dan mempertimbangkan fakta hukum serta salah dalam menerapkan hukum, oleh karena itu berdasarkan pertimbangan diatas putusan judex facti harus dibatalkan dan tidak terbuktinya melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum.Kata kunci : Perbuatan melawan hukum, hukum perdata, prita mulyasari ABSTRAK The case of Prita Mulyasari against Omni International et al is a legal case that has attracted public attention in the last few years. There are several problems that will be discussed in this study, namely how to review the juridical action against  the law in the perspective of civil law on the Prita Mulyasari case and how the basis for the decision of the Tangerang District Court judge no. 300/Pdt/2010/PN.TGR in terms of civil law. This type of research is empirical normative legal research, primary data obtained directly from this research in the field that has to do with the problem under study. Secondary data is obtained from library research which includes literature books, laws and regulations, official documents and others, then the data obtained are analyzed and analyzed qualitatively. Based on the research conducted by the authors of the Juridical Review case concerning Unlawful Acts in the Civil Law Perspective of the Prita Mulyasari Case related to the Tangerang District Court Judge's Decision No.300/Pdt.G/2010/PN TGR which decided that there was an unlawful act committed by Prita Mulyasari has complied with the provisions of the Civil Code and Jurisprudence. From the results of the decision of the Supreme Court No. 300 K/Pdt/2010, 2010 to his friends is related to the problem of medical services provided by the defendants of cassation: because in the decision of the defendant Prita Mulyasari was declared acquitted, the court's decision remains in this case which has strengthened the decision of the state court is one in assessing and considering legal facts and wrong in assessing and considering legal facts and wrong in applying the law, therefore based on the above considerations the judex facti decision must be annulled and there is no evidence of committing an unlawful act.Keywords: Acts Against The Law, Civil Law, Prita Mulyasari
