Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan media Flanelgraf pada pembelajaran sejarah di kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri Bunga Bangsa Nagan Raya dan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa setelah penerapan media Flanelgraf pada pembelajaran sejarah di kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri Bunga Bangsa Nagan Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri Bunga Bangsa Nagan Raya yang berjumlah 20 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan observasi dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa (1) hasil dari pengamatan kegiatan guru dan siswa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 97,5% dengan kategori sangat baik. (2) Motivasi siswa terhadap media flanelgraf dalam pembelajaran sejarah di kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri Bunga Bangsa Nagan Raya yaitu 21,2% menjawab sangat setuju, 32,2% menjawab setuju, 13,7% menjawab ragu-ragu, 21,5% menjawab tidak setuju, dan 11,5% menjawab sangat tidak setuju dengan kategori baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam proses penerapan media flanelgraf dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar sejarah siswa.

Artikel ini berjudul pengaruh media flashcard terhadap hasil belajar sejarah siswa kelas X IPS SMAN 1 Muara Batu. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya nilai hasil belajar sejarah siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh media flashcard terhadap hasil belajar sejarah siswa X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Muara Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pre-experimental designs dengan bentuk design one group pretest postest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X IPS yang terdiri dari 2 kelas yang berjumlah 45 siswa. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPS 2 yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Pada teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji paired sampel test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai thitung = 7.817 dan nilai ttabel pada taraf α = 0,05 dengan df = 22 adalah 2,074 berarti thitung ttabel atau 7.8172,074 pada taraf signifikansi (a) 5% maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima atau terdapat pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media flashcard dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas X IPS 2 SMAN 1 Muara Batu Kabupaten Aceh Utara.

Dayah Ulumuddin Kota Lhokseumawe is an educational institution established in 1988 with the aim of establishing primary schools, madrasahs, secondary schools and vocational schools. This dayah focuses on learning Arabic and English, fostering the younger generation to be knowledgeable and devoted. The dayah's student management is designed to support the teaching and learning process well, ensure students become disciplined, and optimize students' potential. Through qualitative research methods, investigated the efforts of student management implementation on student quality. The research findings highlighted the importance of student management in organizing student activities to support the overall learning process. The results show that Dayah Ulumuddin Lhokseumawe City's student management covers various aspects, from the process of recruiting new students to coaching and developing students. It has a variety of programs, including entrance tests, orientation period, class division, student coaching, extracurricular activities, to student recording and reporting. In conclusion, student management at Dayah Ulumuddin Lhokseumawe City has an important role in supporting the learning process and student development. With various programs and principles applied, the dayah strives to provide the best service to students so that they can develop optimally according to their individual potential.

This article examined the history of the merkus pine forest in the Dutch colonial era in Tanah Gayo, Aceh Province, Indonesia. The researcher focused on finding facts about (1) forest management and exploitation; and (2) the life of the contract labor. In this study, we employed the historical method using primary sources, which consisted of documents or archives, reports, pictures, and records of the Dutch people’s journey to Tanah Gayo. In addition, the secondary sources were books, newspapers, thesis, and relevant articles. The author found three very basic problems. First, before the arrival of the Dutch colonials, most of the merkus pine forest was part of ulayat lands and customary forests. The forest itself was regulated by custom and maight not be owned by individuals. In addition, the community was traditionally given the right to use the resources in the forest. During the Dutch colonial period, the forest management system adopted many systems and rules from Java, but these rules were interpreted by the Dutch according to the purpose of exploitation so that it seemed unclear. Second, the contract labor were Javanese, but these workers were actually part of human exploitation.

This study aims to find out ihdad for women who are still in the iddah period of death by their husbands in the digital era. For women whose husbands die, they still actively use social media, of course this will contradict the classical rule that during the iddah period of four months and ten days, the wife expresses her grief by not wearing makeup, not blinking her eyes, not wearing perfume and not leaving the house except on certain business. Even though in fact she does not leave the house nowadays, by uploading photos or videos on social media pages, more people will see. The question is how to use social media when women are in the ihdad period. This research is qualitative with a normative study approach, which is research that is directed and focused on collecting library materials, which have to do with the problem of ihdad. The results of this study conclude that women who are left dead by their husbands are not allowed to use social media social media as a medium to express feelings, share daily activities, upload photos or videos of themselves for four months and ten days, to avoid negative things and can cause lust for men. The purpose of this research is to find out how child support is fulfilled based on the decisions of the Banda Aceh Syar'iyah Court, the factors that are taken into consideration by judges regarding child support after divorce. This research is normative legal research. By using two approaches, namely the statutory approach and the case approach, this research examines the decisions of 5 (five) judges from the Sharia Court. The research results show that in general the judges make child support decisions in the form of monthly support only, without including the child's health and education costs. Factors that influence the judge's consideration in deciding the type of child support are judicial considerations. Unfortunately, most of the judges' considerations are only based on the provisions for providing postdivorce child support from the marriage law. By ignoring child protection laws and the compilation of Islamic law, which in fact also provides provisions for fulfilling child support after divorce which provides more protection for children in terms of meeting needs from various aspects. This study recommends that the judicial authority make decisions regarding the fulfillment of child support after divorce more progressively by considering aspects that provide protection for children. Apart from that, the juridical basis of protection laws and KHI can also be adopted for the benefit of children. Keywords: Child Support, Judge's Decision, Child Protection

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran probing-prompting terhadap sikap sosial. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September-DesemberÂ 2015 di SMPN 2 Tarakan. Â Penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan populasi siswa kelas VIII dan sampel sebanyak 2 kelas. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar penilai diri. Â Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-TestÂ dan uji regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan sofiware SPSS 16 for Windows. Hasil uji-t sikap sosial diperoleh thitung 2,045Â lebih besar dariÂ ttable (1,671). Hasil ujiÂ regresi linear sederhana menunjukan bahwa aktivitas probing-prompting berpengaruhÂ positif terhadap sikap sosial siswa dengan kontribusi sebesar 12,0%.Â Â Kata kunciProbing-Prompting, Sikap SosialÂ

This research aims to determine the socio-cultural picture of early marriage in the Selayar Islands district. This research method uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, namely collecting data by conducting in-depth interviews with 16 informants aged 15-18 years who have experienced early marriage. The results of the research show that there are several things that are the main causes of early marriage in the Selayar Islands district, precisely in Benteng sub-district, South Selawesi, namely; arranged marriages, social environment, economics and promiscuity. Perceptions about children marrying at an early age, some respondents said the reason for marrying at an early age was because of the arranged marriage element, the element of like-mindedness and the element of necessity due to promiscuity. Perceptions about children getting married at an early age, some respondents said that their parents did not agree with their marriage. In conclusion, there are several things that are the main causes of early marriage in the Selayar Islands Regency, namely: arranged marriages, social environment and promiscuity. The realization of Gender Responsive Budgeting Planning (PPRG) is supported by the existence of a gender disaggregated data system in a university. This study aims to determine the implementation and effectiveness of the gender disaggregated data system at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. This research is a qualitative research. Data was collected by means of in-depth interviews with the University, all faculties, and the Information Center and UIN North Sumatra Database. The results showed that the gender disaggregation data system had not been fully implemented by UIN North Sumatra. Although in practice, gender justice has been carried out quite maximally with the opportunities given to lecturers and education staff who occupy strategic positions at UIN North Sumatra. The existence of the Center for Gender and Child Studies at UIN North Sumatra also plays a significant role with the dissemination of the Gender Based System (GBS) and Gender Analysis Pathway (GBP), but the implementation and development of an integrated gender disaggregation data system is still not effective. This is due to the coordination has not been optimal in all lines and units on campus, and there are still no policies and regulations related to the legality of an integrated and interconnected gender disaggregated data system at UIN North Sumatera.Terwujudnya Perencanaan Penganggaran Responsif Gender (PPRG) didukung dengan adanya sistem data pilah gender di sebuah perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi dan efektivitas sistem data pilah gender di Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara mendalam kepada pihak Universitas, semua fakultas, dan bagian Pusat Informasi dan pangkalan Data UIN Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem data pilah pilah gender belum sepenuhnya diterapkan oleh UIN Sumatera Utara. Meskipun dalam prakteknya, keadilan gender sudah dilaksanakan cukup maksimal dengan adanya kesempatan yang diberikan kepada tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang menduduki jabatan strategis di UIN Sumatera Utara. Keberadaaan Pusat Studi Gender dan Anak yang ada di UIN Sumatera Utara juga memberikan peran yang cukup besar dengan dilakukannya sosialisasi Gender Based System (GBS) dan Gender Analysis Pathway (GBP), tetapi pelaksanaan dan pembuatan sistem data pilah gender yang terintegrasi masih belum efektif. Hal ini karena koordinasi yang belum masksimal di semua lini dan unit yang ada di kampus, kemudian juga masih belum adanya kebijakan dan regulasi terkait legalitas sistem data pilah gender yang terintegrasi dan terinterkoneksi di UIN Sumatera Utara

The purpose of this study is: to describe the role of the principal as a supervisor in optimizing the pedagogic competence of teachers at SMPN 2 Lhokseumawe. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a field study approach, where the source of data is obtained from interviews with school principals, Curriculum Representatives and teachers, Furthermore, data collection techniques used documentation, observation and interview techniques which were then processed using reduction, display and data verification techniques. Based on the results of the study it was found that: The role of the principal as a supervisor in optimizing the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMPN 2 Lhokseumawe that is true, the principal has played a role as a supervisor, this is proven one way or another by the way the principal as a supervisor has included teachers in training activities carried out by the central institution through the Education Quality Assurance Agency and Education Personnel carried out by the Provincial Education Office through the UPTD The Center for Teacher Quality Development both in the Province and in the District/City, in addition to that the school principal as a supervisor has sent teachers to take part in activities carried out by the Subject Teacher Consultation forum (MGMP).
