Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan permainan Lego dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia 5–6 tahun di PAUD Al Khairiyah Delingseng Cilegon. Perkembangan kognitif anak usia dini mencakup kemampuan berpikir simbolik dan pemecahan masalah yang perlu diasah melalui media yang menyenangkan dan edukatif. Salah satunya adalah permainan Lego yang mampu merangsang kemampuan berpikir logis, imajinatif, serta koordinasi motorik dan visual anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas dan anak usia 5–6 tahun yang aktif mengikuti kegiatan bermain Lego di PAUD tersebut. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan permainan Lego memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan kognitif anak, khususnya dalam aspek berpikir simbolik dan pemecahan masalah. Anak mampu mengenali dan menyusun lambang bilangan, mencocokkan bentuk, serta menyusun bangunan sederhana dengan kreativitas dan pemikiran logis.

Abstract

Psychotropic drugs are used to treat psychiatric disorders, but they carry a risk of dependence. Prescription abuse includes using these medications without a prescription and attempting to obtain them illegally. Problems also arise from the improper use of patient cards and doctor's prescriptions. Currently, patient identification is managed separately by each pharmacy, allowing multiple drug purchases at different locations. Based on the preliminary study conducted, there is a need for an integrated recording system between pharmacies to prevent drug misuse, especially psychotropic substances. This requirement aligns with the competencies that must be possessed by medical recorders according to the Decree of the Minister of Health Number 312 of 2020. A medical recorder must be capable of designing health data standards that include data elements, data sets, databases, and the structure and content of health data, ensuring that the data can be used to support healthcare services. This research aims to conduct a needs analysis, design, and assessment for creating a psychotropic patient identification system. The methodology employed in this research follows a waterfall model approach in developing information systems. The stages of the waterfall model include needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire was applied in the testing and evaluation process to assess the level of system usability. The research findings indicate the necessity of an integrated patient identification system among pharmacies to prevent prescription misuse. It is hoped that this system design will serve as a planning model for the next phase. The system usability scale results show that the designed system is effective and acceptable.

Abstract

Cassava has long been known as one of the main staple food in Indonesia. Whereas the cassava peel contains starch of approximately 72%, it is still underrated as a carbohydrate source for fermentation.The utilization of cassava peel as a substrate in solid state fermentation potentially replaces rice as a carbon source leading to more cost-effective production. This study aims at producing glucoamylase by means of solid state fermentation using Aspergillus awamori KT-11 and cassava peel as substrate. The study demonstrated that medium composition and drying technique affected the production of glucoamylase. The highest glucoamylase activities were identified when cassava peel and mineral media was used in fermentation, compared to only cassava peel; the combination of cassava peel, mineral, and rice bran; rice media or a mixture of rice, mineral and rice bran. Freeze-dried glucoamylase, furthermore, exhibited higher specific activity in contrast to the oven-dried one, with 452 U/mL and 365 U/mL, respectively. In conclusion, cassava peel plus mineral is a better substrate for glucosamine production by A. awamori KT-11 in solid state fermentation. Besides, powdered glucoamylase had been demonstrated to be capable of hydrolyzing starch-based biomass.

Abstract

The problems of this research are: (1). What problems are faced by the people of Katobengke Village which are the reasons for the need to prepare a Draft Regional Regulation for the Expansion of Katobengke Village? (2). What are the philosophical, sociological and juridical considerations/foundations for drafting the Draft Regional Regulation in question? (3). What are the implications of implementing the Academic Text for Village Expansion which will be regulated in Regional Regulations on the Economic, Socio-Cultural and Environmental Aspects of the Village. The research objectives are: (1). Formulate the problems faced by the Katobengke community of Baubau City which are the reasons for the need to prepare a Draft Regional Regulation for the Expansion of the Katobengke Village. (2). Abstract

Pelatihan eco print merupakan salah satu bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan lokal sekaligus membuka peluang usaha kreatif. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa KKN Universitas Muhammadiyah Karanganyar (UMUKA) bersama ibu-ibu PKK Desa Kadipiro, Kecamatan Jumapolo, Kabupaten Karanganyar, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam memanfaatkan bahan alam menjadi produk bernilai seni dan jual. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tiga tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, dengan kombinasi penyampaian materi teori, praktik langsung, serta diskusi reflektif. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur pemahaman kognitif, serta observasi hasil karya untuk menilai keterampilan praktik. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pemahaman peserta, dari rata-rata 38% pada pretest menjadi 85% pada posttest. Selain itu, peserta berhasil menghasilkan karya eco print dengan variasi motif dan warna yang bernilai estetika dan berpotensi menjadi produk kreatif bernilai ekonomi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa metode pembelajaran berbasis praktik (learning by doing) efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas individu, khususnya ibu-ibu PKK, serta mendorong kemandirian ekonomi keluarga melalui pengembangan produk ramah lingkungan. Dengan demikian, pelatihan eco print tidak hanya berdampak pada peningkatan keterampilan dan kreativitas, tetapi juga berpotensi memperkuat identitas lokal Desa Kadipiro sebagai desa dengan produk unggulan berbasis kearifan lokal.

Abstract

Spent bleaching earth (SBE), a waste generated from palm oil bleaching, contains residual oil and organic matter that block its pore structure and pose environmental disposal concerns. Regeneration of SBE is therefore essential to enable its reutilization. In this study, SBE was regenerated by calcination and further modified via KOH impregnation at concentrations of 1.00, 0.10, and 0.01 M. The regenerated materials were characterized using XRF, SEM, TEM, XRD, and BET surface area analysis. Calcination combined with 0.10 M KOH impregnation increased the surface area from 8.70 to 93.81 m2/g, approaching the value of activated bleaching earth (94.29 m2/g), and significantly altered pore volume and pore size distribution. These findings indicate that calcination restores the basic structure of SBE, while subsequent KOH impregnation enhances its morphological properties, highlighting the potential of regenerated SBE as a low-cost adsorbent or catalyst support.

Abstract

The background of this study is that children appear to be less physically active and have difficulty performing various basic movements in a balanced manner. This study aims to determine the Effect of Traditional Engklek Games on Gross Motor Skills of Children Aged 5-6 Years at TKIT Alif Serang City. This study applies to an experimental research method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The objects of this study are students at TKIT Alif Serang City. The object of this study is the effect of traditional Engklek games on the gross motor development of children aged 5-6 years at TKIT Alif Serang City. The population in this study was all students at TKIT Alif Serang City, totaling 12 students. This study applies a saturated sampling technique because all members of the population were taken as samples. The data collection method applied is observation and documentation. The data analysis method uses a paired sample t-test with the support of the SPSS Windows version 26 application. The results of the data analysis from the Paired sample T-Test, so that the Sig. (2-tailed) has a value of 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted, which indicates that there is a significant influence of the traditional engklek game on the development of children's gross motor skills. Based on data analysis in the experimental class, it was obtained that r count > r table = 0.576, so the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. It can be concluded that the traditional engklek game has a positive impact on the development of gross motor skills in children aged 5-6 years at TKIT Alif, Serang City.

Abstract

Indonesia, as a maritime nation, faces the challenge of low maritime science literacy among the younger generation, including in early childhood. This study aims to examine the potential, obstacles, and strategies for strengthening maritime science literacy in early childhood education institutions. The method used was a literature review by analyzing 30 references published between 2016 and 2024, including three journals by Nuryati. The results indicate that the integration of marine themes in early childhood education is still minimal due to limitations in media, curriculum, and teacher training. However, a thematic approach, the role of families, and marine-based media can be a solution to instill a scientific understanding of the ocean from an early age. This study recommends the need for national policies and cross-sectoral support so that maritime science literacy becomes an integral part of early childhood education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh etika bisnis Islam terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada bank syariah. Etika bisnis Islam yang didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip syariah seperti kejujuran, keadilan, dan amanah diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kepuasan nasabah, yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi tingkat loyalitas mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 200 nasabah bank syariah di wilayah tertentu. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel etika bisnis Islam dan loyalitas nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika bisnis Islam berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah bank syariah. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan etika bisnis berlandaskan syariah untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan daya saing bank syariah di pasar keuangan syariah.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kewajiban suami terhadap istri yang paling pokok setelah akad nikah adalah kewajiban pemberian nafkah baik secara lahir yakni pemenuhan kebutuhan rumah tangga dan batin yakni pemenuhan kebutuhan biologis. Dalam sebuah hadis ditunjukkan bahwa pemberian nafkah yang pantas adalah wajib bagi suami untuk istri atas kehalalan suami terhadap kemaluan istri. Di Desa Somagede ditemukan bahwa saat istri membantu suami mencari penghasilan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarganya, ada sebagian suami yang tidak memberikan nafkah lagi pada istrinya dengan alasan bahwa istrinya telah bekerja sehingga menganggap bahwa nafkah telah gugur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pasangan suami istri yang bekerja di Desa Somagede Kabupaten Banyumas. Sedangkan objek penelitianya adalah praktik pelaksanaan pemberian nafkah dari suami kepada istri yang berpenghasilan di Desa Somagede Kabupaten Banyumas. Nafkah wajib hukumnya dipenuhi oleh suami berdasarkan nash-nash yang bersumber dari al Qur’an, hadis dan ijma.Nafkah adalah hak istri meskipun ia kaya dan suaminya miskin. Kewajiban memberi nafkah kepada istri tidak gugur, kecuali jika istri membangkang atau nusyuz. Tentang praktik pemberian nafkah dari suami pada istri yang berpenghasilan di Desa Somagede Kabupaten Banyumas berdasarkan hasil wawancara peneliti dengan responden, masing-masing keluarga mempunyai cara yang berbeda dalam mengaplikasikan kewajiban memberi nafkah pada istrinya. Sedangkan menurut sosiologi hukum Islam, suami tetap wajib memberikan nafkah pada istri yang berpenghasilan sendiri sesuai dengan kemampuannya tanpa menuntut nafkah melebihi batas kemampuan suaminya.Kata kunci: Nafkah, Berpenghasilan, Sosiologi Hukum Islam. Abstract: The most basic obligation of a husband to his wife after the marriage contract is the obligation to provide a living both physically, namely the fulfillment of household needs and spiritually, namely the fulfillment of biological needs. In a hadith it is shown that it is obligatory for a husband to provide a proper living for his wife for the husband's lawfulness of the wife's genitals. In Somagede Village, it was found that when the wife helps her husband earn an income to meet the needs of his family, there are some husbands who do not provide any more support for their wives on the grounds that their wives have worked so they think that their livelihoods have died. This type of research is field research. Data collection techniques, namely by interview, observation, and documentation. The subject of this research is a married couple who work in Somagede Village, Banyumas Regency. While the object of the research is the practice of providing a living from husband to wife who earns income in Somagede Village, Banyumas Regency. The husband's obligatory livelihood is fulfilled by the husband based on texts sourced from the Qur'an, hadith and ijma. Sustenance is the right of the wife even though she is rich and her husband is poor. The obligation to provide a living for the wife does not fall, unless the wife disobeys or nusyuz. Regarding the practice of giving a living from a husband to a wife who earns money in Somagede Village, Banyumas Regency, based on the results of interviews with respondents, each family has a different way of applying the obligation to provide for their wives. Meanwhile, according to the sociology of Islamic law, the husband is still obliged to provide a living for his wife who earns herself according to her ability without demanding a living beyond the limits of her husband's ability.Keywords: Live, Earn, Sociology of Islamic Law.
