Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Studens Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) pada materi sistem pencernaan makanan di kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Siantan tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), yang dilakukan dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksana tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pelaksanaan dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus dan masing-masing dengan satu kali pertemuan setiap siklus. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 26 siswa terdiri dari 14 orang siswa laki-laki dan 12 orang siswa perempuan. Persentase proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus I mencapai 90,91% dan siklus II mencapai 100%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 75,13 dengan persentase ketuntasan 80,77% dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 84,36 dengan persentase ketuntasan 96,15%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.   Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Tipe STAD, Hasil Belajar       Abstract: The purpose of this study is to improve the studens’ result by using the cooperative learning type of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) on the material of digestive system in VIII B class of SMP Negeri 2 Siantan in academic year 2014/2015. This study was a classroom action research which conducted in 2 cycles, where each consists of planning, execution, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study was 14 male students and 12 female students . The percentage of the learning process in the first cycle achieved 90,91% and 100% in the second cycle. The result of this study has shown that the average result on cycle I was 75,13 with 80,77% of completeness and 84,36 of improvement on cycle II with 96,15% of completeness concluded that the cooperative learning type STAD is able to improve the students’ result.   Key words: Learning Type STAD, Learning Achievement

Abstract

This research is aimed to determine the effectivity of cooperative learning model through Numbered Heads Together (NHT) by visual media on students’ achievement in material life organization of VII grade SMP Rehoboth. The research is quasi experimental design, with nonequivalen control group design. The research samples are VIIa and VIIb grade. The technique of data collecting is by using random sampling. The average score of the students’ achievement that has been teach by using Numbered Heads Together (NHT) of cooperative learning model with visual media is 14,89 as higher than the conventional model of 11,29. The t-test in standard 5%  shows tcount= 5,023 bigger than its comparation to ttable = 1,679, it means there is a significant difference in the post-test result.  The counting of effect size is 1,27 it includes high, so the concluded that Numbered Heads Together (NHT) of cooperative learning model with visual media gave 39,80% of contribution on students’ achievement.Key words : Numbered heads together, visual media.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik, serta mengetahui proses pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran SAVI berbantuan flashcard materi Sistem Eksresi kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Bunut Hulu. Subjek penelitian yaitu 22 peserta didik kelas VIII. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar observasi proses pembelajaran dan aktivitas belajar, serta soal tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses pembelajaran pada siklus I sebesar 92,31% dan siklus II mencapai 100%. Aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada siklus I sebesar 77,27% dan siklus II sebesar 90,91%. Hasil belajar menunjukkan jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas pada siklus I adalah 18 orang dengan persentase 81,82% dan siklus II adalah 21 orang dengan persentase 95,45%. AbstractThe research aimed to improve the activities and learning outcomes of students, as well as to find out the learning process using SAVI learning models assisted by flashcard at Expression System material for Class VIII SMP Negeri 5 Bunut Hulu. The research subjects were 22 students of class VIII. The research method used classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The instruments used observation sheets of the learning process and learning activities, as well as learning achievement test questions. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics. The results showed that the learning process in the first cycle was 92.31% and the second cycle reached 100%. Learning activities of students in the first cycle was 77.27% and the second cycle was 90.91%. Learning outcomes show the number of students who completed in the first cycle was 18 people with a percentage of 81.82% and the second cycle was 21 people with a percentage of 95.45%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan tes pilihan ganda dengan esai pada materi Sistem Peredaran Darah kelas VIII SMPN 14 Pontianak, ada tidaknya interaksi tipe tes dan kemampuan kognitif terhadap hasil belajar, perbedaan hasil belajar antara tes pilihan ganda dengan esai pada siswa berkemampuan kognitif tinggi dan perbedaan hasil belajar antara tes pilihan ganda dengan esai pada siswa berkemampuan kognitif rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan bentuk treatment by level 2 2. Hasil uji Anava dua jalur dengan 0,05; terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan tes pilihan ganda dengan esai dimana Fhitung(5,37) > Ftabel(3,96). Lebih lanjut, terdapat interaksi antara tipe tes dan kemampuan kognitif dengan Fhitung(4,26) > Ftabel(3,96). Hasil pengujian Anava satu jalur menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar tes pilihan ganda dengan esai pada siswa berkemampuan kognitif tinggi dimana Fhitung(0,03) < Ftabel(4,08). Sementara itu, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar tes pilihan ganda dengan esai pada siswa berkemampuan kognitif rendah dimana Fhitung(11,59) > Ftabel(4,08). Kata kunci : tipe tes, kemampuan kognitif, treatment by level. Abstract: This research was aimed to determine : the differences of learning outcome students using multiple choice test and essay on Circulatory System of the VIII grade students of SMPN 14 Pontianak, the existence of test type interactions and cognitive ability towards learning outcome, the differences learning outcome between multiple choice test and essay to student with high level cognitive ability and the differences learning outcome between multiple choice test and essay to students with low level cognitive ability. Treatment by level 2 2 was used as the method of this research. Result of the two ways Anava test conducted on the 0,05, there was differences the learning outcome from the students with multiple choice test and essay test where as Fcount (5,37) > Ftable (3,96). Hence there was interactions between test type and cognitive level on Fcount (4,26) > Ftable (3,96). On one way Anava test showed no difference multiple choice test and essay to high cognitive level students where as Fcount (0,03) < Ftable (4,08). While, there was difference multiple choice test and essay to low cognitive level students on Fcount (11,59) > Ftable (4,08). Keywords : types of tests, cognitive level, treatment by level.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui CD pembelajaran interaktif pada materi sistem peredaran darah manusia. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan dua kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada siklus I nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 57,56 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 50% dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 62,67 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 66,67%. Disimpulkan bahwa melalui CD pembelajaran interaktif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem peredaran darah manusia kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 3 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Bengkayang.   Kata kunci : CD pembelajaran interaktif, sistem peredaran darah manusia   Abstaract:This research is classroom action research which was aimed to increas students’ learning achievement through interactive learning CD on human blood circulatory system. Two cycles were conducted during this research, on the first cycle was shown 57,56 of the average score at students’ learning achievement by 50% succeeding rate and on second cycle was shown 62,67 of the average score at students’ learning achievement by 66,67% succeeding rate. It could be concluded that through interactive learning CD could increase students’ learning achievement on class VIIIB SMP Negeri 3 Sungai Raya Bengkayang.   Key word : Interactive learning CD, Human blood circulatory system

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh video pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada sub materi sistem hormon kelas XI SMA Panca Bhakti Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian ini ialah quasi experiment dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitan terdiri dari 2 kelas yaitu kelas XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda berjumlah 20 butir soal. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa di kelas eksperimen adalah 78,23, sedangkan di kelas kontrol adalah 67,50. Hasil uji U Mann-Whitney dengan α = 5% menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada sub materi sistem hormon yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional dengan menggunakan video pembelajaran. Nilai Effect Size yang diperoleh sebesar 1,08, artinya pengaruh video pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada sub materi sistem hormon di kelas XI SMA Panca Bhakti Pontianak termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 85,99% terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kata kunci: Video pembelajaran, hasil belajar, sub materi sistem hormon Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of video learning on student’s learning outcomes in sub material hormonal system at 2nd grade SMA Panca Bhakti Pontianak. The research design was quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. Research sample consisted of two classes which were class XI IPA 1 as experimental class and class XI IPA 2 as the control class. This research used saturated sampling technique. Instruments were used 20 items of multiple choice test. The average of student’s outcomes at the experimental class was 78.23, while in the control class was 67.50. Result of the U Mann-Whitney test with α=5% means there was difference on student’s learning outcomes in sub material hormone system that was taught using conventional teaching and video learning. Effect Size values obtained 1.08, means the effect of video learning on student’s learning outcomes in sub material hormonal system at 2nd grade SMA Panca Bhakti Pontianak included in the high category and had contribution 85.99% on student’s learning outcomes. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the students responses of e-learning media based web blog on the respiratory system material on class VIII SMP Kristen Immanuel II Kubu Raya. The form of research isResearch and Development (R&D) method with ADDIE model. The sample in this research are the students of class VIII C consisting of 39 students.Instruments are used a student response questionnaire to find out the student's response to the e-learning media based web blog on respiratory system material. The response of students classified into three category, namely responses that are cognitive, affective and conative. The students will response questionnaire consists of 21 statements, 11 positive statements and 10 negative statements. The cognitive response reached an average score of82,52% in positive categories, affective responses achieved an average percentage of 83,23% in positive category, and the conative response reached an average percentage of83,33% in positive category. It can be concluded that student’s responses are positive in the cognitive, affective and conative responses.Keywords: E-learningMedia, Web blog, Student’s Responses, Respiratory System

Abstract

AbstractThis research was aimed to improve student learning outcomes through the application of a video assisted make a match learning model on respiratory system material in class VIII A of SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak. Subjects in this study were 36 students. The research method used was classroom action research, which was conducted in two cycles in two meetings, each cycle consisting of four stages namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The instrument used to collect data in the form of observation sheets of learning processes and multiple choice questions. The results showed the implementation of the learning process well in the first cycle reached 96%, then increased to 100% in the second cycle. The percentage of completeness in cycle I was 75% and in cycle II it increased to 88.89%. The average learning outcomes of students in a row from cycle I to cycle II amounted to 80.70 and 85.00. The conclusion of this research is the video-assisted make a match learning model can improve student learning outcomes on respiratory system material in class VIII A of SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Make a match, video, Respirstory system.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan keterampilan proses sains siswa dan pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar pada praktikum jaringan tumbuhan. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental designs dengan rancangan one group pre-test and post-test designs. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Alat pengumpul data terdiri dari lembar observasi, LKS, dan tes. Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa keterampilan proses sains siswa ialah 90% dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan uji statistik, pada taraf 99% penerapan keterampilan proses sains berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar dengan  skor rata-rata 13,13 dari skor maksimal 15. Kata kunci: keterampilan proses sains, hasil belajar.   ABSTRACT This research is aimed to determine the abilities of students science process skills and the effect towards studens learning achievement on plant tissues practice. Pre-experimental designs were used as the form of research on one group pre-test and post-test design. Studens from XI Science SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak on the academic year 2011/2012 were the subject of research. Random sampling was conducted as the in data collecting. The tolls of data collecting were observation checklist, worksheet and test. From the data analysis, it could be determined that the studens science process was 90% on high level category. Based on the statistics test, on level 99% the implementation of studens science process skills had influenced the learning achievement with the average score of 13,13 from maximum 15. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media VCD (Video Compact Disc) pembelajaran pada sistem pernapasan manusia terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Ketapang. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan pola pre-test – post-test group design. Sampel penelitian adalah dua kelas yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik intact group dari rata-rata hasil pre-test dan standar deviasi terpilih kelas VIIIA sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas VIIIB sebagai kelas eksperimen. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji U-Mann Whitney diperoleh Zhitung sebesar -3,10 < Ztabel -1,96. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan media VCD pembelajaran dengan tidak mengunakan media VCD pembelajaran. Pembelajaran menggunakan media VCD pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh yang tinggi dengan harga effect size sebesar 0,96. Kata Kunci: VCD Pembelajaran, Sistem Pernapasan Manusia  Abstract: This research is aimed to determine the effect of the VCD (Video Compact Disc) media used in teaching human  respiratory system towards students’ achievement of the eighth year of SMP Negeri 6 Ketapang. Pre-experimental in the term of pre-test – post-test group design was used as the method of research. The sampel was taken from two chosen classes based on intact group technique by the pre-test average score and deviation standard which VIIIA class as the control class and VIIIB as the experimental class. Students’ learning achievement would be regarded as the tools of data collecting. Hypothesis was measured by using U-Mann Whitney test whereas Zcount was -3,10 < Ztable -1,96. This shown that there was significant difference between students’ achievement with VCD media and without VCD media. The learning by using VCD media has give enhancing improvement with the effect size as 0,96. Keywords: VCD Learning, Human Respiratory System
