Abstract

Focusing on relationships and collaborations as a research imperative, this study analyzes batik micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) owned by Generation Z in Central Java, Indonesia. This study introduces an innovative concept, the Islamic Morality Partnership, to enhance relationship quality in business performance, thereby addressing the empirical gap between relational capital and commercial performance. This study aims to investigate how Personal Openness and Personal Reputation contribute to the development of Islamic Morality Partnership and Relationship. The impact of the Islamic Morality Partnership on relationship quality and the relationship quality on business results, in addition to quality. The participants in this study were 100 batik MSME business owners from Generation Z in Central Java, Indonesia. The Path Analysis technique was employed with SEM software (LISREL) to analyze data collected through surveys of batik MSME owners from Generation Z. According to the findings, MSME owners from Generation Z who possess a high degree of Personal Openness are considerably better able to form Islamic moral partnerships. Islamic Morality Equality, Islamic Morality Mutual Benefit, and Islamic Morality Sustainability are the defining characteristics. On the other hand, the development of moral collaborations and the quality of relationships are unaffected by one's personal reputation. Additionally, it has been demonstrated that Islamic Morality Partnerships have a significant impact on relationship quality, which in turn leads to better business outcomes for batik MSMEs owned by Generation Z. In conclusion, a company's success depends more on the caliber of its relationships and partnerships based on Islamic values than on the owner's public image alone. As a result, strategies for promoting ethical relationships and enhancing relationship quality are essential components of Islamic Marketing and Relationship Marketing

Abstract

Two Group Pre-test Post-test with Control Group Design.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and examine the validity and reliability of a contextual learning engagement scale for elementary school students. The scale was develop based on the learning motivation and behavior theory by Schunk, Pintrich, and Meece, and interest dimensions from Ainley. A quantitative approach using instrument development design was employed. Data analysis was conducted using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to evaluate the construct structure. A total of 330 students from grades 4, 5 and 6 were selected through cluster random sampling. The results revealed that the scale consists of four dimensions: learning enthusiasm, learning persistence, learning autonomy, and learning reflection. All dimensions met the requirements for construct, convergent, and discriminant validity, with Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values exceeding 0.50. Additionally, the reliability coefficients, including Cronbach’s Alpha and Composite Reliability, were both above 0.86. The model fit evaluation indicated that 9 out of 10 indices met the fit criteria. These findings demonstrate that learning engagement is a multidimensional construct that can be reliably measured in elementary education settings. The scale is expected to serve as a practical assessment tool for teachers, guidance and counseling, researchers, and policymakers in designing learning strategies that promote students active engagement.

Abstract

The examination of sperm concentration in the laboratory is the calculation of the number and motility using a microscope or using a device. There are still some clinicians who doubt the accuracy of the sperm count results using a semen analyzer rather than using the manual method. This study aims is to determine the differences of the sperm concentration examination between the manual method and the automatic method. Subjects in this study were patients who carried out semen analysis tests at the Clinical Pathology Laboratory of RSIA "Restu Ibu" Sragen from June to August 2020. The object of this research is the examination of sperm concentration, using a manual method using a hemocytometer and an automatic method using the LensHooke ™ SQA X1 Pro. The results of statistical tests using the Mann Whitney methods show that the significance value (p) was 0.960, which means that there was no difference in the results of  the sperm concentration examination between the manual method and the automatic method. Result of this research shows that there is no weakness or significant difference if compared between manual and automatic methods.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of work-life balance and job embeddedness on turnover intention among Generation Z employees in Semarang City, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative survey and PLS-SEM analysis, the results show that job embeddedness positively and significantly affects job satisfaction, while work-life balance does not. However, work-life balance, job embeddedness, and job satisfaction significantly reduce turnover intention. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention but does mediate the relationship between job embeddedness and turnover intention. Strengthening employee embeddedness is essential to lowering turnover intention among Generation Z.
