Abstract

This research is quantitative in nature which aims to determine how profitability, leverage, stock trading volume, and interest rates affect stock prices. Companies in the property and real estate sector listed on the IDX in 2020-2022 were used as samples in this study. Purposive sampling was used to determine sample selection and 38 companies were used as research samples. Panel data regression analysis using the E-Views 12 program and a significance level of 5% (0.05) was used in testing the hypothesis of this study. The test findings show that (1) there is no effect of profitability on stock prices, (2) there is an effect of leverage on stock prices, (3) there is no effect of stock trading volume on stock prices, and (4) there is no effect of interest rates on stock prices. Abstract

Digital marketing has become one of the factors that drives the improvement of company performance. This study aims to determine the role of digital marketing in SMEs. SMEs are currently experiencing very rapid growth and have become the mainstay of the Indonesian economy. The method used in this study is literature review. The results of the study indicate that digital marketing can improve the performance of SMEs. Digital marketing makes it easier for SMEs to market products and reach consumers more widely.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative research that aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial attitudes on the use of electronic payment systems. In this study, active students of the Management study program of the Veteran National Development University of Jakarta in the 2023 academic year were used as the population and a sample of 100 respondents was taken using random sampling techniques. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires through google forms. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method with Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results of the study show that financial literacy has an effect on the use of electronic payment systems and financial attitudes have an effect on the use of electronic payment systems. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT Patra Badak Arun Solusi. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan pendekatan simple random sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 96 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pengujian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini (1) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mencakup secara teoritis dan praktis yaitu, informasi dalam penelitian diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia, serta berdampak bagi perusahaan sebagai bahan pemikiran dan pertimbangan dalam penyelesaian masalah yang ada. Kontribusi dalam penelitian ini adalah membantu perusahaan dalam menanggulangi masalah pada khususnya dalam hal kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study employs a quantitative approach to examine the influence of competence and employee engagement on employee development at PT Ardisi Herbalindo. Using a simple random sampling method based on Slovin's formula, 95 respondents were selected. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The findings indicate that: (1) competence has a positive and significant effect on employee development; and (2) employee engagement also exerts a positive and significant influence. These results offer both theoretical and practical contributions, expanding the human resource management literature and providing actionable insights for organizations, particularly PT Ardisi Herbalindo, in optimizing employee development through enhanced competence and engagement.

Abstract

Globalization has brought increasingly fierce competition for Islamic cooperatives, which threatens their survival in the market. As one of the important business sectors, sharia cooperatives need to develop strategies to remain relevant in various services, including financial services. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the business model and provide alternative recommendations for developing digital marketing with a business model canvas approach. This study uses a qualitative method with a business model canvas approach and the selected sharia cooperative model is the Baiturrahman Mitra Umat Sharia Consumer Cooperative (KKS). The results showed that the Baiturrahman Mitra Umat PSC experienced growth. The strategy that needs to be implemented should focus on growth that improves service, profit, and exploring new opportunities by prioritizing the role of digitalization for the marketing process of cooperative services. This strategy is formulated based on nine elements of the business model canvas, including customer segments, value proposition, distribution channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh work engagement dan psychological empowerment terhadap organizational commitment dengan perceived organizational support (POS) sebagai variabel moderasi pada karyawan perbankan Indonesia. Latar belakang didasari tingginya turnover (12,5%) dan rendahnya engagement (22%) di sektor jasa keuangan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 400 karyawan perbankan di Jabodetabek melalui purposive sampling, dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil menunjukkan work engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational commitment (b=0,316; p<0,05), psychological empowerment berpengaruh positif signifikan (b=0,330; p<0,05), POS berpengaruh positif signifikan (b=0,358; p<0,05), POS memperkuat hubungan work engagement dengan komitmen (b interaksi=0,287; p<0,05); namun POS tidak memoderasi hubungan psychological empowerment dengan komitmen (b interaksi=-0,002; p>0,05). Model menjelaskan 41,9% varians komitmen (R²=0,419). Implikasi secara teoretis, temuan memperkaya integrasi JD-R Model, Psychological Empowerment Theory, dan Organizational Support Theory dengan menunjukkan POS hanya sebagai penguat (amplifier) untuk work engagement tetapi tidak untuk psychological empowerment. Secara praktis, manajemen perbankan disarankan membedakan strategi peningkatan work engagement harus disertai penguatan POS, sementara pemberdayaan psikologis dapat dilakukan secara independen untuk memperkuat komitmen dan menurunkan turnover.
