Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between price fairness, brand image, and perceived value on Satisfaction and Word of Mouth of Go-Jek Customers. The survey method was applied in this study. Methods of data collection by using a questionnaire (google form). The target population in this study were all Go-jek customers in JABODETABEK within October 2021. The sampling technique was done by convenience sampling. In this study, the number of samples was 184 respondents. Data analysis with partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with the help of SmartPls 3.0 program. Based on the data analysis, it was found that price fairness has a positive effect on satisfaction, brand image has a positive effect on satisfaction, perceived value has a positive  effect on satisfaction and satisfaction has a positive effect on Word of Mouth. The perceived value variable gives the greatest contribution to satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to measure the entrepreneurial intention among business school student in Jakarta, Indonesia .The numbers of unemployment raise significantly in recent years especially who graduate with business management major. This article presents the effect of Entrepreneurial Learning to Entrepreneurial Intention with Fintech Adoption as intervening variables. The results showed that Entrepreneurial learning is the  strongest factors which affected competitiveness, but fintech adpotion could motivate student to start a new business after they studied Entrepreneurship. The model was tested using SEM- Path Analysis. A total of 64 valid questionnaires were collected from snowball sampling. This paper addresses the topic in a strategic and managerial point of view, and it can be used in entrepreneurial studies particularly those relating to entrepreneurial intention and financial technology

Abstract

Background: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of transformational, transactional, authentic and authoritarian leadership styles on the performance of lecturers at a health college in Pati, Central Java.  Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of transformational, transactional, authentic and authoritarian leadership styles on the performance of lecturers at a health college in Pati, Central Java.  Methods: The respondents of this study were 56 lecturers and the method of data collection was by distributing electronic questionnaires to the lecturers of Health College in Pati. Data analysis in this study used SEM (Structural Equation Model) LISREL program version 8.70. Results: The results of the analysis and processing of research data indicated that the leadership of transactional and authoritarian styles of health colleges in Pati showed positive and significant effect on lecturer performance while the transformational and authentic leadership styles do not significantly influence lecturer performance. Conclusion: Transactional and authoritarian leadership style has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance while the transformational and authentic leadership styles do not significantly influence lecturer performance. Keywords: Authentic; Tansformational; Authoritarian atau Transactional

Abstract

This study aims to analysis of transformational and transactional leadership styles and their effects on the performance of the HAS 23000 Halal Assurance System implementation in the food industry in Tangerang. The respondents of the study was employees in several food industries that were located in the Tangerang  who had implement the HAS 23000 Halal Assurance System as many as 200 employees and data collection methods by giving online electronic questionnaires to 2000  employees randomly. The analytical tool used in this study is the SEM (Structural Equation Model) on the LISREL program version 8.70. This study provides results that show that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the HAS 23000 Halal Assurance System implementation and the transactional leadership style is also positive and affects the performance of the HAS 23000 Halal Assurance System implementation and concluded that leadership is important in the performance of the HAS Halal Assurance System implementation HAS 23000

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parenting style dan personality genetic terhadap pengembangan karakter anak. Jenis penelitian adalah korelasional menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa PAUD Aya Sophia Islamic School sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) yang disusun berdasarkan skala Likert. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur pola asuh parenting style merupakan hasil modifikasi dari Parenting Style Questionnaire (PSQ) Robinson et al. (1995) dan Roman et al. (2015). Instrumen untuk mengukur personality genetic diadaptasi dari Poniman (2013), sedangkan untuk mengukur pengembangan karakter anak menggunakan adaptasi dari Poniman dkk. (2014). Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif  dan signifikan parenting style dan personality genetic bagi pengembangan karakter anak.The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of parenting style and personality genetic to children’s character building. Al (2014). Analysis from this study is using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS version 3.0 as a statistic tools. The result of this study argued that parenting style and personality genetic have a positive influence and significantly contributed to children character building.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter penting untuk menjadi mainstream pokok pendidikan di Indonesia baik di ranah formal, nonformal maupun informal. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan karakter anak, di antaranya adalah pola asuh di keluarga (parenting style) dan genetic personality. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parenting style dan genetic personality terhadap pengembangan karakter anak. Jenis penelitian adalah korelasional menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi sekaligus sample penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa Taman Kanak-kanak di Tangerang sebanyak 90 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) yang disusun berdasarkan skala Likert. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur pola asuh parenting style merupakan hasil modifikasi dari Parenting Style Questionnaire (PSQ) (Robinson et al., 1995) dan (Roman et al., 2015). Instrumen untuk mengukur genetic personality diadaptasi dari (Poniman & Mangussara, 2013), sedangkan untuk mengukur pengembangan karakter anak menggunakan adaptasi dari (Poniman, 2014). Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parenting style dan genetic personality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karakter anak.

Abstract

Character building is very important to become a key for educational mainstream in Indonesia, either in a formal, non-formal, and informal setting. Several factors influence character building in children, namely parenting style and genetic personality. The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of parenting style and genetic personality to children’s character development. This research is a correlational study using a survey and quantitative method. The population in this study were parents of students in Aya Sophia Foundation Islamic School. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling to a population of 1,243 students' parents using an electronic questionnaire. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 398 samples. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The instrument of this study is a modification from the Parenting Style Questionnaire (PSQ) of Robinson et al. and Roman et al. To measure the genetic personality, the instrument was adapted from STIFIn Personality Concept. Another instrument used to measure children's character development is an adaptation from Poniman et. al. The analysis in this study used SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS version 3.0 as a statistic tool. The result of this study shows that parenting style and genetic personality have a positive influence and significantly contribute to children's character building.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of hard skills and soft skills on the innovation abilities of Islamic school teachers in Jakarta and Tangerang which are mediated by organizational culture. Data collection is done by simple random sampling via electronic to the teacher population in Jabodetabek. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 667 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software.The results of this study conclude that hard skills and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on the ability of teacher innovation, both directly and indirectly through mediating organizational culture. This study proposes a model for building the innovation ability of Islamic school teachers among teachers in Jakarta and Tangerang through enhancing hard skills and soft skills with organizational culture as a mediator. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

Narada Cup is one of the superior programs of the Narada Senior High School Student Council aimed at facilitating the development of student interests and talents and as a promotional event for the school. Considering the two big goals to be achieved and the plan to organize the next Narada Cup program, the program evaluation process is needed comprehensively to understand, explore and improve the process of organizing it. This qualitative evaluation study uses the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product) with purposive sampling and data collection is done through interview sessions, FGD (focus group discussion), observation, and documentation studies. This research results: (1) Context evaluation shows that formulating the vision and mission of the program will clarify the projections of long-term program objectives. (2) Input evaluation, procurement of implementing manuals containing SOP (standard operational procedure). (3) Process evaluation concludes that the recording of the problem-solving process was used as an evaluation reference with all parties so that the future implementation of the program would be better. ­­­(4) Product evaluations concludes that Narada Cup program is recommended to be continued every year and continuously evaluated and refined for the development and improvement of the quality of this program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of new  standard ISO 38200:2018 to business performance and competitiveness for wood industries in west java. This research was conducted in several companies that use woods as raw material in west  java of Indonesia  with  180 respondents of companies that have plan to implement the ISO 38200:2018. The research background is due to lack of research on the benefits of  ISO 38200:2018 in wood companies in West Java Province of Indonesia. The data collection was carried out by distributing electronic questionnaires on september until november 2019 and analyzing data processing use Structural Equation Model (SEM) and software Linear Structural Model (LISREL) version 8.70. The results of analysis  show that the implementation of ISO 38200:2018 has significantly influenced business performance and competitiveness such as increase customer satisfaction index, increase sales, increase productivity and safety and employee satisfaction.
