Abstract

The vision of a defense budget of 1.5% of gross domestic product (GDP) in 2025 is still difficult to realize. Until 2024, the proportion of Indonesia's defense budget will still be below 1 percent. In addition, the distribution of Indonesia's 2018-2025 defense spending is mostly used for personnel spending and operations and maintenance, followed by the procurement budget. Proficiency in defense entrepreneurship requires risk tolerance, innovation and efficient management; These are important factors for facing changes that will occur in the strategic environment. Using qualitative methodology, this research examines the phenomenon of state problems within the limited state budget for the development of its defense industry. Data was obtained through observation and review of previous research literature. State issues must be reformed in various ways so that various interests and responsibilities can be integrated in order to optimize the state's contribution to the growth of defense entrepreneurship in the defense industry.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the development of transferring short stories to short films as an innovation in learning Digital Literature courses. The method used is the Research and Development (R&D) model with the ADDIE approach which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. At the analysis stage, needs identification is carried out through literature studies, observations, and interviews with lecturers and students to determine current needs and problems in literature learning. The design stage includes material planning, making storyboards and short film scripts, and evaluation design. The development stage includes short film production, the creation of learning materials, initial trials, and revisions based on feedback. Implementation is carried out by involving students in the learning process using short films as a learning medium. The research results show that switching from short stories to short films can increase students' understanding of literary works and provide practical skills in digital media production. This research is expected to offer new insights for teachers and students about the potential for integrating technology in literature learning, as well as motivating the development of more creative and interactive learning methods in the future.

Abstract

This research examines cybersecurity approaches in Indonesia, focusing on the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology compared to non-AI systems in detecting and preventing threats. The study identifies the advantages of AI, such as its capabilities in large-scale data analysis, detection of suspicious patterns, and reduction of human error. The methodology follows PRISMA guidelines for systematic literature review. Findings reveal that while AI can enhance threat detection effectiveness and resilience against attacks, the adoption of this technology in Indonesia remains limited by infrastructure, resources, and technical expertise. This research is expected to provide insights for more proactive national cybersecurity policies and support the development of AI technology in future information security initiatives.

Abstract

E-commerce in Indonesia is growing very quickly every year. The Ministry of Communication and Information (KEMKOMINFO) stated that Indonesia is the 10th largest e-commerce growth country with score 78%. One of the effects from increasing number of internet users in Indonesia is the mushrooming of shopping activities through internet media. This causes internet users want everything that instant and easy. Knowing this, most business people use it to market their products, especially in the field of goods and services. As it grows, e-commerce becomes easier to use and download. One example of an e-commerce application that is in great demand is Shopee and can be downloaded via the Google Play Store. Google Play Store has a review feature which contains user comments about the downloaded apps. Sentiment analysis is carried out to extract information related to Shopee E-commerce. The Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm is suitable for use in sentiment analysis because this algorithm is purposeful as a classification method into positive and negative categories. The data was used from November 2022 to January 2023. From a total of 4902 review data obtained, after going through preprocessing, translation and then classification, the total data is obtained that is 4849 review data. From the data obtained it is classified 2348 positive reviews, 1259 neutral reviews, and 1242 negative reviews. Based on the results of the naive Bayes classifier method and testing with the confusion matrix, an accuracy value of 79% has been obtainednprecision 77%, recall 86%, and f1-score 81% on positive sentiment with support 2127. For neutral sentiment with an accuracy value of 83%, precision 87%, and recall 85% with support 1209, while for negative sentiment is with an accuracy value of 78%, precision 64%, and recall 70% with support 1513. From this data it is obtained micro AVG values for precision 80%, recall 79%, f1-score 79%, and support 4849, then for weighted average for precision 79%, recall 79%, f1- score 79%, and support 4849.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the psychological experiences of Generation Z entrepreneurs in Jakarta who seize opportunities in tourism-related businesses such as open trips, beauty services, laundry, culinary ventures, and souvenir shops. Using a qualitative phenomenological design, this research adopts an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach to understand how young entrepreneurs interpret their entrepreneurial journeys in a rapidly changing digital era. Five Gen-Z entrepreneurs participated in semi-structured interviews, and the data were analyzed through a hermeneutic and idiographic process to capture the depth of lived experiences. The analysis revealed three superordinate themes: (1) self-confidence, characterized by technological mastery and optimism in facing business challenges; (2) independence, reflected in their preference for freedom of expression and anti-hierarchical work culture; and (3) pragmatism, denoting a lifestyle-oriented pursuit of financial freedom and comfort. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of Gen-Z entrepreneurial identity and offer practical implications for developing entrepreneurship education and character-building programs in both formal and informal educational settings.
