Abstract

The selection of prospective recipients for Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) from Village Funds often faces the complex problem of determining the individuals who truly need assistance. This problem arises due to the limitations of the data and criteria used, as well as the lack of transparency in the selection process. This research aims to overcome these problems by applying the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method in a decision support system for selecting BLT prospective recipients. The TOPSIS method is chosen because of its ability to handle multi-attribute criteria and different weights. The data used in this research is village population data that has been surveyed and verified by the village government. The criteria used in the selection of BLT prospective recipients include poverty level, living conditions, age, Marital Status, health. The results of the study show that the TOPSIS method is able to produce a more objective and accountable ranking of BLT prospective recipients compared to conventional methods. The application of this method is expected to assist village governments in distributing assistance effectively and minimizing the potential misuse of BLT funds.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises play an essential role in economic growth in Indonesia but have many obstacles in carrying out business processes. Capital, limited information, raw materials, access to investors, and sales systems are the main problems for MSMEs in Kebumen Regency. The COVID-19 pandemic has reduced the supply of raw materials due to policies implemented by the government to overcome the spread of COVID-19; besides that, MSMEs are faced with sales problems. At the beginning of the pandemic, many MSMEs experienced a very sharp decline in turnover, but MSMEs have the flexibility to survive in these conditions. This research aims to integrate a business model in the form of Supply Chain Management (SCM) to help develop business in MSMEs. The methods used include a qualitative approach using interviews before using and after using the business model. The results of the implementation of business model integration have obstacles, including aspects of education owned by MSME actors (40%), poor product quality (10%), investor access (30%), and capital (20%)

Abstract

Batik is a cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation that has been recognized by the world through recognition by UNESCO. The development of Bungo Batik began during the national event, Indonesia Fashion Craft in Makassar in 2002. The demand for Bungo Batik increases every year because it is supported by the policies of the Bungo Regency Regional Government. But on the one hand, the obstacle is precisely the craftsmen themselves who are not able to produce on a large scale. The partner in this activity is Batik Mulia which was established in 2021. The limited production capacity of Bungo batik is because the equipment used is still very simple, such as the use of waterglass in the manual batik dyeing process so that it is wasteful and immeasurable. In addition, partners also need training in management, entrepreneurship, branding strategies and the use of digital marketing. The method of implementing the activity begins with an agreement between the service team and partners to solve problems. The solution offered by the team to partners is the procurement of appropriate technological tools in the form of Roll Saving Water Glass machines and several trainings needed by partners. The success of this activity can be seen by several positive impacts from the savings or efficiency of the use of water glass in batik dyeing, increasing batik production, and improving partner skills in online promotion, creating marketing content and using digital marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of service quality and tour guide knowledge on tourist satisfaction at the National Monument of Jakarta (Monas). The research method used is quantitative with a multiple regression approach to test the simultaneous and partial effects of the service quality and tour guide knowledge variables on tourist satisfaction. The sample consisted of 150 respondents selected using accidental sampling techniques. The results show that both service quality and tour guide knowledge have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Service quality, which includes friendliness, communication skills, and the ability to provide relevant information, enhances the tourist experience, while in-depth knowledge of Monas enriches their understanding of the site. The conclusion of this study is that improving service quality and tour guide knowledge can enhance tourist satisfaction. Recommendations for tour guides are to continue developing communication skills and gaining deeper knowledge about Monas. For Monas management, it is suggested to provide regular training for tour guides and continuously improve facilities and services to create a better tourism experience. Abstract

One of the most real threats from the increasingly heated Hamas-Israel conflict is the soaring world crude oil prices. Geographically, the proximity of the conflict in the Middle East is quite close to oil-producing countries. If the supply or distribution of oil from this area is disrupted. A significant increase in oil prices in a short time can have a tremendous shock effect on the market, the impact of this increase in commodities will spread to the national economy. This research was conducted using descriptive analysis. The process of Israel's annexation of Palestine will be described and analyzed in detail. The Indonesian government, through the first paragraph of the preamble to the 1945 Constitution, has the obligation to realize world peace by creating a new environment free from sovereignty conflicts, and clear and well-defined authority over economic activities that can take the Palestinian economy further towards the path of higher development and growth. Playing a direct diplomatic role by becoming the fifth of four countries currently the main actor in maintaining peace in the Middle East.

Abstract

Purpose: Identification of tree species based on stem images using programming assistance to design an automation tool to be able to distinguish tree species directly based on stem images from the new data entered.Design/methodology/approach: Identifying tree species is usually done using leaf images, in previous studies related to identifying tree species based on leaf images this resulted in quite high accuracy but was felt to be not optimal. In this study, we used a convolutional neural network to compare the accuracy of bar images.Findings/result: from 1000 tree trunk image data, identification was carried out using the help of python with the CNN method it can be concluded that the test results used the best acuration at epoch 25 with a value reaching 96.80%Originality/value/state of the art: Research with theme identification of tree species based on stem images using the CNN method has never been done by previous researchers.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors of visitors who come to the Bojongkulur Tourism Village, Bogor Regency. This village is one of the villages that initially every rainy season always experiences environmental problems, namely flooding problems, namely in the Block KD Vila Nusa Indah 3 RT 06 RW 36 area which borders the Cikeas river. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method to measure tourist attraction factors in the Bojongkulur tourist village, using a Cartesian diagram analysis tool. Based on the results of a questionnaire with 80 respondents to assess 8 assessment factors based on visitors' expectations and reality, 7 indicators were produced, including culture in its various forms, rivers with all their attractions, travel comfort, extensive opportunities to relax. The image, natural beauty and friendliness of the people are considered to have met visitors' expectations. Based on Cartesian diagram analysis, it reaches an average value of 4.2. Meanwhile, the tourist product price indicator is still assessed by visitors and still does not meet the figure of 2.9. This means that these 8 attractiveness factors are still considered lacking by visitors. In the researcher's analysis, this is caused by the accessibility of river tourism activities in the Bojongkulur tourist village, the route is short and only has one attraction, this is considered not commensurate with the costs incurred. Keywords: Bojongkulur tourist village, 8 indicators of attractiveness, cartesian diagram
