Abstract

Dampak pandemi covid 19 sangat besar terhadap semua sektor kehidupan, khususnya pada ekonomi masyarakat. Akibat kebijakan pembatasan aktivitas sosial masyarakat, kegiatan ekonomi pun nyaris terhenti total. Jumlah penduduk miskin Indonesia meningkat mencapai 9,78 persen pada Maret 2020. Menghadapi semakin sempitnya lapangan pekerjaan, menjadi pengusaha adalah pilihan yang harus dicoba oleh para job seeker (pencari kerja). Pemasaran dengan beriklan di media sosial mengeluarkan beaya yang rendah namun memilik pengaruh yang cukup besar. Terutama, pelaku bisnis Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM)belum memiliki kemampuan memasarkan produknya secara online. Pada umumnya mereka menggunakan cara-cara tradisional yang memiliki pengaruh kecil. Terkait dengan masalah mitra tersebut, maka solusi yang ditawarkan berupa psikoedukasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mitra dalam bisnis online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mitra menggunakan media sosial untuk pemasaran produk UMKM.

Abstract

The dry season often causing hundreds of hectares of rice fields suffer from drought, coupled with reduced discharge of irrigation water sources. This problem can be experienced by  the farmers in various areas, including in the District of  South Payakumbuh. As an alternative to solving the problem if there is such a thing is to build a small dam that is used to store water for the rainy season and used for the dry season. This paper will discuss about availability of water, irrigation water requirements, analyze capacity small dam, operating time opening the sluicegate,  rice area  which can be irrigated  and calculate the  dimensions  of the  spillway. From the calculation of available water discharge approximately 159.33 l / dt, maximum irrigation water requirement of 1.204 l/sec/ha,  the maximum reservoir for irrigation around 12577.177 m3. Rice area which can be  irrigated calculated every hour on each opening  the sluicegate as high as 0.1 m, 0.15 m, 0.20 m, 0.25 m, and 0.30 m for 10 hours and a maximum rice area which can be irrigated successively measuring 195.424 ha, 284.876 ha, 368.494 ha, 445.991 ha and 517.042 ha in the first hour. Furthermore, at the tenth hour rice area which can be irrigated successively an area of 182.966 ha, 237.896 ha, 268.727 ha, 276.084 ha and 261.411 ha. Spillway using Ogee type summit with a summit height of 7.94 m and 1 m high surveillance. Keywords: small dam, water requirements, storage capacity

Abstract

Crib is a structure that used to adjust the direction of flow of the river to protect riverbanks from direct flow. Laboratory model used to demonstrate the phenomenon of flow patterns that occur in the river’s turn around the crib. Crib models that will be used in this study is a crib with a permeable type with dimensions 0.15 m length, 0.03 m width and 0.15 m height. Materials to be used in permeable crib is a plain iron with 10 mm diameter. The variable in this study is flow rate and distance between the crib. The flow rate varies 0.00134 m³/sec, 0.00298 m³/sec and 0.0056 m³/sec. The distance between crib varies between 30 cm, 40 cm and 50 cm from the beginning of the turn of the river entrance. The flow velocity that occurs around the crib shrink in every variety test. The flow patterns on every variation of the distance between crib with 0.00134 m³/sec of flow rate, the vortex of flow occurs in the early part of the crib. The flow patterns on every variation of the distance between crib with 0.00298 m³/sec of flow rate, the vortex of flow occurs in the early part of the crib. The flow patterns on every variation of the distance between crib with 0.0056 m³/sec of flow rate, the vortex of flow occurs on the side of the crib end. The length of the vortex occurs differently in each variation of the distance between crib at 30 cm, the length of the vortex is relatively short. At a distance of 40 cm, the length of the vortex is relatively long and at a distance of 50 cm, the length of the vortex is quite long.Key word : flow pattern, river’s turn, permeable crib

Abstract

This study examines variations in the initial time of observation based on the Hijri calendar which aims to determine the most accurate time to make observations in the field. The analysis of this research used the Admiralty method with hourly observation data for 15 days. The data uses tide data in Kotabaru waters and simulated against two hundred and forty-three time variations. The results of the data analysis show that the smallest average root mean square error (RMSE) resulting from the 15-day tide prediction is 16.68 cm, which is the prediction of the start date of the 16 Hijri calendar. So that the most appropriate time to make tidal observations in the field for tidal predictions in Kotabaru waters is on the 16th of each Hijri month or during the fourth moon phase (humpback month). The value of the formzhal number obtained is 0.66, so the tidal type in the study location is included in the semi-diurnal tide type classification.Key words: beginning time, admiralty method, RMSE.

Abstract

Temuan ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui adakah korelasi kontrol diri dan pengungkapan diri pada remaja yang menggunakan instagram. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 58 orang remaja yang menggunakan instagram dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala pengungkapan diri oleh Wheeless (Leung, 2002) dan skala kontrol diri dari Baumeister (Gandawijawa, 2017). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai korelasi (r) = -0,419 dan nilai p = 0,001 (p<0,05). Maka diberi simpulan dengan adanya hubungan korelasi kontrol diri dengan pengungkapan diri pada remaja pengguna instagram.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan antara adversity quotient dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi di jurusan psikologi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 72 orang subjek yang di ambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi product moment correlation coefficient oleh Pearson dengan menggunakan bantuan program Statistic Packages for Social Science (SPSS) versi 16.0 for windows. Pada hasil penelitian diperoleh r = -0,525 dan p = 0.000 (p < 0.01) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang sangat signifikan antara adversity quotient dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahsiswa di jurusan psikologi UNP.

Abstract

Leadership innovation enables excellent educational innovation and produces professional teachers and educational talent. This allows for first-class, effective and efficient training. The researchers will describe the role of 044 Tapun elementary school principals in creating quality education through technology-based leadership innovation. Fieldwork is part of this research and is conducted as a type of qualitative research. Observation, documentation, and interviews are used to collect data. This data analysis uses deductive data analysis. This means that the theory is based on field data. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. This means collecting data in natural environments in order to interpret phenomena that occur. Additionally, a case study approach is used to answer questions about how or why phenomena are studied. Karya Indah, Director of SDN 044, explores and implements creative and innovative ideas to solve problems facing schools. Formation of a school committee to deal with technology and develop school facilities and infrastructure such as: B.Improve and effectively utilize long-distance internet networks and collaborate with specific stakeholders to achieve better education.

Abstract

Kandungan nutrient pada suatu perairan dapat dilihat dengan komunitas zooplankton yang berada pada ekosistem perairan sehingga zooplankton dapat dikatakan sebagai bioindicator tingkat kesuburan perairan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel air pada perairan sungai di daerah krueng pasee dan selanjutnya dianalisis di laboratorium. Hasil penelitian ini didapati tingkat keanekaragaman zooplankton yang sedang dan stabil, serta keseragaman zooplankton yang tinggi akan kelimpahan spesies pada perairan dan tidak ada spesies yang mendominansi perairan Krueng Pasee.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of examining the impact of psychological safety on the performance of employees of 3 and 4 star hotels in Padang City. The research method is quantitative with purposive sampling. The sample consisted of 103 employees of 3 and 4 star hotels in Padang City. Data collection using psychological safety and employee performance scales (Individual Work Performance Questionnaire). The results showed a positive influence between psychological safety and employee performance of 7,7% (R = 0.277, R Square = 0.077, p<0.05). The level of psychological safety and employee performance on the subject is in the category of very low tendency. The study found that the higher the psychological safety experienced by the employee, the higher will be the resulting performance. The findings confirmed the importance of improving employee psychological security to improve performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the effect of work life balance on work stress on female teachers who have a family in Koto Tangah District. This study uses purposive sampling techniques, determining samples with certain considerations. The subject of this study was 110 teachers. The data collection method in this study uses the work life balance scale and work stress. Data is processed by using simple regression analysis. Hypothesis test results with a significance value (p-value) of 0.000, indicate that the effect of the work life balance variable on work stress variables is very significant. While the negative regression coefficient of -0,724 in this study shows that each increase in work life balance will reduce the level of work stress by 0.724. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.525 shows a positive linear relationship between work life balance and work stress.
