Abstract

Cash turnover is a ratio used to measure the number of times cash enters the company in a given period. Receivables Turnover is a ratio used to measure how quickly the return of payments and receivables is collected in a period. Inventory turnover is an efficiency ratio that shows how effective a company's inventory is, it measures the number of times a company sells its total inventory on average throughout the year. This study aims to find out whether Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover and Inventory Turnover have a partial or simultaneous effect on Profitability in Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017-2019. In this study, sampling was done by saturated sampling. The population in the study was a food and beverage sub-sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. From 28 companies obtained 24 companies that were used as research sample data. There were 57 total sample data from 72 sample data after the outlier test. This study used SPSS 27 with statistical methods used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that; (1) Cash Turnover negatively and significantly affects Profitability, (2) Receivable Turnover has no effect and is insignificant to Profitability, (3) Inventory Turnover has no effect and is insignificant to Profitability. Simultaneously Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover and Inventory Turnover have significant impact on Profitability. The R Square value of 0.249 indicates that a 24.9% change in the company's Profitability can be explained by the free variables associated with this study, while the remaining 75.1% is explained by other factors not included in the research regression model. Abstract

The property, real estate and building construction sectors play an important role in the economy and development in Indonesia. The property, real estate and building construction sectors are currently facing budget problems. This is caused by limited APBN funds, which hinder the achievement of development goals. Real Estate refers to assets that include land, buildings, and other fixed resources, which include ownership rights to property. Meanwhile, building construction refers to the construction of facilities and infrastructure in a certain area, such as the construction of buildings, roads, etc. This research is included in the mixed type of research because it uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The data used comes from officially registered sources, namely the financial reports of Property Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 and 2021. The object of this research is financial performance variables. The research subject is what and who is used as the research unit. In this research, the research subjects are property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 and 2021. The research results refer to the output of the paired samples test table shows that the Sig. (2-tailed) there is no difference before and after the implementation of the PSAK. Referring to the output of the test statistics table, it is known that the value of Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) 0.117 which is 0.05. Thus, at a real level of 5% it can be concluded that the implementation of PSAK 72 (currently PSAK 115) does not provide significant changes to the financial statements. Abstract

This study analyzes the framing in the news reporting of a sexual harassment case committed by Agus Buntung, a person with a disability. This is done using a descriptive qualitative methodology. The focus of this study is to explain the phenomenon of how the media presents the perpetrators, victims, and related institutions in the development process of this case. Using the Miles and Huberman model, data were collected and analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis show that the media uses themes that develop along with the increasing number of victims, depicting the perpetrators as smart and manipulative people even though they have physical limitations. In addition, the irony in the news is reinforced by calling the perpetrator's name with the term "Buntung", which increases public attention to the case. In the news, words such as "increasing victims" and "emotional manipulation" indicate the media's efforts to influence readers' emotions and emphasize the resolution of the case. This study shows how media framing can influence public perceptions of people with disabilities. It also shows how important legal protection and justice are for victims.

Abstract

Objective: This empirical study explores the relationships among environmental governance factors environmental costs, disclosure, performance, firm size, leverage, and financial performance in Indonesian palm oil firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023. Methods: Utilizing secondary data from publicly available sources, the study integrates financial metrics (profitability, return on assets, return on equity) and environmental indicators (costs, disclosure, performance). Regression analysis is employed to statistically analyze these relationships.Findings: Findings reveal that environmental costs significantly enhance financial performance, emphasizing the strategic advantage of investing in sustainable technologies and processes. Environmental disclosure also positively impacts financial performance by bolstering investor confidence and consumer trust. Surprisingly, environmental performance does not directly influence financial outcomes, indicating the influence of external factors and industry contexts. Firm size mediates the positive effects of environmental disclosure on financial performance, highlighting larger firms' capabilities in implementing sustainable practices. Moreover, leverage plays a significant role in boosting financial flexibility, contributing to growth and profitability.Novelty: This study contributes to the understanding of the strategic value of environmental governance in the palm oil industry, particularly in the context of emerging markets. It also highlights the unique role of firm size in enhancing the financial benefits of environmental initiatives.Implications: This study underscores the pivotal role of proactive environmental management in driving competitive advantage and sustainable growth for palm oil companies. It advocates for integrating environmental strategies into business models and governance frameworks to achieve long-term financial success.

Abstract

The research conducted aims to predict the win or loss of a game in the Mobile Legend game. Because victory will greatly affect the level of play that is owned in the Mobile Legend game, and victory is also influenced by the player's ability to play the game and mastery of a game character that is used. The results of the study will show the results of the classification of the success rate of the method we use in predicting the success or victory of the game in the online game Mobile Legend which can be called the most popular game today. Many play this online game even from small children to adults. This game is very popular at this time, but there are still many who play while playing this game so that it greatly affects performance when doing battle games which results in many rankings dropping to the herro who doesn't move due to lag cellular network.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan bentuk senyapan dan bentuk kilir lidah dalam pidato Luhut Binsar Panjaitan pada kanal Youtube, dan implikasi hasil penelitian sebagai bahan ajar teks pidato di SMP kelas VIII. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Subjek penelitian adalah tujuh video pidato Luhut Binsar Panjaitan pada kanal Youtube dan objek penelitian berupa analisis senyapan dan kilir lidah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian meliputi teknik dokumentasi, teknik simak, teknik catat atau transkip data. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil senyapan menunjukkan dua bentuk senyapan, yakni senyapan diam dan senyapan terisi. Hasil penelitian senyapan diam terjadi saat Luhut Binsar Panjaitan berujar lalu diam sejenak untuk memilih kata yang diujarkan dan menarik nafas untuk melanjutkan ujaran. Hasil senyapan terisi berupa kata ee, anu, eh. Bentuk senyapan berjumlah 97 kali yang berisikan 69 kali senyapan terisi, dan 28 kali senyapan diam. Hasil penelitian kilir lidah berupa kekeliruan antisipasi, kekeliruan perseverasi, kekeliruan suku kata, kekeliruan transposisi, dan kilir lidah kata. Kekeliruan antisipasi terjadi karena penutur mengantisipasi bunyi-bunyi yang tidak dimaksud. Kekeliruan perseverasi terjadi karena adanya kekeliruan pada kata yang di belakang. Kekeliruan suku kata terjadi pada suku kata. Kekeliruan transposisi terjadi karena penutur memindahkan kata atau bunyi dari suatu posisi ke posisi lain. Terakhir, yaitu kilir lidah terjadi karena tertukarnya kata yang diucapkan penutur. Terdapat 35 tuturan teridentifikasi kilir lidah berupa kekeliruan antisipasi sebanyak sebelas ujaran, kekeliruan perseverasi tujuh ujaran, kekeliruan suku kata tujuh ujaran, kekeliruan transposisi lima ujaran, dan kilir lidah kata lima ujaran.Kata kunci: bahan ajar, kilir lidah, pidato, senyapan

Abstract

ABSTRAK Untuk berbagai kalangan, media online telah menjadi minat dan tuntutan untuk memperoleh informasi dan kegiatan komunikasi antar manusia dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Proses akses yang cepat, penggunaan yang praktis dan informasi terkini membuat eksistensi media online tidak pernah hilang, dan fluktuatif dari waktu ke waktu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan analisis framing dari media online Kompas.com dengan judul “Selama Pandemi Covid-19, Sebanyak 13 Persen Anak Mengalami Depresi”. Dan kedua dari media online CNNIndonesia.com yaitu “Studi: Pandemi Covid-19 Tingkatkan Depresi Anak 2 Kali Lipat.” Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif. Pemilihan metode kualitatif karena kualitatif merupakan suatu pendekatan yang berupaya menafsirkan suatu teks kemudian mendeskripsikannya. Hasil pembahasan terdiri dari empat struktur yang berasal dari model Zhongdang Pan dan M. Kosicki yaitu sintaksis, struktur skrip, struktur tematik, dan terakhir struktur retoris. Abstract

Cryptocurrency is a technology and financial innovation that has brought about significant changes in the economic sector. Its existence and use in the perspective of Sharia are still debatable. This study aims to analyze cryptocurrency with the Maqashid Sharia approach. They are covering the protection of religion, soul, mind, descendants, and property. This analysis uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected from various recent journals and books by experts discussing Cryptocurrency and Maqashid Sharia and then sorted and analyzed for their relationship. The results of this research provide a more comprehensive understanding of the suitability of cryptocurrency as a new currency with the maqashid sharia approach.

Abstract

Editorial text is a text or writing that raises an issue based on the point of view of a media. The writing is equipped with evidence, facts, and reasons that support to strengthen the arguments or opinions of the editor. This research aims to describe the structure and language feature of editorial texts with the theme of the World Cup in Bola.net media. In addition, this research also aims to describe the recommendations of the research results as teaching materials for editorial texts in grade 12 high school. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling technique. In addition, documentation techniques and listening - note taking techniques were also used. The results showed that in 21 editorial texts on the theme of the 2022 World Cup on Bola.net media, all of them have a complete structure. The structure includes issue introduction, argumentation, and reaffirmation or recommendation. In terms of language, there are some texts that still do not fulfill the language feature. The results of the study are recommended as teaching materials for editorial text material for grade 12 high school. Teaching materials made, namely Learner Worksheets or LKPD.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the quality of remuneration services for educators and educational staff at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong as a BLU and to analyze the impact of the quality of remuneration services on the satisfaction levels of educators and educational staff at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong as a BLU. The research method used is a survey with statistical testing. The sample used consists of the Implementing Elements and Academic Supporting Elements of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong, which represent all users of services at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong. Data analysis uses the Importance-Performance Analysis method. The research results show that all dimensions of remuneration service quality (tangible evidence, assurance, responsiveness, and reliability) have a positive and significant impact on satisfaction levels, except for the empathy dimension, which does not have a significant impact. The increase in satisfaction is more driven by the quick responsiveness of the remuneration service, followed by tangible evidence, reliability, and assurance.
