Background: The Indonesian government has intervened to suppress the increasingly massive spread of the COVID-19 virus. one of them by implementation health protocols Wear masks, wash hands, keep your distance, and away from the crowds.. the level of adolescent compliance tends to be low in apply health protocol. Teenagers tend to ignore health protocols because they feel their bodies are healthy or immune. so they don't apply health protocols strictly. Research objective: Description of adolescent’s compliance in implementing health protocols as an effort to prevent Covid 19 at puskesmas air besar kota ambon. Research method This research used simple descriptive with a cross sectional approach, which the type of research that is carried out only once or immediately by looking for relationship of variables, where the data is collected at any time or the data is obtained at that time.The variable in this study is a single variable (univariate), that is adolescents in implementing health protocols as an effort to preventing Covid 19.The population in this study were 306 people. The sample in this study were 173 people. The cluster purposive sampling technique was used in determining the amound of respondents who would be the sample of the study, that is adolescents who were at puskesmas air besar kota ambon and were agree to be respondents. The research was implemented at puskesmas air besar kota ambon February to March 2021.Research Finding: The results of the univariate data analysis showed that 90 respondents were in the category of comforming to the health protocol covid 19.Conclusion: For the case of compliance, 90 respondents complied with the covid 19 health protocol.The results showed the importance of youth awareness in implementing health protocols as an effort to prevent the spread of covid 19

Analysis Proximate, HCN , Antioxidant Compounds And Antioxidant Activities Of Potential Extract As Antiatherosclerosis Edy Soesanto

Bamboo shoots are plants that are very easy to find in Indonesia and can grow anywhere, economically bamboo shoots are very cheap and have been used by people in the world as foodstuffs since time immemorial. Aside from being a bamboo shoot food, it also has functions related to hypocholesterolemia, so it can be used as an alternative non-pharmacological treatment or as a traditional medicine derived from medicinal plants (Complementary Therapy). This study aims to determine the levels of protein, fat, water, ash, carbohydrates, HCN, phenols, flavonoids, vitamin E from bamboo shoots and their antioxidant activity. Bamboo shoots used include: yellow bamboo shoots, wulung, green, apus, and betung. Bamboo shoots are thinly sliced and dried in an oven of 80 0C for 24 hours and smoothed to get bamboo shoot powder and then extracted using 70% ethanol which will be analyzed for chemical compounds using the SNI 01-2891-1992 method for proximate test, HCN test using AOAC, while testing phenol, flavonoids, and vitamin E compounds using a spectrophotometer, testing antioxidant activity using DPPH method. The results of the proximate test analysis of 5 bamboo shoot extract samples showed that yellow bamboo shoots contained at most 0.632% fat, 4.474% water, 0.878 gr ash, 29.78% carbohydrates and 4.12 gr crude fiber. The highest protein content test of 0.41% was found in Apus bamboo shoots extract and the highest HCN content was also in Apus bamboo shoot extract 3.98 mg / 100gr. The highest content of Vitamin E is found in Apus bamboo shoots extract which is 0.3284%, the highest total flavonoid content is found in green bamboo shoots extract that is equal to 0.02778%, the most phenolic content in bamboo shoots extract is apus bamboo shoots extract of 4.4352% and the test results Apus bamboo antioxidant activity is more active as an antioxidant than other bamboo shoots which is 171.15 µg / mL with IC 50 value. This shows that Apus bamboo shoots extract is relatively safe for consumption and has good antioxidant potential and can be used as traditional medicine which comes from medicinal plants (Complementary Therapy)

Beside that, bamboo shoot also has a function associated with the nature of hipokolesterolemi, so it can be used as an alternative non-pharmacological treatment or as a traditional medicine derived from medicinal plants (complementary therapies). This research is very determine the levels of phenol, plavonoid, and vitamin E from bamboo shoots yellow and green bamboo. Bamboo bamboo in thinly sliced and dried with 80 ° C oven for 24 hours and mashed to bamboo bamboo shoots and then extraction using 70% ethanol to be analyzed antioxidant content of phenol, plavonoid, and vitamin E by using spectrophotometer. The result of antioxidant compound, antioxidant compound of Vitamin E bamboo green bamboo shoot from yellow bamboo extract is 0,2864%, phenol antioxidant compound in bamboo green bamboo shoot extract bigger than yellow bamboo extract that is 2,3385%, antioxidant compound Plavonoid bamboo green bamboo shoot extract more great when compared with yellow bamboo extract that is equal to 0.02778%. Thus both bamboo shoot extract has a good antioxidant potential and can be used as a traditional medicine antiaterosklerosis derived from medicinal plants (complementary therapies).

The elderly attendance rate at the elderly integrated service centre for healthy sources of kangkung village is only 14.31%, this is far from the national coverage rate of 80%. The role of the volunteer is one of the factors supporting the presence of the elderly, through increasing the role of volunteer it is expected to be able to increase elderly visits. The Objective of this research to describe the role of the volunteer in the elderly integrated service centre in the village of kangkung. This research used descriptive research with cross-sectional approach. The study population was a cadre of healthy elderly integrated service centre sources kangkung village mranggen district. The research sample uses a total sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used univariate. As many as 12 people (60%) volunteer played a good role as coordinators, as many as 12 people (60%) played a good role as community mobilizers, as many as 10 people (50%) played a good role as providers of health promotion, as many as 15 people (75 %) played a good role in terms of basic aid providers, as many as 16 people (80%) played a good role in the documentation. The role of coordinator, community mobilizer, basic assistance provider and documentation has been going well, the role as health promotion provider is still poor. The volunteer is expected to be more active in playing roles in improving the services of elderly integrated service centre.

The decline in health, especially in the elderly will affect the independence and quality of life of the elderly. The role of the family is needed to motivate the elderly in health checks to health services. One of the health services for the elderly is the elderly Posyandu which is an integrated health service for the community-based elderly. Based on data the level of elderly visits to Posyandu the elderly shows that the level of elderly visits to the Posyandu of the elderly is relatively low. The low number of elderly visits to Posyandu is influenced by several factors, one of them is the support from the family. The low number of elderly visits to Posyandu is influenced by several factors, one of them is the support from the family. The purpose of the research was to found out the relationship between family support and the intensity of elderly visits to PosyanduSumber Sehat. This research used a quantitative descriptive correlational study with a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study was 82 elderly respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that good family support was 46 (56,1%) and less family support was 36 (43,9%). The intensity of elderly visits in the low category was 48 (58.5%) and there were 34 (41.5%) with high visit intensity. There was a significant relationship between family support and the intensity of elderly visits to posyandu.

Structured Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) is myocardial necrosis caused by inadequate blood supply due to acute blockage of the coronary arteries. Typical signs and symptoms experienced in AMI patients are chest pain such as squeezing, pressing, stabbing, heat or being crushed by heavy objects. Giving pharmacological therapy such as oxygen, nitroglycerin and aspirin can reduce AMI pain, but if the effects of the drug begin to decrease the pain will back, so complementary therapy is needed to help reduce pain in AMI patients. The purpose of the research is to evaluate Benson's relaxation effect in reducing chest pain in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The descriptive method was used by involving 2 subjects who experience chest pain. The intervention was carried out once a day for 2 days with an intervention duration of 30 minutes. The results of the evaluation were obtained, there was a decrease in both patients from 5 scales to 2 scales in patient 1 and 1 scale in patient 2. The combination of both pharmacological therapy and Benson relaxation can reduce the scale of pain. Benson relaxation can be used as a complementary therapy in reducing pain in AMI patients.

The majority of activity among nurses in primary health care in Indonesia is still high for non-productive activities. Non-productive activities are closely related to job dissatisfaction then has an impact on work performance. This study aims to analyze the job satisfaction of nurses in primary health care facilities in Indonesia. This study used a quantitative descriptive design. The research used a cross-sectional approach. The subjects of this study are nurses (N= 226 people) who served in 15 inpatients' primary health care. The sampling technique uses a proportionate simple random sampling technique. Nurse job satisfaction instruments assess context factors and content factors. Nurse job satisfaction on context factor is in a good category by a big responsibility for nurse's work (55.2%), progress in work developed well (63.4%), nurses had the opportunity to achieve achievement (54.5%), nurses get great recognition for performance (58.6%) and feel their work is valuable (65.5%). Job satisfaction was supported by policy indicators, supervision, salary, interpersonal relationships, and good working conditions. On the other hand, nurses' job satisfaction on the content factor still needs to be optimized. This is supported by the job satisfaction of nurses on the indicators of responsibility, achievement, performance recognition that has not reached 60%. Therefore, job satisfaction among nurses in inpatient primary health care was quite good enough but still requires optimization on the content factor.

Batuwangi is field that positioned ini the Sumatera at southeastern part. Batuwangi is in the development stage. The ENN-1 is one of well at Batuwangi field, placed at the geographical coordinates 5˚25'21.24063 South Latitude and 106˚18'55.73957 East Longitude. ENN-1 is drilled as a directional well spud on December 9, 2014 and completed on February 6, 2015. ENN-1 well has a TD (total depth) of 3804 ftMD and 3247 SSTVD, as an oil producer. In this paper, it will be studied the planning of casing utilized in the ENN-1 well, to see whether the desain of casing is already the most technically choice or not, to do calibration evaluation the grade casing used in ENN- 1 Well. To perform evaluation, the Maximum Load method will be used, the case will be choosen against desain factors of burst, collapse, and tension load resistant of casing. Based on the evaluation of the study, it is found that casing grade in the ENN-1 Well is exceeds the technical requirement. That fact, need to be corrected since it will lead to cost inefficient, it will much more expensive, since the casing purchased is higher than technical requirement. Therefore, in this studied offer the casing grade proposal to be utilized in the ENN-1 well which meet with technical requirement as well as economically much more efficient than current design.

Reservoir simulation is a process of mathematically modeling reservoir conditions by integrating various existing data (geology, geophysics, petrophysics, reservoirs, etc) to obtain reservoir performance in well conditions so that the purpose of reservoir simulation is to determine the current and future reservoir performance to estimate the rate of oil production (production forecast rate). Rapid technological developments encourage experts to create computer software that is used as a simulation tool. The method in this study uses reservoir modeling simulation software. The production forecast rate in this reservoir model is carried out for 2 years by only adding one production well in the reservoir area that has not been drained, namely infill well A. This shows that the oil production rate continues to decrease but increases the cumulative oil production. The cumulative oil production produced by well A was 33,80 STB in 2014 with an average increase of 12%. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the reservoir model after 2014 in detail the value of the data again so that the reservoir simulation process for the next forecast gets good oil production results.

Abstract Dry Lab is a virtual laboratory design. We called also as a laboratory of the future. Dry Lab was designed because of the increasingly advanced computerized especially Artificial Intelligence for making a simulator that can function to simulate a tool wich is can similiar with the real condition so that it gets the same results as when run in a conventional laboratory. With the existence of this Simulator technology, then I try to make a virtual simulator for drilling mud analysis which is very much needed in the world of oil engineering education especially and also needed in the world of oil and gas industry, especially when conducting drilling activities. Keywords: Dry Lab, Artificial Intelligence, virtual simulator, drilling mud. Abstrak Dry Lab adalah suatu rancangan virtual laboratorium. Dapat juga dikatakan sebagai Laboratorium masa depan. Dry Lab dirancang karena semakin majunya ilmu komputerisasi Artificial intelligence dalam membuat suatu simulator yang dapat berfungsi mensimulasikan suatu alat sesuai dengan cara kerja aslinya sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang sama seperti saat dijalankan di Laboratorium konvensional.Dengan adanya teknologi Simulator ini, maka saya mencoba membuat suatu simulator virtual untuk analisa lumpur pemboran yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam dunia pendidikan Teknik perminyakan khususnya dan juga dibutuhkan di dalam dunia industri Migas terutama saat melakukan kegiatan pemboran.
