Abstract

Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Rembang memberikan izin lingkungan kepada PT. Semen Indonesia sejak tahun 2012, untuk melakukan pembangunan dan penambangan di Kecamatan Gunem Kabupaten Rembang karena ketersediaan bahan batu gamping yang melimpah. Pemerintah Kabupaten Rembang berharap dengan adanya pabrik semen akan meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan membawa kemajuan serta kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat sekitar. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu ingin mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan sikap masyarakat Desa Tegaldowo terhadap keberadaan Pabrik Semen Indonesia di Kecamatan Gunem Kabupaten Rembang dan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada sikap masyarakat Desa Tegaldowo terhadap keberadaan Pabrik Semen Indonesia di Kecamatan Gunem Kabupaten Rembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian yaitu di Desa Tegaldowo, Kecamatan Gunem Kabupaten Rembang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi,angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengujian dalam penentuan validitas data adalah menggunakan trianggulasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh warga Desa Tegaldowo dengan sampel 20 warga Desa Tegaldowo.Hasil penelitian ini adalah dari sekitar 20 warga yang telah peneliti wawancarai mereka mengatakan bahwa ada alasan mengapa ada penolakan dan ada yang menerima dengan beberapa faktor yang mereka katakana. Tapi secara kelseluruhan warga Desa Tegaldowo Menerima keberadaan pabrik semen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital and marketing costs on sales turnover and the effect of capital on sales turnover moderated by marketing costs. Sample of this study are 67 entrepreneurs of culinary in Tasikmadu District Karanganyar Regency, using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and Absolute Difference Test. The conclusion of hypothesis test result (1) capital and marketing cost have significant effect on sales turnover. (2) Marketing costs can moderate that reinforce the effect of capital on sales turnover.

Abstract

The results of self-evaluation Geography Unnes shows that theaverage duration of the study undergraduate Education Studies Geography is more than 4 years. The main causative factor lies in the preparation of the thesis that the time average of more than 12 months. Difficulty in writing his thesis student allegedly because they are not used to working scientific. The concept or practice of law that have been described in the classroom, it seems less able to develop the ability to work ilmiah.Penelitian is done in theDepartment of Geography at the subject of research students department of Geography. Types of research in the form of class action with some procedures or steps to be carried out. These stages are planning, action, observation / evaluation and ends with reflections. The results show the value than lab report results indicate that by using CTL there is an increasein student how scientific work. This is demonstrated by the increasing number of students who are able to work and make a map of rainfall at each cycle a cycle first, 56. 7 still confusion make maps of rainfall with nets Thiesen, only 43.3% were understand and be able to create a map of rainfall is in the second cycle, students are able to create and draw a map of rainfall with jarinng-nets models Thiesen increased to 83.3%. This result has met the completeness criteria that researchers set that is equal to 75% of the total sample / students. This shows that the models and approaches, students CTL capable and able to work scientifically in solving a particular problem in the lecture.

Abstract

Ngijo Village, one of the villages in Tasikmadu Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency, was affected by Covid-19. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, the people's income has been reduced and even lost their livelihoods due to the production activities of the industries where they work stopped. Another factor is that the public does not fully understand Covid-19 and its prevention protocol. The Community Retrieval Activity was carried out as a form of social care at the STIE Atma Bhakti University in Surakarta through Social Service activities and outreach on prevention efforts for Covid-19. The implementation method using the counseling method and the provision of basic food packages. The implementation of the Community Retrieval Activity received a positive response from residents of Ngijo Village. Social assistance in the form of basic necessities can help alleviate the economic burden of the community, while extension activities can increase the understanding of Ngjio Village residents about Corona Virus (Covid-19), as well as prevention efforts. Keywords: social service, covid-19 prevention, ngijo village

Learning is said to be successful if the learning objectives that formulated in the learning plan are successfullyachieved. The use of the right learning model makes it easier for students to understand the material.Geography learning using the Make a Match learning model allows students to learn with a pleasantatmosphere. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using the Make a Match learningmodel on geography lesson viewed from student responses and student learning outcomes. The approach usedin this research is quantitative with the design of experimental research, which uses questions andquestionnaires as a data collection tool. The research population was X grade IPS students of SMA N 2Kendal with the students of class X IPS 1 and X IPS 2 as the sample. As a result, the experiment class thatreceived the Make a Match learning model got an average score of 83,47 while the control class got 81,38. Pembelajaran dikatakan berhasil apabila tujuan pembelajaran yang dirumuskan padarencana pembelajaran berhasil dicapai. Penggunaan model pembelajaran yang tepatmempermudah siswa dalam memahami materi. Pembelajaran geografi menggunakanmetode Make A Match memungkinkan siswa untuk belajar dengan suasana yangmenyenangkan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitaspenggunaan model pembelajaran Make A Match pada mata pelajaran geografi dilihatdari tanggapan siswa dan hasil belajar siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah kuantitartif dengan desain penelitian eksperimen, yangmenggunakan soal dan angket sebagai alat pengumpul data. Abstract

Irrigation is used to facilitate the irrigation of agricultural land. In an effort to maintain irrigation canals farmersshould have knowledge about irrigation in order to encourage the behavior of maintaining irrigation channels.This study aims to: 1) determine the knowledge of farmers in maintaining irrigation channels; 2) know thebehavior of farmers in maintaining irrigation channels; 3) analyze the influence of farmers' knowledge andbehavior in maintaining irrigation channels. The results showed that farmers 'knowledge significantly influencedfarmers' behavior in maintaining irrigation channels. Because the results of the hypothesis test is known tocalculate 11.527. Based on the calculation of the test results of the determination of the value of R square = 0.639,this shows that the magnitude of the effect given by the independent variable on the dependent variable is 63.9%.Farmers' knowledge is classified as good criteria with an average of 72.18%, while the behavior of farmers tomaintain irrigation channels is classified as sufficient criteria with an average score of 68.58%. For the regressionresults it is known that the knowledge variable gives an effect of 0.8 on the behavior variable. Irigasi digunakan untuk mempermudah dalam pengairan lahan pertanian. Dalam upayamemelihara saluran irigasi petani seharusnya memiliki pengetahuan tentang irigasi supayamendorong perilaku memelihara saluran irigasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) mengetahuipengetahuan petani dalam memelihara saluran irigasi; 2) mengetahui perilaku petani dalammemelihara saluran irigasi; 3) menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan dan perilaku petani dalammemelihara saluran irigasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan petani berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap perilaku petani dalam memelihara saluran irigasi. Karena hasil uji hipotesisdiketahui nilai t hitung sebesar 11,527. Berdasarkan perhitungan hasil uji determinasi nilai R square=0,639, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan variabel independentterhadap variabel dependent sebesar 63,9%. Pengetahuan petani tergolong dalam kriteria baikdengan rata-rata 72,18%, sedangkan untuk perilaku petani memelihara saluran irigasi tergolongdalam kriteria cukup dengan rata-rata skor 68,58 %. Untuk hasil regresi diketahui bahwa variabelpengetahuan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 0,8 terhadap variabel perilaku.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to 1) determine the pedagogical competence of geography teachers of public high schools in Pemalang Regency, 2) the driving and inhibiting factors for teacher pedagogical competence in geography learning in public high schools in Pemalang Regency. The population in this study were geography teachers and high school students in Pemalang Regency. Determination of the research sample using total sampling technique for geography teachers and proportionate srtatified random sampling for students. The variables of this research are teacher pedagogical competence with sub-variable level of teacher geography pedagogical competence, as well as driving and inhibiting factors of teacher pedagogical competence in geography learning. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. Based on the research, it shows that: 1) the pedagogical competence of the georaphic teachers of SMA Negeri in Pemalang Regency is included in good criteria, supported by student responses that are included in good criteria, and the results of the observation of teacher pedagogic competence in geography learning are also included in good criteria. 2) The driving and inhibiting factors for teacher pedagogical competence in geography learning are the availability of facilities and infrastructure, competency development programs, utilization of ICT-based learning media, and supervision of school principals. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) mengetahui kompetensi pedagogik guru geografi SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pemalang, 2) faktor pendorong dan penghambat kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pembelajaran geografi SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pemalang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru geografi dan siswa SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pemalang. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik total sampling untuk guru geografi dan proportionate srtatified random sampling untuk siswa. Variabel penelitian ini adalah kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan sub variabel tingkat kompetensi pedagogik guru geografi, serta faktor pendorong dan penghambat kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pembeljaran geografi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan penelitian, menunjukan bahwa: 1) kompetensi pedagogik guru georafi SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pemalang termasuk dalam kriteria baik, didukung respon siswa termasuk dalam kriteria baik, dan hasil observasi kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pembelajaran geografi juga termasuk dalam kriteria baik. 2) faktor pendorong dan penghambat kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pembelajaran geografi adalah ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, program pengembangan kompetensi, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK, serta pengawasan kepala sekolah.

Abstract

The goalof this research was to find out of the determine comunity activitities in springconservation, comunity participation inspring conservation and localwisdom in spring conservation.Design in this research used qualitative research.Technique of collecting data used interviews,observation, and documentation.Analysis of the data used descriptive qualitative. Data validity techniques used were triangulation.Result of this research showed that water springs condition was not affected by season. Comunity activities in conservation effort can be seen from the protection and preservation of springs, water quality managenent and pollution control.Comunity participation in spring water conservation Gending can be seen from comunity participation in the preparation, of monitoring and information delivery, funding plan.Local wisdom of Sukorejo community in Gending spring conservation is manifested in norms and customs, of the padusan tradition, the kungkum tradition, the recommended norms as wellas the prohibitions and community trust in Gending springs.Thislocal wisdom makes the people of Sukorejo appreciate the natural surroundings more so that,they do not dare to damage the environment of the Gending springs.The community realizes that theexistence of clear springs is a tremendous blessing thatmust bemaintained and preserved ao that thecommunity’s water needs can still be fulfilled Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan masyarakat dalam konservasi mata air, peran serta masyarakat dalam konservasi mata air, dan kearifan lokal masyarakat dalam konservasi mata air. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan deskripsi kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi mata air Gending tidak dipengaruhi oleh musim. Kegiatan masyarakat dalam upaya konservasi terlihat dari kegiatan perlindungan dan pelestarian mata air, pengawetan air, pengelolaan kualitas dan pengendalian pencemaran. Peran serta masyarakat dalam konservasi mata air Gending terlihat dari peran serta masyarakat dalam penyusunan rencana, pendanaan, pengawasan dan penyampaian informasi atau laporan. Kearifan lokal masyarakat Sukorejo dalam konservasi mata air Gending terwujud dalam norma dan adat istiadat yang berupa tradisi padusan, suronan, norma larangan, anjuran dan kepercayaan masyarakat terkait mata air Gending. Kearifan lokal tersebut membuat masyarakat Sukorejo lebih menghargai alam sekitar sehingga tidak berani untuk melakukan kegiatan yang mengakibatkan kerusakan lingkungan mata air Gending. Masyarakat menyadari bahwa keberadaan mata air Gending merupakan berkah luar biasa yang harus disyukuri dan dilestarikan supaya kebutuhan air masyarakat tetap bisa terpenuhi.

Abstract

AbstractIn the Unit Level curriculum Mathematics education needs to be given to all students starting from elementary school to equip students with the ability to think logically, analytically, systematically, critically, and creatively, and the ability to cooperate. The purpose of this study is to increase the activity and student learning outcomes through the Cooperative type STAD learning model. This research is a classroom action research that uses data collection methods with Milles and Hubberman interactive models including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate an increase in activity in students from 63,21% in the first cycle to 84,28% in the second cycle. The development of activity followed by the development of student learning outcomes reached KKM from 30.43% pre cycle, increased 65.22% in cycle one and 91.30% in cycle two. Based on data analysis, it shows that the indicator of success has been achieved in the second cycle, after achieving the indicator of success that is equal to ≥ 80%, and the average learning outcomes have been above the specified minimum completeness ratio (70).Keywords: Cooperative, Method of teaching, STAD Abstrak Dalam kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan  mata pelajaran Matematika perlu diberikan kepada semua peserta didik mulai dari sekolah dasar untuk membekali peserta didik dengan kemampuan berpikir logis, analitis, sistematis, kritis, dan kreatif, serta kemampuan bekerjasama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STAD. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan model interaktif Milles dan Hubberman meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kenaikan keaktifan pada siswa dari 63,21% pada siklus satu menjadi 84,28% pada siklus dua. Perkembangan keaktifan diikuti dengan perkembangan hasil belajar siswa mencapai KKM dari 30,43% pra siklus, meningkat 65,22% pada siklus satu dan 91,30% pada siklus dua. Berdasarkan analisis data, menunjukkan bahwa indikator keberhasilan telah tercapai pada siklus kedua, setelah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yaitu sebesar ≥ 80%, dan rata-rata hasil belajar sudah di atas riteria kelengkapan minimum yang ditentukan (70).Kata Kunci : Kooperatif, STAD, Metode mengajar
