Abstract

The research was motivated by students who lacked the character of global diversity. Learning media in schools becomes an obstacle for teachers in implementing the character of global diversity. The research aims to improve the global diversity character of students with picture story books in pancasila education learning. The research used is development research using the ADDIE model. The feasibility test was carried out by three validation experts, material experts obtained a percentage of 95%, language experts obtained a percentage of 91%, media experts obtained a percentage of 96%. Media can be said to be feasible. The effectiveness of the media can also be seen from the increase in character before and after the media is given with an N-Gain score of 0,74 in the high category. It can be concluded that picture story books can improve the global diversity of students’ characters.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to enhance environmental awareness using the Big Book as a medium in Pancasila education. The research was conducted at SDN Jayamukti 04, Cikarang Pusat, during the 2023/2024 academic year. This study follows a research and development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, with the research subjects being 29 second-grade students. The results of the study show that the Big Book media can improve environmental awareness among second-grade students, as evidenced by an increase in the average score on questionnaires administered during the learning process. The Big Book was deemed highly suitable for use, as demonstrated by expert evaluations in media, language, and content, which resulted in a score of 89.8%. The Big Book is considered effective in enhancing students' environmental awareness. This is supported by the pretest and posttest results, which show an N-Gain score of 0.8, falling into the high category. Therefore, the Big Book is declared effective for use as teaching material in schools.

Abstract

E-modules are electronic-based teaching materials commonly used in learning, but accessed through technology. This research aims to develop an interactive e-module (Edultif) to improve the understanding of the fifth principle of Pancasila among fourth grade students at SD Negeri Sukamanah 02. The research method employed was Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects were 28 fourth grade students. Data were collected through expert validation, observation, teacher and student response questionnaires, as well as pretest and posttest. Expert validation results indicated that the interactive e-module was feasible to use (average score > 96%). The effectiveness test showed an increase in students’ understanding, indicated by an average pretest score of 73 (Fair category) rising to 87 in the posttest (Good category) with an N-gain of 0.52 (Medium category). The teacher and student response questionnaires indicated that the interactive e-module is practical for use in PPKN learning. It can be concluded that the interactive e-module is effective, valid, and practical for improving students’ understanding of the fifth principle of Pancasila in elementary schools.

Abstract

The age of elementary school children is an ideal time to use learning media, especially concrete media. This research aims to develop learning media in the form of scrapbooks to strengthen the character of mutual cooperation in grade IV students at SDN Cijengkol 02, Bekasi. Scrapbooks are considered effective as a learning medium because they can facilitate interaction between students and teachers and increase students' interest in learning. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) method, which includes the stages of design, validation, and media effectiveness testing. The results of the study show that the use of scrapbooks as a learning medium can increase the active participation of students and strengthen the character of mutual cooperation in accordance with the Pancasila Education material. In addition, this media also offers creative and interesting alternatives in delivering material, so that the learning process becomes more interactive and fun.

Abstract

Pengenalan strategi belajar mandiri memfasilitasi peran guru baik dalam pengembangan kurikulum maupun proses pembelajaran. Dalam pembelajaran mandiri, guru berfungsi sebagai pendamping belajar yang didukung oleh keterampilan profesional, pedagogik, personal, dan sosial, serta harus mampu merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran yang dilaksanakannya. Penelitian mengenai masalah penilaian pembelajaran menunjukkan kesamaan yang sama yaitu kompetensi guru dalam kegiatan penilaian masih sangat rendah. Fakta ini didukung oleh persepsi bahwa banyak guru di bidang ini masih menganggap penilaian tidak penting dan fokus pada pengajaran konten sebanyak mungkin. Kegunaan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu guru memahami pentingnya kompetensi yang dibutuhkan ketika melaksanakan kegiatan penilaian pembelajaran pada kurikulum mandiri. penilaian tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan (1) kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan kurikulumnya sendiri, (2) melaksanakan kegiatan evaluasi guru dalam melaksanakan kurikulumnya sendiri, dan (3) kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian pembelajaran pada kurikulumnya sendiri adalah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur review dengan studi literatur. Metode ini mengumpulkan data baik dari artikel jurnal maupun beberapa diskusi pendidikan lainnya, termasuk berbagai informasi dan referensi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kompetensi guru mempengaruhi praktik penilaian.

Abstract

Metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) merupakan metode pembelajaran berbasis yang mendorong siswa untuk berpikir kritis dan bekerja sama dalam kelompok untuk mencari solusi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji sejauh mana efektifnya penggunaan metode pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dalam membangun karakteristik siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik tinjauan Pustaka dengan menalaah berbagai sumber seperti jurnal, artikel, dan jurnal ilmiah lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan karakteristik siswa dengan menanamkan rasa tanggung jawab melalui pemikiran berfikir kritis terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapinya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) melalui pendekatan inkuiri di Sekolah Dasar. Pendekatan inkuiri menekankan pada proses aktif siswa dalam menemukan, menganalisis, dan menyimpulkan konsep-konsep kewarganegaraan. Melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan siswa mampu memahami nilai-nilai demokrasi, hak asasi manusia, serta tanggung jawab sosial secara lebih mendalam dan aplikatif. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi pada beberapa sekolah dasar di wilayah urban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan inkuiri dapat meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa, memfasilitasi pemikiran kritis, serta memperdalam pemahaman konsep kewarganegaraan.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Pop-Up Book learning medium to enhance students' tolerance in Pancasila Education for second-grade students at SDN Kedungwaringin 02. This development research employs the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The analysis phase involved curriculum needs analysis and student characteristics. The design phase focused on creating the Pop-Up Book medium. The development phase included the production and validation of the medium by experts in media, content, and language. The validation test results showed high feasibility percentages: 92% from media experts, 75% from content experts, and 97% from language experts. Thus, the medium was categorized as very feasible for use after revisions based on expert suggestions. In the implementation phase, the medium was trialed with second-grade students. The evaluation phase was conducted to measure the medium's effectiveness. The effectiveness test results showed an average score of 0.82, indicating that the Pop-Up Book medium is quite effective in improving students' cognitive learning outcomes and attitudes of tolerance.

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) di Kabupaten Bekasi masih menghadapi kendala berupa dominasi pembelajaran konvensional, keterbatasan RPPH inovatif, penggunaan media yang kurang kontekstual, serta minimnya kolaborasi guru dan orang tua. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAUD dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning pedagogis). Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan partisipatif, evaluasi, dan perencanaan keberlanjutan dengan melibatkan guru, kepala PAUD, dan orang tua. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep pembelajaran mendalam serta perbaikan kualitas RPPH berbasis deep learning berdasarkan penilaian rubrik sebelum dan sesudah pendampingan. Guru juga mampu mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual dan mendorong keterlibatan aktif anak. Program ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran PAUD dan berpotensi direplikasi di konteks PAUD lainnya.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the lack of variety in the learning media used by teachers, which has resulted in low levels of cooperation among students in their daily lives. The aim of this study is to develop crossword puzzle learning media to enhance students' cooperative behavior in the subject of Pancasila Education. This study employs the research and development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study indicate that 1) crossword puzzles are highly suitable for use, as evidenced by the results of the subject matter expert assessment (65.3%), language expert assessment (84%), and media expert assessment (97.3%); 2) crossword puzzles are practical and engaging for use in learning, as evidenced by the results of the teacher and student response assessment, which yielded an average score of of 92.25% (3) crossword puzzles are effective in improving students' cooperative character, as evidenced by the results of the cooperative character questionnaire, which obtained a score of 93% in the very effective category.
