Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of rock climbing ability in the speed classic category of wall climbing. The subjects of this research are students who love nature at the Dehasen Bengkulu University. which amounted to 20 students where the fastest time for male students was 11.43 seconds while the fastest time for girls was 14.14 seconds. rock climbing ability in the speed classic category. Dehasen Bengkulu University students, as many as 2 students (10%) had a "very good" category, 5 students (25%) had a "good" category, 8 students (40%) had a "fairly good" category. , 3 students (15%) have a "less" category, and 2 students (10%) have a "very poor" category. The highest frequency was in the "good enough" category, namely 8 students (40%) so it can be concluded that the level of rock climbing ability in the speed classic category of students at the University of Dehasen Bengkulu using the climbing speed test was "good enough". The frequency of exercise which is approximately twice a week is still not enough to improve rock climbing ability in the speed classic category. This is because in training, of course there are programs from trainers that emphasize more on techniques and strategies in climbing without looking at students' abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze online learning in the subjects of physical education, sports and health on the learning outcomes of third grade students at SD Negeri 03 Air Rami Muko-Muko. Data collection method is a method that can be used by researchers in collecting data. So that in the research obtained information or data relevant to the topic of the problem to be studied. The results of data analysis obtained from online learning scores of students at SD Negeri 03 Air Rami Muko-Muko obtained the highest average score of 99.6, high scores were obtained by 2 students with an average of 89.6 and students who obtained moderate scores. namely 3 people with an average of 85, while students who scored 85 0 students (none). Based on the results of the study, it shows that students' online learning abilities are very good, where each student has a score of 75 (medium) and no one gets a score of 75. This situation shows that the level of students' online learning abilities is good, although the results obtained have experienced the volatility of the value that goes up and down at each assessment. We can see this in the assessments on January 7 and January 11. On January 7, the student's score increased until it reached a score of 100 while on the following date, January 11, the student's score decreased from 100 to 90 even lower on the first assessment on January 4 and experienced changes in the value of up and down until the 6th test later on the last test on the 7th test on January 28, the overall score of students reached 100

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to find out the influence of work life quality on employee engagement in PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. (2) to find out the influence of organizational culture on employee engagement in PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. (3) to find out the influence of work life quality and organizational culture on employee engagement in PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. Quality of work life is a commitment to work and organization, pride in work and in the organization, a willingness to support the benefits of work, organization, and satisfaction, both emotional and intellectual. Organizational culture is the socialization process of organizational members to develop perceptions, values, and beliefs about the organization. Employee engagement is an employee's appreciation of purpose and concentration of energy, which appears in the form of initiative, adaptability, effort, and persistence toward organizational goals.This type of research is a quantitative that emphasizing its analysis on numerical data (numbers) which are processed by statistical methods. The sample used in this study using nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling. Researchers used this sampling technique because the population was 60 people. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique of this research is multiple linear regression, t test and f test.The results of this study, (1) the work life quality has a significant influence on employee engagement with a sig value of 0.003. This means that when the work life quality in the company is getting better, it will increase employee engagement. (2)Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee engagement with a sig value of 0.001. This means that when the organizational culture in the company is getting better, it will be able to increase employee engagement. (3) the calculated of F count is 4.037. Because the value of F count 4.037> F table 3.16, as the basis for decision making in the F test it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted or in other words the work life quality (X1) and organizational culture (X2) simultaneously affect employee engagement (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine.whether there is an influence in the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Bengkulu Sudirman Branch. Employee performance can be assessed as good and good if the implementation is in accordance with the desired goals or is able to meet the needs of a company, but to implement a maximum employee performance we need to pay attention to several aspects that can affect the good or bad of an employee's performance. Such as work environment factors and work motivation that must be considered so that the level of employee performance is maximum and company goals are met. The research sample this time amounted to 60 people from office employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Bengkulu Sudirman Branch. This research data collection by filling out a questionnaire and the method of analysis is multiple linear regression, correlation test, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis obtained are Y = 5.553 + 0.267 (X1) + 0.592 (X2) + 3.671. This describes a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (Work Environment) and X2 (Work Motivation) on Y (Employee Performance). If the variables of Work Environment and Work Motivation increase, it will increase Employee Performance. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.623, this means that the variables of Work Environment (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have an influence of 62.3% on Employee Performance (Y) while the remaining 37.7% is influenced by other variables not examined. The correlation value is 0.789, this explains that the relationship between the variables of Work Environment (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) has a strong relationship. The results of the t test at a significant level of 0.05 explained that partially the Work Environment (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) variables had a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Bank Syraiah Indonesia Bengkulu Sudirman Branch because the value is significantly less than 0.05. The results of the f test at a significant level of 0.05 explain that the variables of Work Environment and Work Motivation have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at PT. Bank Syraiah Indonesia Bengkulu Sudirman Branch because the value is significantly less than 0.05.

Abstract

The success of curriculum implementation depends on the policies implemented and the effectiveness of teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as educators. Teachers have an important role in facilitating and guiding the student learning process at school by utilizing digitalization. The rapid and rapid development of technology provides a lot of room for teachers to continue to improve their competence. The results of observations obtained that the competence of junior high school teachers in the Sukraja sector, especially in the field of digitalization technology, is still not optimal in utilizing learning media in the classroom. The community service program answers this challenge with the aim that junior high school teachers in the Sukaraja sector can maximize their abilities in carrying out their obligations in the learning process so that they can improve student learning outcomes. Mentoring activities are carried out for two months every Saturday by optimizing the role of the Sukaraja sector junior high school teacher learning community. Based on the results of the feedback (Pre-test and Post-test) that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there is an increase in aspects of participant abilities in utilizing technology and using learning media in the learning process in the classroom which is significant from the results of the Pre-test and Post-test reliability analysis with a correlation value reaching 0.961. This also indicates that there is an influence of increasing partner skills related to the mentoring that has been given and based on the results of validation of the resulting learning media products, the quality of the products produced is better.

Abstract

Perancangan dan implementasi sistem informasi untuk kendaraan dinas pada sub bagian angkutan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Android adalah sebuah inisiatif penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan React Native sebagai platform pengembangan lintas platform yang memungkinkan penggunaan kode yang sama untuk Android. Pendekatan Rapid Application Development (RAD) digunakan untuk mempercepat proses pengembangan. Model Unified Modeling Language (UML) digunakan untuk merancang arsitektur sistem yang jelas dan terstruktur. Pengujian User Acceptance Testing (UAT) dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa sistem memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pengguna. Fungsionalitas aplikasi diuji menggunakan Functional Suitability untuk memastikan kesesuaian fungsional dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil pengujian dan implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memberikan solusi yang mampu memantau kendaraan dinas. Alasan di balik perancangan sistem ini adalah untuk mengatasi kendala yang sering dihadapi dalam pengelolaan kendaraan dinas, seperti dalam melacak penggunaan dan perawatan kendaraan secara berkala. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between waist flexibility with leg muscle strength and the skill of serving tekong athletes of Suka Bumi Village, Lebong Tengah. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative method. The population in this study were tekong athletes of Suka Bumi Village, Lebong Tengah, Sepak Takraw Sports Branch, totalling 22 students, while the sample in this study were 22 students. The instruments in this study were the Waist Flexibility Test, Limb Muscle Strength and Takraw Service Test. The data analysis prerequisites used are normality test with Lilliefors and homogeneity test. The data analysis used is Product Moment Correlation analysis with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant relationship between waist flexibility (X) and the results of takraw service skills as indicated by the value of r = 0.248.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan oleh tim Dosen dan Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Respati Indonesia, Jakarta Timur. Tema kegiatan adalah "Pelatihan Membuat Iklan yang Menarik menggunakan Canva Bagi para UMKM di Sekitar Cipayung." Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam membuat iklan yang menarik dan efektif, yang diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan penjualan dan branding produk mereka. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh sejumlah UMKM yang berada di sekitar kampus, dengan fokus pada pemanfaatan aplikasi Canva sebagai alat bantu desain grafis yang mudah digunakan dan memiliki fitur yang lengkap. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktek langsung, sehingga peserta dapat langsung mengaplikasikan ilmu yang diperoleh. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam membuat iklan digital, serta tingginya antusiasme peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Dampak positif lainnya adalah terjalinnya hubungan yang lebih erat antara universitas dan komunitas UMKM di sekitar kampus. Kata Kunci: UMKM, Canva, Iklan Digital, Desain Grafis, FTI URINDO.

Abstract

Pelatihan AI Robotik kepada Anak-Anak Usia SD di RPTRA Cipayung Tunas Teratai merupakan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Tim Dosen dan mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Respati Indonesia (URINDO), Jakarta Timur. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan konsep dasar kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dan robotik kepada anak-anak usia sekolah dasar di sekitar Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA) Cipayung Tunas Teratai, Kecamatan Cipayung, Jakarta Timur.
